I'm really bummed. Purchased a 2009 jeep grand Cherokee. Went for an oil change and oil filter wouldn't fit. After triple checking make and model ww realized it had a swapped engined. All the original stickers on side of doors were scratched off. I understand as is but they had to know what was up with the truck. All i say is look over the car your buying because some people won't report all the carfax. And now im stuck with a truck i paid 8k and it doesn't even have the engine for that truck. Buyer beware!

The have excellent customer service, they were really patient with me, and the helped me choose the car that was the best option for me. They have really good cars and very good deals (THE BEST IN THE REGION)!!! What I liked the most about Omni was the high quality cars they have. Ive had no problem with my car at all! Bought a Subaru here and 6 months later the transmission went out. Called Pablo and he basically said we were beat. I'm sure they knew this car was a lemon. Got had, deceived, and taken. Will never, ever go here again and certainly do not recommend Omni to anyway!

Wow, I have so much to say. I just purchased a 2010 Subaru Forrester from Omni. I was pretty nervous about purchasing an As Is vehicle but Pablo and Bob went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with my car. VERY friendly service! They're patient with you when you want to test drive several cars. They genuinely want to get you in the right car for you. They break down everything into a way or words that you can understand. They're willing to work with you and whatever you have. Best service I've ever seen at a car lot! Bought a Lincoln Towncar from them once. Like I said once.... never again! The car had an occasional steering glitch, brought it to their attention... They sent me to their mechanics on Hohman (Jaliscos) where they said it was nothing and just threw some grease on the shaft and told me to do the same if it happens again! Yeah right.... real fix eh? The steering kept acting up. Winter came... turned on the heater... NO HEATER CORE in car.... which means no heat. Costed me $1700 to get this fixed by a dealer. All this guy here could do was to remind me that I bought the car "AS IS" . Buyer beware! If you buy a car here be sure to check it out in detail! Neighbor did not heed my warning... bought a car there a few months back.... he's having a lot of problems now.... with excuses from the dealer.
