It was nearing the time for regular maintenance when I had a flat tire due to a sidewall puncture. I arrived without an appointment as did my RDX on a tow truck. Whitney was my service advisor and she was fantastic. She made sure that I was kept informed of my vehicle's status at all times. They inspected the rim to confirm there was no damage, had the exact replacement tire in stock and performed the regular 30k maintenance all within just a few hours. Couldn't be happier with the service and the people.

This place is a Scam. They got me with a bait and switch tactic. Talked on the phone fully breaking down the price, when I arrived they told me the same price. Then when paperwork was ready to sign the sales manager walks in and says there was a mistake and it will cost thousands more. Save your time go somewhere else.

On my first in I had my oil changed. Overall it was very pleasant with only one big flaw, they claimed to do things on my vehicle that I knew weren't actually done. How did I know, because I had just done them the morning prior to taking the car in for the oil change. I would be willing to give them 4.5 stars but I can't.

Update September 5 2019: After purchasing the Acura RDX 2019 from Hubler Acura, the car has prompted me for 3 'System Updates'. The latest update did not work and the entire screen with navigation, radio, and safety / security system of the car was no longer operable. I took the car to Hubler to be repaired. The Service Department advised me that Honda/Acura is aware of the problem and there is no known long term solution / fix at this time. The Service Manager went on to explain several instances of this same problem happening to various customers of Hubler's since the RDX has been available - and that many other customers are awaiting this fix from Honda / Acura. I was instructed to simply turn off my car and turn it back on if it happens again and hopefully that would reset any computer problem. I contacted the GM of Hubler Acura, Anthony Hurt, who was very aloof and did not seem to care one bit about the problems I was experiencing with my BRAND NEW CAR. His only suggestion was to contact an attorney and call Acura Client Services. Upon further research, I learned that a Class Action Law Suit has been filed in the State of California against American Honda Co./ Acura specifically related to 2019 & 2020 RDX's that were sold with this exact KNOWN problem related to the Infotainment System. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HUBLER! They sold me a car that has a KNOWN problem with NO KNOWN FIX. They are currently in litigation for this problem that has not been rectified and they continue to sell a car that is defective. DO NOT BUY FROM HUBLER!!!! July 31 2019: Purchased a new car from David Reyes at Hubler Acura and he was great! Nice guy, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the car!! Definitely recommend David for anyone looking for an Acura!

I purchased my 2007 Acura TL type S from here new and have had every service done since. Most recently, last week, my alternator decided to finally die at about 100k on the vehicle. I called Tabitha, which is always wonderful, and she had my appointment scheduled for the next morning with a courtesy vehicle waiting (how convenient!). Later in the day, Michael from the service department called me to inform me of everything they found that needed attention. Normally, I'd be wary because most dealerships do this to drive up the parts and labor cost. Michael stated the alternator was bad, but I also needed a new battery, window regulator fixed and a few other things. I was expecting to pay a lot, but Michael went above and beyond to accommodate me and made sure I got a good deal. I picked up my car a few days later, good as new. I HIGHLY recommend this Acura dealership to any and all.

Hubler Acura is an amazing dealership that really wants to take care of their customers. A month ago, I leased a 2019 RDX which was also my first new vehicle. I was very excited about it without them going above and beyond, but Jeremy took the experience to a whole other level. After 5 years of not having a car payment, i had to tow my car into the Hubler Acura dealership and from the moment i walked into the door, i had THE BEST experience! I worked with Bryan over text a couple days before and he knew what i was looking for. He was really helpful with getting things lined up for me. But i also had the pleasure to work with Demetrius and with the manager, Geno. Walking into a car dealership as a single female can be a scary thing, but i can 100% hands down tell you Geno went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me doing everything he possibly could to work those numbers so it was something that worked for me and wouldnt put me in a tough spot financially. The deal took a couple days to work out but they made sure i had a very very nice loaner car, to drive in the mean time. Both Bryan and Demetrius were incredibly funny and so knowledgeable. The wonderful young lady i worked with in finance , finalizing the deal was also so kind and helped numbers get lowered down to my budget level. The team there will also make sure they are at your fingertips if you ever have ANY questions or concerns about your car. After calling to verify that a vehicle posted for sale on their website was available, I scheduled a test drive. After arriving at the dealership I was informed that the vehicle was rusted through and unsafe to drive. I was offered a test drive in a vehicle they said was comparable but was also $3000 more. The original vehicle I went to purchase is still on their website a week later and has evidently been magically fixed. It is now listed at a price that is over $6000 more than the original list.
