Didn't have a great experience buying my vehicle in the spring of '18. They initially wouldn't budge on price because they had 'put a lot of money into the front end'. Well it wasn't too long after I bought the car that I found out that they had done a shoddy job and my mechanic concluded that they tried to repair a leaking oil gasket pan and failed, which cost $1,400 to actually fix. Thanks.

I purchased a new Kia Optima SXL. Mike T did a very nice job of helping us to assess our needs and then listening to what our expectation was for our new car. Steve then, with our interests in mind, got us the best car at a great price. Steve also made sure we received all incentives that were available. Both Mike and Steve made the process run smoothly. We also found that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Mike contacted me the next day to set up a service appointment that was convenient for me. I was denied a car due to my credit they didn't even try and help me finance a car at all I was told that they wouldn't give me a loan and if I wanted a car I would have to put 5000 dollars down. I waisted three hours in the dealership only to be denied and treated very unfair. I would not recommend going to this dealership

These folks are always helpful and eager to please! I bought a 2015 Rio a few years ago because I needed to replace a vehicle that was becoming too expensive to keep due to repairs. I traded in for a Soul in 2017 because I needed something larger for my family. My only complaint is that until I really pressed them, they were going to charge me for things on the vehicle that I didn't want, like the luxury detail package. But they saw my points and accommodated us on the price. As for their service center, I took my Rio for all the scheduled maintenance and never had any issues. They were very transparent with issues and worked as quickly as they could. I would recommend Thomas Kia to anyone looking for a vehicle or a service center!

HORRIBLE place of business. They sold me a damaged car. Damaged the time I picked it up, it was a brand new KIA SEDONA. They lied to me to get me out the door then the next day stuck me with all the headache. Purchased my car the 18th, they took it the 19th and its the 26th and they still have it. Supposed to be a brand new car. They wont swap it nothing, they hustled me. I advice everyone to go to another KIA Dealer, this one will screw you everyday possible.

I visited Thomad Kia of Highland for my routine warranty service. The staff members were very nice and the wait time was minimal which I absolutely loved!! But, I wish I could remember the young man's name that went above and beyond excellent customer service. I had just purchased my 2017 Ford Escape from Southlake Kia and Nissan and realized that I didn't have a manual for my vehicle. I asked this particular young man at Thomas Kia if there happened to be a manual laying around. At first he stated that they probably didn't have one. I told him thanks anyway and forgot all about it. The next day, I needed something that was in my glovebox and to my surprise, there was a manual in the glovebox!!! I was so happy that I called Thomas Kia and explained to the guy in the service department that it is the small things that people do in my life that makes me the happiest. The average person may not get excited about an owners manual but it was not just the manual. It was being surprised by simple kindness of the heart. This young man didn't stop until he found what I needed. Thank you whoever you are!! I wish I could remember your name!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Thomas Kia and when I walked in I was greeted right away. The salesman John Roney listened to what I wanted and the budget I needed to stay within. He did not push me to get more then I could afford he showed me a few different vehicles that he felt I would like gave me the different options on each one and left the decision up to me. Didn't seem like they were going to help to make a deal overpricing cars I went and looked at a couple of Kia Souls do you want it five to six thousand dollars they smell like smoke in the engine look like garbage went and bought one off the street for way less than what they were asking and way better condition with very low miles I'll consider looking on Let It Go or offer up before you come to this place

My wife & I bought a new Kia Cadenza from Jonn & this Kia dealership. We enjoyed working with John. He was patient & cutious. He kept telling us that he was Not trying to sell us the car, but the car would sell itself. We went in to look at Optimas. We test drove the Kia Optima Kia. However the wife wanted more flashier wheels. We test drove the Kia Cadenza. She loved it. We bought it. John and the finance guy worked with us to trade in our Chevy & to get us financing. John even rode hjome with us to personally pick up our trad in. We liked John. We would go to John again for future buys.
This dealership is awesome! I recently moved here from Illinois, and have had nothing but good experiences here! Kyle, Allen, and Kim in service are wonderful. I have worked with Kyle during most of my visits, and he is so professional and honest. He prioritizes the services you need and doesn't pressure you at all! I'm definitely not going anywhere else for my car!
Waited 2 hours to be told they have to order a part. That would have been ok, except the tech walked me to the check out place and didn’t mention that - I saw it when I read the paperwork and asked. He said he was going to tell me when we went to my car. Just not a good feeling about that experience. Normally I have had better, more transparent service here.

He was informative, friendly and attentive; everything you want your salesman to be and nothing more. We had some questions about the used car we were looking at and they even allowed us to have it checked out by our personal mechanic to give us peace of mind. Once we settled on deal, the process was swift and painless. We were impressed with how courteous and efficient the entire process was. Jim Knizek in Finance was the same way - very personable, informative and very helpful. He did everything he could to get us the best possible financing and more. In 2016, my boyfriend John purchased an used Kia (2015) from Thomas Kia in Highland. The car had numerous problems right away within a month of his purchase. After those were fixed, we thought it'd be good now as the car was almost new. However, starting a few months ago this year, the paint of the car hood has been starting to peel off. John didn't know it at the time of purchase till now that the hood and front fender had been repainted. The dealership is now refusing to pay for the repair and will not stand by the faulty car, a real lemon, that they sold to him. When we talked to the salesman about the issue, he first asked John to trade in the car and buy a new one with extra down and monthly payment. How can we buy another car knowing just 2 years ago, he sold us a lemon! He's very likely to know the car had been repainted etc. Then the same salesman kept talking to us in a trained monotone voice, "I've tried every venue to remedy the issue, I've tried every venue to help you..." but refuse to repaint the car. Buyer beware of this shop where dishonest sharks float around to get your hard-earned money. We will also report the shop to Better Business Bureau and KIA headquarter. Also make sure you check Yelp reviews about this place, as I am not the only one who has complaint about their shoddy practice, such as selling you a lemon, then ask you to trade in and buy a new one with more money. Be alert and do your research about their "clever" sales and marketing pitch.
Amazing service. Was in the middle of communicating via the website and phone, was unable to drive to dealership due to work obligations. They drove my vehicle to my work, filled out paper work in office, and drove my trade in away. Also used car was spotless and good as new, will not buy a vehicle from another company! Tremendous experience

I came in on Saturday morning for oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was told it would be about an hour. I arrived at 7:45 am and wasn’t finished until about 10:45. Although service was great and everyone was very kind and polite I think 3 hours is a bit long.
If only there were more stars to give! After a day of visiting other dealerships and the sales games of needing to go see the GM like the guy behind the screen in the Wizard of Oz, Thomas Kia is the best dealership I've dealt with in 36 years of driving various company cars and now buying my own. Here the GM sets the gold standard for managing a crew that is best in class. I don't think I've ever seen a GM that works where everyone can see him and doesn't hide in the back like the wizard. It almost seemed too easy to buy the Kia Sorento and Jose and Tom had me out in about an hour with a new safe vehicle for my family. Having been rear ended while driving a Kia Optima experienced first hand unfortunately why Kia has the best crash rating. Car companies only give the longest warranty in the industry when they build the best. With my work have been in the Kia factory in Georgia and the factory floor is cleaner than some tables I've eaten off of and quality is best in class. If I owned this dealership would give Mr. Seely a big raise and lock him up before someone else steals him away. Glad I never have to look anywhere to buy a car ever again, thank god. Thanks a bunch Mr. Seely!

KIA of Highland staff were very kind, respectful and helpful. It made the large bill easier to take. I brought my car to them because I felt they would get the job properly. I came there a couple of months ago and felt really good about them. This dealership has a regular and when I am ready to buy a new car, I am coming to KIA of Highland.

So I found a posting on the Facebook Marketplace for a 2017 Sportage being sold from this dealership for $2995. I sent a message and received a response from a salesperson named John Roney via email. He sent me the full specs of the vehicle which had a completely different price. I then sent him a screenshot of the posting I saw but he never responded. I sent a follow up email to which the Sales Manager, Tom Seely, responded saying that John had a family matter he had to deal with. I inquired about the vehicle again to Tom who then sent me the same spec sheet that John sent me. So I asked again about the post I saw. I wasn't pleased with the follow up email from Tom. He laughed at me, literally writing "Lol" in his email and practically belittled me for thinking that the vehicle was being sold for such a small amount and that he would've bought it if that were the case. Then he said that they had other vehicles in the price range if I were interested. I quickly reminded him that it was THEIR advertisement team that setup the listing, not me and that I wasn't amused with his response. He then attempted to apologize for the mistake but he should've done that before laughing at me. If they can't even get an advertisement correct, I wouldn't trust buying a vehicle from this place. Laughing at potential customers is NOT the way to do business. Buyers, take your business elsewhere.
Beware very dishonest and deceptive I have been a loyal customer of Thomas for a long time. I have bought 4 cars from them and continue to go to them for service. That ends now. My wife took my daughters car in for service and they charged her $900.00 for repair. Over $400 for parts that I could get from any mopar store at retail for $180 and then $500 for labor on a job that I could complete myself in 2 hours. I even printed up a parts order from mopar and gave it to them with a letter so they could see it in black and white. I attempted to talk to them about price but they really don’t care. Oh well businesses are built on relationships and ours is over. I will go somewhere that is honest and values repeat business.

I made it stressful by making an appointment to see a specific vehicle, drove 2.5 hours when the van was missing parts? I made it more stressful when my NEW 2018 came out of being detailed and then had a huge WHITE scratch on it??? I making it more stressful since my 2018 that was supposed to have remote auto start on it and it does not WORK and is missing a part to make it work? YOU did not even check it over properly to present it to a customer... SMH! WOW & YOU ARE BLAMING ME? A single mother, A US ARMY VETERAN, A human being and your company won't make it right? This code of ethics or whatever you call it... has me completely mind blown.
Awful experience.. We agreed to a price so we waited for the finance guy to finish up another customer.. He came out and said he got the loan and gave me the monthly payment. It seemed off so I said the deal was for our agreed price right? Our salesman was there also. The finance asked the salesman is that what you agreed on?? He agreed.. So I went in the office to sign the contract and it was 600 more than we agreed to plus tax, title and doc fee. He called in our salesman and manager and they completely lied and were rude.. No sorry or anything I said an out the door price and they said I didn't.. Ok but guess what the agreed price was no where on the contact the finance guy or manager just pulled a number out of their butt.. Disgusting tactics if you have bought a car from them or are going to read the contract closely..

Absolutely horrible experience in their service center. Made an appointment for a 1pm oil change and was there for over two hours. Disorganized and the woman at the counter was unhelpful and rude. People who walked in were serviced before those who made appointments. I purchased my car here and had an amazing experience, but the hospitality stops after they get your money. Will never come back here again for service.

And cause i was scammed i found a way to make the back to denial my contract, and the dealer had to take back the truck,

First of all, this is my 4th new car purchase at Thomas KIA. My Optima Hybrid was in the shop and I received some very unfortunate and unexpected news about the transmission which would have resulted I'm a $4600.00 repair for a sealed maintenance free transmission. Upon hearing that news from Kim and Neddy I determined I needed a new car. Kim introduced me to John over the phone. I explained to John my very specific needs. He emailed me some suggested vehicles right away and explained by the time I would get there he would have options and cars all lined up for me. Kim had even offered to have someone pick me up to assist with the process. I am no nonsense and do not like the car buying process at all and that offer was a nice touch. John was fantastic. He was ready with cars that matched my needs and was able to answer my questions. John was matter of fact which was perfect for someome like me. No BS. He was friendly and courteous and did what he said he would do. While there I was greeted with smiles and handshakes from Kim and Neddy. When the day was done I ended up with my 2019. I didnt get the price I wanted..I'll be honest but I needed a car. I feel I paid too much as they did not take a penny off the sticker for a loyal customer but the manager knew I was desperate. Despite that, the service team of Neddy and Kim have kept me buying cars there...now we can throw John in the mix. Great job to you guys (and Tracey). Finance guy needs to learn how to talk to people as at 48, I am clearly not a child and don't appreciate being laughed at like I am stupid for not taking his extended warranty. Great sales/service. Will always take care of you. We just bought a 2016 Optima and Jose and I noticed a rear tire that kept losing tire pressure ( electronic readout in these vehicles shows you tire pressure on each tire) Jose had it filled but I had to call him and let him know it must have a slow leak. He said just bring it by. They have always taken good care of us. This is our third vehicle with Thomas Kia.

The worst experience buying a car. They totally lied to me about the price and the warrenty. There was a problem with the car when i bought it so they fixed it but in doing that they broke something else and they wouldnt fix it even tho they broke i . And when they were fixing the initial problem they wouldnt even give me a loaner untill i threatened to cancelled the sal . Dnt buy a car from thomas kia. 2019

These folks are always helpful and eager to please! I bought a 2015 Rio a few years ago because I needed to replace a vehicle that was becoming too expensive to keep due to repairs. I traded in for a Soul in 2017 because I needed something larger for my family. My only complaint is that until I really pressed them, they were going to charge me for things on the vehicle that I didn't want, like the luxury detail package. But they saw my points and accommodated us on the price. As for their service center, I took my Rio for all the scheduled maintenance and never had any issues. They were very transparent with issues and worked as quickly as they could. I would recommend Thomas Kia to anyone looking for a vehicle or a service center!

I really do appreciate the 5 star treatment I received upon arrival. The service manager was extremely helpful and got me in an out within an hour. Thank you so much. I bought my 2019 Kia Sorento 2 weeks ago and it is now leaking water in front passenger floor. This shouldn't happen especially when you purchase a brand new car. I bought this brand new car from Thomas Kia expecting the best. They sold me a car with problems already I have less than 500 miles on the car and already problems. I am beyond upset and will be going the distance to ensure my voice is heard and my car is fixed. Calling first thing in the morning to the service department.

I bought my car here recently. I got a really good deal and it was a great buying experience. I took it back for the first oil change (free) and they washed the car at no charge. When I'm ready to buy again, I'm coming back.
I have been a customer with Thomas Kia for over 15 years. I love the service team and their willingness to help their customers. I had a car issue last week and they repaired it. Not even 24 hours later, the same problem reoccurred and I had to get it towed again. I would give the service team 5 stars for their customer service, however , the car itself, not so much.
Stop the annoying robo calls saying you need to buy my car. Really, do you think people are that dumb? Just for that I will never buy a car from you.
I called ahead and set up an appointment. I came in contact with John Roney and told him what I needed. I came in late after work with a trade in and John was able to listen to what I needed and could afford. It was truly a no pressure sales experience. I was ready to go head-to-head but John was professional and he listened. It was like a well oiled machine, from sales to finance, I was in and out of the dealership in no time with a vehicle within my budget that I love!
It's cheaper to go to pepboys or similar place but dealership is more convenient. Plus the staff are nice in the service area. I'll probably trade in my car next year, so I'll probably try here first.

My wife and I visited another KIA dealer days prior to coming to Thomas. We were very displeased with the service that was given. A few days later we went to Thomas KIA. We were very pleased with the service provided at Thomas by Steve Reich and new sales associate Michael Tom. Steve worked with us and reviewed several scenarios as we were purchasing 2 new vehicles and a used one all at the same time. We arrived at numbers that we were all satisfied with. Michael Toms is on his way to become a very good sales person. He was very polite and personable. I would highly recommend others to work with him when looking for their next car(s).

I went into Thomas Kia on a limb because I really needed a new vehicle. I was contacted by a few sales agents since I had found a few vehicles online and Sam was by far the most helpful. He not only went above not only when I was purchasing my vehicle, but continues to do so after the fact! Recently I had an issue with my car and wasn’t sure what to do and he was there to assist me when I reached out to him! Kia not only towed my vehicle to the dealership for free but fixed the issue without a dime spent because it was covered under my warranty. Very happy with my purchase at Thomas Kia in Highland. I was looking for a Kia Cadenza, and boy did I find one! It was higher priced than others I had seen elsewhere, but when I got there I found it had all the packages available on it! The best car dealership to ever deal with!! from the sales team to the finance department these guys are on their game. They help you get what you're looking for or if you know what you want they got you there too. I had issues getting finance before but they took care of me and i got my first brand new car ever, a 2014 kia soul. my sales guy Mike Tom was excellent in helping me.. 10 plus goes to him, and the finance department did not give up until they got me a lender. So happy with them hopefully down the line i can get a second car from them, they got a lifetime loyal customer in me. I certainly recommend them to friends and anyone looking for a great car buying experience. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Bought a 2016 Kia Soul and it is the best new car i have ever bought. I had bought new cars in the past but this Kia Soul so far is running circles around them and this is my first foreign car ever. Don't buy Kia because if it has a problem they will not live up to their end of the contract I was told you guys can do nothing for me and escalation office won't return calls so I'm stuck in a vehicle that will not crank in the winter I'm tired of making calls and getting the run around. Actually been to Thomas of Kia you customer service person basically said why is your car back here for service obviously bc you guys haven't and can't fix it
Right from walking in the door I was greeted by all the sales people and also welcomed with a warm handshake from Jose. From there I was already blown away, greeting someone is always a must. From there Jose helped me pick out the right car for me and was very knowlegeable about all the inventory they had. After I picked out the car of my dreams I met the Finance Manager Matt. Matt was also very helpful on getting me the best rate and helped me get a couple extra goodies that will in the long run save my pocketbook and keep my car looking and driving great. All in all I had a wonderful experience and will be going back to work with these two too buy another car in the future. Thank you Jose and Matt! I truly appreciate the great customer service you have given me! Keep up the great work!
