Ordered a replacement key. When the key arrived it only worked half the time. After calling and stopping in we were told we would have to pay a reprogramming fee. Customer service was not helpful and after getting stranded they still refused to resolve the situation. They have lost our business. I suggest you avoud them.

I am so thankful I own my BMW X3! Last weekend while starting out on an errand along a busy street, one of my warning lights came on! At first I thought it was due to tire pressure but soon found out it was my back hatch not being properly closed! My one year old Labrador was in the back!!!! I immediately got off the road and fixed the issue. I was so thankful that my beloved dog didn't get hurt!!!! Thank you BMW for making such an excellent vehicle warning the driver immediately of any issues! You have my vote!

Alan Kortzendorf

A great experience every time I am there, so different from other dealerships.

My BMW 3 series was running very rough. I scheduled service through the online website, an was able to get the car in for service within a week. They provided me with a courtesy loaner car, which was a huge help. The service was completed promptly & the car is now running smooth. Great communication from my service tech, CJ Lains, throughout the process. My experience with Dreyer & Reinbold was very professional from start to finish. I'll definitely return to this dealership for service in the future.

Don't buy a BMW if you have to have it serviced here, the service department is terrible and dishonest. I purchased my vehicle, 2014 X5, at a local import dealership. I took it to Dreyer Reinbold North almost immediately after purchasing it because there was an issue with the seal around the window making noise. The car is under warranty so it should have been no big deal. I picked up my car a few days later. I walked out and luckily they parked it so that I walked up to the passenger's side first. There were dots of grey paint or some such all over the side and hood of the vehicles. Upon close inspection, there were several scratches in the paint behind the rear wheel. After three days of arguing with them, and three tries, they repainted the back of the car and managed to get all of the spots off. Fast forward about 6 months and I had to take the car in for an oil change. Next day, they call me and inform me that the oil pan is bent and the bolt holding it on is stripped. They blamed the previous dealership, who insisted that the vehicle was perfect when it was returned from lease and inspected. I suspect strongly that one of their service technicians broke it and did not take responsibility for it. They wanted to charge me $3,000 to repair it. They then returned my car to me gushing oil. Keep in mind, not one drop of oil leaked from the car in the 8 months that I owned it. BMW North America refused to do anything about the issue and essentially left me with a car gushing oil and in need of an oil change. I took it somewhere else to fix and am in the process of trading in the vehicle. I will never own another vehicle that requires service at this dealership.

Bought my first BMW from D&R!!! What I was told on phone from Dominic was what happened when I got there!!! No gimmicks, no no we can't do that but..., it was timely. It was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Patrick was wonderful also!! No trying to talk me in to anything. He was patient and again made feel secure in what the sale was was exactly what I received!!! I'm on my son's account, but my name is Denice!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. I had them detail my car so I could sell it & they broke the front driver air vent in my car. I noticed this before driving off the lot, so I went back inside and told them that they had broken my car. They said they wouldn't charge for the labor but I would have to pay ~$100 for the replacement part. What?? So you break my car while cleaning it and tell me I have to pay for it? Preposterous! I asked to see a manager and he wasn't at his desk. Tried to get a hold of him for weeks, but was conveniently "never there." I will NEVER give these people my business again and I hope this review helps ward off anyone else who's considering going to this STEALership for anything.

I had a delightful experience here about two weeks ago when I purchased my BMW X3. I was uncertain if I wanted the X3 or if I wanted to stay with Mercedes Benz, but the staff here treated me well. They were especially patient and kind to me and offered help as I had my little one tagging along with me. I am happy I stopped in and even more happy I am now apart of the BMW crew I love my X3. Big Thank you to my sales Rep Jarod Clausen.

We now have 2 BMW's, a new one my wife bought at this dealership, and a used 550 that I bought somewhere else and had serviced here. I was really impressed with how much time service spent with me when I brought in my 550 even though I did not buy it there. I am bringing it in for another service and they have a loaner car for me, even though I did not buy the car there. My wife and I are really pleased, and I can tell you I am pretty picky.

Gus Desroches

Nice clean and experience

This is my second Mini Cooper from this dealership . Jerry Lee is a great salesman , very knowledgable about the cars & very helpful in getting you what you want. Service department takes care of any issues you may have & always has a car on hand if you need it ! I highly recommend this place for your new or used car.

Went in today to check noise on my M3. Awsome customer service. Much better than ones I have experienced from Downtown Mercedes. BMW is stepping up their game.

Kay Schubert

Had a great experience while searching for a new vehicle. Dina Ramic was our Sales person who showed us the vehicle along with all the perks of being a proud owner of Infinity. I loved the fact that she never once pressured us and she actually listened to what I was looking for along with helping the budget. Highly recommend this dealership and don't forget to ask for Dina! I had a couple of issues with a Certified Pre-Owned car purchased from this dealership, including a hard-to-diagnose drivetrain vibration. While these issues were frustrating, I couldn't have been happier with the service provided to me by this dealership. They were great with communication, worked with me and my schedule, and ultimately did a fantastic job with the repairs. I have never experienced a car dealership or maintenance department with such a strong focus on customer service. My confidence in the brand was initially shaken when the issues with the car presented themselves, but the quality workmanship and customer service that was demonstrated during the repair rebuilt that confidence. I look forward to visiting Dreyer & Reinbold in the future.

Pete Curnutt

Horrible experience! I had some issues with their service department scratching / damaging my car. After filing complaint with Paul Brown, Gen. Mgr, he accused me of lying and making up a story. I would not deal with Paul Brown ever again or D/R BMW. I also filed a complaint with BMW North America that went no where. I had no resolution and ended up using the Lafayette BMW dealership for service. Buyer Beware...once you buy from D/R, they really don't care. I sold my BMW's and now have bought several cars from Tom Wood dealerships and have been completely satisfied.

subhash chandra bandla

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. They helped me chose the right car. Jarod was the sales advisor who helped me. Very fair and transparent about the finances. Great dealership! Would highly recommend.

Christopher Gillespie

It was great to work with Blaire Duncan on the purchase of my new car. She and their team of people made the experience comfortable and easy to process. Absolutely well worth the 200 mile trip, I would do it again.

Ashley Osak

We had a seemless buying experience at Dryer & Reinbold and have been so pleased with the customer service we receive every time we're due for service. Blaire Duncan was our salesperson and she was outstanding! Never once did we feel pressured to buy from her or to make any decisions quickly. She made the process easy, answered all of our questions and made us laugh along the way. We highly, highly recommend her to everyone!!

Brandon Barkley

I'm not lying to any of you this place made me do THOUSANDS in repairs that wasn't necessary. The corporate business model is to fix what is necessary and if they see something else broken while repairing they ignore it and wait for your warranty to run out to keep you coming back to their shop. I almost sold my BMW just because I didn't want to deal with them anymore...luckily enough I was referred to Ress Motor Works downtown and that has changed my life. They ONLY fix BMWs, are way cheaper than Dreyer, and will be honest and straight up with you from the start...I TRUST THEM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I must say Dreyer's staff was friendly and high quality it's just the business model post warranty sucks money out of your pockets fast than anything I've ever seen. If you have a warranty please go there because it's free but if you don't PLEASE DON'T IT IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DECISION...go to Ress Motor Works and I promise you'll be extremely pleased. I never write these reviews but people need to know about Dreyer.

Always courteous staff with prompt service!

High class place for the rich.

Travis Mumford

Sales associate was friendly and personable and professional. Test drive was easygoing. Trade in value for my car was on the low end of fair. Negotiation on the used certified car I was looking at was less flexible than I was hoping. No screaming deals to be had here. But it was a good experience. Will be back if needed.

I had a great experience buying my new car from them, working with Cory was a breeze(ask for him, he’s a person to work with when buying a new car), nice prices, great selection and overall very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Wish I could give 1/2 of a star.

Nick Baird

Great customer service. I went in to get a new key and they ordered me one and got me the paint I needed in under 20 minutes.

Ren Norman

Outstanding service.

Recently called for information regarding a vehicle part. Cory in their parts department was my first contact. They were very happy to give me the info to sell me the part, but however the business is not interested in good customer service. They withheld the part number from the vehicle and informed me they are not able to give that info to their average customers. Cory actually had to stop himself then tell me. I then asked for their manager, Cory said that would be fine and left me on hold for approximately 30 secs to 1 min while he informed his manager on the situation before transferring me to him. I then spoke with Joe the Parts Department manager about the part and their policy. He then again informed me that their policy was to not give the part because they "Are not in the business of giving their customers free research". This is strange given it took Cory less then a min to find this info. If they are paid by the hour I could have been more than willing to pay for his 1/60 of his hourly pay to compensate them on their research. If they were my best option I would then return to purchase the part. When I mentioned to the manager that it seems that they are withholding that info knowing that they are not the best option/price, Joe the Parts Department Manager responded with "Oh, we defiantly are not the best price out there." I wouldn't waist your time calling this business. -From, Someone who is able to work with their hands.

As an out of state buyer finding the car I wanted on line I was lucky to contact Jarod Clausen as salesman This was my first time buying sight unseen and Jarrod’s first out of state sale He was very thorough and easy to work with making the sales process excellent setting me at ease making me confident all was good. He kept me informed of everything happening. HE IS the GUY to work with!! Thanks

Dennis Wasonga

My service assistant CJ is really good. Got me in and out quickly and in a loaner.

We had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. They were very helpful and made it very easy. It took some of the stress out of car buying. Kerry did a great job!

Paul is the best! He's makes certain you understand what's going on with your vehicle and what steps are going to be taken to get the repairs done.....he has great customer service! Thx Paul!

Scheduled a month out for an oil change and inspection service. Specifically noted this while scheduling. Arrived and discussed this with the technician. I explained that the oil service light came on a month ago, and that I turned it off to avoid the annoying noise. Was told that the vehicle needed brake fluid flush also, totaling ~$500 all together, and possibly front brake pads, maybe $900...? Picked up the car a few hours later. The only service done was the brake fluid flush. $187. I explained that the car has not had an oil change in a year. Tech said that was just fine...? Bought all of the equipment and supplies off Amazon when I got home to do it myself (less than the $295 for an oil change). Didn't even wash the car while it was there like I asked. Very disappointing. Won't be returning. Received an email a few days after originally posting this review stating that my car will tell me when to schedule a service for my car. Funny, being the owner of the vehicle, and specifically requesting services upon both appointment and arrival, I would expect the requested services to be done regardless. Again, this email did not address the car not even being washed as requested. Yet another reason to not return...

Great people to work with, excellent experience every single time! Paul is awesome to work with.

Please look at reviews first to avoid future headaches! All one star reviews are in regards to service while five star reviews are car sales. This means that if you live in Indianapolis you will love your new BMW until it needs the first oil change. Then you will encounter the service department.... For all the out of state online buyers, you get an awesome car and can avoid the embarrassing service department in Indianapolis. All the unlucky Indianapolis residents, please continue to read as your future is daunting. **spoiler alert other reviews complain of the same things** Most likely the worst BMW service in the country. The service is laughable. Where to begin- the spark plug scam, the disrespect to female BMW owners, the 40+ min wait for a loaner at enterprise, no response from service management??? This was probably my third time at this BMW location. I scheduled a 7:30am appointment time weeks in advance and requested a loaner for my appointment. I was the second person in line for the morning; however, I was told that they had no loaners available. They proceeded to give loaner vehicles to every other +8 male customers behind me. When I confronted the service advisor about this he had no explanation for it. He said it was a "mistake." They paid for an enterprise loaner vehicle- I was able to choose between an unsafe smart car or a dodge caravan. Yes, these were my 2 options!! I have heard of similar issues at other dealerships and they will offer you a comparable vehicle- Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, etc. I wasn't even offered 4 door sedan! I would understand if my appointment was made last minute but it was not. I was forced to spend 40+ minutes signing paperwork at enterprise and listening to them try to sell me insurance, gas, etc. As a result, I was late to work. This probably comes as a shock to the service advisors at BMW but women work!! My only explanation for this horrible service was that I am a young, female. Most likely they assumed I would handle the enterprise situation better then the other BMW owners that morning who were all male. They have constant turn over at this location. This morning a new service advisor tried to sell me spark plugs because "most people get spark plugs with their oil change." I said you haven't looked at my vehicle why do you think I need spark plugs. She fumbled through an answer about spark plugs needing to be changed at 70k-100k miles. It was an interesting answer since my vehicle only has 50k miles. I responded, "skip the spark plugs since I have 20-50k more miles with my current ones then." If you are going to try to scam people out of $450 at least have a decent answer for someone. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional. I would avoid at all costs. Personally, I plan on driving an hour north to Lafayette for all future BMW service!

We were moving my daughter into her dorm in Bloomington and planning to head home 800 miles to NY when I noticed a bolt through the tread in my left front tire. In a panic I called Dreyer & Reinbold of Greenwood and spoke to the service advisor Elizabeth. Being an hour away, she wasn’t sure if she’d be able to get me in before they close. She checked inventory to see if they had my tire in stock. She asked the technicians if anyone would stay to repair the tire. Russell volunteered if I could get there by 5 PM. I drove on the bolt half way there, heard it snap off on the way. When I arrived at 4:30 the light came on. With 20 lbs left in the tire , they took care of my tire in time for me to start my journey home. Props to her colleague that stayed late to finish the paperwork (I apologize for not remembering his name. . 5 stars for Dreyer & Reinbold service advisors and staff. Everyone there was welcoming and saved the day for my family and I.

Took my 328i in for 1st oil change they told me all 4 of my rims were bent and it would be $2800.00 to replace not covered under warranty. Nothing was wrong with rims car ran smooth at 100 mph. Had a small Crack in windshield under gasket no Starburst inquired about new windshield. When I got the car back someone took a center punch and hit it on the crack producing a very visible Starburst. Wasn't covered since it too was "road damage" cost 2400 to replace got it done elsewhere for $330.00 This will be my first and last BMW And car from Dreyer and Reinbold totally dishonest dealer and service @@@!!!!!!!!!

Sales Department and Staff: Hit or miss. Some associates and managers really do care about their customers, but most just seem to care about P&L and sales targets. I've been a BMW enthusiast for over 15 years and have owned many BMWs over the years. I was recently in the market for an M3, M4, or M6. It wasn't a matter of "IF" but "when" I would make a purchase, I simply wanted to get to know each individual vehicle and see what fit me best. No one in the sales department seemed to take me seriously and didn't even seem the slightest bit interested in making a guaranteed sale/commission. I ended up ordering a brand new vehicle from BMW of Westchester in friggin New York -where I had the best experience buying a BMW that I have ever had! A FAR CRY from the disinterested SA's and CA's at Dreyer. Service Department: Where do I begin ?!?! Hands down, the worst BMW service Department I have ever done business with! I have had three vehicles serviced at the north side location over the last 3 years or so and I don't think I've ever had a flawless experience. Very few -if any service representatives, seem to understand even the most basic fundamentals of customer service, or etiquette, and the ones that do end up quitting. I've seen HIGH STAFF TURNOVER over the years -which says a lot more about management and operations than it does the Service Associates. It's obvious they have been understaffed for quite some time. Revolving doors make dealerships like this look horrible, and even though I haven't ever been treated with genuine care at this dealership, I still sympathize with the employees. I digress... Being somewhat of a BMW mechanic myself, I regularly check my vehicles ECUs for codes with an OBD adapter and reader. (Get one off Amazon for yourself. They are cheap and will save you time, money, heartbreak, and break downs. Most new ones will work with any smart phone. Check Amazon for the Carly Gen 2 BMW adapter!) But when it comes to bmws, I let the service techs handle issues if the car is under warranty. Any ways, I've brought my vehicles in to have codes checked only to discover that the mechanics manually cleared the codes without addressing the issue. The ECU doesn't lie, and when the fault re-occurs, the error code will re-register. Codes can also be silenced to prevent a check engine light from occurring, and this is EXACTLY why I regularly check my vehicles. Even under warranty, the mechanics refused to address the codes whether they be minor or major. I recently attempted to schedule a service request online as I have successfully done with them in the past. There is a known issue with the brake shields for my vehicle, so I included the part numbers and factory service notice number to make it easy for them to verify. I still have yet to receive a call, email, voicemail, or any sort of follow up, and its been well over a month now. Often times they do not meet their service deadlines and won't even call you or follow up when your vehicle is completed. I've reached out to the department to inquire about the progress of my vehicle before, only to find it was completed 2 days earlier and had been sitting outside waiting for me. No call, nothing. A year ago on my e92, I had the oil tested pre and post "oil change" at the dealerships and the viscosity and contamination levels were exactly identical! Aka, they didn't change the oil! At the same time, they told me my wheels were bent and needed to be replaced -which turned out to be completely false after another mechanic and myself tested and balanced the wheels. My new vehicle is going to be due for its 10,000 mile service soon, and I would NEVER consider having it serviced at Dreyer and Reinbold North. My experiences here have been so terrible that I would gladly drive a few hours in ANY direction to avoid having my car serviced here. BMWs are amazing vehicles. You would expect amazing service from such a reputable brand/company, but that's simply not the case here. STAY AWAY!

Timothy M Schwenk

Sometimes they go above and beyond and really appear to care for their customers. Other times they seem to be out for the quick sale. I have experienced both 5 star service that one would expect and 1 star service that is associated with less than reputable organization. Can't say to outright avoid but I would exercise caution and be well prepared and educated prior to all engagements.

William Fogleson

The car was sent in for a tire repair but they were happy to also perform regular maintenance and fix another problem the car was having even though it was unscheduled. Great service to be had here.

Ashley Checa

I’ve had my X3 for about two years, I looked for months for the exact car I wanted. Blaire wouldn’t stop until she found me exactly what I wanted in the price range I wanted. I would highly recommend Blaire! I rated 4 versus 5 because as a high end dealership the service department should do a better job of forming relationships and communication.

I purchased a 2018 BMW X2 from this dealership as an executive lease for my wife. Several months after, my windows would not roll up and my side view mirrors would not adjust or fold in. I called the dealership to schedule an appointment and they said they were unable to help me. Instead I visited BMW Greenwood. They offered me a loaner. Once my vehicle was ready for pick up, I noticed an issue with the brakes. They kept my vehicle for several more days and corrected the issue. Now 2 weeks ago, my right rear turn signal malfunctioned. This is a 2018 with under 15000 miles on it. I take it in to the dealership and wait for an hour and a half. While waiting, there was another older gentleman there with an X2 experiencing the same issue. After waiting an hour and a half, the service member told me my vehicle was ready. I get in my car ready to drive off and use the turn signal and notice that the issue was never even fixed! I inform the service advisor and he takes the car on back and provides me with a loaner. He emails me letting me know that the part for the light would have to be shipped from Germany. Great, another 2 weeks without my vehicle that I am paying hundreds of dollars for. In 9 months of ownership, I've had to go 5 weeks without my BMW because its been with the service departments. I am thankful for BMW providing me with a loaner vehicle but am thoroughly disappointed with their service and vehicle quality for purchase. I will not purchase another BMW as the lemon they sold me has been nothing but an overpriced headache.

We're from out of town and had to have our BMW windshield replaced. The price was much higher($600+) than our dealer in MD. Also the "wash" they did was not good. There were 2 dirt droppings or something on the windows. They knew we'd be picking it up in the late morning. Why not wash it in the morning so it would be clean. I expect more from a BMW dealer.

GGECKO11 .

Aaron is a cool dude, mucho appreciado.

Andy Bautz

Dominic was a rock star for us. He spent an enormous amount of time working with us from a distance getting us the info we needed to get the BMW suited for us. Rarely will you get a sales rep willing to give you the honest help and info you need. I would recommend Dominic to anyone...I will definitely be connecting with Dryer & Reinbold again and ask for him. Great customer service!

J R Berry

I just purchased another new car at Dreyer. As always, I was treated very professionally by Robert Norton and Steve Baker. As a special order car, it arrived in approximately eight weeks. They were very patient with me in allowing me time to wait a couple of weeks to see if the November incentives would be better than October's incentives. I also appreciate the fact that my sales advisor, sales manager, and General Manager are all long term employees of the store because it allows one to form true win-win relationships. I recently purchased two new cars at Dreyer. I was treated very professionally by Robert Norton (Client Advisor) and Steve Baker (Sales Manager) throughout the ordering and purchasing process. I was kept well-informed during the 8 weeks that it took for both cars to arrive. I will gladly purchase my next BMW from Dreyer.

Tori Myers

I bought a used car from Blaire Duncan and it was a great experience!

Desiree L

Very nice and friendly staff. Great prices. Awesome communication. Blaire was wonderful even though I haven't made my final decision on my Shelby yet.

Thill Channel

Went for service, they took good care of me very well

Jaron Walling

Not sure why people are hating on this dealership. I had my 08' 335i serviced here and they went above and beyond anything I expected! My car needed both turbos replaced (under warranty) and that is no easy task, 7+ hrs of labor for this type of repair! They provided an exceptional loaner 335i, test drove my car after the repairs, and sent me on my way. I will be a BMW owner for a very long time. Don't be distracted by the negative reviews, from people that don't know the difference between a Phillips & flathead screw driver.

Zach Baird

By far one of the best, pleasant, car buying experiences I could imagine. Blaire went above and beyond with information about the vehicle I purchased, and Kevin put the numbers together I wanted to see in a monthly payment. I will go out of my way to purchase from them again.

Melinda Vernon

Dominic has been wonderful to work with. The X1 is great fun. This is our 3rd Bimmer from Dreyer. We will be back!

Phillip Dockter

Dreyer & Reinbold always does an outstanding job on my vehicle!! CJ is the best...he takes care of his clients.

Evelyn Hollins

Great! Blaine Duncan was very professional and courteous.

Find an independent service shop for your car's service. Buy your next BMW from another source. This place is a joke. The prices are so ridiculous I can't stand it. Yes I know my e39 M5 will cost more to maintain, but 350 dollars "starting price" for an oil change is crazy. Okay, their price is 150 for the oil if I buy it myself. How is it 200 in labor to remove and add 8 quarts of oil and a filter? The same process in every other BMW - no special "M" ways of doing an oil change. Service adviser told me I wouldn't be able to do a correct oil change at home using parts I bought from their parts department. Also was told I could not reset the oil life monitor. A quick google search shows how to reset it and save the 65 dollars they want to turn my key and hold 2 buttons. Crooks.

Marc LaCounte

Excellent client service and attention to detail.

Barry Abes

Excellent attention to detail and great customer service!

Outstanding sales experience with Patrick and Steven, the sales manager. Patrick has been very patient with me as I tested different vehicles, thought about it, came multiple times to the dealership. Him and Steven, the sales manager worked hard to earn my business without being pushy, no tricks, just a pleasant buying experience. They also offer some nice perks, including a retail gift certificate and so perks for the service. I bought an X3 ex-loaner and I feel positive about it. I also used their service in the past and had very good experience.

We came to Dreyer & Reinbold BMW North from Chicago after dropping our daughter at IU. I had seen several cars in their inventory online that interested us but I'm not one to typically buy anything the first time I see it. After sitting down with our sales associate Blaire Duncan for a few minutes, we felt comfortable and informed about the vehicles and were ready to move forward and make our purchase. Being from out of state created some challenges with the title and financing late in the evening but Blaire and her team got the job done and we were on our way with our new car quickly. We got a great used vehicle with all the features we were looking for and more and a fair price for our trade in. Thanks Blaire and Dreyer & Reinbold BMW North for a great car buying experience.

Roland McLain

Dreyer & Reinbold's Service Department was very helpful. I am a new BMW owner and I had questions regarding my 750i. The gentleman who took my call was patient and very knowledgeable as I asked question after question. Thanks again for the remarkable service....

Fred Kuhlman

Just ordered my second car here from Blaire Duncan. I highly recommend her as a sales consultant. She provides helpful advice and was very patient while I considered trade offs. (updated after purchase...) Blaire offered help with understanding features after I had a few days to try things out. I met with her and in 10 minutes she had resolved half a dozen issues I had with iDrive and Carplay features. She even found a creative solution to something that looked to be impossible to do. I’ve also been very happy with the entire dealership.

Randy Simpson

It was a great experience. My sales person Blaire Duncan is very easy to work with. She helped me through my decision process in a very professional way. Her personal attention to what I needed in a car really made this much easier. The finance staff was very easy to work with. Scott made sure I understood every document I was signing. The whole experience makes you wish you could buy a new or used car every month. Of course BMWs can sell on their own but these guys make sure you enjoy the experience and really get what you need.

Phil Avery

Our sales person was Blaire Duncan. We found Miss Duncan to be knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Dan Veto

This was my first internet buying experience and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. I had all kinds of hesitation purchasing a car living 650 miles away but through the help of Blaire, she made it one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. She took specific photos of areas I asked for and was incredibly transparent about every little detail and incredibly meticulous about getting even the tiniest scratch perfect. When we flew in and showed up, the car was waiting in the delivery bay, the paperwork was ready and Blaire walked through everything with us. When she was done we met with Ed in the finance office who was awesome. He had everything ready, went through it, made sure we fully understood and we breezed through it in record time. With the combination of Blaire and Ed this experience was awesome and I would absolutely buy from them again, even being 650 miles away. Thanks Blaire and Ed for making this an awesome experience.

Patrick G has very attentive customer service skills and is knowledgeable about both, the product and service that’s involved. Great purchasing experience!

M Miller

Staff very helpful and responsive. Car looked great at delivery. Good retail center...great people!

Jack Zhang

Terrible service department

Samuel Fitzgerald

Not sure just drop car off look like nice place.

Cory Wolfgang

Jim Bowden (sales representative) is the best!

William Hall

Replaced our power steering pump incorrectly and now it's not working. Said the incorrect install wasn't the problem and needed to spend several thousand dollars to try other stuff ...

Jared Lux

I just had an excellent experience working with the people at Dreyer and Reinbold. A special thanks to Blaire Duncan for all of her hard work!!!

Veronica Hawkins

Every time I take my car in for service they treat me wonderful! They keep me informed on what they are doing and they don't Pressure me to get extra service.

Christian Jones

Very professional,courteous and efficient

Shase Soomro

Worst customer service I ever received. Was not given fair treatment because of my skin color.

Brandon Davis

Serviced my i3 here, great experience, pulled right into the three lane garage, which was nice since it was only a few degrees outside, and was greeted by a polite staff member as I opened the door. They charged the vehicle while they did the required maintenance on it, and the waiting area was comfy with ample snacks and refrigerated beverages. Vehicle was waiting for me in the heated garage lane after service was complete. This was the most organized drop off and service I've ever had on any vehicle I've serviced. Will be returning for all my BMW service in the future. Great work!

Greg Handy

I have bought my last seven cars from Dreyer. Great people. Great product. Great service.

jairaj swann

Solid service department, and helpful staff, haven't had a bad experience with them.

Toshia Hicks

If I could give a no star I would ! Worst dealership ever! Customer service?! They have never heard of that! And then when you sell the car they still try to screw you and charge you for a rental that they provide a week before when you owned one of their pos! Worst car dealership ever! And I'm talking about a new car that I bought and it wasn't my first ! The second was my last! Bought a brand new car from a real dealership and it came with anything and more than what I wanted. I didn't have to pay extra for an alarm or arm rest !

Bradley Banks

Good service fair sales people. Very attentive.

Alexander Feldman

Quality service, great attitudes and attention to detail.

Darla Ott

Zach was honest and professional. Would recommend Dreyer &Reinbold.

Peter DeCoursey

Horrible Service Department. I brought my BMW 2013 with only 49k miles there to have the engine worked on as the service engine light was on. They replaced the fuel pumps under extended part warranty which was great, but sent me on my way as if there was no further issue. Less than 2 months later, my engine light came on and the car began to make noises. I brought it in immediately again, where they drained the engine oil and then diagnosed my car as needing entire engine replacement at $12,000. I found under my own volition there was a class action suit over my engine N63 and the plethora of service issues it caused. BMW had not recalled the engine to save face. When I tried to claim a portion of my replacement cost (95% at my mileage) should be paid at the manufacturer's cost (which was included in the suit) I was denied as Dreyer Reinboldt's personnel made little effort I'm sure to assist. Before I had time to inquire on an appeal, Dreyer Reinboldt had my car towed by a predatory towing company. Over Christmas to top it off. Aaron was rude or just non sympathetic most times I spoke with him and Tom was not even obliged to speak with me. I would find any other maintenance provider than this dealership. Their service is below subpar and double the cost of any other actual BMW certified shop. Horrible people. They fall far short of the ultimate driving machine.

Monique Evans

I took my car in for a recall on the airbag. Scheduling was fair as I expected to be scheduled a ways out (hence recall). While scheduling I was offered a "loaner" and I accepted. The day of service the gentleman that assisted me was very nice and polite as were the ladies at the front desk. However, I was not given a loaner I was taken to Enterprise to "rent" a car. I was later told (by someone outside of Dryer) loaners are given to those that actually spend money on their repairs versus factory recalls. Now I know.

J P

After buying a bmw the excitement kicks in. I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership but my used 550i was serviced at this dealership. After the check engine light has come on many times it was concluded that it is a cylinder 3 misfire. Looking into the service records, it was in the dealership for a recall on the exact same cylinder that is not good anymore and needs a new cylinder head due to the tech putting in the wrong screws to hold the head in. After my bmw dealership tried to speak with them reguarding this issue they literally said screw you not my issue. Every time I bring up this dealership to anyone corporate or at a dealership level everyone has basically told me that this dealership is known for service errors on vehicles. How you service your vehicles is your reputation as a car dealership after the sale to keep your customers happy and in the bmw family but you have changed my happiness into a nightmare all thanks to your service department.

Vishnuprasad Sowrirajan

Salesperson was not interested in selling a car at all. While other dealers pester the customers, complete opposite. Lacked interest totally.

jrb466 .

I purchased my third BMW from Dreyer and Reinbold in December and couldn't be more thrilled with the car and the experience. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional. I will continue buying cars from them in the future.

DeAnn Flora

I always have great experiences with Dreyer & Reinbold. My service advisor is Joe Petolino and my sales person is Zach Stahl. I just bought a car a few weeks ago from Zach and he was extremely helpful. I recommend him to anyone. He has great follow up and is responsive and diligent.

Michael Goldberg

I am a BIG Fan of Dreyer BMW! They are a top notch operation and I have had many vehicles purchased or leased from them since my first purchase in 2001. Our Sales Rep, David Lazerov, has been our go to guy ever since, and he is great to work with! David and all the staff at this company are great actually! They take care of their clients in the way they would want to be treated and I am never disappointed....

James Frazier

Very friendly and helpful I'm buying

Robert Beck-Coon

Excellent cars, professional sales and service. If you like high pressure sales tactics where you feel small, don't come here. If you like feeling no pressure, where you have your questions answered and the salesperson is eager to help, ask for David Lazerov. You will not be disappointed

Chris Bojrab

Always outstanding service here. Joe Petolino is always incredibly helpful.

Greg Hoffman

Ordered a 2019 X5 from Blaire Duncan this is the second BMW I have bought from her. I could not be happier with the experience. If you’re looking to buy a new or used BMW I would definitely give her a call she is very professional

Amanda Kyle

I especially love my service advisor CJ!

John Harding

Very fast and friendly. And great cars. Kerry Knight was a pleasure to deal with.

Apostle Dr. Mary Mocha

No one ever came out to help me.

Brandy Eastman

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Mini with this dealership! Kerry was my salesman and Kevin was in finance - they were wonderful! They made what can be an exhausting experience stress free and even fun. Way to go! Would absolutely recommend! :-)

Omprakash Choutala

Cars are pricier than dealerships in chicago area. Sales dept is not professional, they could sell your contact information even if you are just up for a casual inquiry. Rude service dept.

Daniel Aguilar

Called 10 minutes before they closed and someone picks up. They Asked for last 7 of the vin. So Had call right back 2 minutes later.. And he didnt answer!!

Karen Deak

Blaire Duncan was really amazing, she helped us find exactly the right car!!

jim selvio

It's always a great experience to work with the folks at Dreyer & Reinbold. They take the time to listen and advise appropriately.

Wilson Reyes

This place is as advertised. The BMW service is legend...wait for it...ary. They have not forgotten customer service.

Shaylae Duprís

The STAFF at Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti are absolutely the "epitome" of professionalism and customer service. From the moment I called the dealership to speak with the wonderful operator Monica to my sales representative Kerry Redman to then the finance manager Mark Elwert. Even the other staff that were there on the day I purchased my vehicle; everyone was extremely professional, nice and welcoming. The staff was understanding and veryhelpful. Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti are truly in the business of serving their customers. I have never owned an Infiniti and have wanted one for about 5 years. I traded in my baby “Betsy” for my Infiniti G35. I couldn’t be happier! I have owned and driven many American cars for both personal and business use, and I vowed never to purchase another American car. I-N-F-I-N-I-T-I is truly upscale. Hands down!!!! Being a Human Resources professional, I can honestly say there are some things that cannot be “taught” or and “trained” to individuals. Character, attitude, and professionalism, just to name a few. My “dream team” are truly that and much, much more. I will return to Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti in the near future when I purchase my next Infiniti. THANK YOU, Kerry, Mark and Monica for your kindness and for just simply treating people the way you would like to be treated. Happy customer, July 2015 Indianapolis, Indiana

Matthew Hadden

I was hesitant to visit and take my late model BMW here after reading several negative reviews, both through review sites and various BMW forums. But since my original and preferred dealer is over two hours away, I didn't want to waste an entire day for a repair. Scheduling an appointment was relatively easy (submitted online request and received call for verification). My service adviser was was helpful and professional. I even ended up referring an out-of-town friend that also owns a Bimmer to him when his rear taillights shorted. Repair time was quick and the service was performed as described. With that said, I was unhappy about two things: 1. the loaner car was dirty, inside and out. You could see the accumulated dirt around the door handle and steering wheel and the windows had terrible streaks. And 2, I was charged $10-something dollars several days after I returned the loaner and got my car back with no explanation (call, e-mail, or otherwise) of why I was charged the amount. Looking past those last two things, one is just a nitpick and the other a shady item, I would go back for service. In a few years when my car is tired, I may even consider buying a car from them before looking to other cities that have BMW dealers. Update 2/11/2014: I tried to get an appointment for an oil change and was told that they are currently scheduling 3 weeks out. I iterated that I didn't need a loaner and would wait and with the driving I do, I'll be lucky to get another week before the OLM reads zero. I informed the person calling that this would be a problem and was told I needed to talk to a service advisor - I don't need to talk to anyone, just get me in! As a result, I've downgraded from 4 to 3 stars.

Raz Rasmussen

Good service, honest. Last visit my car left there with new service lights on, dealer claimed to do nothing to cause. ???

Carmen Warnick

Staff was not very helpful and in the middle of a conversation the person helping us phone kept ringing then he just walked out to help another couple.....very rude!

Craig Tuggle

Zach was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable about all car features.

Jeffrey Lantz

I bought my BMW new in 2006 and have dealt with Mike Gilleran every time that I have brought it in for service. He has been incredibly helpful and the service has been first class every single time.

Sai Devarapalli, MD

Poor service . Not courteous And unprofessional younger rookie salesman Lazy to show cars

John Yates

Great cars and Great people The service department is second to none. First class all the way. BMW still leads the way when it comes to value and driver engagement. My 528 continues to impress. My honest recommendation is to just go and check it out for yourself. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Sherron Franklin

Service desk guy was helpful and knowledgeable.

Jonathan King

Great quality dealership, professional service, top-quality vehicles.

Jayne Guerrieri

Sajid Sheikh was by far the most knowledgeable, professional, honest Automotive Sales Executive during my SUV search. Comparing, pricing and test driving: Nissan, Acura, Lexus, Buick, and Infiniti Sajid was able to honestly break out the feature set to weigh in on value added pros and cons, while entertaining my kids with showcasing the DVD player via pirates of the Caribbean.

Narshima Goud Palakurla

Service was done, but took 3 days for car to get in to the shop.

Joshua Donelson

When you call in for a service request and have to schedule weeks in advance, you tend to get a little irritated. Yet, that means that business is good and they are doing something right and people trust them. No hassle, loan car was issued, service is prompt and professional.

DD CD

First car service with my BMW here. The specialist man was ok, but the services are awful, I did not get any recommendation or value to my car at all. I did not know they do Carwash. I tried to buy something from BMW store and nobody was there. I thought BMW was more VIP but it's not.

F Khan

Really exceptional and caring service. I have a BMW and a Infinity through their dealership. I have driven other luxury brands and unlike other luxury dealership brands in city, where all the courtesy vanished once you make the purchase, D&B culture of courtesy and customer service is a stark contrast. They really value the relationship all the way. I can cite many examples where they went above and beyond than expected of a dealership. My wife’s experience is the same. I’m for sure a repeat customer. Keep it up!!!

Melissa Mayes

We love Dreyer and Reinbold BMW North location. We have been with this dealership for a long time because of our Sales Agent...Blaire Duncan. She has great customer relations. We will always stay with this dealership. Repair and service department is exceptional too

rodney bucher

I was in the market for a new vehicle. Blaire found a used 528i with very low mileage and saved me a bunch. Service has been great and I love my car.

Jim Malone

Was planning on turning in my leased BMW i3 and look for a longer range electric car. Then I met Blair Duncan, who quickly answered my lease questions, and treated me respectfully even though I did not intend to purchase another BMW. Because of this positive experience, I decided on looking for another BMW as a bridge until a longer range BMW electric vehicle becomes available. Blair quickly identified several good options. A 2015 X1 was perfect for me, and we quickly negotiated a fair price. This is the my 3rd great buying experience at Dreyer & Reinbold BMW and won’t be my last.

Eileen Holland

I had completed a lot of research and thought I knew what I wanted before going in for my Saturday afternoon appointment to test drive a vehicle. Jarod Clausen was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I had picked out and its features and patiently reviewed many of those features with me. Jarod was not pushy in his sales pitch and was very easy to work with. Several hours later, I left with my newly purchased vehicle. Jarod followed up with me to get the windows tinted and provided a loaner for that process. The entire experience was very efficient and I am pleased with the outcome.

Doug and Morgan Lathery

We had a wonderful experience with the team at Dreyer and Reinbold BMW. We have purchased multiple cars from this dealership and we are always impressed with their attention to detail and excellent customer service. We have worked with Dominic Martin in the past and we were happy to work with him again this time. Also, we were introduced to another great member of the team, Patrick Grissom, during this transaction. Patrick was a pleasure to work with and we appreciate all his hard work. We highly recommend purchasing or leasing your next vehicle through Dreyer and Reinbold, and ask for Patrick or Dominic.

Jay Jones

Wish I could give 0 stars. The service department is terrible. Just parts changers, not technicians.

Carmen Clift

Don't take your BMW here for service/repairs. I took my car here for warranty work yesterday, and had them do an oil change as well (2/19/19). During their inspection of my car, the Service Advisor said there were a few additional repairs I needed. He claimed 3 things were needed: (1) my "No Flat" tires were unsafe to drive on & needed replaced, (2) my car battery was not properly registered through BMW and was not operating properly, and (3) the oil pan gasket is bad. The total estimate of repairs needed was $5351. I didn't trust their claims, but I also was worried that my car might truly be in bad shape. So, I had a 2nd opinion completed at a BMW Authorized Repair location today (2/20/19). Turns out that NONE of the recommended repairs were needed. DREYER & REINBOLD WAS TRYING TO SCAM ME. The 2nd shop measured the tire tread depth -- and the tire was not even at 50% wear. They verified that the BMW battery was working fine & was indeed properly registered, and as for the Oil Pan gasket.... I asked the 2nd shop to put their results in writing, which they gladly did. I hope BMW Corporate reaches out to me for a review on my recent interaction, because Dreyer & Reinbold was trying to pull an auto repair scam on me.

Jake Creed

They said there would be no problem getting a truck an sit there and get hopes up but then turn around an tell you no. Very pour serves

My family has purchased 5 BMWs from Dreyer & Reinbold BMW (North) over the past six years. Our Client Advisor for each transaction has been Dominic Martin. Dominic is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, courteous, hardworking, and most importantly, honest. Simply put, Dominic is the consummate professional. He is always available to answer questions via phone and is very prompt when responding to email inquiries. Steve Baker, the Sales Manager, is also extremely helpful regarding any financial questions or concerns you may have. Dominic and Steve ensure that each purchase is a smooth transaction. I recently took delivery of a new 2013 335i from Dreyer & Reinbold BMW (North) that I ordered with Dominic's assistance. He helped me track my order every step of the way and constantly provided me with updates regarding the process. I would recommend to anyone considering the purchase or lease of a new or used BMW to visit Dreyer and Reinbold BMW (North). When you get there, ask for Dominic Martin. You will not be disappointed with your car buying experience if you have the pleasure of working with him.

At this point, I am still waiting for service for wheel bearing. Called on April 10 to schedule service because my 2012 535i was making a load whining noise from the back. I was put on hold for 15 minutes...nobody ever came to the phone. Called back the next day, described my problem and was told the soonest they could get me in was April 30! I let this sink in over the weekend and as I wondered if my car was even safe to drive, I decided to call them back on Monday, April 14. I explained (again) what was going on with my car and that I was concerned it may not be safe to drive myself let alone with my children in the car. I told them I had a couple 1 hour drives that I needed to make and I wanted the car to be serviced. The receptionist got very testy with me before she finally said I could bring it in and let their mechanic drive it. Conveniently, my service contact called me about 5 minutes later and left a message saying the same thing, I could bring it in to be driven by the mechanic. I took my car to D&R that afternoon, a mechanic was not available so a different service rep (mine was at lunch) drove it around the block. He came back and told me to keep my April 30 appointment that I had a bad wheel bearing and that it was perfectly safe to drive until then. This is simply ridiculous. In the meantime, I've had to drive my husband's car on my long distance appointments and have been told by numerous people it's absolutely not safe to drive around on a bad wheel bearing. Where is the customer service.....geesh you think safety would be a priority. This will definitely be my last BMW as long as I'm in this city. I ADORE my car but can't tolerate this type of service and D&R is the only option in town.

Aleta Akhtar

We bought a used Mazda & all worked out in the end. But it took them a couple hours. Very nice facilities and very friendly, professional staff.

Justin Kline

Best car buying experience! This was my third car that I have purchased from Deyer and Reinbold (2 BMW's and 1 Mini Cooper) and I will definitely continue to buy my cars from them. I thought the last buying experience was great but they managed to top it. I had the pleasure of working with Robert Norton and his associate Sherry Nally on my latest purchase on 10/19/2017. Sherry reached out when she saw that I had some maintenance scheduled for my 2013 BMW to see if made sense to look at trading it in. Their timing was perfect as I was contemplating trading the car in or putting another 60K miles on it. They worked around my busy schedule to get credit lined up and model that fit my preferences and needs. They were on top of every step in the process and I was able to get in and out between meetings. Most importantly they treated me like family from the time I arrived to the time I left. Keep up the great work!

Boci Zhu

great service love it

Jeanne Moreno

Did the entire deal over email. Excellent and quick communication from Blaire. Took less than an hour to pick up the car with a trade in. Would work with Blaire and dealership again.

atsf pb

Just had servicing done on my X3, and Dreyer and Bill Irwin were their usual excellent selves. Wait to get in was too long, but the service and care once there were sweet! Tx, Dreyer!

Trey williams

Love coming here . Peter brown in the bmw service department is superb ! Peter has been so patient and kind I just cannot thank him enough . Peter I am truly sorry for all the hoops we had to jump through but again I cannot thank u enough for being so nice . Keep up the great work guys .

LInda Brundage

I just had the most perfect car-buying experience with Blaire Duncan. Blaire is extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard to get me the very best price possible. I highly recommend working with her.

Mike Sullivan

Got the car detailed and they did a great job!! LIKE NEW!!

Jamie Ford

Great service! Thanks Blaire Duncan!

Bob Pena

Got my first Mini_Oct 2015! Had an excellent experience at Dreyer & Reinbold during my initial visit to shop for a mini. From the friendly greeting at the receptionist desk, the attitude and personable Sales Agent ( Jim Barth) , to the completion of the paperwork with the financial advisor, I felt like everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make it a special and unique car purchasing event. I never felt pressured by my Sales Agent ,Jim Barth; he was very helpful in identifying and explaining how I could get to fulfill by wish to own a Mini. He was very cordial and conscientious in explaining car options. I felt he was very astute and was very familiar with the car. Without a doubt, the outstanding Customer Service I received was a major factor in my decision to get my Mini. I would highly recommend Dreyer & Reinbold to any Mini or BMW car enthusiast!

Matthew Mayol

I got in and out for some service this morning. Thanks!

Om Bhagwat

Worst service and sticky sales I had scheduled a regular service appointment in Feb 2017 after moving here from California. As soon I scheduled the service I got an offer for trade in for my vehicle. Dont know why to be so desparate to sell. During my service they failed to catch that my 2 year old 28000 miles car needed a wheel alignment. After a couple of months I noticed an abnormal sound out of my tires and scheduled a service again. This time I was informed that 2 of my tires were cupped and needed replacement. I had to shell out almost 0.8k to get it fixed. After the service nobody informed me if my car was ready for pick up. After the service I didnot get any form of follow up, I was charged for something I had not authorised for and reverted back only after checking with them. Also they deliberately didnot send me a customer satisfaction survey they send after each service. I would definitely not recommend anyone to this center and would suggest to go to other locations if you care about your car.

Phyllis Forney

Make sure you negotiate.

Douglas Penny

After deciding to change my daily driver from a Mercedes where both the customer and vehicle service were great to D&R BMW about a year ago, I have regretted this decision from day one dealing with Bonnie. My first oil chance took scheduling 3 weeks out and 6 days for them to complete. Right now, they’re scheduling out to the 2nd week of June for simple regular maintenance. If time matters to you, avoid D&R. I’m looking forward to going back to Mercedes at World Wide Motors.

Deblina Sharma

The services provided after sale is extremely poor. The staff is non cooperative, rude and quality of services is very poor. We love our x5 but would not ever recommend this place for service. David Lyon, their Operationa Director is extremely unprofessional and that explains the quality of their service team. Two years back, they gave us a damaged loaner car and claimed additional money accusing us for the damages. This year they told us they have no loaner car and sent us in Uber. When I went to pick up the car and requested if they can send someone to drive the second car, they agreed. The driver was nice and said he will uber back. After that I get a call stating that why I didn’t drop the driver back to the showroom and he used words like abandoned the driver? Really? Since we have paid for 4 years of service, we go back. Never would recommend this place to anyone and we will never return after our 4th year.

Dropped off my bmw x5 to have headlight serviced.they gave me it back said it wasn't a bmw part.I took my bmw x5 to two other locations they said it was it saying bmw xenon on the headlight.I took the x5 back to south bmw and they then said it was factory.they gave me a loaner I want ed the headlight flashed because we put a new alc module on it and it was only turning on when you trick the headlights..I pay them 200.00 to flash it they say the headlight still isn't coming on.they tell me I need a new headlight amd it was 2600.00 bux.I declined said I was coming to get the x5.I take my wife to get her x5 and pay to pick it bill was over 400 bux.remember nothing was fixed.that's what I was charged for one hour of labor and flashing the bmw to make headlight work.so we leave in the x5 and my wife goes to car wash dew to how filthy the x5 was.We noticed when we got home water in the headlight turn signal no longer working.the headlight worked when we took it there.just had to un plug the passenger to get the driver side to come on...so I pop the hooD and they didn't put all the screws in back of headlight that covers electronics and two tabs were broke.we called them and have sent a email.I had my oil pan replaced at this location and other things and had a positive experience.not sure what has happend.I'm going to north side location to try to get a better opinion.

Bought a BMW 535 from Carmax in March or 2016. Took it to Dreyer & Reinbold to as part of an initial service. My service representative informed me that the manufacture warranty of the vehicle would expire in 7 months and that I should bring the car in for a complete service prior to the expiration date, thereby having BMW pay for that service. I put a reminder in my calendar for the middle of that month and when my reminder kicked in and I went to schedule the appointment, the receptionist indicated that my warranty had just expired 2 days earlier! When took the car in for service (oil change), my service representative was unwilling to honor the manufacture warranty for the additional service items they wanted to do (approximately ~$800 above cost of oil change) and then tried to sell me a 3-year $2800 extended warranty contract!!!! Needless to say, I didn't buy the extended contract or have the additional service performed. I would have considered it had they honored the original manufacture warranty that had expired a few days earlier. Given that the information my service representative gave me that the warranty was to expire at the end of that month unfortunately led to a interaction/misunderstanding that caused a poor customer experience, I have, however, learned my less and will double check the warranty expiration date for other cars I buy in the future. However, what bothers me the most is that dealer response to this situation was unprofessional, opportunistic, and truly frustrating.

Sharon Williams

Every time I bring my car in for service, I feel like I'm spoken to very condescendingly- maybe because I'm a woman? My X3 is 5 years old and already I've had to have all new injectors put in which I was told was normal for a "sports car". Just today, I brought the car in for regular service with an oil change, plus I had a TPM malfunction for the second time, and I wanted my brakes looked at. This would be the third time within the year of having my brakes checked out due to rubbing and having an inordinate amount of brake dust on my front wheels. Joe, my service rep, proceeded to tell me that all German and European cars have that and that I should just wash my car every two weeks so it won't be as noticeable. Is this for real? Does anyone else get fed this BS? And why were my brakes worked on twice before and I'm just hearing about this explanation now? I continued going to the dealership since I had re-upped my warranty, but now that it's expired, I think this will be my last service with Dreyer & Reinbold.
