I went to Ray Skillman Mitsubishi on Dec 19th after a lot of emails and phone calls from Leslie. I worked with Kyle (who seem great). My daughter and I was shown a 2014 Outlander. Kyle looked at my trade in and told me they we’re going to let the finance team see what they could do. I was told to unfreeze my credit report and Kyle was going on vacation the next day and I would be working with someone else. I did that and I haven’t heard a peep from Ray Skillman. I call and talked to Leslie on Friday and told her I hadn’t heard anything back, she said she would find out something and let me know. Well, it’s one week later and I still haven’t heard anything. If they couldn’t help me get a car they should have had the courtesy to call to let me know this, not just pretend like I hadn’t even been there. I’m very disappointed, I should have just stayed at Ray Skillman Mazda (where I went by mistake). Maybe I would have a car right now.

I have had so much trouble with my Kia Forte this year in Indianapolis, the potholes are so deep and jagged I have experienced 4 flat tires since January! Not only is this a terrible inconvenience, it's extremely stressful and frustrating. Kia Roadside will tow your car to the nearest dealership and twice my car has been towed to Shadeland Kia for tire replacement. Both times, Jim in the service department has handled my situation with such professionalism I am so impressed. He communicated efficiently and effectively, going above and beyond at every turn. Thanks Jim!!!

Was told they could help me out with my financial situation, the communication between them and myself was horrible. They'd never get back to me, someone was supposed to look up a list of vehicles I provided, and that was never taken care of. The vehicle I was told they'd have ready for me and that fit my financial needs was then revealed that it was unavailable to me. So after an hour and a half of driving, 3 THREE hours of sitting there, they were unable to help me after all. So, 6 hours wasted for nothing. I would never recommend this dealership and will never go back to Indy for a vehicle. The only bright side was the guy I was sitting with. Kevin, thanks man, hope the allergies clear up.

Brought our car in after an accident. Dealer has had car about a month now. Tried to return the car about a week ago now. Worst body shop experience ever. Car had all kinds of scratches all over. Interior was dirty. The tire that was damaged in the accident was not even replaced. The dealership put a large scrape mark in the door panel also. The tail light was also scratched. This was a new car before the accident and going to this dealership. But they said that the car was ready to go. No quality control for sure. Will not recommend this dealership to any one.

Took my daughter's car in for recall work. They were doing a construction project and over sprayed white paint on her black car. We have been waiting almost a month to get it fixed. They will not call back or communicate with us unless we keep calling them. Terrible service!

So I called Fred Graham on Friday and he had the hard to find color combo I asked for ready to test drive on Saturday. We agreed on a fare price and I drove off in about an hour. The lady at the service desk advisor, overcharged me even though, I booked the appointment online and was quoted over the phone for the basic services for both replace spark plugs and front brake pad much less than . They also lied about providing complimentary return service when you drop your car, i had to pay for it myself to get back to work. terrible customer and good at ripping people off. Salesmen were like a pack of wolves. Our salesman had to tell them to give us room and to scatter more than once. Asked for a particular vehicle. We were told it would be there in 2 days and we would receive a phone call and pictures to keep us updated. And we received zero communication. A week later we got a phone call saying it was there, but we had already moved on to another car, and they hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Cannot recommend.

Took Advantage of my mother whom they followed to the hospital to have my step father sign paperwork which i am sure is illegal. She traded two cars one of which was paid for and she ended up with a 471.00 payment per month for a Kia Sportage that is priced at 16,000. Total of car was 30,000 when all said and done. Took car back to dealer ship two month later and left it there. Both parents have dementia and do not have a drivers licence. This was at the Shadeland Location BTW they still are being harassed for payment!

My teenage daughter bought her 2015 Kia Soul from this location roughly 2 months ago. First of all when she went to get her plates it turned out the vehicle still had a lien on it from the previous owner and she couldn’t get her plates and registration until they fixed their mistake, they weren’t apologetic or they didn’t offer her any type of compensation. Secondly once we spoke to them no one could figure out who to pass the buck to, just an oh well type of attitudes about it. Just recently when my daughter got a flat tire we called regarding a spare tire, because apparently Kia’s don’t come with spare tires, they were rude and gave me a number to have it towed to their location. I was told that it would be taken care of the next day which was a Saturday, I spoke with the service guy “Ron” at 9:45am and he told me he would call me back...I received no call...I called back to speak with him, I had to leave a message. My daughter went to pick up her vehicle and apparently they lost it and claimed no one said they would fix it and that nothing could be done with the vehicle until Monday...just one big run around. I wouldn’t tell anyone to buy a vehicle from this location, once they have your money and you have the car, customer service comes to a complete stop...Horrible!

I had my 2010 Toyota Camry XLE repaired at Ray Skillman Collision Center on Shadeland Ave in Indianpolis on East Side. I dropped it off on July 8th, 2019 and picked it up yesterday, July 23rd. It was worth the wait. What an amazing job your shop did on the repair of the body damage on my car. I am so impressed with how good it looks. I am also very impressed in the way you detailed my car and had it looking spectacular when I picked it up. Thank you very much for all you did. The service I received on our KIA Optima EX this week was excellent! The service personnel were courteous, cordial, friendly and professional in explaining beforehand exactly the service which needed to be performed and what had been done when I arrived to pick up our vehicle. They even finished the servicing of our car sooner than they had promised.

Whatever you do, do not go to this place. Especially if you are dealing with Natalie..she breaks the law, and purposely tries to screw you over out of pure spite. After purchasing a vehicle, I had an accident .It was totaled. After the insurance payiut I still had a balance...after several attempts at getting a bill and balance, she refused and then sent my balance to a law firm, and my credit report saying I refused to pay the balance when she and I had never spoke. They will do whatever it takes to get you in a car, then you're on your own. Honestly if I didn't have a life I'd be standing in across the street with a sign warning people. Now I have to contact my attorney and see what legal options I have. Considering she didn't follow policies, and broke the law, I will definitely be adding her to my lawsuit. Because of this woman and company my credit score dropped 150 points, and I refuse to let that happen without someone paying for it. Also, I spoke to others who said this woman did the exact same thing to them. She should be fired, and I am making it my personal mission onsee that it happens. People like her should not be in charge of anything having to do with other people's finances. I can always file for bankruptcy, her reputation can't be repaired as easily.

I caution anyone going here for tires. I had my car towed here from a flat tire. Figured it was from a nail and could be patched. They told me it couldn't be patched and I needed a new tire. I thought it was curious but what could I do. The more interesting thing was, a mile down the road with my new tire I just happened to check the digital psi display. The new tire was at the correct 34 psi but the other three (the ones they had no business even touching) were inflated to 50 psi!! I drove it back for them to correct it and explain why and was given the runaround. I'm guessing they do this to everyone so they can hit one of the many potholes in the area and come back for repeat business. If they're this blatantly shady what other games are they playing? Safe to say I'm staying away from these guys and I suggest you do the same.

Unfortunate experience with this Dealership today regarding the purchase of a used 2015 Corvette Z06. Over the course of several days, I was communicating with the Dealer regarding this vehicle. Various questions asked of Dealer salesperson, which he was more than happy to provide the info. & answers. After reviewing all of the info. provided, we agreed to a deal today over the phone. Purchase order was sent to me electronically for review & to be used to secure financing. We verbally agreed that I would purchase the car. Plan was to then secure method of financing today & pickup of vehicle tomorrow. As I’m sitting in my credit union’s office, I get a text message that 10 minutes after I was sent the purchase order, someone came into the Dealership & wanted to purchase the car. The process had already begun to sell the car out from underneath me, as I’m securing my financing to buy the car. I would understand if I was not already committed or stated I needed to think about it further before committing to the purchase. Dealer never requested a deposit, but would have done so if needed - frankly, I thought this was a done deal with signatures & delivery to be coordinated. Nonetheless, disappointed in how this turned out. In my opinion, bad business practices & lack of ethics.

Updating my review from a one star to a five star! I turned my Kia in around May 12, 2019. I loved that car and after a great deal of careful consideration I decided to go with a Subaru Crosstrek. I was under in my mileage and my car was in great condition after my four year lease. A few weeks later, I received a bill in the mail with a $230 wear and tear fee and a $400.00 disposition fee. The disposition fee read that if "I bought another Kia, they would waive that and any damage fees up to $500." So essentially a loyalty fee. I called Kia Motors Finance to inquire about this fee. They said it was in my contract and there was nothing they could do. I called the dealership telling them they never told me about the fee and that my parents had just purchased two new Kia's from them 2 weeks prior and THEY were never told about this disposition fee. The salesman I spoke to was nice enough to look into it for me but he called shortly after to tell me there was nothing he could do. I called Kia Consumer Services, they directed me back to Kia Motors Finance. I told them my situation and they told me that "the dealership is not required to tell me about the disposition fee." Really? Honestly, I would have definitely bought another Kia if it meant I didn't have to pay $700 after the fact as I loved their product. After hearing of my frustrations with Kia, Shawn at Ray Skillman along with the GM went above and beyond to make sure my bill was taken care of. Outstanding product and incredible service! Thanks again!

I got my car here . I had an issue with the check engine light coming on the day after I got it. Which made me think it was reset.I took it right back and they sent it to chevy to get the issue fixed which I was very happy about and appreciated. I got the car back a week later. I noticed while driving my car it would jerk from time to time. Not knowing much about cars I thought maybe the part they put on needed some time to break in or something. After about 2 weeks its still doing it. So I find some time to take off work and scheduled to have a diagnostic done at there service department. When I get there i'm told I have to pay for the diagnostic. I understand paying for them to do work on it , but I figured they wouldn't charge for the diagnostic considering I literally just got the car from them. I took the car somewhere else for a diagnostic. It really sucks now finding out I have to have 1800 - 2500 in transmission work done on a car I just got which is pretty pricey on top of car payments.... Besides that huge problem I'm having, the whole sales department is very friendly. They don't make you feel uncomfortable like a lot of other dealers do. The cars also come with free oil changes and tire rotation which is a plus.

Worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. Got my car serviced every time by them. Every time they give me a list of things they say I need. New cabin filter was needed every time even after changing it 1 week earlier. At my 35000 mile oil change they said nothing was needed. Now at 38000 miles I need new rotors. I went from not needing brakes to needing new rotors in 3000 miles which is less than 3 months later. Every other mechanic or service station will let you know if your brakes are getting low. Not these guys. I need a second car and I was going to purchase from them. Not any more. Will never buy from any Ray Skillman ever again.

Service was terrible. I put a hole in my fuel tank on the way to work (ran over a piece of wood on interstate) . It was leaking fuel all over. I drove immediately to service. I walk in and no body waits on me. They were discussing coffee. I finally went up to them. Then I was told in a round about way that it would next week before they could get the car in. I said I had no choice but to leave it , it was leaking fuel everywhere ! Without going into a mile long review about the conversation I had with the gentleman there at service...I really felt unwelcomed. My car was fixed and a new fuel tank replaced. It took a week to order the tank and repair which I was ok with. A week later I run out of gas with my gauge showing over a quarter tank ! I had to call someone to tow me home. I was told by a few friends to put gas in- they think the gas gauge was not calibrated when the tank was replaced. So I put gas in and it started right up ! I called and emailed the service guy I dealt with and have yet to hear back . My car was in for repair in July 2018. My emailed dated Aug 20th, still remains unanswered.

Joe Riley was my salesman, and he was great. He texted me multiple vehicles (my preference) and made sure to call and follow up throughout my car buying experience, which in turn got me the car I was looking for. I got a great warranty and love my car! I am, however, a little disappointed in the overall customer service. I ended up needing a key recalibrated, and was left to deal with the matter on my own. I received a few phone calls and it seemed communication/organization was a little sparse. If I had known this were the issue, I would not have left with my car until this was fixed.

I recently went to this dealership to have my starter replaced in 2007 MItz Eclipse. They had my car for three days so I rented a car. When my car was finished I picked it up and went home. The next morning I woke up to go to work and experienced the exact same problem they were supposed to have fixed (would not start) so I called them only for them to say, well we can't get you in again for four more days. We got the car started again, just barely and I took my car back up there and said, you need to fix it....it was NEVER fixed from my first time being in here. They said the starter they had gotten from Auto Zone was bad and that they would put a Mitsubishi starter in it. (I was never told I would be getting a starter from AutoZone. I assumed it would be a starter from Mitsubishi.) So they did put one in again. I had to rent a car again for two more days which is what it took them to get the part and put it in AGAIN...When I checked out of course the Service Manager was not in, how convenient. The service advisor guy (the short one) was supposed to speak to him about refunding my rental car for the second time and of course I never heard back from them. They do crappy work too. I have been going there for 12 years...Bought my car there when it use to be Family Buick but I this isn't the first problem I have had with them and will NOT be going back anymore even if I will have to drive across town to get service in the future. My new started ended up costing me $400 charge by the dealership to get the part and put it in and $400 in rental cars so $800 for a starter from and five days in the shop all together....NO THANKS, NEVER AGAIN.

I took my car in for a diagnosis of some problems I am having, and was treated very professionally. Nobody was pushy, which seems to be my experience at other locations. Jim was extremely friendly. I highly recommend working with him—probably the best experience I’ve had with anybody in the car service industry (other than my own father!). It appears he sincerely cares about people—a rare trait these days. I will absolutely drive back to this location, even though it’s farther than my local Kia dealer. All the thumbs up from me.

Drop my car off to get diagnostic and estimate on repair with the understanding the only thing being done to my car was diagnostic and oil change. They break a connection while doing the diagnosis and which with a high pressure fuel pump made it so my car wouldn’t be able to be driven till fixed because my case was a “special” one. Amazing it became special when you had your hands on and after I drove it there so it was running. Of course now parts will take two days to get in, Was given one estimate and break down over the phone was charged a totally higher price in the end. Ron was my service person who even was so gracious to give me his number but couldn’t find it within his time in two plus days to respond. Signs of a weak man right there. Speak to service manager James. Now I Guess he was killing me With kindness to Get me off the phone by saying we will waive diagnostic fee and oil change for the end result to be less than $4 off my total bill. Wow what a savings. Beyond Kia’s being junk and having more recalls than I’ve ever seen and recalls on recalls I guess they have the worst service and can’t be held accountable to anything they say over the phone. Make Sure Anyone else using this location on the Eastside around 13th and shadeland to get it in writing or they just jack the bill price up and call it a savings. And if you’re in the market for a new Kia. This is My first and Last one. Pretty sad when their own people call themselves “gmc” men while working for Kia. If that doesn’t tell you anything I sure as hell don’t know what will. Car as is gone as soon as winter is over and definitely will not retain me as a customer. Just terrible and wouldn’t be surprised if I was taken advantage of because I’m a female. Wouldn’t be the first time it’s happened nor a big shocker.. 2 plus hours to put in a fuel pump that takes 15-20 minutes? Talk about milking it for all it’s worth. I’m not as dumb as You look. Or maybe you need better service center employees if it’s that difficult.

I had a recall for my Mitsubishi lancer, the service center for the one in Lafayette is closed so I had to schedule an appointment for one in indy. Well when I drove up to indy I went to the wrong one, was suppose to go to wea plaza and ended up at this location. So instead of me having to cancel my other appointment and reschedule because I'd be over an half hour late towards the end of the open hours the took my in right there and worked on the recall. I'd definitely consider coming back in the future when I decide to get another car. Hopefully the evo comes back out then lol

If they did call back it was 8 + hours later or the next day. There where a couple of time with no call back at all i had to call myself and then explain what's going on again and then wait for them to look into and give me a call back if they did even call back. I do want in a different vehicle but I do believe i will go somewhere else.
