Even when their computer system went down, the service department at Hubler Nissan was able to get my vehicle into their shop and fixed up well before their anticipated completion time while also treating me with the utmost courtesy and respect. Will NEVER purchase a vehicle anything from them again. Took over 65 days to receive title after paying cash. Supposedly the vehicle they had went through and done "there inspection". The resulting in a very solid vehicle. The vehicle laws like new other than the obvious front seats cracks. Take it off the lot and spend $3000 ! Another dealer said "if they did a used car inspection , they would have seen this and documentented it." After paying such a large sum then paying that. Now would you want to shop here? I'm not the only one that's been burned! But on other issues. Stop and think before you buy and check them out!

Took my nissan in for an oil change, 2 warranty issues and one or two recall issues. Everything was scheduled out and was confirmed to be done when it was dropped off. After it was at the dealership all day we went to pick it up to find out the only thing they did was one of the recalls and identified one issue. They didn't do anything about it they just "identified" it. No oil change, nothing. I complain to the manager and he says all the parts would be in in a couple days(they would expedite the parts). After a week and a half I call them asking where the parts are and they say they'll be in by Wednesday(about 2 weeks after this fiasco started). It is now the Monday after when they said the parts would be in and still no parts. If you're looking for any form of customer service whatsoever or to have your service work done in less than a semi annual manner then you might want to look absolutely anywhere else. And a side note, if you call on Monday and they say the parts will be in Wednesday when they originally told you that the parts were 2 days out that means they forgot to order the parts.

Did not even get the car off the lot and some lights came on and door panels were warped, refused to do anything about the panels, was told by Dakota (finance dept) "we are not sinking anymore money into a used vehicle) needless to say the vehicle is still there and paperwork was ripped up. They called me back the next business day to see if there was anything they could do, I advised what I wanted compensated and they refused, I was even hung up on. I will say that Dakota was not only rude to myself and my husband but was rude to the sales associate as well and it wasn't even his fault. Elijah the sales associate did NOT deserve to be treated like that from his co worker it wasn't his fault. Elijah was nothing short of being respectful, nice and considerate. Elijah, word of advice "YOU ARE BETTER THAN THAT PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT" do yourself a favor, value your worth and move on to better things! I would not, will not recommend this establishment to anyone. What has happened to customer service now a days?

I had a check engine light come on in my 2017 Nissan Maxima sv. I called Hubler Nissan and they were able to get it in within 2 days and stated that they thought it’d be a quick fix and shouldn’t take more than an hour so I opted to wait on it since I live 35 miles away. After almost 2 hours a rep came and notified that the O2 sensor was seized up and they were unable to remove/replace it. No problem the rep stated that he’d need to order the parts and reschedule. More than two weeks went by and I’d not heard a thing so I decided to call and check on the parts as my check engine light was still on. The rep stated that they had them in (curious why they never called me) however they were able to schedule me in quickly again. Upon arrival the rep set me up with a courtesy vehicle which served its purpose and I appreciated it greatly. My car was done early the following day and all seems well. The staff was professional and courteous. The service is what I expected. Keep up the exceptional work Hubler Nissan.

Bill and his crew did a great job getting our Infiniti in for an oil change and finding two things that needed to be fixed. They found a stripped A/C tensioner bolt and a slight leak at the oil pan seal. We received our quote to fix the problem and will be taking it back there to get it fixed. There was never any pressure to fix the car right now and they even said that the gasket leak could wait until the next oil service as long as we keep an eye on the level of the oil.

I take it very seriously that I'm about to place a negative review regarding a business but I am compelled to let others know of my very disappointing experience. I purchased an expensive Nissan from this dealer, I didn't realize until the next day that I was misled in the purchase. I blamed myself for not being more thorough and the effects of being in a recent accident. I thought I would give them a second chance to redeem themselves by using their service department for a simple oil change and to review a few items that failed to work since I purchased the car. The bad service, the lack of communication, the lies and generally the feeling that you are being ripped off continued. They have zero customer service, they do not want to take responsibility for anything and do not make any attempts to find a resolution. Please please there are so many dealers out there, do your research and find one that has credibility, morals, honesty and decency because trust me you will not find it there!

I attempted to drop a vehicle off to the service department on Thursday March 28, 2019 for a simple procedure-resetting the TCM after a transmission replacement. The service adviser, realizing that was all that I needed and from another repair facility, advised me that they were "booked with appointments for THREE WEEKS," and couldn't possibly fit me in and to take the car somewhere else. Yet, when I stopped to look inside the service department, there wasn't a car in sight. Huh. I suppose if I snubbed my customers the way that I was snubbed by this service adviser, I likely wouldn't be in business for long. FYI-I worked for Brad Hubler 25 years ago, and he didn't share this philosophy-he welcomed all customers, no matter how large or small the repair.

Buyers Beware!! Do not believe or Trust Jeremy in USED Cars sales. He is a liar and cannot be trusted. We called him looking for a used car for my daughter and he had just received one in that met the kind that she wanted and lead us to believe that he could not get it ready and we could not even see it until Saturday, and then he calls back on Friday morning just to tell us it was sold. He never told us that it could be sold or that he would need a deposit to hold it. None of that was ever, ever communicated to us. What an unprofessional individual, and then he rushed off the phone like a mouse!!

Changing my review. I bought a new Kicks" April 1st 2019, paid CASH. The 2nd purchase our family made from this in a year! The outside door handle had chips on it so part of the deal was replacing it. They replaced it but someone scratched the inside door handle during replacement. The service manager promised to fix that. Still waiting to hear back after talking to the Service Manager a few times. My 1st new car & it looks used because of the scratches on the inside. So much for keeping it nice to trade in next year for a full size SUV. Thanks Update: 3 Weeks after my Review, still nothing!

I went to Hubler Nissan on 10/13/2018 to buy a car from the used car lot. My salesman Zac was awesome, unfortunately his sales manger and financial manager were extremely rude and spoke down to my mother and I. We simply asked for a break down of the fees and percentages neither manager had the capability to provide answers for basic math. I went to the dealer with my title in my hand, ready to drive the car off the lot but I left with my same title because I refuse to give a company my business after being spoken to so poorly and treated with a a lack of respect or as if it we were stupid and could not understand math, we are educated. So the managers ruined the deal for their salesman.

WELL DESERVED RECOGNITION POST FOR JACK HUSTAVA!!! **Long post but worth the read!** As someone who has worked in customer service for over 12 years and finance for nearly 7, I make it a point to treat all of my customers like family and help them through stressful times, ESPECIALLY when money is involved. Jack Hustava did just that for me! Earlier this week I was day dreaming about a new truck as due to physical health issues my car needed to go. It was becoming very painful and nearly impossible to get in and out of my car. As someone who likes to have her ducks in a row I began researching and was presented with WORLD CLASS SERVICE. What is World Class Service? To me it is being the best of the best. Some of the components I look for are Dedication, Compassion, Integrity, Respect and Personalization. Jack did this and more for me. Below are some examples: Dedication/Personalization/Respect/Compassion: Jack was not pushy but he was dedicated to ensuring I got what I needed and what I could afford. He emailed me and asked if I could come in or if we could speak on the phone. I am sick and have laryngitis and can barely speak. I also live pretty far away. Jack immediately took this into account and did just about EVERYTHING for me via email. Application, credit checks, looking at diff vehicles, EVERYTHING. He told me he did not want me coming out in the cold if I did not have to and that means a lot. I could tell Jack saw me as/cared about me as a person, not a number. Jack truly cares about people and wants to help. Also it was after 5PM when I got to the dealership which is about 45 mins from my house. I told them I had to be somewhere by 8. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Jack kept telling people I had somewhere to be and ensured I was out on time! I told him if I came in I wanted to take a vehicle home that same day due to the distance I had to drive...He ensured that happen and I now have Storm! Integrity: I am aware that there are not honest people in this world. While I am an optimist I am also not naive. Two places I make a point to never go alone is to a mechanic or a dealership as unfortunately people take advantage of women or the elderly who may not know any better. Jack could have been a predator and sold me the most expensive thing on the lot just because. He did not. In fact, he and his awesome colleague Nick in Finance worked magic, went toe to toe with the banks, and was able to knock my negative equity (over 5k) down to $0 and got me in a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder for WAAAAYYYYYYY less than I ever expected. They fought for me without me even asking. I also walked out of there with AWESOME warranties, free car washes, and paid LESS THAN HALF of the down payment I intended on paying even with less than sparkling credit. Speaking of that negative equity, they knocked $550 off of my trade in. Visit their website PRIOR to going in and have that offer emailed to you. Also I only got 1 credit inquiry on my credit! Their integrity is the best I have ever seen. Hubler Nissan is a place I would send my grandmother for a vehicle if she were still here as I trust them just that much! When I woke up on Friday I was curious about a new vehicle but never dreamed I would have one. Jack Hustava and Hubler Nissan FARRRRR exceeded my expectations. Don't walk, don't run, FLY over there. They were my Christmas Miracle, let them be yours too! Tell them Elisha/Lish sent you! PS: Their inventory is AWESOME! They use great precision in ensuring they present you with the best vehicles!

I decided to test drive a Titan at Hubler. The salesman Andrew was great. He did not pressure me into doing anything that night. A few days went by and I decided I wanted a Titan. There was one in particular in Ohio. Andrew said he would match their deal. I thought it was great so I went into the dealership to have them look at my car and start doing paperwork and what do you know, they won't give me what they quoted over the phone for my trade or for the truck. All the sudden, rebates are gone and the payment went from $435 to $620 a month. Obviously, I was not going to take that deal. I called up Andy Mohr in Avon and, long story short, got a more loaded Titan with everything I could possible want for $425 a month and no money down. Today I texted Andrew and said I am starting to look at cars for my daughter. I was interested in test driving an Altima and getting the $50 Amazon gift card. His reply shocked me! He said to go to Andy Mohr and they will help me. I replied that my wife also really loves the truck and is considering getting an Armada in the spring. He does not want my business. How can he fault me for taking a deal that is $200 less per month for a better vehicle? I was wanting to go back to him because he seemed so nice but now Hubler has lost my business.

Overall my experience was good. I received a great warranty, a good car, their finance guy (Brent?) is great, I'm not too keen on the manager (Jay) but that's due to me feeling like he's a fast talker trying to pull one over on someone, not because he actually did. He just made me nervous. Whatever you do, get everything in writing, do not believe the dealer will come through on things they verbally say. That's not me bashing Bruce (my dealer) but it's just me giving a little helpful advice for anyone buying a car. I works recommended someone to visit them if they were car shopping but I would advise them to be strong and confident in what they want and to not let them get you to settle.

I decided to try Hubler (service) instead and they have been over the top fantastic. My family has bought 2 vehicles from this lot in the last 2 weeks. Ron the Service manager is amazing as well as Ben, who is the salesman we dealt with. Ben came in on his day off to accommodate a sale for my daughter and went out of his way to make sure that she got the perfect vehicle within the budget she had set for herself. During both deals, the other being a car for my father these guys worked with us to sell us a great vehicle at a price that worked all the way around. Deal with these guys, they are really worth your time to check in with.

Called for TCM Reprogram ,after a couple hours they called me said " it Ready" Pick up and Same Exact thing still happening. -Brought Part from Them - Asked them why they didn't test drive .. to make sure the shifting is right, "Mark Said I did what Customer ask for" it prove that they are not willing to help customers. .... what would be nice is that TEST Drive and inform cust.. that the Transmission have issue ......May Be I might let them work on it ... I was really disappointed with this visit. I had scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change, coolant check, turn signal issue (flashing quickly after I replaced a bulb) and to replace a headlight socket. (I noticed when I was about to replace a headlight bulb that the wires were nearly broken in two, and there wasn't enough wire on the socket to splice) I had to explain the turn signal, headlight and remind of the cabin filter again...it seemed all was noted was a "service / rotate" The vehicle came back once and Mark made the tech take it back...apparently he had not addressed the headlight. Mark then told me it that they can no longer get the "pigtail" for the headlight and it would have to be rewired and would take another hour...he had also said that the reason the turn signals were flashing quickly is because I replaced the bulb with and LED bulb. (I explained it was all I could find after going to three parts stores…and requested all the bulbs be changed to the normal bulb) 3.5 - 4 hours waiting, which I thought was excessive. It wasn’t that busy…my appointment was at 9:30 and there weren’t but a few vehicles that came in while I was there. What was most disappointing is that at the very end when Mark was going through the billing and about to hand me off to the cashier, he stated that the horn didn't work and would need to have them track down that wiring issue sometime. He also said that the turn signals still sometimes flash fast and they would need to check that out too. I feel like I left in worse shape than when I came in! He didn't come in the waiting room and explain any of this earlier and seemed to just slide it in at the end like it was no big deal! This is my wife's vehicle and it really upset me that there were more issues afterward than when I brought it in! There is no need for a manager to call me, because I will not be coming back. It is very inconvenient for me to go to this dealership, but I do so because it's a Nissan dealership and they are supposed to be the Nissan experts. I do not have faith in that Service Department now...no sense of urgency...didn't seem to really care... Instead, I'll just take it to my trusted GM dealer in Franklin who has serviced my GM vehicles for many years and whom I do have confidence. They have a much superior customer service attitude also...they would not leave me hanging like this. If they would have discovered a problem on a Saturday that they didn't have time for; they would have put me in a loaner vehicle and it would be fixed right without any issues. They wouldn’t just tell me that I needed to come back another time. This was very, very disappointing. I like Mark and have dealt with him many times. I've taken my wife's Pathfinder there for many years. Perhaps the service department needs a refresher of Customer Service 101.

I bought a used Toyota Sienna last month from Zac Carver. I would definitely recommend him. I feel like he helped me get the best deal I could get. He also seemed like he knew a lot about cars, not just the sales process. I asked a couple of questions while we were test driving that he didn't know the answers to - he didn't pretend or make up an answer, he just said he wasn't sure. When we stopped he looked under the hood and was able to answer my questions. He also looked through the Carfax to tell me what had been replaced already and what may need maintenance in the future. He was just a nice guy. He was employee of the month last month, and I can see why. Bonus, Hubler Nissan gives you a $40 car wash card and 3 free oil changes when you buy from them. I definitely like that!

Absolutely do not recommend going here for service or to buy a vehicle. This Nissan takes advantage of elderly people, basically robbing them of money do to not understanding what is going on. My mother got her vehicle repaired here which was supposed to be under warranty, which they ended up voiding. They told her her total would be 2800 and when she gather the funds to pay for it they decided to change the price to 3800 obviously she and I were upset by this and ask to speak to management who then stated the total wasn't 3800 but was instead 4300. Not only are they unprofessional but they can't even get a total balance correct. How can a business mix up three different balances? They lowered the price slightly due to the confusion but the fact that they did not have a set balance from the beginning or even write her out a receipt stating with a total would be is absolutely unprofessional and we will never be coming back to this location again. I will be sure to let anyone who is wanting to buy a vehicle from this Nissan know to look elsewhere.

Like any car buying/trading experience you would be a fool to not do some homework/research as to what you would like to purchase--or conduct some research on KBB about your trade-in value and fair purchase price of your new car. Ultimately don't be afraid to walk-away from a deal unless you are 100% certain that you are ready. Saying that, I was already aware of what I wanted--it just so happened this dealership had it. My clear communication/intentions with my sales person were instrumental making the deal run smooth. My salesperson (Jack) listened to my unique situation; invested time into what I wanted for my trade, where I needed to be for a price point and awaiting my arrival to the dealership. From the time I walked into the door to the time I left; I was greeted and treated with respect and value. It felt more like a friend was selling me his car than a dealership--this Indianapolis Nissan Dealership not only stay late to make the deal work but gave me a loaner car for a couple hours as I had a meeting to attend. Great Service! I would shop/purchase a car/truck here again. Pleasurable experience.

I bought a new 2018 Nissan LEAF last month, which I love, however, this Nissan dealership has electric vehicle chargers that they continuously park NON EV’s in. Each time I have been here, there is one open spot; a slow charger, of course. They claim to have a quick charger but it does not work. Get your EV services working properly and stop putting random cars in the EV spaces!

This was an unfortunate stop. The young salesman could only tell us the rogue was discounted a lot but he couldn't tell how much nor could he tell us the price of the car. He was not equipped with any information. And told us to move our own vehicle twice. As we were pulling out he stopped us and asked us if we wanted to see his manager. I asked him how long he had been working at the dealership and he said a month. Who is training these young men? Had a much better experience at Ed Martin Nissan.

I came in with my 7 month old and they were more then accommodating! They helped me get into my first brand new car and even threw in some added features to make my life easier with the baby. They were fast, friendly, and not at all pushy! At the end they surprised me with car wash gift cards, which was just super over the top and thoughtful. I may not have the paperwork for the additional items still owed to me however my mailing address hasn't changed. At least mail me the touchup paint as promised??
