I had scheduled an oil change in addition to a suggested recall from Honda for 9:30am. I didn't end up leaving until 1pm. I really got the feeling that an appointment didn't even matter. They didn't even ask if I had one set up or if I was just randomly showing up so what's the point? Unfortunately they couldn't properly download the recall and that's what took them so long. They didn't charge me for my oil change which was nice but man, I can't really recommend visiting here if you want something quick and easy. Felt really disrespected when it came to me scheduling ahead of time and everyone getting serviced well ahead of me.

I just bought my second car from Umer at Hare Honda. Umer is amazing! I scheduled an appointment to come meet with him and had mentioned the 2 cars I was interested in seeing. When I arrived to the dealership, he was ready for us and had both vehicles pulled up front and all of their information ready at his desk. He took his time to go over everything with us and answer all of our questions. He made the process easy and enjoyable! I also love the overall atmosphere at Hare. Its c=very quiet and welcoming with some complimentary amenities provided for guests.

I needed an oil change and wiper replacement. I was also advised I needed an update on my radio and screen. I was treated with respect and courtesy by Nelson Catalan in Service. I am very happy with my experience. I was told I'd have about 1 hour 45 minute wait and it was about 1 1/2 hours. It will all be even better once the construction is completed.

I called ahead to schedule an oil change for my van and was told it would take a little less than an hour, but that I should give myself an hour to be safe. I felt like this seemed a bit excessive for an oil change (especially with a scheduled appointment on a weekday) but thought maybe Honda was overbooking themselves? Well I pull in and no one even looked up from a computer to acknowledge me for a couple of minutes, then someone finally tells me that they'll be with me in a moment. A few more minutes goes by and someone finally comes and gets my keys. At this point it had been nearly 15 minutes since I pulled into the bay. The van wasn't finished for another hour and 15 minutes; so what was supposed to be an hour took an hour and a half. Pretty unacceptable for scheduling an appointment ahead of time with a dealership of all places.

Got my first car from here, a Certified Pre-Owned 2018. Love the car, and the pricing was competitive for the market. My only complaint was that my purchase was given an importance. My sales rep kept trying to leave my desk to go and attend some other customers who were going for a new car. This happened when i was making the payment and picking up the car, and scheduled my appointment. The finance manager was a little blunt about any questions for additional services. And i didn't receive my car's owners manual or insurance information. When i asked for these, they said i would receive it by mail. However, haven't received anything till date, and calls to the dealer or the sales rep have been unattended. When i asked some information about what to do for service and usual miles to look out for, the sales rep just said that "the car will tell you" and walked me out of the door. I understand the pressure in sales, and new cars are given importance, but felt like that they could do a better job than this for customers. However, i still appreciate all the help they gave me to get me into my first car. Really appreciate the service. And the above points withstanding, i would recommend this dealer to anyone for their next car.

Had a great customer experience at Hare Honda this past Saturday getting my Fit’s oil changed. It was a busy day but I was ready to go before the estimated time to complete. Eric did a great job of keeping me informed, including texting me his contact info should I have any question during the service event (first in my experience!). The dealership is undergoing a complete remodel so there were some workarounds in place but everything worked efficiently.

Steve Wheat was my service rep and he did an excellent job. My wait was a little long , but understandable. It was very busy and the construction limited your space. If I had a complaint, it would be paying for the gas that I used in the loaner(which was very nice). I know people drive the loaners different distances. I only drove 60 miles and spent $1500 and still had to put 2 gallons of gas into the loaner or I would have been charged an additional $6.50.

The salespeople here are great. They go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Chris was my salesperson and she was great. She followed up with me on a regular basis and was not at all pushy. She gave me a great deal on the car and spend a considerable amount of time explaining all the features of the new car. Never felt rushed or pushed into buying a car. Took 2 1/2 months to get back Understand some of that was on insurance company and it being at body shop for repairs. Poor communication, left messages on status of vehicle with no call backs 50% of the time, several times each week. they took vehicle to wrong body shop, then went and took it to one we wanted and never contacted body shop. I called body shop after 1 1/2 weeks and they told me no one contacted them it had been sitting there all that time and they had no idea what was going on and was getting ready to tow it. WHAT!!!! If it wasnt for me calling them and filling them in it would be sitting there. THEY had to call Honda to get paperwork etc. Then after they were done and it was back to Honda I get a call they found more damage and its going to be longer before i get it back. Worst experience ever. Not happy at all.

We bought a used vehicle from John Drake, the used sales adviser at this location, about two years ago. It was easy, quick, when we said no to extended warranties and the like, they took our word and did not push it further. John was professional, friendly, extremely helpful, and got the car ready for a test drive quickly. It is now two years later and he still sends personalized birthday greetings. The online ad was accurate, complete with up to date mileage and all of the correct features. Car was in great shape, as advertised, and we bought it the next day. It even came with a book of free car washes, which it needed soon (black cars are a pain). I have nothing but positive words for the job John and his team performed, from the ad listing up until I fired the car up and drove it off the lot. If you are looking at a vehicle on their lot or website, do not hesitate to take a test drive, this is a league above other dealerships you'll go to. John makes sure you're happy with the vehicle and that it is the one for you, rather than making you just another sale on his quota list. Thanks John for the great used car buying experience!

I had an appointment at 11 AM for an oil change. Upon arrival, I was told it would be two and a half hours before my vehicle was ready. What is the point of making an appointment??? When I asked, I was told they were fitting in those that didn’t make appointments. I don’t understand why someone who makes an appointment would be punished and put behind those that just show up. I ended up having to come back later in the day when I could get a ride so I didn’t have to sit and waste hours of my day off. I asked at drop off for them to call me when the vehicle was ready and I would come pick it up. They said it would be about 90 minutes. I received two text messages saying I could text that number back to get a status update. After two hours, I sent a text and got no reply. After two and a half hours, I had my ride drop me off and I would just wait to pick up the vehicle. Upon my arrival, the truck was done and had been sitting there for quite a while. I received no call, no text ever letting me know to come pick it up. Once I finally got my vehicle, the windshield was covered in something that wasn’t on it when I dropped it off. I had to get the truck washed to remove whatever this was. This was the second bad experience I have had with this service department. I am not happy at all.

I was informed by one of the gentleman at this location he would let me know "AT HIS EARLIEST CONVENIENCE" when the vehicle I had interest in was placed back on the lot. After waiting a week for a phone call, I decided to call back, to find out I wasn't updated on the vehicle and the vehicle had been SOLD 5 DAYS before I had to call again. I didn't receive any information on the location or availability of the vehicle from ANY of the employees I talked to and was never put in contact with the USED CAR SALES MANAGER. I suggest you put more effort in caring for the individuals who have showed interest in your vehicles, not the ones that just happen to get lucky on the day of purchase. Very unprofessional, unproductive, and a waste of my time!

I scheduled a service through the Honda app, and it let me schedule something that Honda usually only does on weekdays. They went ahead and completed the service even though it inconvenienced their team, and their work was exceptional. I would, 100%, recommend Hare Honda.

Went in for an oil change and opted for the upgrade multi point inspection. A complete rip off and waste of money! While waiting I receive a text with an attachment of the mechanics "suggested maintenance." To my surprise it was word for word the EXACT same as my previous visit. I expressed my frustration with my service advisor. I paid for a service that was not performed. The mechanics "findings" were inaccurate since I have receipts to prove all the work he said needed done has been completed in the last 3 months. The advisor talked with the mechanic and "assured" me he did indeed do the work but admitted to copying and pasting the previous notes. Not satisfied I sent an email to the service manager with no response. I took the survey that Hare Honda sent to me and still no response to resolve this issue. The work I paid for was not completed. I would question any work performed by this company.

He was honest about what he could do for me in terms of price. Bo gave me time to digest the choices and come to conclusion while still working toward closing the deal without being pushy. We tend to hold our vehicles a long time, but certainly wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend Bo to friends.

Chris Harriman has been the salesperson for all four of our most recent cars - all Hondas! She is an extraordinary example of a salesperson who makes customers feel comfortable and confident that the deal she presents is the best. We have made comparisons with two other Honda dealers each time and it comes down to Chris being the best each time. She always works thru the paperwork making sure we understand what we are signing without unnecessarily dwelling on the details. Chris then spent as much time with us as we needed to understand the basics of our Odyssey. We especially appreciated her setting up Sirius radio with our preferences and hooking up our phones. We left the dealership confident that we knew all of the basics that she could have covered with us. Chris continues to be recommended by us every time we encounter someone considering a car purchase. We also found Andy did an effective and empathetic job of going thru our financing and extended warranty options. Hare Honda has a GREAT TEAM! Our 2019 Odyssey Touring has many nice features. But FYI: We miss the "cooler" for bottles of water; the moving hook on the right passenger side for a trash bag since the new fixed hook does not hold a small trash bag effectively; the rubber "wings" which held drinks in place on the console; and, most of all, the camera on the right side mirror which was SO HELPFUL when changing lanes.

Went in to look at a vehicle to purchase. We weren't ready on Saturday to commit but signed a deal anyway. I called back Saturday afternoon and told them we were ready to buy but couldn't make it in that day. Went through the whole finance process and was approved on Saturday. Called Monday to finalize the schedule since we had an hour plus drive and told them we couldn't make it Tuesday but could Wednesday. Called in Tuesday to confirm coming in and was told it was sold out from under us. Not a great way to bring customers in. Sad part is we love Hare Chevy and own a car from them.

I've visited this Honda dealership for my oil change needs the past three years for both of my vehicles. This is the first time I didn't enjoy the customer experience. I had forgotten to present my electronic coupon during check in; therefore, the service member had to reprint the paperwork. He came across as annoyed and frustrated by my mistake. In addition, there wasn't a welcoming feel that made my business appreciated. There are 3 other dealerships right next to this Honda dealership. I'm considering other options in the future.

It was okay. Took much longer than expected. My wife, Emily Arnold-White was told over the phone that it would take about a half of an hour to service.. When we got there, the serviceman told us that it would take around and hour to an hour and a half. Considering that I had to be at work, the wait was extensive and no one alerted us that it would take longer than expected. I had to go (against my wife's wishes) an inquire myself. It took nearly two hours, but the staff was pretty cool.

My experience here at Hare has been nothing but excellent, purchased my car back about two years ago from Umer, a great salesman with an even greater attitude and professionalism, just recently the car had a minor issue and I was informed it was still covered under the great certified pre-owned warranty offered and that everything will be taken care of, service advisor Steve who was extremely helpful, helped me with the service process and even got me a loaner vehicle so I had something to go to work in. As I was waiting on the diagnosis of my car I can't count exactly how many but I'd say around 4-5 employees asked if I had been helped or needed anything and one of which was Margo, she informed me about this new add on service I could add to my car for wheel and tire protection for future needs and the whole process was short and detailed so looking forward to that, thank you guys for all the excellent work you guys do.

Great experience, but Honda isn’t for me right now. I submitted a request for info online, and Karen Bayless helped me out with getting in to the dealership for the test drive. She was busy when I arrived, but she took a moment to politely apologize and explain that her colleague Chris would be assisting me. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for an oil change on a Friday morning. Throughout the week, I received multiple reminder text messages to be there at 10:00 am for my service on Friday. So I was very disappointed to be asked if it was OK for me to wait 3 hours for my oil change when I arrived on time for my appointment. When I told Hare Honda that "No" it is not OK - I was told that a bunch of walk-ins had shown up and they take president because they arrived BEFORE me. What kind of system is that? Why wouldn't you tell someone without an appointment that you are already booked this morning and schedule them an appointment in the future vs. making those that do have an appointment wait three hours? Just crazy!!! I will never go back to Hare Honda for any reason. Poor, poor customer service!!!!!

The service manager, Josh, is an exceptional manager and also took the time to talk to us. Had 2 recalls fixed here in 2015. After getting my car back, my radio stops working, which wasn’t a problem before they touched it. Called to ask about why my radio isn’t working and they swore it wasn’t something they did. Had to come back 2019 to get the exact same 2 recalls fixed, asked them to look into the radio issue since it hasn’t worked right since they messed with it before. They said that it would take them at least 4 hours to even get to it, if they could even address it today. I was expecting 3 hours of work, so I asked for a courtesy car, providing documentation saying that if I needed one, one would be provided to me. But they claimed to be all out (with a lot full of cars). So I had to wait in the lobby for my car to be done. Thankfully it only took 1 hour, instead of the projected 3, but it still threw off my entire day. WILL NOT RETURN!!!!!!!!
