Salesman was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about stock and details of vehicles. I called him about a lease deal I saw on their website and made arrangements to come test drive it. The monthly lease deal was for $199/mo and he told me ahead that is before taxes so I understood the payment would be a bit higher. So ok. I drive it and wanted to lease. However, the store manager wouldn't come even close to honoring any of their own Kia online lease specials, saying I don't meet criteria for rebates, (rebates not listed on the website - like having to be military or own other cars that are 2012 or newer or drive for UBER... what???) and he has to have this conversation with everyone who brings in an online deal - says he can't help that the company, KIA, not the individual retailer, won't do the deal. But the offer is in the Napleton Carmel website - so why offer if you won't do the deal? After my refusing to increase my down payment or monthly payment to get the Sorento offered in the online deal, I asked what I could do with a Sportage. I was told by Mgr that the payments would be about the same. He asked me to wait and FINALLY came back with my down payment max and just $5 under my monthly payment max, after I had been there hours waiting, and I realized I didnt get any of the special pkg items that were in some of the 2019s I had test-drove because he came up with a "just off the truck" 2020 instead of a 2019 and it was a base pkg as far as bells and whistles. Lesson learned - don't shop tired. I do like my Sportage but should have been able to get the model offered on their own personal website with their own offered deal like you can at Butler Toyota. Again, Jim the sales guy was nice but the final deal was out of his hands.

The place was good to me in the beginning. I had a great time with their service including oil changes and what not. Lately though, I had my tires rotated and after that, my rear tires started making noise. I took it back to the dealership to check and charged me $130.00 to check and gave me all these services that summed up to about $2000.00. Everything was working perfectly before the tire rotation and tried to charge me all this money for theur mistake. To top that, I boight this warranty for "Wheel and Tire" which supposedly covers tire damage. Well, after their tire rotation, the rotor was damaged after using the car with the rear all messed up. Not coming back. I'm doing maintenance myself.

Really good experience at Kia Carmel. Found a car online and worked with Damon King on the purchase. He delivered on every promise and hustled as we went back and forth over several telephone calls. He videoed the car and wrote down all the questions he had, calling back with answers. Great guy. Drove in the next day, car was sitting out front, completely detailed just as he said it would be. My wife and I were impressed. Then dealt with Mike on the financing and he was terrific as well. Good people all around at the dealership and would recommend them.

Main repair man in a red shirt that handled the service for my car was very nice, and professional, explained things well, and I was in and out in a timely manner as I had to be at work. The lady at the inside front desk was rude and treated me like a delinquent high school student. Going back to get my brakes done. Hopefully her attitude will be better.

Best service department I've ever used. Normally I use independent shops, but this dealership service team is EXCELLENT. They take the time to identify the right solution, communicate the options and set your expectations appropriately (also worth noting that they don't talk down to women, which is greatly appreciated.) Plus I frequently use the WiFi work area while I wait (and there is a shuttle option.) I highly recommend this service team.

Excellent experience. The car buying and leasing process can be so overwhelming and unpredictable. She wanted to look at the KIA Forte so we went to Napleton Kia of Carmel based off the reviews on here. When we first walked it, we noticed it wasn't your typical car dealership. We were greated right away by several people with smiles and everyone was in a cheery mood. Jospehine helped us. She was amazing! She answered all our questions and gave us answers to questions we didn't even think about asking. Very up front and thorough, everything you want from a salesperson. My car buying experience here was fine, however the new "marketing" campaign of trying to get my vehicle in for service is insane. I live two states away and have already sold the car. For the life of me I cannot get off this list is which includes 3 to 5 calls a week and several emails a month. It's insane. Despite begging to be taken off this list it goes nowhere. I get calls at 7pm on weekends. Robocalls, live calls with someone elses name etc. Please STOP!

Bought my first vehicle today from the Car Salesman Reis. He was very attentive and willing to work around my budget. After telling him what my expectations were he even found other vehicles that I would like. Reis did a good job of making sure I knew about all of safety features, cool accessories, and other benefits included with my Lincoln. I wish I could give more than two stars to this dealership because I know they strive to do well but they are not genuine and don't seem to be led by wanting to help the customer. Rather they want to exploit them and use purposefully confusing language and clauses to get more money. I needed to simply have injection coils replaced. They quoted me over 600 dollars for a 200 dollar job. DO NOT SIGN their diagnostic fee contract. It is a HUGE ripoff.

Lets first say that my family was treated just as that... Family, from the moment we walked it we were recurved very well by the Napleton staff. Our Rep Josephine was utterly amazing, our paperwork was pretty much done as she did most of it remotely with me to ensure a smooth and quick process. We have never bought a car in such a quick and concise manner. The car she has set up for us was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. I was given everything she had promised and even a bit more! The was one minor issue with the vehicle and she already had it in the process of getting corrected. I plan to send all of my friends and family here once they see my beautiful new SUV! Went in for routine service...they couldn't provide a loaner or shuttle after drop off OR pick up so had to uber both ways. Asked them to look at 1 issue I was having but they said they couldn't replicate it. After I drive away it proceeds to occur 4 more times within 20mins (probably didn't even look). $200 for basically an oil change and some "inspections". To top it off they charged me $11 for "shop supplies" on top of an already crazy overpriced service.

Salesman Jim Greenberg really learned about my situation, goals, and needs and worked with our budget constraints really well. He was able to find a car that I could trade in to get rid of my bad equity. Michael also was a big help in financing the new car and was informative. I am currently happy with how everything and went and my new car. I never felt like I was being pressured into a sales pitch. They legitimately had my family's best interests and goals in mind.

I had the pleasure of working with August the day that I came in to buy a car for the first time ever! August never once made me feel like he didn’t care about me or what I was looking for. I had the car picked out from the website and it was easy to spot, he showed me cool features on the car and spoke about it as well when we went for a test drive with my dad. He was so very helpful and on top of that, Eddy, the finance guy also made sure that I would not walk out of the door without the keys to my Hyundai Sonata!!! I am SO very appreciative of both August and Eddy for all the work they put in for me that day and for allowing me to feel GREAT about my new car! I love it! Was told the had a certain van. They called the day before and told me they could not find it. They said they had another new zero mile van. Drove there 90 minute drive to find out they were going to try and sell me a retired service vehicle. Their answer was well it’s new from a title perspective. If someone is coming in to see a specific vehicle, be honest with the customer! 3 hours of driving wasted!

Josephine was the sales advisor I was working with, she is very personable. The problems started when she along with her manager tried to get me to sign paperwork for a car I had not seen. They told me they would have to go get the car from a holding lot but never did. They then asked me to add my husband as a co-signer even though I have a 710 credit score. I declined to adding my husband but was still willing to work with her. Josephine said she would give me the VIN # so I could get an insurance quote and send me pictures. I called her twice trying to get the requested info but never received a call back. I can only assume that this was a scam. I would not go back or purchase from this dealership. There are other KIA dealerships bypass this one! Note: most of the reviews are from ppl who have only done 1 review usually when this happens the company is posting the review. Buyer beware

Disappointing!!! We just bought a vehicle and it was given to us dirty, the clear coat that was suppose to be done was not, we discovered that we have a defective trunk that doesn't lock, and they put the license plate on with 2 mismatched screws and one wasn't even screwed in half way! Also, did not get the full tank of gas that was promised! All of this while waiting for someone from finance to get bored enough to finally meet with us and finish the paperwork. I feel like once they got the money it was, "okay, you can go now!" Was looking to purchase another new vehicle in the near future but it will not be from here.

The absolute worst place to go car shopping. This is the place of nightmares and high pressured car sales people. They try to nickel and dime you for everything you got. They don't leave you alone and harass you on the phone. They say they are trying to get you a great deal to get you locked in for them for a long time. Leasing with them is the worst. They said they would waive some of wear and tear fines if got a new lease, only then to charge for that and have you already sign a lease. Tried to screw us on a buyout. Terrible company, terrible customer service and management. Run far away from them. Surprised this company is still in business with how they treat their customers.

Came to check out a 2012 Mitsubishi Eclipse. The car was in great condition and it seemed the dealer replaced many of the normal necessities, such as, air filter and oil, since they looked brand new. My salesman was David. He was very friendly, cooperative, honest about the car, and out going in general. After some time, we were able to come to an agreement on the price and I bought the car there with no issues. The car is working great. I bought a used 2012 Fiat 500 Pop that was consistently serviced at Napleton Kia and/or Butler Kia throughout the six years before I obtained the vehicle. I had my last oil change done at this exact place of business, but, when I showed up for my overdue oil change yesterday, I got nothing besides attitude and terrible customer service this time around. Everything started when I got out of my car and said I had a 1:45 P.M. appointment for an oil change. The young man looked at me, and, with way more attitude than necessary, told me that there was not a lift for my car & the business couldn't do the oil change. The employee said he tried to call me, but I'm not sure why he would wait until I'm on my way & call from a phone number with a 636 area code. I told the employee that I had my last oil change at the dealership, and the employee acted as though he could somehow magically go find the necessary lift. From the start, to me, the situation seemed like someone didn't want to work. I told the employee to please not mess with my driver's side window, and, surely enough, less than fifteen minutes after I sat down, the same employee comes in claiming the window just fell down. I found that suspicious, considering that had never happened before. I think the message just wasn't conveyed. Anyways, over an hour later, I'm told the vehicle is ready. I pay, then head to my car. My window was not fixed - It was taped in place. I took pictures, then got in my car. My oil change light was still on. I got back out and approached the same employee, who told me the light would turn off. When I asked if I should come back if the light didn't turn off, the employee asked an older employee about the situation. The older employee came right out and shut my oil change light off. The younger employee never provided his name, but I won't be returning to this place of business ever again after the ridiculous customer service I received yesterday. I can't believe the absolute opposite experience I had after last time. Oh, and the oil change sticker reminder wasn't even changed in my car. That was just another annoyance in the whole ordeal. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for any reason. I can only hope someone will see this and consider rectifying things, but I seriously doubt that will happen. Thanks for reading my review. Have a great day! Update: I keep playing phone tag with a service manager. I don't know where this will ever end up, but the game is not assisting my frustration by any means.

I purchased a vehicle there back in August 2018. The salesperson asked me to post my review prior to meeting with the person in finance. I was happy with being able to get the car so my review was very positive. However, the finance guy was moving very quickly through the documents not allowing time to read. At the end I asked for my copies, he handed me an envelope with a few documents. It wasn't until a few days later I noticed they added a $1300 extended warranty without discussing it with me. Pretty sure this is a violation that should be reported to the FTC. I was told by the finance company it was because I didn't put enough down on this 2013 Hyundai Accent. My issue is that they never said it was required to put more down. They never gave me the choice. Also it is not just $1300 it is $1300 financed. The finance company representative said I could cancel my transaction by a certain date but I traded in a vehicle that was probably already headed to the junk yard. Next time I'm ready to buy another car I will make sure I don't get taken advantage of again.

My service contract claims to provide a loaner if service will take longer than 1 hour. I often spend longer, but have never been given a loaner. Today they specifically gave me a 1.5 hr. estimate and when I asked about a loaner was told that he didn't have any. Also, when I scheduled my service online I asked to be given an estimate for my upcoming 60,000 mile service, but was not contacted. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they finished my service this morning in about an hour. I've requested that the Finance Dept. contact me multiple times regarding my service contract but have not heard from them.

DO NOT BUY HERE. Just from one person trying to buy a car to another, PLEASE do not buy from them. I went in to buy a Hyundai and walked away feeling fine. Not even a day later I started having problems with the car. I took it back, but there service department couldn't fix it, and they wouldn't take the vehicle back! They instead say I could trade cars with another, and I figured that is fair enough. They told me the price of the car and pushed me through the paperwork fast. In the end, they didn't give me the price they said, they counted the previous car I brought back as it's trade in value which cost me $5500 dollars, and they sure as hell didn't clarify any of this when I asked before I even signed any papers... I got the regional manager involved, so we could work something out. We were both extremely polite about everything with each other to try to find a solution. He promised he would resolve it, and he would call me back in a day. It's been a month, and I have tried getting a hold of him every day for weeks. They refuse to even talk to me know, and I have not been disrespectful or even raise my voice through this entire process. They just swindled a kid right out of college, and I'm now paying for something I can't afford because they literally tricked me and took of advantage of my lack of knowledge. If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated. Please don't go here.

The Salesman we worked with, August! Was amazing...he treated us well and I’d buy another car from him in a minute. However, the rest of the dealership... not so much. If I can post another review I will. All the cars we looked at were dirty, like as soon as they were traded in, they were wash and put on the lot. Even after letting them know how dirty it was, it still wasn’t cleaned. Dealerships have paid detail guys that are cleaning their vehicles, but maybe they should get reviewed as well. Again, August went above and beyond and said that if we wanted to bring it back that he would clean it himself. But after being at the dealership for close to 5 hours, we just wanted to get out of there! So, August gets 5 stars! The dealership overall would get a 2.5 from all my experiences with them.

We are over two hours away. The night before we found a Talluride we wanted. Before we made the drive and knowing these cars sell fast we called. We spoke with the sales manager Xavier C. He was polite and professional. The salesman he assigned us was no pressure and a very polite gentleman. He treated us with respect and Xavier made the purchase process easy. The car was delivered spotless and the overall experience was quick and easy. We didn’t but the top end model but we were treated like we did. Would we buy again? Yes absolutely.
