Ernie was a really great sales person. The process went super fast. The only thing was that I have only had my vehicle 30 Days and I am left with a bill to get it fixed. They did agree to pay half, but my rotors were bad all the way around. Please! just make sure your vehicles are checked before you purchase. People should not have to come out of pocket within the first 30 Days of purchasing a vehicle. Definitely a learning experience for me.

I went to Kelley to check out a 2016 Ford Fusion I saw online. I was immediately greeted by my salesperson Andrew upon arriving. Throughout the visit he did well at answering any questions I had and helping me get into the car I wanted. They were willing to work with me on my trade in to get a deal I was able to afford. When it looked like we may not be able to work out a deal on the Fusion, he was doing his best to show me similar cars I might want, even though it was a rainy day. All of the staff were very friendly and not overly pushy as far as salespeople go. When it came to their protection packages and warranties I declined and wasn’t pushed into anything I couldn’t afford. I did however want a remote starter installed and Andrew was very helpful in setting that up with their service department at an affordable price. Even after the deal was done Andrew stuck around to help me move my stuff out of my old car and into the new one. Overall it was a great experience and I’m looking forward to the free car washes!

Tried to purchase a 2012 Encore, would have purchased the car, but to ac did not cool properly. They tried to BS us and say there was nothing wrong. I was told they put it in the shop the next morning, had it checked out and was cooling to 40 degrees. Without notice I return at noon the following day. With an air conditioning thermometer it would only cool to 60 degrees. Salesman said he would let the used car manager know but didn’t expect them to do anything. Never heard back. This is not the same car dealer asthe past. They will lie and sale you junk. I purchased 4 cars from them in the past, but never again

I purchased a used vehicle from them on Friday. On Sunday we noticed that the defrost vent was not working at all. Called them and made an appointment for the following Monday. It was $500 and they would only pay half even though they had clearly sold me the vehicle in this condition. So just a friendly reminder to CHECK.EVERY.SINGLE.PIECE of your used car. I did buy the car As-Is, but my mistake was believing that their inspection of the vehicle before the sale was comprehensive. I am giving them 3 stars because our salesman made the purchase of the vehicle easy and stress/pressure free. As a young woman who was purchasing a vehicle alone, that was very appreciated.

Seen a car on cargenius and requested information on the vehicle. Andrew Anderson reached out with an email video which I found was a great marketing tool. Stopped by after work, test drove it and really was interested in buying the car. I told him what my budget was and that I would like them to work a deal that met my budget and price. He did three attempts which I found insulting because I felt that being a woman they thought I was stupid. They only wanted to give me $1000 for my 2002 Toyota Rav4 for which btw is in good condition and I am the original owner. I felt they did not want to make a deal and it was closing time so I could tell he and whoever he was working with did not want to deal with me but instead go home. I myself am in sales and never would want to make a prospective buyer feel inconvenienced or stupid because of their sex. I told my Mom who bought a car from them a few years back. Said I should have seen Joe Lucky the salesman she had because he would have helped me. Dont think I will ever go back there, I did not feel like they really wanted to sell a car to me and meet me on the price. I will take my business to someone who wants it.

The salesman was great (mark Williams) and was knowledgeable. I don’t appreciate the finance manager adding the platinum warranty package to the loan without prior knowledge. That’s ridiculous and infuriating and terrible practice. Give me the numbers, then ask me if I want the warranty. Don’t just add it to the amount I’m financing. That’s not right and it needs to be addressed. Offer that to the customer, dont include it prior!!!

If i could give zero stars i honestly would. It was time to get a new car so on October 15, 2018 my grandma decided she would co-sign for me so we went up to fort wayne. Our Sales Rep was Earl Stricker and he must’ve seen this 21 year old girl & her elderly grandma walking in and took full advantage of us. He did pull two vehicles for me and the first one was absolutely nothing that i wanted. he didn’t listen to me when i told him i didn’t even want to look at the first car. the second car he pulled was a 2013 Nissan Sentra. i’ve had a 2013 altima and absolutely LOVED it so i was down! i took it for a test drive and we decided that it was the one. While reading thru the carfax i noticed there was one that said “Transmission Checked” i asked him what that meant and he told me it was a “routine matinence check”. TWO WEEKS LATER i took a vacation to Detroit, Michigan and got STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGH WAY!!!! GUESS WHAT the transmission completely dropped. Earl did NOT want to speak to me. He DID NOT help me in any way whatsoever!!! The service people i spoke with didn’t even want to help. my car was in michigan for a whole week!!!! Kelley would not offer to pay for my rental for the week although it is in my WARRANTY!!!!!! Then two weeks after that I get stranded at my house cannot go to work because the Shifter on my car was stuck in park!!! NOW i have to get a whole new shift assembly and it’s not on my warranty so $590 later here we are!! the Nissan dealership here in fort wayne has my car now and even gave me a loaner to drive till it’s done. I am contacting my lawyer this evening about all of the issues i have had and how Kelley Automotive sold me a LEMON and doesn’t want to help with anything! DO NOT BUY KELLEY AUTOMOTIVE!!!!

I am so glad we found Kelly's!!!! Do you know how hard it is to find honest mechanics and an honest shop? We found it here! Have had our cars worked on several times here, and when a fix was minor, they didn't even charge us! That's how you run a business and get people to return!!! When our son was looking to buy his first car, we took it there to have them go over it. The car was a mess (looked good on the outside) internally. They didn't charge us and told us to run from this car. Honesty gets you everywhere!!! Honesty and reliability!!! That's what you get with Kelly's automotive. I read the previous reviews....everyone 5 stars except one. And reading Kristopher R.'s review, makes me wonder about his ethics anyway. Go back to LA. Moron.

Kenny Erhard was great from the time I started talking to him. I initially talked to his assistant and she was wonderful. I had actually meant to call a different dealership, but once I started talking to them, I decided to stick with it. I told him what I wanted and I was told that I had no credit.
