You know that we don't usually stop to write feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Car Concessionaire corresponds to the category of Used car dealer.
I did not purchase a vehicle from them, but Imran was great to work with. I pointed out a few things that needed fixed while on a test drive, and he had them fixed by the next morning. Genuine, honest people, and great communicators. Will definitely check them out again when I'm due for my next car.
Looked at 04 4runner. Whole bottom side covered with fresh undercoating. "Thats a service we do" I pulled my pocket knife out and stabbed right through the frame.
The dealer wasn’t at all interested in showing us the car we were interested in. And when we decided to not test drive, he was also rude to us asking “You should have checked everything online before coming out” Very unprofessional.
The easiest car buying experience I've ever had! I purchased a 2004 Audi A8 L, test drove before putting any money down, and even drove it to Bloomington and back on the day of purchase with no problems. Zarko and Rick were wonderful to work with and I will purchase my next car from them!
Showed up here for a 2012 Mazda 3 after a lot of looking between Chicago and Bloomington, my friend and I were surprised to see they started the car to warm it up for tho we had called about 30 minutes before to say we were coming to see the Mazda. The two guys here are relaxed, not in a rush to push, and make up for any overly friendly expectations by letting us take our time, look things over, and go for a drive. Their lot is a downside, very cramped and overrun with a selection of mostly appealing makes and models. I found the building hilariously small, probably a drive thru gyro place before. Not much space but we felt welcome, for the Mazda's price, definitely cannot complain. So far it's been a great buy. I wish these guys all the best!
DO NOT BUY from this dealer , i got a honda civic from them on my way to the Dmv started overheating i call them they told me to take it back to have it checked , they checked it and send me to this mechanic shop to just tell me that was nothing wrong , so they did not wanna fix the problem i hat to replace head gasket and head $1,200 out of my pocket Dont let them take your money .
Nice autos but overpriced
WORST MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I purchased a used car from this establishment a year later I cracked my oil pan and brought my car to the dealership for repairing. Damages were head gasket repair bill for 1,800 which has nothing to do with cracked oil pan. Now 2016 with my car not operable a diagnotics shows head gasket damage that they never fixed but were paid. Upon speaking with the dealership the said they have NO RECORD of my repair, will not warrant or discount my repair but will recommend a shop for repairment. with speaking on fianace they would not attempt to work with me on a trade-in. Spoke with Rick very rude and unhospitable hung up on me & told me to never call again. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY READ ALL REVIEWS THEY ARE SHADY AND WILL F U
I have been buying cars from there for the past 15 years and never had a bad experience. I refer all my friends to them. They have a great service, very competitive pricing and Imran is a straight shooter when it comes to negotiating the deal. These are USED CARS. so you have a chance that something might go wrong, but they maintain them, they tell you what is wrong with the car if there is anything wrong. All my purchases have been clean, been happy with the service as well. Last purchase was 2 months ago and I got a used car for my Mom. It runs great. they serviced it now that they have on-site mechanic. If i trust ZImport with my Mom i trust them with all my referrals.
Had a really good experience buying my Honda Civic at the lot on Hanna St. Frank was fantastic, super nice guy. I shopped around for weeks before deciding on a car, and their prices are fair.
Too bad car
Great choice of NICE vehicles and very helpful staff! Marko was a pleasure to work with :)
I just bought a car here and it was a car that I was looking for for quite a while. Since it was a European car it was hard to come about in other places but Z-Imports had it and a few other selections for the same make. It was used but a car that had a great Car Fax report and it was exactly as they had it described on their website. I live about 15 miles from this location and when I was ready to buy Zarko came over with the car and hand delivered it to me! A million thanks to the crew of Z-Imports.
Friendly guy.
Poor customer service and lying sales staff
We purchased a 2004 Honda Odyssey van from Z-Imports about a year ago. It's been a great vehicle for us. Couldn't be happier! :-)
Con artist read everyword do not buy until your mechanic has given his or her approval. And do not pay 1300$ for bs 5 star coverage. They took me completely and I am now the not so proud owner/still paying on a vehicle that I cant drive after 5 months. They also spray painted over all the rust on underbody. Nothing but crooks!
its ok
I purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sonata with 109,000 miles from Imran and Rick at the end of August, 2018. Now, mid October, we've been told not only that the car needs a new transmission, but also it looks like someone (most likely the dealership) was aware of the problem and attempted to cover up the faulty transmission by using "stop slip." After having their mechanics look at the car, they confirmed what the first shop told us, and offered to flush the transmission for $325; the other shop quoted us $125 for the same service. If the flush doesn't work, I'm looking at a minimum of $2500 in work on the vehicle, and it doesn't even have plates on it yet. The fact that this company won't help us with a $125 flush when we gave them $6000 for the vehicle less than two months ago is a reflection of how unfairly they run their shop. You'd have better luck anywhere else in Indy.
I could not purchase from this dealer with any confidence. The Suburu WRX STI I was interested in was $2k overpriced and had a bad spark plug boot, which the seller denied knowledge of when I asked. I will ask questions I know the answers to in order to determine the transparency and honesty of the vendor, and I'd recommend you do the same. Oh, and they asked me how long I'd been driving a manual. I suppose women aren't supposed to know how to drive a stick. In their defense, all the sellers I spoke to asked me, "did you realize this is a manual," except one. My bearded boyfriend never got asked that question, and I'm much more experienced with a manual than he is.
Contacted through their website inquiring about a vehicle, and never was contacted. After looking through the reviews this seems to be a common theme.
They don't tell if there is any defect in the car and their carfax report is doctored.
I bought a 2007 Audi Q7 from them 2 weeks ago. Worst mistake!! The battery was dead when I went to get it. They charged the battery. I drive it around for 20-30 min. Go sign the papers come out and the battery is dead. Car sits on the lot over night because the battery place is closed. Pick it up the next day. Drives ok that day. The next day the check engine light comes on. The crankshaft position sensor has went bad. Not a big deal. $80.00 part that I have to pay for because all of there cars are sold AS-IS (for a reason I'm guessing). I order it. Takes 2 days to get here. I change it. Go back to the lot to have them clear the codes. As I am backing out of the lot the check engine light comes on again. Multiple misfires. Guy at the lot says "I just had it tuned up". Call AutoZone to get a quote on 8 new spark plugs. $17.00 each and they have to order them. OK. I order them. Pull out the old plugs and 7 look to be 3 or 4 years old and 1 is fairly new and a different brand. I put in the new plugs. Clear the code start the car and still runs like crap and the check engine light comes right back on. OK maybe the coils are going bad. Call autozone again $20.00 each have to order them. Damn another $160.00. Order them. Im waiting for them to come in. Go to start the car this morning and the low coolant light comes on. Now I am guessing that the head gasket it blown on the drivers side and that is whats causing the misfire codes. Moral of the story is IF YOU BUY FROM THEM BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!!!
i test drove a ford focus and a chevy malibu from here and a honda. i ended up in the honda ive only had 2 major problems but they were very good about getting it fixed once i showed them the diagnosis on what firestone found. they are straight forward and are decent people i may do business with them in the future again.
Great people that were fast and knowledgeable about the vehicle. They fixed 1 issue before I bought it and 1 issue after I bought free of charge. Definitely would recommend them.
Revised 12/01/2016: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I initially purchased a 2006 Audi A4 Quattro from Z Imports a little over 2 years ago. This was my initial feedback; "Not certain what to say here. Just traded in a extremely good vehicle for something a little more manageable on the pocket book; unfortunately has worked against me. Drove the new car off their lot and it was fine for a total of 5 days. Now the engine is dead and I am already having to take it to a mechanic to see what is going on. I fear I have traded in for a lemon. Will keep you updated as I figure out what is going on." After two years I can honestly confirm this car was a complete lemon and the dealership knew it. I originally purchased the vehicle at 86,000 miles. Since then I have put on a total of 107,500 miles OR approximately 21500 miles on the vehicle. So far within those 21500 miles I have put approximately 8,500 dollars into the vehicle. Today I took the vehicle to CarMax, I have been experiencing more engine problems. Had them perform a diagnostic and assessment. Sadly it turns out the vehicle has had 3 previous owners and it has been in an accident, while it was a dealership car. I was only aware of two at time of purchase. The car has been painted completely; which I was unaware of both accident and repaint. At time of sale the repaint job was not apparent. It had several nicks, scratches/chips, and road overspray on the hood. Needless to say, none of this was apparent in the CarFax when originally purchased at Z Imports; which means they altered/edited the CarFax Report to only reflect a good standing vehicle prior to sale. A Crime ladies and gentlemen. My only advice is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are crooks and will only take your money.
Do not recommend this place to anyone. The owner wants you to show him money before he shows you any vehicle...isn't it supposed to be the other way around?
Bad experience with these guys. Initially it went well because they have a good selection of cars and we negotiated a reasonable price. It all changed after the sale with mechanical problems and really poor service. The money we may have saved for the car was not worth the problems that were not fixed, and worse still was having to deal with these people. See similar experiences in this post such as by Mark Y, Joseph L, Marurice J, Kranthi K, etc.
Zarco is one of the nicest and most honest used car dealers I have ever met, I bought a QX4 from them two years ago and the truck was even nicer than they described. Since then he has helped me with free car-fax reviews on other cars for family members, and I was buying them from other dealers (who wouldnt supply a carfax) they just wanted to help us get a good deal, even if we werent buying from them.
cool inventory
Rick and Imran are very pleasant. We will definately purchase from here again. We love our car!!!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I recently bought a 2010 Cadillac srx from z imports. Not even a month later my engine BLEW UP!!!! while I was on the highway between two semi trucks!!!!!!The dealership told me it was not their responsibility!!! Was told repairs would be over 6k!!!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS DEALERSHIP. ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN THIS DEALERSHIP STAY AWAY!!!!!!THEY SELL LIMONS!!!!!!!!
I purchased a 2007 Subaru Forester from Z-Imports and couldn't happier with the purchase. I'm sure no one would say buying a used car is easy, but my experience with Imran and Z-Imports felt as easy as I could have ever hoped. No buyer's remorse here. They were professional, insightful and flexible to get exactly what I was looking for. I've had the car for a few weeks now and everything is running like a dream. It recently made a 500+ mile road trip without the slightest trepidation. I'm of the opinion that Z-imports diligently reviews every used car they buy, ensuring exceptional customer experience by doing the tough leg work. Honest and helpful, I highly recommend Z-Imports to anyone searching for a great used car at a fantastic value.
Nice cars, but absolutely no bargining on already inflated prices. Shame.
I bought a 2002 Mazda Protege5 here last month for $5100 and I could not be happier. When I purchased it, they gave me a free detailing (which was incredibly thorough.) However, I *DID* have to change my tires within a month of buying the car. However, these things are expected when buying $1000 under blue book value. Overall, they sold me a great car, and they have great service.
We have purchased 2 used vehicles from them in the last couple years. The cars were used and we knew there would be some minor fixes over time. Overall both cars have held up great.
I've bought 2 cars from zmotors and have been happy with both. They have quality used cars for the prices, and have always worked with me, to get me into the ride I was looking for. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good affordable used car.
Very friendly sales people and nice cars, trucks. I will return very soon.
Bought a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, one owner, 62,943 miles with new tires all around for a fair price from Z-imports inc. Mr Zia showed me the car after I found it online on a Tuesday. Went back and test drove same evening with the Wife, meeting Frank. A broken passenger side mirror along with a tire sensor light were the only issues I found and was promised they would be repaired before final paperwork and delivery on Saturday. Picked the car up on Saturday morning and found the tire sensor was replaced along with new front struts. The mirror was replaced with a new one and the car was detailed inside and out. We were impressed! We paid the balance of the asking price, minus a $100.00 discount I had asked for originally in negotiations. The paperwork was a breeze and we were on the road in little time. The car drive's awesome, everything works as it should and we're very happy with the whole transaction. The auto store on Hanna Ave was great to deal with, courtesy and respectful people delivering everything promised, and more. Mr. Zia was up front and honest and Frank was great to deal with. Good people to do business with.
Knowingly sold me a car with two blown turbos. ($10,000 expense at the Audi dealer) When I told dealership about problem they showed me a receipt for the parts that they got to try to fix the car on the cheap. Total disaster. Owner promised me to send me a check for $1000 (compared to a $10,000 repair bill that is nothing but I'll take what I can get) and he never even did that. Found the previous owner of the car and verified that the car had two blown turbos when this dealership bought it. Car was running horribly as soon as I took delivery. Totally misrepresented car. Avoid this dealer!!
We found a 2008 Honda Pilot listed on Auto Trader from Z-imports. They stayed late on a Friday night for us to make it after my work. Zarko was fantastic and very straightforward. They let us put our 3 car seats in and take the whole family for a test drive. Zarko provided the Carfax for us and had the Pilot very competitively priced. We test drove a similar Pilot for the same price at Bob Rohrman that was not in nearly as good of shape (rust on brake calipers and rear frame under bumper, engine rough on start, unbalanced wheels, etc). I highly recommend Z-imports and Zarko.
Shop elsewhere.
I was sold a 2005 Subaru Forester with a bad head gasket (a repair that will cost $2000+) Don’t be fooled by the false assurance of the on-site mechanic, who has made the vehicle “roadworthy”. They just do enough to get the car off of the lot, & then it’s your problem. If you are rolling the dice on buying a used car, consider buying from a private party. If you have to do business with a used dealer, avoid Z Imports like the plague.
Came in to test drive a car. The car wouldn't start so they grabbed their jump pack and the car fires up. I tell the gentleman helping me that I'd want to see it start without the jump before considering buying. I take the car out for a test drive because they have assured me it just needed a jump. Long story short they were incredibly rude and I did not purchase the car. Battery was sitting loose in the engine bay, positive terminal was loose, nearly bald tires on the rear. I'm not suggesting that you don't do business here, but based off my experience I wouldn't be sending any of my friends or family to be mistreated. Only reason this is a 2 star and not a 1 star is because the owner apologized and seemed genuinely sorry.
Zarko is awesome to deal with - we bought a car without seeing it, had it shipped to Kansas City it looked better in person than in the photos - Both my wife and I spoke to him over the phone and we both turned round after and said we completely trust him - Nade it easy for us to do this from another State - A rare jewel they are in a somewhat good and bad business arena
Dont ever buy a car from here!!!! Rick the salesman told me they would fix any problem I had after I had the car a few days. After a few days, found sunroof didn't work, drivers side passenger window dont work, headlamp out and low tire pressure on,took the car in to them a week after I bought it,left it with them all day and only thing they fixed was headlamp, said they where waiting on parts for other items, never heard back from them and they won't return my calls. 2008 Nissan Maxima, paid $9,500.00 Also found out from a friend of mine that is a mechanic, car was submerged in water at one time
