Worst service ever took my car for a computer diagnosis got completly ripped off.. gave me a piece of paper with a mechanics opinion. Never even got a official diagnosis. Got charged 110 for a opinion and 130 for a tow fee.. a total waste of time.

Best Subaru VW dealer in central Indiana, bar none. Have purchased/leased 4 cars from them. Great staff & 1st rate service. I stopped by (without appointment) to have a loose door hinge tightened on my 2016 VW Beetle. Steve Halloran had it fixed, and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Love this place. I will be back.

My last service at falcons was fantastic. Friendly and approachable staff who make you feel valued and informed on what's going on with your vehicle. They also have a new waiting area that was clean and open and allowed me to work while I waited. They kept me up to date one the progress of my appointment and it was over relatively quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who values a quality experience!

I made an appointment for our 2016 Golf (Love it!) for routine service. On the Saturday before our Monday appt, had a flat on 465 North due to debris on the highway. We used Car-net to call emergency service which worked very well. The spare was put on. We kept appt at Falcone on Monday. Besides the routine maintenance, they evaluated tire and found that it needed replacement, not repair, and also found a hole in the wheel/rim, also replaced. They repaired these, and also replaced a failed strut for the hood. Because of service contract and warranty, there was no charge for any of this amounting to $750.00. I was astonished but so grateful. Because we had to go out of state to a family funeral, they also kept our car until we returned. I cannot say enough about our appreciation for this facility. They have consistently delivered service which is above and beyond the norm. Kudos Falcone Volkswagen service department!

First off, my car sat here last year for over 3 months while their service department fumbled with a bunch of ideas that didn’t work while ignoring when I recommended. (I know my way around cars but this issue needed a dealership computer.) FINALLY they got their act together and after bringing my receipts in from rental cars and flights and Ubers from the huge time they had my car they only minimally helped on my bill when we came to settle. That’s not customer service when you screw the client over for months on with bad communication and shoddy guess work after weeks and weeks go by until finally listening and getting something going. I wasn’t going to leave a review about that but this recent thing sent me over the edge. I went in recently to inquire about a small part mainly to see if I could borrow it for literally 2min instead of buy one (I’m swapping the locking lug nuts for standard but lost my locking socket). Every dealership has these. Well, parts and service are closed on Saturday. That’s really odd but whatever. Tried to talk to some sales guys about it just to see if by chance one was laying around so I wouldn’t have to drive to either Tom Wood or Dreyer. These guys treated me like I was an idiot and wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to explain. “All tire shops have those.” NO they don’t. You think I would know having owner this car for several years. The point: Listen to your clients. Sometimes they actually know things and if they are ‘car people’, they’re coming to you because it’s their last result and you could be a little more accommodating. When my current VW finally meets the grave this place will not be in consideration for my next purchase for what will be my third VW.

The sales people were non existent. I walked in to possibly purchase a car and the only person that even spoke to me was a service tech. I never even saw a sales person and I left the store unsatisfied and without a vehicle. I will not go back and do not recommend this location.

I purchased a VW Jetta back in 2014, used. It wasn't until a few months ago that my vehicle required service. I have been to Falcone a few times now, and must say that the service is stellar. Like everything automotive, it doesn't come free. Cars need routine upkeep, so don't think that you're going to get free repairs. That being said, I have always felt great anxiety when dealing with repair-men, always wondering if their integrity was where it should be. Falcone has never pressured me into anything, and have cut me excellent deals. Something that didn't occur to me about going to a dealership for repairs, as opposed to a mechanic, is the trust built between you and the dealer for future vehicles. It has been made clear to me that if I trust Falcone for my repairs, they will repay me when the inevitable arrives, and I need to purchase a new vehicle. I love my jetta, especially the sport function. I plan on getting all of my repairs done at Falcone, and look forward to making good when it comes time to upgrade to a newer model. Thanks Falcone, it's wonderful to feel that you guys are in my corner.

I brought my 2010 VW Jetta in for a non-warranty service. It had a slight miss. I am happy with my service and enjoyed the no cost shuttle ride to my office and back to Falcone. The staff was very helpful. Everything was explained clearly before any repairs were made. While there I was able to speak with a salesman about my next auto purchase. Very easy going experience when doing business here. I have been taking my VW here for service for three years now and have always had a positive experience. The service reps are friendly, honest, and take the time to explain the breakdown of issues discovered. The service performed on my vehicle has always exceeded expectations. The reps do a great job of keeping you informed on status updates and issues discovered during service. Please note that if you are expecting a quick turnaround for routine services, it will take a minimum of three hours from arrival to departure, which is not a problem since being told up front which allowed time for pre-planning. The waiting area offers complemary ammenities such as coffee, water, donuts, chips, land line telephone, wifi, cable TV, power outlets for charging, vending machines, childrens play room, business room with tables for laptop, etc. The chairs are comfortable enough to nap while your vehicle is being serviced too. Highly recommend and will continue to use Falconer VW for all future services for the life of my VW.

Awesome experience getting my Passat serviced here. Steve was helpful in setting an account up for me since it was my first visit. Directed me to waiting room that had a business suite with free WiFi that enabled me to work on my homework I had brought with me in a quiet and comfortable setting. He also noticed the empty coffee pot and brewed another batch without me having to ask him to. Service was done promptly at a reasonable price and I was able to get back to school an hour before I had planned. They even ran my car through their car wash with no additional charge. Great experience and will return for my next service. Thank you!

My wife and I purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan SE 4 motion from Falcone. From the first time we went in to driving away with a new car 2 weeks later, every interaction we had with the Falcone staff was excellent. My wife had bought her car at Falcone and every time we brought it in for service the experience was great. It made me consider Falcone for my new car even before I really started looking into VW. Alex Moffett was the Falcone rep who helped us out. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of the car and was very helpful in finding the right model and trim for us. I recently had my bug serviced at Falcone. As usual, Steve greeted me with a warm smile and a hearty handshake. Since the work might take longer than a day, he provided me with a loaner car. It was a beautiful new Subaru Outback. I was happy. It could have cost a considerable amount of money but Steve had the technicians check it out closely and they only replaced the parts needed. I've been to other repair shops where they charged me for replacing a whole assembly instead of replacing only those parts that actually needed replacing. I have mentioned in other reviews about how honest Falcone is. I will say it once more: Honesty is the best policy and Falcone is 100% honest in all their dealings with customers. In this era of fake news and deceit, it very comforting that you know a place that will be straight up with you. Thank you Falcone and thank you Steve

My car was involved in a bad accident and the body shop allowed my car to remain on their lot until I got my affairs in order without charging me storage.
