The crew at Kokomo Auto World was extremely helpful and supportive while I was trying to decide whether to lease or not. They went through the process of leasing step-by-step with me and worked the numbers, and even let me test drive the car for a week while I gathered more information from friends and family. I've now been leasing my 2017 Honda Civic for about 5 months now and am loving it!

I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. Being a female, they definitely tried to take advantage of what they think I didn't know. I even felt bullied at some points in the transaction. Conveniently after I signed all the paperwork and still went through with the purchase, they showed me a dent that is on the brand new car. They had me sign an We Owe You for them to fix it. I'm from out of town, so I drove over 3 hours for my appointment and the repair person wasn't even on property. I was told to come back 2-2.5 hours later after I just traveled all that time. All the time and effort it took for me to get off work and other accommodations I had to make, I didn't go back. Now I can't get a response back from my sales person or management and I still have that dent. Also, it's been over 30 days and I have yet to receive the paperwork. Needless to say, they rave about the service but they definitely believe after they made the sale that they don't have to follow through with any promises that they made and that we signed for.

Leased a 2019 CVR and I am been delighted with Kokomo Auto World. The sales staff, sales managers (especially Alec) were very helpful and friendly. Our “finance” guy Dustin was great also. Overall just an easy experience with a very satisfied lifetime customer! I have wanted my CRV for YEARS and thanks to the staff at Kokomo Auto World my dream finally came true. ❤️❤️. Used car department manager Andrew is slick talker, Chris in the Honda building is dishonest, the Managing partner always asks what can he do to make it right, and when you tell him, he says he can’t do it. His son works in sale Cain. So guess who’s making most the deals there. Conflict of interest much? All family works there, so they back each other up. You can’t win! They give you invoice up front like it deal, then add pulse that you have to pay for and other fees. Your better off in Anderson. In response to the owner: Hey, so you can do nothing about it? Sure when and where would you like to meet?

We have been doing business here on the Toyota side since 2013 and always leave happy! Chris and Trish started this great thing off with us that year with our first new car. Both were genuinely sweet individuals, who really wanted the best for us. We met more great people yesterday when we purchased our first SUV for our growing family. Phil, who orchestrated our experience, took the time to answer all of our questions and break things down for us. He made sure we were taken care of. Followed by Jake who had an awesome personality, really cares about people and is so eager to learn. Along with Dustin in finance, who was super cool and knowledgeable. Had my toyota serviced & was pleased for the most part after questioning the bill difference from original estimate ($130 difference )reduced final bill to $45 difference, which I would have liked to have been aware of on estimate. Had a 1 pm appointment & got the car back about 4:30. They changed 2 light bulbs, checked fan motor on air conditioning . Waited the last 30 minutes for the paperwork after car was finished (thought it was finished ) after checking lights 1 had not been changed but service technicians changed it in less than 5 minutes

I’ve gotten a few things done. First thing I ended up having to go back in about they fixed it so I was happy to do business with the again. Second time I went in about my alternator. My battery light came on that morning and I was told to take it to a shop before I was sitting on the side of the road well I ended up on the side of the road. I had my car towed. A new one was put in but every since my battery light has been Coming on when I would drive going out of town driving between 75/80. I went in and was given the run around. They would look it up and call me,,, I never received that call. I was told no one would drive it that fast to find out. So time has past and now it’s going off around town so I called them up got an appointment. Now I’m told my warranty is out lol and they can do a test for more $ the same test I asked AutoZone do he said pretty much. Well no because I got it done from them all ready for free and it said 0 was wrong. If it’s not the alternator then it’s the wiring from what I looked up and told by another Mechanic as soon as I told him my problem. I was told to take it to Kia but After I left while still in my car driving home,,, witch I live walking distance I called the rep and manager. Lefted them both a message and yet to receive a call back.

Great experience buying my first car. Chris was great but the entire staff was fantastic - they really take care of you and unlike other car dealerships they aren't pushy. They really listen to what you want and what your budget is and try to find the best car to fit your needs. I will definitely be returning when we need a new car in the future.

My experience. Salesman was great. New car was decent with some minor hiccups but was resolved. We purchased 2 vehicles.... brand new 2019 Honda Pilot with 2 miles on it and a week later a used 2015 Chevy Silverado. $70,000 dollars on cars. The Silverado. Back of driver seat/panel that covers it was rigged to hold on. after driving for a week it has fallen off exposing glue and screws holding it together. Rear passenger seat belt doesn’t work. It will not latch. (Guess I should have tested the seat belts before purchase). Today 28 days after purchase my truck wouldn’t start. The pig tail connector for the starter won’t stay on the starter. It too was also rigged on and now won’t hold. To start my truck I have to crawl under to rescuer the connection and hope it starts with out vibrating off. This takes several try’s as it likes to fall off. You would think they would at lest inspect the safety issues like seat belts working properly before selling a car, truck, and SUV. I know they say they do an inspection on a lot of items but you sure as sh*t let me down. I appreciate you getting me approved but I didn’t expect multiple issues. If you want to get ahold of me you know who I am. No need to post a message saying we are sorry about your issue and to contact us at ....... UPDATE...they called 2weeks ago and fixed all the issues my Truck. Thank you. Up grading to 4 stars.
