This Car Concessionaire belongs to the category of Car dealer.
The service people are nice especially Stephanie but take forever to put you in a loaner when they are waiting for Chrysler to approve a repair which in my opinion was the dealers fault because prior to bringing my car to the dealer I had it in there for a harness repair where they took off the exhaust and couple months later I had to bring it back because I received a message on the dash saying car will not restart due to DPF issues so I took it to them and they told me it’s because the “ seal on the exhaust burnt through” and burnt the hose and the car only has about 35k miles on it, they proceed to tell me that they will get me a loaner and 2 weeks later still no loaner because there is no Chrysler cars available, they also keep telling me one day that Chrysler approved the repair and the next day that they are waiting for them to approve it I am very very disappointed. Service person Stephanie is great but not sure whose making up all the lies. Might as well not but a new car if I have to walk more then I can drive it. UPDATE changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars only thanks to the service person called Stephanie she tried really hard to help out with the issue just wish they did a better job getting a loaner when my car is in service for warranty work
Great
Friendly atmosphere and service
Not happy with this dealership. Most unorganized Service Desk Staff and Technicians with their poor communication with their customers. Had a issues with drainage of battery/electrical problem. Took 10 days to figure out it was a bad starter, when the customer had even suggested that it was possible starter. Had to contact them daily to see what stats of problem was and they kept saying we needed a new battery when the battery was brand new. I get that the battery could have been faulty but we knew that was not problem. Ok, so try a new battery again..low and behold that was not the problem. They said cables were not tight...lol we knew that was not the issue. Will Not be Going Back There!!!
Nice to see smiling faces as soon as you walk into the service door. The professional, helpful and courteous ladies at the service desk are the best, at taking care of their customers.
Went in for an oil change. They had marked on my information sheet that they had refilled my washer fluid. Shortly after my oil change, I ran out completely. Had my car checked elsewhere thinking it was a leak, nope, no leak, was just empty. Refilled it and it's been fine for a month now. If they marked they had done it, and they didn't... what else did they mark that they didn't do? Will not be back.
Absolutely horrible experience in the service department. The service manager is very unprofessional and treated me like I was a child. Took my car in for a couple safety recalls. I had an appointment. I was told when I scheduled the appointment that the work would take a few hours. After four hours, I hadn't heard anything from them so I called to get an update and see if it would be completed shortly. I was told that they're still trying to work it in. Four hours my car sat there and they never touched it. So I asked for a service loaner so that I could get back home (30 miles away) and was told immediately that they don't have any service loaners. They're not very accomodating and they're very condescending. I'll never take work to them again and I'm looking forward to failing them on the survey that I'll get from GM.
I would put 0 but it won't let me! I see my review is not on here which should be but I made valid points and proof your service center is horrible so I'll write another 3 months later same thing that you supposedly fixed is doing the same thing had it diagnosed some where else they said you take it back to whoever fixed it because should be under warranty country auto refused to service my car because I was upset and rude to them!! Mins you thousands of dollars later and being w/ out my car for several different times I'm not suppose to be upset?? Ya good business alright! Review 0!
I wanted to buy a car for 40 dollars and they wouldnt let me.
High priced, shop around
Kudos to Julie in the parts department, please give her a raise, she is willing to go the second mile to help customers.
Robert Blackburn is the man! He got me the Jeep I wanted at a great price.
The service department is horrible. We told them to wait until we have the money to fix the car and they went ahead and tried to fix it without asking us. Then when they couldn't fix it properly and had to tear it apart more they charged us more money. Our $200 repair bill ended up being $500
I'm on the road Monday through Friday for business and do a huge amount of driving. I was nervous about some car trouble so I took my car in and they did an awesome job. Took me in right away ran the Diagnostics and determined that it was nothing.
In, out, service completed. No BS.. What more could you want?
Simple fix , low cost , got my 3500 Duly back in a couple of hours and back to work I go!!! Awesome Costumer servise ... Thank you !!!!
Frendly people, great service.
Just bought my first car from this dealership. Super friendly and no pressure. Gave me a clean, used car at a fantastic price. Definitely buying all my future cars from here. Super great service and answered every question I had (which was a lot). Very pleased with my purchase and experience.
Bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD from here about little then a month ago. The truck had a check engine light on the agreement when I bought the truck that everything associated with a check engine light was going to be addressed. I get the truck back the truck throws another check engine light associated with the sensor they were supposed to change. So I took it to my personal mechanic He tells me they should’ve also change the air filter because it was so dirty it was causing the sensor to read improperly . Once I contacted the service side and then giving a run around I reminded them the air filter is an aftermarket one which they should of know since they sold it like that to me and worked on it once already. I wait a couple more day to be told they would send a check to just cover a factory air filter because the aftermarket one they sold with the truck was too expensive. A 20$ difference might I add which the decision was made by the owners what I was told. Was just a horrible experience even regardless of my patience with them. I would highly recommend staying away from the service side possibly even the sales side.
Friendly people and helpful
The parts department is the best! Their customer service is epic.
Very professional. Nice waiting room. Will give you a ride if you need it.
Love the service
By far the best experience I have had buying a car! They were honest, didn't try to "up sell" me into anything and handled all paperwork. Absolutely would recommend and I'll buy from them again! Excellent company.
Saturday oil change....IN AND OUT. NICE
Good friendly service
Very good place to go talk to jeff great car sales man very honest
Country Motors is a great place to get great service!
Alot of the employees are rude and prices are high. The automotive department prices are crazy they put my moms car on dialysis machine just to tell her she had a bad battery and charged her $220.00 plus she had to have the damn car towed there which costed an additional 50.00. She lives on an extremely fixed income this was unbelievable. Just to let you know if you buy a car from here and get the platinum warranty it doesn't cover battery's. Only electrical or engine or alternators stuff like that. Well the good thing is they did clean her car and washed it.
Love the parts department!
They are a great dealership..Treat me and my cars well.
This is the only dealer that I take my car to for service. Pat Snodgrass is the best service manager.
Nice folks
Michelle and the staff in the service center were AMAZING! My boyfriend and I were traveling from central Indiana to Milwaukee, WI for his daughter’s high school graduation a couple of weeks ago when we ran into some car trouble. We arranged a tow to the nearest Chrysler dealership and I called Michelle to let her know what the issue was and when we would be arriving. She not only called the local enterprise center to ask them to hold a vehicle for us in case we would need a rental to continue our trip, but she rearranged the service department schedule so that they could get us in and diagnose our issue quickly. Turns out it was an easy fix and we were back on the road in no time. We greatly appreciated all of the help everyone gave us that day and we made it, front and center, to see our oldest get the diploma she has worked so incredibly hard for! Thanks, again!!! - Jaci and Aaron
Great people servicing great products what more is there to say. Any dealership is the sum of the people, team members and you always hope that the collective whole is great than the individuals. This dealership is just that. They come together to make your experience the best it can possibly be.
Greg Manuel is the best. No pressure just like 2 friends hanging out test driving the new ram truck.
Good selection of parts, helpful employees, good prices
I bought several vehicles from this lot, after taking my vehicle in for a recall I noticed a piece of my trim on my dash was broke. I brought this to the attention of the salesman I bought vehicle from and also the service manager, and was informed after a lengthy dispute that I could buy a new trim piece from them and they would give me a discount. I bought the trim, cost me $50 plus installation. Consumer beware
Can I give this place a Zero rating? I've never had so much trouble with a dealership or service department in my life. I took my brand new 2016 Cruze in because the air conditioner was blowing out hot air and they returned it to me without it fixed AT ALL. So I brought it back a second time, they filled it with fluid and said they put a dye in the coolant to see if there was a leak the next time the car was in the shop (meaning they knew it would happen again and I just had to wait it out) and when it started blowing out hot air in the middle of summer again, I took it back and they said THERE WAS NO DYE in the coolant to check and see what was wrong with the air conditioning. Whilst my car was in the shop they also didn't rotate the tires because they couldn't find a specific part to detach the tires and I was frazzled that the service department didn't even call to see if it was in the car; they just didn't do anything with it when the warranty enables me to have a free tire rotation when its in the shop. I've had my car in here several times because problems never get fixed. They told me it had three recalls and only replaced one and would replace the other parts next time it was in- which I later found out they didn't even order the other two parts so they didn't get fixed until I brought it up again. The service staff is NOT friendly, barely speaking to customers and having a severe attitude when they do. If you can take your vehicle ANYWHERE else, I highly recommend doing so.
Parts department was great help
went in to ask about a part for a 2009 Pt Cruiser the Parts guy was upset that i didnt have a vin number like it was the only way he could look up the part like it was the only 2009 pt cruiser ever sold. After finding what he thought was the part but wasnt sure cause i didnt have the vin (which was just a bolt) he proceeded to tell me they didnt have one which is fine i understand that dealers dont carry everything. when i asked him if there was a dealer or somewhere where i could find one cause i needed it today he looked at his computer and said try Mishawaka and somewhere else(cant remember where he said). So i Asked which one was closer and he said in a tone. I dunno look it up. So i i said sarcastically thanks for all your help. and i headed to Mishawaka Chrysler. They also didnt have it but the Parts guy there was kind enough to tell me where an actual Dealer was that had the part i needed and how far it was away. it was to far so i asked what size the bolt was and he told me and i went to Tractor Supply. Moral of the Story was it doesnt matter if someone is buying 2 dollars worth of parts or 500 A customer is a customer and id never do back to the Chrysler in Plymouth id rather drive to Mishawaka and get treated like a customer Matters.
Really helped us to the perfect vehicle for my family
Brought my wife’s car in for oil change and the cost was cheaper then going to South Bend and to top it off they washed the car. Great friendly people. I plan on moving my business trucks to having them service my Dodges 5500. They are a qualified 5500 dealership. Keep up the great service and friendly people. Thanks
Excellent dealership!!!!!!
I took my 2017 grand caravan in because two of the three 12 volt outlets kept blowing fuses. It happened twice before the dealership I bought it from suggested I take it to them to find the problem since the vehicle is still under factory warranty. When they came to the waiting area they told me that they found the fuses were blown (I told them that when I made the appt!) and that I had to pay $55 before they would release the vehicle back to me. I called the salesman that sent me to them and he assured me it should be covered under the factory warranty and that I should have no out of pocket expense. He even asked to speak to the lady giving me the bill. When I asked to speak to the service manager, Pat Snodgrass, about this issue being covered under warranty, she implied that I was asking her to lie to the warranty company to avoid having to pay the bill. She said she wouldn't lie to them and say they didn't find a problem because they did find one - they found that the fuses were blown (duh!)!!!!!! I TOLD THEM THE FUSES WERE BLOWN WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND NEEDED THEM TO FIND OUT WHY IT KEEPS HAPPENING! Not only did they not fix the issue that should be covered under factory warranty but they charged me $55 for the issue I told them about when I made the appointment! That's the equivalent of going to the doctor for an earache and paying the bill for the doctor to tell you that you have an earache! So, $55 dollars later and I still don't know why the fuses keep blowing. I will get to the bottom of this without the help of Country Auto. I’d recommend driving a 100 miles one way before I would let them touch ANY vehicle I own! Not only have they lost any of my future business but I’ll tell everyone I know to use a more reputable dealership!!! I would have given them ZERO stars if that was an option.
First come first serve on Saturday morning and no appointments so how can there are 3 people in front of me and it is 8:15 AM and the dont open up until 830 explain that one
Spacious waiting room in the service area.
Went there to get a Paint pen for my SUV. They had to order it.
The service department is top notch. A+ always
WARNING! Do not take your car here for service. I was low on coolant. For $100.00 they diagnosed a new water pump and thermostat for $1200.00 plus. Your reply misses the point. My car didn't need anything except added coolant.
came in to have my oil changed and they did an awesome job I was in and out in no time. all of the service writers are awesome and very nice !
My wife and I will definitely shop there in the future. The salesperson we worked with, Jeff, was very friendly and patient, didn't try to haggle us at, push us to buy, or even rush us, even though we came in last minute. It was just a very nice buying experience.
Sometimes they can't fix the problem
