The purchase of the car was a breeze. After that it was an aggravating wind, the kind that blows your chairs off the porch! I bought a car on October 27, the SD card was missing and my salesman, DJ, said he would get me a new one and mail it to me. It’s December 6. I have not received it nor has my phone rang once. In addition, Mr Galyan said he would mail me a check for $100 for a rebate coupon I showed him. Guess what? No check, no call, nothing. The after-Sale follow thru sucks! I do not recommend you buy a car from this location.

Car emergencies are not so bad when you have really good people to help. I had already given high praise to my salesman Stephen Fort for helping me and being profesional and genuine. And to go into the exceptional customer service I received from Sean Daniels. When I had came in the first time I was not happy about having to come in so soon after buying my car. Sean had them take car back and they worked on it immediately. I didn't have to wait long at all. I've had to go in a few times after for normal maintenance on my car and everything was done in a timely manner. You will not find a better place to get your vehicle serviced. The people there are top notch and they get your vehicle done in a fair amount of time. I have many years of experience with service departments, and this one is the best I have experienced thanks to Sean. I'm happy with my switch to a Chevy!

We first purchased from Ray Skillman in 2014 when we purchased our first Mitsubishi. When we decided we were ready for a new car, we returned. We had our vehicle serviced a week ago and were looking around the showroom and were greeted by David Brown. He was not pushy and accepted we did not have time that day to test drive. We returned yesterday and asked to speak with David. He was very helpful in making sure we got what we needed and wanted. I would have no problem recommending this dealership and David to anyone who is in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Awesome service from everyone who works there.

I bought my Kia here and it is still under warranty so I take it here. It was recently making a weird noise after I hit a pot hole. I expected the worst. I brought in in hoping it would be under warranty. But since it was damaged it was not. They said the right front control arm, tie rod end and ball joint was damaged. $698.51. I ended up filing a claim and using a repair shop that I trust and works with my insurance. They found nothing wrong with the car. So Beware when using them.. Seek a second opinion. I will be taking my Kia to another dealership from now on.

My money spends just as well as everybody else's I was insulted with the payment that they wanted me to pay for a used car just because my credit score is not the greatest if I took the deal I would have ended up paying 3 times more what the car is actually worth in the long run with the interest and the apr itself. I will never buy a car from these people all they do is tell you one lie after another I can smell the BS a mile away.

In the last nine years I have bought three Kias from the GREAT sales people at Kia Southside Auto Center. I can’t say enough good things about everyone who works at that dealership!!! The sales people are so informative and friendly and they go out of their way to make your car buying experience AND then car ownership a great and pleasant experience. I always bring my car to get serviced there because the service people are so wonderful also. They get my car in and out as fast as they can and the prices are better than anywhere. If you want a great car at a good price, a great buying experience, a great ownership experience and wonderful service I suggest you go to Ray Skillman Southside Auto Center. I scheduled an online appointment for my 96 cutlass supreme and it was very easy. The appointment was confirmed by Kim and Adam, the service advisor, was ready for my arrival. The professionalism that was displayed and the friendly greeting made me feel very welcome and that I was someone important. The care taken during the inspection and diagnosis left me with the feeling my car was important to them too. Adam made some recommendations and Eric performed the work flawlessly. This will be the only place I take my almost historic vehicle.

I had the absolute worst service of my life there on January 19th. If I ever come back, I definitely do NOT want the same technician that worked on my car. Both my husband and I are furious. I bet the Flintstones car runs better than mine. Nothing like turning your car on INSIDE the service garage after they're done and your check engine light comes on! Very poor service!

My check engine light come one. Came down to Ray Skillman to get it checked out. Was in and out in a couple hrs. The service girl was talking with another lady which I over heard her. If you don't drive your vehicle often maybe to grocery and church it's good to have a trickle charger on your battery to always keep it charged.

I am very disappointed with Ray Skillman. I have been trying to address an issue for over 2 months and have not received and email or call back. They told me they were going to cover the cost of my mileage overage on my lease and they never dud and 9 months later it showed as not being paid and has hurt my credit. I do not recommend buying from them as a friend of mine has also had nothing, but issues with them.

Conner (sales) & Doug (finance) made my first dealership experience easy and as stress free as possible. They both had the best upbeat attitude. They were extremely patient with my husband and I. Conner was very informative and if he did not have the answer to something he quickly found it. We were so back and forth on vehicles and he did not make me feel pressured. If I could give them a zero I would. My completely deaf son went in to this location and since his credit was ok was allowed to buy a newer car. The communication that was done was on paper and he reads at a 5th grade level so all he understood was he get a new car. Interest rates and gap insurance were never even discussed and now he’s out of a car because he was rear ended and didn’t have Gap insurance. Cindy from this location was completely unprofessional and rude. She just kept saying well he had what he needed to get approved so we approved him! He’s over 18 and has income so we gave him a car. He has ssi and a part time job! They are only interested in the sale and nothing else. She told me to have him come in and talk to them but he doesn’t have a car !

Well I was a repeat customer. I made my 7th car purchase on June 7th. Which ended up being a disaster. I'd say I was pretty loyal and went back to the same person and let me say for the 7th time for a purchase. But after this experience I will never purchase a vehicle again from Ray Skillman. Not only did it take over a month to finalize things after signing papers not once on the car but 3 times, yes 3 times. Was one lie after another and then my paper plate expired and I had to park my new car and use a loaner till they still straightened out their messed up paperwork and let me mention also a document was forged and my employer caught it. Very disappointing for I always recommend people to Ray Skillman thou my sister sells at another car lot. But everything was uncalled for.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ray Skillman for several years now. Last May I bought a GMC Acadia. They have went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with my purchase. I have one service man I call for all my questions, concerns or just to schedule my oil change. I appreciate this because I am single female and having someone to trust with my vehicle is important to me. In addition to the fact that customer service has changed in so many companies over the last several years and I like having someone that knows the history of MY vehicle personally. I will continue to use the service department for all my vehicle's needs. All of the staff are helpful, polite and willing to make sure the job is done right.

i was referred due to filing bankruptcy. However I wouldnt refer my worst enemy. Francina is supposed to help u however she sets u up to fail. she thinks its a joke when it comes to help. if u are wanting to purchase a veh I suggest U STAY AWAY FROM HERE. also my battery dies after having the car a week asked for help but they transfer you every where but to the correct person... again DONT DO IT!!1 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...BAD BUSINESS

I was sold a Ray Skillman Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that had been wrecked quite extensively under a masked rear bumper. I did not see this until I departed the finance office with my newly signed documents a smile on my face and excited to get my belongings out of my trade in and put them in my new car. As I was transferring my stuff to the new car (which was washed while I was in the finance office) I noticed the right rear freshly washed bumper had some damage. I brought this to the attention of the Skillman staff (sales, and management) immediately. I was told wow "Don't think there's much we can do about that". After stating I cannot leave without some sort of documentation stating that someone will fix it they handed me a piece of paper stating we owe you , since start this horrible downward spiral of mistrust, insults , and horrible first time customer service. I have been dealing with Ray Skillman ever since that day.... which resulted in Sensor's being replaced, bad paint job, parts broken. I will start with the Sensor (BSD blind spot detector sensor which I believe by law should have been fixed before purchase. I was told that my sensor was not covered under warranty; I asked why not...no answer, so instead of fixing the bumper as previously talked about, they can only fix the sensor because it cost 1500.00. Ray Skillman stated in a text message that although my bumper should be replaced it just wasn't feasible because the bumper is 1500 to replace, and sensor cost the same so instead they wanted me to be safe which they thought was the better of the two problems. I called the Hyundai factory and they informed me that a BSD or blind spot detector is covered under warranty unless somehow the vehicle had been wrecked? I questioned the dealership about the sensor not being covered under warranty and miraculously they told me they would fix the sensor and put on a new bumper. After feeling a sigh of relief that finally someone is treating me like a customer should be treated (offering help and resolution), I get my car back after a week with more things wrong with it than when I left it with them in the first place (is that a fix or just blatant…I don’t care). I was supposed to get a new bumper and it be painted professionally, what I got back was a bumper had been painted on my vehicle, misaligned, half painted out in a parking lot, with broken trim in my trunk, reflectors painted on, trunk seals with over spray, back driver side window not working anymore, dual exhaust out of alignment, battery unbolted in trunk, computer board unbolted in trunk, paint stuck to trunk lid that pulled off the bumper because it was still tacky and a Manager from Ray Skillman telling me to not wash it for two days let the sun bake it. I pointed out all the things wrong mentioned above and I was told by Mr. C ( I will leave names out to be professional) what more do you want from us? I am an RN whom took the word of mouth from one Skillman family member years ago to come buy are cars we treat people the way they should be treated, my own family referrals to go here, a past employee, and multiple co-workers. Everyone bragged on how awesome Ray Skillman is and how well they treat their customers. I am highly disappointed and will continue the rest of my concerns in another review.

Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! With my purchases, it seems that whenever there are some maintenance or preventive maintenance issues there technicians are spot on. Just last month I had my Buick serviced and a unforeseen problem arose, just one phone call into to Amy Miller and the loaner vehicle was available so that my errands and work schedule wouldn't be interrupted. Beware of this dealership ,unless your looking to spend an evening or two on the side of the road.they decietfully sneak in paperwork saying you agree to no spare and Jack. In less than a year my wife is on her third tire issue ,and if you need service work ,even with an appointment, plan a full day there .our salesman dakota,at Kia on S.us 31 will be happy to help until he gets his sale done ,then plan to be on your own ,and if your time and vehicle are valuable to you ,your at the wrong place. My experience at Ray Skillman Fiat in New Whiteland was great. I took my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee there for what I thought was going to be a costly repair. When I came back to pick up my Jeep I was told it was a simple fix with a fair price to match. The service manager James was great with a smile on his face the whole time. I will definitely be back for anything vehicle related. Thanks to a great dealership, and an amazing service department. THIS IS HOW SERVICE SHOULD BE!

The ability to get your car in at almost anytime is unmatched. I usually have to wait for the work to be completed and they have every accommodation you can think of while you wait. I think the parts and supplies are reasonable but the labor is very costly. 72% of my last bill was labor. I would prefer to have the dealership handle all of my work so that it's certified but can't justify the cost. I have 2 people who can do car repair for me at a much reduced rate. And since I'm a female I think often times they still try to play that game with me where 20 things need to be done or my car will immediately breakdown. and it's usually $1000 and up worth of things. I can go in and get an oil change and tire rotation without any other issues but the next time I go in, I need 5 things done right away. I was just in 2 months ago, my brakes and roters didn't get that bad in 2 months and wouldn't you mention the wear on them the last time I was in? Its frustrating because it makes getting anything done to my car the most unpleasant experience because I'm not sitting on $1500 every 3rd time I go in to get my oil changed. The last time I was told it was a sensor but that my oil need changed and the injection need to be flushed and cleaned. They found an ECM update but nothing about a sensor and said if I continued to have problems it could be my spark plugs need changed, etc Ultimately I don't think they gave me answer to what was really wrong with my car $500 later.

They did not take my car shopping seriously and I do not think they took into account of the preapproval from Capital One that I had received into account, either. Worst of all, they didn't tell me they were or not so I don't think they cared as long as there was another bank they could gain commission from. I am now picky in what color I want for my next vehicle, GMC TERRAIN SLT but not sure I will be getting it from here. I'm taking my business to a place that will take me seriously in my next car buying experience. I've bought 3 cars in my lifetime and have had them ALL paid off. The last one being last year July so, they are missing out.

They listened to our concerns and took time to get to know us. It's a car dealership so your expectations are just that, hounding you, chasing you down on the lot while you are browsing, and telling you only the good in a vehicle....not the bad. I went into Skillman on Saturday before Christmas to see there special finance people. Within 10 min of getting g to the dealership they had me filling out credit app. And was taking my car to see what they could do for a trade in. They came out min later after running my credit 8 times saying I need $4000 down plus my trade and they could get me into an Enclave with a $6000 rebate. Mind you I’m single and no family why in the hell would I need a big ass Enclave. Needless to see I didn’t have $4000 to put down so i asked for my keys. The sales rep said you need to talk to my manager first. Ok whatever so I said spoke with him. Eventually got my keys and found my car parked in the back 40 with the other trade ins and employee cars. Really I had to walk my happy ass out there to get it. What happened to this great customer service that everybody talks about. I feel as though because I don’t have $4000 to put down I was just shoved out the door. I will never say anything good about this dealership.

I generally work on my car myself, but when I diagnosed a problem with my car and found it to be covered by Ford's warranty, I took it to skillman service center south. I dropped it Sunday and left a note describing the problem that was causing my engine to stall out. I explicitly stated which part, which error code and included the Ford extended warranty number. They called saying they had found more issues. I was told it would be $675. I informed them that I would take care of it myself that I only needed the warranty repair taken care of. They explained that what I requested would not solve my stalling problem (I knew that it would because I've been working on cars since I was a kid). They slapped a $110 diagnostics charge on my bill and told me they had to spend hours diagnosing the problem. Despite the fact that I said, in no uncertain terms, that I ONLY want the warranty problem fixed by them. The manager dropped the charge but lectured me about how much time it took them. They do good work but the only reason I would go back is for something covered by a warranty. It really feels like they tried to pull a fast one on me telling me I NEEDED more repairs when I knew I didn't to solve this specific problem. Picked the car up and it's running great again with them having only done the repair I asked for. Keep an eye on these guys.

Pushy dealership without an ounce of dignity. They got a hold of my info and ran my credit when I made it clear I was not interested in any of their cars when they called and emailed me. But guess what? They did it anyway and have been calling me every other day just so I can tell them they don't have what I want. Now I'm the only one suffering from this with a lower credit score and still looking for a car to buy. Take your business somewhere else.

My wife and I started looking at new cars early on a Saturday morning. After looking at Hyundai and Cadillac we ended up at Skillman Buick. It was the first really nice day for awhile. A lot of people were out looking. We began looking around on the lot and a young guy came out and introduced himself and offered to accompany us but remain back a little so as not to appear pushy. It was clear he was in training. We found a Buick LaCrosse and asked about it. He was knowledgeable about the car and we felt comfortable with him. We asked to test drive the Buick and he went with us to explain some of the options. Upon returning we decided to see what they would offer on our trade-in, naturally this kicked off the process. At this point a full salesman stepped in to handle the deal. After several back and forth negotiations. We settled on the deal. They kept the keys to our old car. Finally we were ushered to the Finance Manager. Several forms were printed off and then this manager began to sell us on an Extended Warranty. I felt he was high pressure and told him so. We didn't buy the extended warranty. He rebutted with he didn't think he was. After that our communication was down hill with him. They put the new car through the car wash and filled the gas tank while we were doing the paperwork. We asked if the new to us car had an owners manual, the salesman said it did. We needed a paper plate as our plates were expiring within the month. Well, the car didn't have an owners manual and they didn't give us a paper plate. They seemed in a hurry to get to the next customer instead of taking care if us. We headed home and realized they kept our keys, our key ring had our home keys on it. We had to drive back to the dealership to get them. They weren't taking care of the details. I had to return to the dealership the next day for a paper plate and to order an owners manual. We were at the dealership the first day for around 3.5 hours, we were wore out by then. This took too long. We liked the two salesmen, the finance manager not so much.

Would not buy a car from Kia Southside again, I bought my new car less than a year ago with added tire protection plan have had three tire issues most recent had a flat tire on a tire previously plugged, no spare tire in the car Was not informed of this when I bought the car. Waited three hours on road side service car was towed to dealership an hour away was told I would be able to get loaner car as service department would be closed, was unable to ride with tow truck, had I have ridden with them i would have been stranded an hour from my house due to the dealership not having loaner cars, after I was told I would be put in a loaner car. Very Dissapointed. I purchased an older used car (2001 Lincoln Towncar Signature) believing that Ray Skillman Autos would sell used vehicles that met higher standards. After one month I can say I was wrong. Within the first two weeks the cruise control quit working. The windshield washer light was on and I believed it only needed fluid, after adding fluid I found out it did not work. The drivers side window does not work properly, it goes down and then it takes several tries and some time before it will finally go back up. The right rear window does not work at all. The heated mirrors aren't heating either. The rear window defroster does not work. The air suspension trouble light comes on and goes off intermittently. I love the way the car drives and it is comfortable to travel around town in it. I never expected so many problems so quickly. They refused to fix any of these problems. The second disappointment is the way the finance department hoodwinked me into buying an extended warranty that costs more than the vehicle being purchased and only covers the power train. Upon doing some research on the warranty company I found it to be almost worthless. I am cancelling the warranty immediately. This was my fault for not going over the contracts line by line and not having the time to do my own research on the company before purchase. I must say the salesman I worked with was very nice and pleasant to work with and had several items repaired that I had noticed before the purchase. Would I but another used car from Ray Skillman? Probably not without taking it to another dealership and having it inspected top to bottom.

Both were friendly and helpful with all the knowledge to answer my questions and settle my concerns as a first time Buyer. Plus it was a late in the evening but at no point did I feel rushed as we took the experience just past close. They made sure everything for the transfer from Rental to My new Kia was done to 100% satisfaction. Plus there was no way any other dealership could have gave me the deal Mac got for me. My first experience in 2009 with Skillman was amazing. My first new car. Treated very well, fun, fast and fair. I chose to drive to south side even though there was a Skillman dealership much closer to my home. 30 minute drive, 5 minutes drive....I didn't care. I am glad I did. THE most efficient, thorough and fun experience I have had purchasing a car. Mac is a multi-tasking genius! Often high energy people, running around, seem out of control. Mac did not. When it was my turn, I had his attention. He had a calmness combined with that high energy. Doug, finance, was thorough, fast, and fun! He was extremely organized and kept working while we talked. A vast majority of interactions with sales of some sort, when chatting... they stop working. That isn't the best when you are wanting to get going and be done. Ashley, the insurance agent was friendly and through as well. I learned a few things and she even explained the insurance-agent-in-a-dealership thing. When I told her I would be contacting her when I began researching new insurance options, I MEANT IT! I wasn't just being polite, which we all know we sometimes do. If zero were and option that's what I would give them. These salesmen are just that and dont care about how someones life will be affected by their tricky tactics. They saw us coming a mile away. Our cars were on their last limb and they let us use them as trade in value, plus a down payment. They chose our cars for us and told us they were the only option. They denied our request to know how much we would be paying and how much the interest would be. They ran our credit 18 times each. The salesman said "we'll get to that, sign here" for pretty much everything we asked about the terms. We didnt know our interest rate or payment until we were signing the bottom of the contract and had already signed off ownership of our other two cars. This was the first time either of us had been in a car loan and not just bought our cars outright. I've paid over 9k in the year and a couple months I've had the car. Only 700 of that was principal. My husband is sending his car back. He hates it and resents it because he never wanted a car to begin with, they told him that's all they could put him in. They purposely put us in cars they knew we couldnt afford and withheld the knowledge until they knew we had to sign the rest or we had no vehicles. Shame on you all because this has impacted our lives, finances, and credit.

Arriving at the dealership, I honestly had no intention of actually buying a car from the lot that day. I was simply looking around to price-match vehicles from other dealers. Not ready to break the bank with a brand new car, I was looking for nice used vehicles with some updated features. The first Sorento I test drove was a 2016 with very few miles. It was nice, but lacked ANY updated features that were more interesting to me. Wanting to see how much I could get for my 2008 Optima, Tommy ran my vehicle through the inspection and found that I could get almost the full KBB value. Not wanting my car's value to depreciate further, I asked to look around the lot for a vehicle I might like more than the 2016 Sorento. And I'm so glad I did! The 2014 Kia Sorento might be older and with several more thousands of miles, but it has every updated feature that was available in 2014! Panoramic sunroof, Bluetooth, seat heat and vents, automatic everything, it was almost perfect! With just minor damage to the plastic lining in the trunk space, I couldn't turn down the great deal they had on this vehicle - all updated features for less than 20K! I drove it off the lot that day and really haven't missed my Optima at all (the only other car I've ever owned!). Tommy was very patient with me as I searched for newer features in older cars. He went on two test drives with me and was very patient and understanding while I carefully evaluated my choices. He even helped me hunt down a charger for my cell phone while we waited for my credit check to come back because I was 2% away from a dead battery! Would definitely recommend Tommy as a sales associate for anyone in the car market!

I am looking to buy a used vehicle and had purchased from Rayskillman years ago. I started my search online but was contacted by Francina over the phone. I told Francina what I wanted to spend and the vehicle I was looking for she assured me they had what I wanted. I asked to speak with a finace person to ask a few questions prior to submitting my application but was told I had to apply first. I was reassured they had the vehicle I wanted so I applied. I then was told I was approved for the vehicle. I again asked what the terms of the loan would be for the vehicle I wanted but was told I needed to come in and speak to the finance manager Jessica. I didn't want to go in if the terms or vehicle were not what I wanted since it was kinda far from where I live. I went in and met with Jessica and found out they did not have the vehicle I requested in stock. Now I was furious because I only approved my credit to be run for a specific vehicle that they did not even have. My credit was hit 10 times for a unspecified vehicle. Jessica was great and upfront but Fracina had not been honest with me and I wasted my time. Now I have to start over and they would not remove the hits from my credit and they still don't have the vehicle I want. I have an approval but no vehicle.

Was done so wrong by both service departments east and south. I feel that they didn't do anything I asked them to do and everytime I did come in for something as simple as a oil change or re calls I had bigger issues afterwards. They were just interested in getting me to trade my vehicle in to buy a new one from them. Paid for a diagnostict test only for them to tell me what I told them I thought was wrong. They had my truck a entire week and I still have no ideal whats wrong with my vehicle. Smdh! I only give 1 star for the food in the waiting area.

Actually believe it or not I bought a car here about 13 years ago. I had actually bought a used car here, and to tell you the truth, I got one of the best deals you could find there. I fortunately came inn there with my own financing, just to be sure, and stumbled across one of the most under priced vehicles I've ever seen. I thought it would be "too" good to be true, this was in 2001. I had found a 2006 Cadillac, for about 10,000. Like I said I was sceptical, but I took it for test drive, even took it to the Cadillac dealership and had them run a complete check. Now they found that there was an oxygen sensor, or some other miniscule problem(literally that is it), was the only thing wrong with the car. I asked what it was worth, and what would the dealership sell it for(out of curiosity) he started his sales pitch on a certified Cadillac, but I had to put an end to it cause realistically, he/Cadillac dealership could come nowhere near the price. If they were selling that vehicle which I bought from Ray Skillman, it would of been double the price minimum. So after that experience and coming away with such a good deal, I can definitely say I enjoyed my time there. And the dealers where cool with me, even though at the time I was 19, looking at cars that they were unsure I could afford, they still never treated me as though I was a joke, found me what I wanted from what they had. And it was a good transaction got everyone. It actually had influenced my decision to check out Ray Skillman Kia right next door. Also great place to check out, if you're shopping.

I took home two other cars before I settled on my final choice and they never pressured me to finalize the deal. The van I almost bought was white, and I said I loved everything but the color. They found the same van in blue in Whiteland and had it delivered to Greenwood for me. I can't find the Kia/ import location, but the service was great and I think it was a fair price. I wish they had coupons like Butler for Oil changes. A couple of things that need fixed. You walk in they tell you about refreshments and complimentary cookies and brownies. after about 35 minutes of waiting i finally grabbed a brownie, I started choking on it do to being stale. I ran to where the coffee was supposed to be, No coffee was made, no water bottles around. and two employees walked by and even bothered to help locate the coffee so that I can make some more. I am not a king who needs to be served. Point me in the right direction and I will make some more. 1.5 hours for an oil change, that was scheduled, no refreshments, Almost choking was not fun but that is my own fault for inhaling the brownie.... at $70.00 for an oil change you would expect these *extra* amenities.

I just purchased my new 2020 Kia Sportage last night from Tommy Reed at Ray Skillman Kia and it was the easiest purchase I have EVER been through. I test drove three different SUV's and Tommy went over every detail with me and explained all of the many features each one had to offer. When I finally decided on the one to purchase, Doug made the paperwork and financing a smooth process. He explained every paper we signed and answered all of our many questions with such patience. Tommy even entertained my two young children while we were signing the papers. It was late and the dealership had closed, but Tommy and Doug never made us feel rushed at all. Once it was over, Tommy would not allow me to take the vehicle due to him wanting to have all of the fluids and fuses checked just to make double and triple sure my new vehicle was in pristine condition. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to pick it up the next morning, so Tommy had a member of his team hand deliver it to me. If I could give him more than 5 STARS, I absolutely would. A large purchase made easy and it's all because of Tommy Reed! Highly recommend working with him and he has definitely earned a customer for life!

My family has bought several vehicles from this location. Never again. I usually do all of our vehicle maintenance but had a health issue that prevented it so my mother took her car in for a simple service- oil change, replace two bulbs and one of the three drive belts(the other two were replaced by myself a month prior). Got the car home and not only did they not replace the a/c belt, they replaced the two that were almost brand new. The bulbs were not replaced and the harnesses for the bulbs were left hanging. They told her she needed new tires. The tires were less than 4 months old with less than 2 thousand miles on them. Just did an oil change a couple of days ago and found that they had replaced the oil drain plug with a regular bolt. I wouldn’t advise anyone to take their vehicles here for service. What should have been simple repairs and cost less than a couple hundred dollars turned into over 600 for work that wasn’t done or didn’t need done. Dishonest and incompetent.

My experience was a positive one. I don't have any complaints with this visit. My only complaint would be when I take it in for a routine oil change and tire rotation I have to leave it and have someone pick me up because it takes a very long time every time. They are very thorough and their service staff are very friendly, it just takes a long time for routine service.

Cross Country

Gotta say we were hesitant and worried about dealing with car salespeople but it couldn't have been any easier to deal with the folks at Ray Skillman Kia. From the fact finding and the test drive and then phone and email communications every step of the way was met with putting us at ease. When we walked in the door to take the new car home, they had all of the paperwork filled out and were waiting for us at the door. They were polite and not pushy at all. Certainly not what we were expecting . My daughter loves her new Sportage ! And the fact that they let her take the car home even though they hadn't even been payed by the bank yet, blew my mind. Thanks again Ray Skillman Kia Staff!
