Worldwide Motors goes above and beyond for its customers. Coolant was leaking into the oil of my low-mileage vehicle, which was out of warranty. Knowing I was facing an expensive repair and potentially catastrophic damage to my car, Worldwide worked tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcome. They not only fixed the problem with the car, but worked with Mercedes Benz corporate to minimize my out-of-pocket costs. I can’t say enough great things about Gerry Griffin and Casey Cotter in the service department. I’ve also had great experience with Michael Poole in sales and leasing. They stand by their customers and go out of their way to ensure their satisfaction. I’m a Worldwide Motors customer for life!

I unfortunately got a flat tire on my GLK350 a week ago and was very pleased with the service at World Wide. I first contacted Leo (the person I bought my car from) to find out what the best approach would be in regards to getting it fixed. Leo and Brendan went out of their way accommodating me and getting my car fixed. It did take a couple of days to fix because my wheel was supposedly bent. I can’t thank Leo enough for convincing me to purchase the tire and wheel insurance!!!

I called to get a quote on getting new airbags/struts put in on my GL. I was quoted over $900 for ONE strut and 4hrs labor to put it in at over $150/hr. They recommended I do both struts at the same time, when I asked how much more they would charge to do the other side his reply was "double that price". So about 3k to do my front struts. After plenty of research I knew I was being grossly over charged. I found some YouTube videos where a Mercedes mechanic warned owners not to pay a grand per shock, he also stated that it only takes one hour to do both fronts. I found the same exact part number (OEM) at Nappa for less than $450 per strut and a very reputable shop that installed them BOTH for $250. I paid a total of $1150 for both struts installed. Do your homework. After my last experience at a Mercedes dealer I am now very skeptical of them all. I have no trust for these overcharging shops. I surely will not be purchasing a vehicle from them either.

This is the only Mercedes-Benz offering service for Sprinter Vans In Indianapolis. I called to make an appointment got no answer left a message, waited hours no call back. I had to drive over their to communicate with the service department. It was still early in the day. I was hoping to get my van’s oil changed. I was told it would have to stay for a couple of days if I left it before they could get to changing the oil. This is because the service department has only one technician. I scheduled an appointment schedule an appointment for the following Friday morning at 7:30 AM. I was told this would be the most fast, and efficient way to get my oil changed. I waited about two hours on my van to get the oil changed. The exit to this place is under construction, the street it’s on is under construction, and this place is under construction. I would avoid this service shop if possible.

If you buy a car here, don't expect to have any service support. Your lucky if anyone picks up the phone and when they do, they are scheduled for a month out. ....and forget about a loaner car- the wait for an appointment with a loaner is even longer. Downtown location is no better. If you live in Indy- I wouldn't buy a MB!

I brought my car in for $1,200 worth of service on a Thursday. Late that day they called to say they had forgotten to order my new tires and would need to keep the car over the weekend. When I picked the car up Tuesday the windshield was cracked. They never called to tell me and they refused to make amends, even after Mercedes corporate called to recommend that they do. Take your business elsewhere.

Always been a BMW gal, but starting to look outside of the Brand. Searching for a new SUV and Went to World Wide Motors today. I was greeted promptly and was greeted with respect. Called and left messages multiple times - NO CALL BACK. Be careful before you buy a Mercedes. TCO and engineered to be in the shop / dealership is how these are made now a days. Gone are the days when an MB meant a durable car that could give you 30-years of consistent service. It's my last MB. Be careful.Period.

Not recommended for service or product! The service team is arrogant and pretentious. The product I have owned Mercedes E350 is of very poor quality. First time I have ever had a seat tear at the seam ($800 replacement) in any vehicle I have owned in the past 40 years; engine control module ($4,000 replacement) needed at less that 57,000 miles (3 years and 7,000 miles past warranty).

In June of 2017 I bought a brand new GLE 43 AMG Coupe for $79,000. I bought the vehicle because I'm a retired disabled vet, and I was told anytime the car was in their shop I would get a free loaner. Their website says the exact same thing. I took the car in for some light body work repair and a scheduled service. They said no loaners. I reminded them of what they promised me and what their website says. The general manager told me he didn't care. I spoke with the owner, he didn't care, said he would have the wording changed on the website instead. I will never do business here again. Deal with these people at your own peril.

My husband and I were in the market for a new truck or SUV to pull our boat. We looked at several makes and models and finally decided on a Range Rover. Apparently they were taking orders for new cars to be delivered in July, but they had nothing to test drive. Frustrated, I began talking to friends. Best thing ever! Brad Frauhiger came highly recommended. We had never considered a Mercedes to pull a boat with. To our surprise, the ML350 has 100 more horse power than our Chevy Silverado. I had a flat tire when I was in Indy at around 1 am in the morning and got my car towed to this place as it was the nearest dealership. The guy who spoke with me on the phone was extremely unfriendly and rude. I had the wheels and tire coverage from some other insurance company other than Mercedes itself and these guys didn't even bother to ask me about it and I ended in paying for the tire ultimately as they were not ready to work with any other company. For reference I do have a certified Merc bought from a Mercedes Dealership. Don't go off the reviews I would say. Never going back here by choice.

Then as I drove away, a rock from the truck in front of me, flew up and hit my windshield, cracking it. When I told Greg what happened and that I was going to call the trucking company to see if they would replace it, Greg's response was, "Don't waste your time. I'll take car of it for you. If you are in the market for a luxury car, I strongly recommend you go to World Wide Motors and ask to speak with Leo Williams. I went into three other nearby dealers before going into World Wide Motors, and the sales people were either rude, invisible, or had less knowledge about their cars than I did. In contrast, Leo was FANTASTIC to deal with - he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and not at all pushy. I am now on my 3rd Mercedes, and I can honestly say it is because of Leo. I just had my new GLE delivered yesterday. The company that procures them had it delivered to my office. I immediately called World Wide Motors to get Mbrace activated and schedule an orientation. Unfortunately, the sales manager told me that, since I "did not bother" to make sure the sale was credited to him, he and his people "could not bother" to take the time to help me set up my car. No amount of pleading would sway him. An absolutely horrible first experience. I own a BMW and an Acura and have never been shown such poor customer service. I called the selling dealer in Cincinnati. They apologized and offered to have a sales rep drive two hours to help me out.

Horrible experience, car battery kept on dying from my CLS55. Dropped off the car on a thursday, called Adam Hubbard to let him know that I had dropped off my car, since a few months before I had taken my car there. Friday came and I emailed Adam like 3 times and no reply at all, I left 2 voicemails and he did not have the courtesy to call me back. Finally on Friday afternoon Michael decides to call me to tell me they are really busy but he just wants to let me know that he just spoke to his manager and that they are going to be able to DIAGNOSE my car that day on "friday"and that it should be ready before they close. I did not receive a call that friday at all. Monday came and Michael calls me to tell me that is the battery, I tell Michael that i had the battery replaced on sunday of last week, He was like oh, let me double check and I'll call you back.(WoW) Then he calls me to tell me that is "probably" the amp that is bad and that it cost 2000 to get it replaced. I said probably? He was like yes, we are not certain, and as of right now we have put a lot of hours into diagnosing your car. I was like how much do I owe as of right now he said we are probably looking at 1050 dollars, I was like what, then stop and just leave the amp disconnected, He was like let me talk to my manager and I'll call you back. Within 5 minutes he calls me back and said, I spoke with my manger and he said the lowest we can go is 425.00, I said fine but leave the amp disconnected since you are saying that that's the problem, He was like well we already put it back together and if I disconnect it we are going to charge you more and I am also afraid, if I leave it disconnected it may cause other problems to your vehicle. "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE" Never Again!!!! Mr. Michael, How would you feel if you take your car to a dealer and they rip you off, of your hard earning money. BAD SERVICE

Ruined my entire backseat with a gas spill. I still ended up coming out of pocket 400 dollars with this mistake. Response to company : Check your notes in detail. In the process of fixing my original repair, my backseat was ruined, which was not the case prior to bringing it in. Whenever a customer has to pay for company error at all, that is not the best experience. Poor Customer Service. This place is just for American rich and wealthy people. If you are an immigrant I recommend you not to visit this place. We were been trice looking for 2014 Sedan . They showed good cars no doubt. But when it times to buy the car , they showed their poor customer service. They wanted our all personal documents (photocopies of SSN/Passport/VISA/Employee letter )and address proof/ contact no of 3 references. What the hell ?? Even in interview recuiter does not ask for such documents. After submitting everything they said Bank will only provide 20k loan and down payment will be $16000. Is it a joke ?? We bought ACURA AWD 2018 Sedan ($47000). More expensive than Mercedez Benz. So, We will never ever go there and recommend you not to go . Sorry you guys lost a business!!!

This is absolutely the most professional organization I've ever dealt with. At my (advanced) age I've bought many a car from many a dealer, but nowhere have I been so satisfied as with World Wide Motors. Every employee is more than willing to be helpful, and the sales staff is always most courteous and efficient. I had the good fortune to deal with Chelsea Skiles when I bought my first Mercedes, and there was no question with whom I wished to work when I just bought my second. Always smiling and cheerful, she is a sharp business woman: WWM could not find anyone better. She never overlooks a single detail and is always making a move to please the customer. Little snags that I ran into with my first Mercedes were addressed without my mentioning a single detail. Like the rest of the organization, she is perfectly organized and answered without delay any email questions I sent to her. She is the very model of WWM: a buyer's paradise.

I got my car from them last year and I am always recalling my terrible experience with them since then so I decide to write the review. I walked into the store on a Saturday and nobody paid attention on me. I think they were busy with other people. I have to get their attention and say hi I am looking for a car. I was targeting a GLC. The first man I talked with shows me the GLC quickly and then try to show me the GLA. After I sit in to GLA, I got out of the car, trying to ask questions. I looks young and was dressed up like a middle school student that day because that is the way I am usually in a daily life. I can feel that he thinks I will never buy their car and am wasting his time. I decided to get this car because I have a lot of memory with this car as a kid and it is the only one available with the package I would like to have within 300mi. So I went to their downtown place the gentleman showed me the car and we had a test driving. I gave the one star only to him. I talked with another sale here because the downtown one close early. The conversation went well for pricing, and this sales said that an APR of 1.9ish% is promised if I put 8000 deposit down. I was happy with that and paid the fee to lock the car. When I was doing this, the first man I met who “kicked me out” was staring at me for a long time. I looked back, and his face was very unfriendly. Two days later, I come to sign the documents and picked up the car. I will provide the feedback to Benz as well. When I reviewed the document, I figured out that the APR is about 3%. I pointed it out and I can tell that the sale was very nervous and trying to make up the numbers using the calculation. (I am very good at math so I can easily tell.) She cannot figure out the number in the paper and went back to the manager. She came back and said that was a mistake by her manager. I think they were trying to CHEAT but failed. Please do the math line by line if you end up work with them. She told me they need another day to renew the paperwork and ask me to come back the next day. I was very mad and left for lunch. The sale texted me offering something like additional United airline mileage. I was very upset but have to take this because I need to have a car quickly for commute. If I should have more time, I would go for another dealer 300mi away. I had to leave work earlier and paid uber to get there again. The car is very good. GLC is a great model. I had a great time with it.

Contacted the service department in regards my back up camera. A guy called M.P dealt with me but he had no intention on solving the problem. He said I had to leave my car for a day, plus no loaners or shuttle. No consideration about how I'm going to spend my days without a car. No follow up on the email also. We had a great experience purchasing our 2016 GLE 350 from Michael Poole at World Wide Motors. This was our first Mercedes purchase, so we had multiple questions about the vehicle and the brand.
