Worthless place to go to get a car. I had pneumonia for 2 weeks and fell behind on my car payments - they attempted to work with me but they wanted a huge amount back. At the time, just couldn’t make that large payment because I was getting back to work from having pneumonia. They refer less came and got the car while I was at work and had no way to get home. They pray on people who need a car and the Indiana finance company are very strict when it comes to paying them even if you were in the hospital. They don’t care. If you miss a payment - good luck. Go to a major car dealership - at least they will have a buy here pay here program where they help people - went to Ray Skillman and they were more helpful about my situation. Plus the car is verified and a lot newer too. Oak motors sells used cars - and people will take a chance on a used car like always. Oak motors i would not recommend . I thought they were good people - but if you are sick in the hospital - they want their money regardless of the situation.

Worst experience ever!!! I am on my 3rd vehichle thru them. I broke down out of town and had it towed to them. This was on FridayThe service guy said it would be fixed Saturday. No big deal great called Saturday and spoke with arlene or urlene not sure she said wont be done today to shoot for Monday. Ok so depending when on Monday might miss a day of work. Then she said she was awaiting approval from Indiana Finance so I called them they assured me they sent approval hours earlier( indiana finance was awesome)finally after arguing with arlene or urlene she says oh I just got it. So no work was done Saturday or Monday so here it is Tuesday I call she says were waiting on parts keep in mind they have now had my car 4 days. Why did you just order parts today so now im out of work 2 days maybe 3 if it dont get fixed today!!! Service center has really bad Service and poor attitudes its me thats without my car and cant work!!!!

so from my experience of Oak Motors so far, the customer service is great, my car did break down couple days after I bought it but they came and towed me to their lot and then gave me a ride home, found the problem the next day, fixed it and delivered it to my place. I did hear a lot of complaining but in "my" experience of them... they are great!
