I was looking/shopping for a car and stopped in at Capitol City to see what types of used cars they had to offer. After seeing the deals on the brand new vehicles, I decided to buy brand new. They were crazy busy on Saturday when I was there, but they were still very helpful and accommodating! Austin definitely went above and beyond to help me and was very patient with the millions of questions I had! Very excited about my new Ford Edge!

We're happy we stopped in at Capital City Ford to look at new cars and trucks. We stopped in during their 96 hour sale, we purchased a 2017 Ford Escape "Titanium," for an unbeatable deal. During the Sale, Capital City offered Employee Pricing, which was a very nice discount. They offered a $500 incentive for visiting on the Labor Day weekend. Ford kicked in 3 sizable rebates on the particular vehicle we wanted. And, we qualified for additional incentives including a conquest rebate, and another rebate offered through the Main Ford Website, just for filling out some website visitor information. The big Holiday weekend sale is over, but if you're looking to buy a new Ford car or truck, I wouldn't hesitate to stop in at Capital City Ford. All the staff is friendly, and courteous. Our sales person, Harold, was great to work with. He's very knowledgeable about the vehicles he has on the lot, and he was up to speed on all the current sale prices and incentives being offered that day. The "Finance Guy," was friendly and helpful too. Ryan presented us with 3 different financing options, and recommended one loan that maximized the Ford offered incentives, and still provided the best monthly payment. Called to see what a tune up would be. Was told 345. But if they break something then it would cost extra. Why should I pay extra if they break something. Could be upward of an additional 1200. No thanks. I'll go else where, to where if the person working on my vehicle, breaks something, then they take responsibility

The name is Leroy, not Tyron. I have taken my 2008 Escape to Capitol City for maintenance and service since I bought it. The service was very good until I began to have brake problems. I complained about noise in my wheels. They seemed to try , over 2 years, different fixes. Bottom line, I spent $4,000 dollars on brake repair. Each repair, they came up with a different reason for my problem. Seems like the brake serviceman needs additional training. Steve is a nice guy, but I informed him that me and my family will get burned by someone else in the future..

I have dealt with Capitol City Ford twice now. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere, and now wish I would have done it a little differently. I went to Capitol City for some detail work on my vehicle and Greg did an AMAZING job! Larry was also sure to keep me informed and answer all of my questions! They were nice and honest through the process and I appreciate everything they did to make the process efficient and flawless! I also recently took my car in for an oil change and for them to check out one of my tires. I worked with Terry and he was SO NICE! I usually feel intimidated and out of my comfort zone in a mechanical and auto territory, but he made sure I stayed informed and had my best interest in mind. I would recommend them over and over!

Upcharge, upcharge, upcharge! When employees get paid based on percentages from each job, you get mechanics working as fast as they can to get into the next car. Recall "fixes" are a joke. Take your car to a small shop you trust, not these people.

Harold, Austin and Ed made the process very easy. I loved both F-150s and now my F-250. Can't wait to get my F-250 hooked to my travel trailer and hit the road. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with these guys. I ended up going there on a whim after putting in an inquiry on a 2017 Fiesta ST. Been dreaming of that car for two years, wishing I could get my hands on it. These guys bent over backwards to get me financed and get me on the road with the dream car I wanted. The whole experience took maybe 90 minutes. It was my first ever car buy from a dealer. They gave me what I wanted for my trade, which I was not expecting when I shot them a figure. I don't have the proper words to express how happy I am about it. Seriously, I can see my ST sitting in the parking lot at work and I end up getting slightly distracted at work staring at it. Been here twice for the same issue and they fucked up our car both times, leaving us to pay for their dumbass mistakes. On top of that, they left the key in the ignition OVER THE ENTIRE WEEKEND and the battery was completely dead. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. I cannot afford and I refuse to keep fixing their mistakes.

They will try to rip you off, as most car dealers, but are especially stubborn compared to other car sellers I've encountered. They wanted 17k for a 2016 Fusion. I found a 2016 Fusion in better condition than any of their cars for 13k - elsewhere. Contrary to what one may assume, definitely not the first stop of you're looking for a reasonable price on a Ford.

The buying experience was good, overall... my issue with them came up only just recently (3 months after I bought the car). I had been feeling/hearing a vibration from the tires for a bit and my husband thought it sounded/felt like a tire wasn't balanced right. I took it to my tire shop to get them checked, rotated and balanced. When I did my test drive, I'd asked the salesman about the tires... were they original or newer than 2016? He scoffed and said they were DEFINITELY not original, but he didn't know exactly when they'd been replaced. It turns out that THREE of them ARE the original tires, and the ONE that is newer WAS PUT ON BACKWARDS. The 3 old tires were just barely in the red zone, and the 1 newer tire was in the yellow zone, so I had to get all new tires. And, on top of that, the spare that my car came with is a completely different size than the other 4. So, now I am not quite as happy with my buying experience as I had been!

This was my first car buying experience, and I could not be more pleased with how it went. I started by emailing back and forth with Lora who gave me different options in my price range. I was able to come in and meet with Mark who was the kind of employee that ever car dealership should have. Mark took the time to show me three different vehicles, locate the exact vehicle that I desired, retrieve the vehicle from another city, and have me on my way within 24 hours. I have worked in sales in the past, and he was one of the most genuine employees that I could have worked with. He answered all of my questions (extremely patiently I might add), and he made sure that I felt confident in every aspect of our deal. I also appreciated that the financial aspect was negotiated on my behalf to get me the lowest APR possible. It ended up being over 4% lower than my offer I originally walked in with! Capitol city ford made my experience the best that it could be, and I would absolutely recommend working with them!!

Absolutely The worst car buying experience. I drove from Avon Indiana to show my 15 year old daughter this cute little car, that I told her I would purchase for her for her 16 th birthday in a few days. After seeing the car my daughter simply love the car. My salesman Alex told me that there was someone else interested in the car also. I had my wife write a check to purchase the car. We asked to test drive the car. During the test drive the car had some front end noises that sounded like a lose strut. I asked Alex to ride along with me so that he could hear the noise and address the problem. After hearing the noise Alex consulted management. One of the used car managers (Tony) was very rude and refused to allow me the opportunity to take the vehicle to a mechanic to have it checked out. His response was and I quote, all of our cars go through a safety inspection this car past. I suggested that he drive the car so he could hear the noise also. His response was that he was not a mechanic he was a salesman it wouldn’t do me any good for him to drive it. We are selling the car As Is! After all the car is 14 years old. Management told me that it didn’t make any difference that I had put money down on the car. He would sell it to the other customer who wouldn’t take the car to get it checked out by a mechanic. I looked out the window to see my daughter admiring the car, so I finalize the purchase. After leaving the lot I drove the car to a local mechanic and found out that the left control arm was broken, and somewhat dangerous to drive. My salesman Alex was awesome, very respectful and accommodating. Management was a different story, rude, pushy, and disregarding of safety and human life. Management displayed no customer service Etiquette. I had purchased 3 vehicles in the last two weeks. One for myself and two for my twin daughters for their upcoming sweet Sixteen. Capital city ford was the only dealership that management didn’t come and shake my hand and say thank for your business.

Update: I received my car back in forty minutes and received a personal apology and free oil change. They will handle a situation with grace, so I'm adding 3 of my stars back. I will admit I know next to nothing about cars. That being said when I received an extended warranty or recall of some kind in the mail I had no idea what it was but did call and schedule an appointment assuming it was important. Scheduling was difficult as I only have half an hour for lunch and their shuttle only ran until 3 pm and I got off work at 5 pm. They also said they don't do work on Saturdays. Finally I got in the books with three guarantees: 1. I would get a shuttle to make it to work on time. 2. I would get a shuttle at noon back to Ford. 3. My car would be done by noon if I dropped it off at seven am. I was lucky according to the shuttle driver because after waiting half an hour for it to return, she advised it could've been longer and I might've been late. She also advised she could not schedule an exact time to pick me up - further she couldn't even promise a window of time. My coworker had to drive me back to Ford instead. Upon arriving they tell me my car isn't done and that it takes 2-3 hours to complete. My car had been there for 5.5 hours I say, and I have had this appointment for over 2 weeks. The guy advised they didn't start on it right away and it would be another hour before it can be done. I'm upset. Why over promise and under deliver? If I had to get back to work today I'd be in trouble. I've only ever had issues with Ford, whether it be with my car or the dealerships. My husband has a Hyundai and he has great experiences at their dealership - try them instead if you're in the market.

I have three issues with this dealership. First, after the negotiations back and forth they gave me their best deal and I said “let me sleep on it.” The very next morning I called and said I’ll take it. They said that the deal was only for yesterday and jacked the price up $300. I finally got it for $150 more than the price they gave me the previous night. Second, on my way home I noticed that instead of filling my gas tank they only filled it half full. And the worst thing was the very next day I called to report that there was an issue with the power steering. It was binding and hard to turn. They told me that there was nothing they could do because I didn’t buy a warranty. I’m not talking a month down the road it was less than 24 hours after taking possession. Buyers beware!!! Stay away from these shady characters.

I have to give a big thank you to Corey and the folks at Capitol City Ford. I own a Ford that has issue of which Ford was aware. They have made even extended warranties and recalls because of this. So you would expect an easy process to get it fixed. Wrong! Several other dealerships kept giving me the run around and wouldn't fix the probelm. I was about ready to run it into a lake and be done with it (joke). That is until I took it to Capitol City. They listened to what I said, gave me the earliest appointment available and took care of it. No hassles and no excuses. Again, thank you!

Called this morning to make an appointment for an oil change. I was told that they don't make appointments for oil changes, it's only first come, first served. I explained that I was busy with work, and couldn't risk showing up with 5 people in front of me. She stated there was nothing she could do. I told her I would be taking my business else where, and she said, "Okay, bye!" and hung up. I called Tom Wood Ford immediately after, and made an oil change appointment with no problem. I'm also upgrading both of our family vehicles to Explorer's in the next 60 days with our first child on the way. We will definitely be going with the customer focused Tom Wood dealership! I would recommend you take your business there as well.

I don’t know if it’s dearship specific, which I reason to believe it is, but the first respondents from the service department is quite unhelpful when it comes to giving helpful information about a owner’s vehicle over the phone. Point in question, I sought to know which fuse controlled a particular function that the owner’s manual didn’t identify, and this service department personnel advised me to google it. How rude and lazy is that? What does that say about the customer appreciation attitude of this dealership’s staff and leadership? I will never ever repeat business here or recommend it to any family, friend or foe!

VERY SLOW SERVICE!!! just had a simple screw in a tire and had to wait 2 hours for them to just get the vehicle on a lift. it was parked right next to the tire balancing machine and a floor jack for that 2 hours. After getting on the lift it took 25 minutes to replace tire, with just a simple screw in the treat of the tire. Plus 15 minutes for them to get paperwork done. I don't believe I will be taking my vehicle here anymore.

If I could rate a 0, I definitely would. I had my vehicle towed in. Twice The first time the staff seemed sub-par professional in the service department. They couldn't fix my vehicle the first time, so I had it towed back to my place My car was damaged on their lot and they REFUSED to fix it or reimburse me for the damages while I had proof from the towing company it was damaged before they picked it up. First experience was horrible. Second time, I replace the part that needs to be fixed Bought the part brand new. Exact same part at that. Tell them to reprogram it What do they do? Reprogram the wrong thing! And then call me to tell me that's what I said! What sense does that make?? Replace the part that's wrong to have them reprogram something that didnt need worked on? Bunch of idiots. Now they're mad at me I tell them to reprogram what I needed done in the first place and now they say "it cant be reprogrammed it's the wrong part. It's a used part." This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I would never recommend coming here.

I went in on Saturday to test drive a Ford. I found the prettiest Taurus in the show room. I told my husband about it and we went back in on Monday evening to see if we qualify for it. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. He pulled strings and got us into the car of my dreams. I would absolutely praise and brag about Ford - Capital City Ford. So yesterday I dropped off my car at 7am for an oil change, tire rotation, and ac freon. I was the third person in line and should have had my car back in a matter of hours. But come 4:45PM I called and they said the mechanics were "on lunch break" and I was told they would call me back, but they never did. So I called again around 5:50(they close at 6, and I needed my car last night) and Steve says to me word for word "I told you already, we will call you when your car is ready. Okay?" They were completely disrespectful and they still haven't even changed my oil after 32 hours. (I will give them this, they know I was mad and the price was lower than normal though)

Well, I researched and found and local Ford dealership has parts in stock and the parts are still being made. Very dissatisfied to be lied to. Maybe they make too much money and need to turn away business.

Absolutely terrible service department and horrific customer service. I took my vehicle in for an issue with the fuel intake system and GPS. Cost for GPS fix was too high (over $600), so I chose to have only the fuel intake system issue fixed. Picked up my vehicle and on my drive home started having audio issues (crackling and static when radio is on or off). I thought maybe a wire came loose or got nicked when they were working on the other trouble. Immediately called them to schedule an appointment for them to check it out. Dropped my vehicle off before 8am, they had my car all day only to be told they "overbooked" and weren't able to get to my vehicle to look at it. So I had to reschedule, ok fine. Rescheduled and took my vehicle in again. They told me the trouble was with a particular part that was covered under warranty and were ordering the part needed to fix the issue. A week later, they called me back and told me that the part order wasn't fulfilled because it wasn't under warranty and the repair was going to cost me over $400.00. When I questioned how all of a sudden the part wasn't under warranty, they advised that it was actually a different part that was needed. I spoke with them several times and every time their story changed as to what was wrong with my vehicle, keep in mind that they did not look at my vehicle again after the initial diagnosis. They said they were working with Ford to try to get it covered and ultimately came back two weeks after the initial diagnosis and said too bad, not covered you will have to pay over $400 to get this fixed. These people have no idea what they are doing!! This is not the first issue I have had with their service department, but unfortunately, it is the closest dealership to me. Even though it is a huge inconvenience for me to travel across town, I will be looking for a new dealership to take my vehicle to be fixed.

Purchased a used 2013 Fusion Saturday. Friendly staff, no hassle. Did however notice that it had a hard upshift a few times from 4th to 5th on the test drive. Salesman noticed it as well. Service dept had closed at noon and was not available to look at it. Purchased it, however, having also purchased the 3/36 warranty. Called Monday to schedule a service visit to address the transmission issue (which is getting worse...much worse) and get the broken rear passenger interior door handle repaired. Was told it would be at least 3 weeks before they could get it in. Kind of disappointing have purchased the car that weekend and having an issue with it that they were aware of before the sale. The car is becoming un-drivable in less than 2 days and am about to resort to parking it to prevent any further damage to the transmission, axles, etc, or doing anything unsafe with my wife and kids being the primary users. We were not aware of a 3+ week wait when we purchased the vehicle.

I came into this establishment today for a simple oil change on my 2010 Ford Taurus SHO. After service was completed I was returned my keys and while paying for the service I was informed that smoke was coming from my vehicle exhaust and dual turbo pipes. I advised that my car wasn’t in this condition prior to my visit for service. The staff refused to give me information on what exact damage was done. They literally left me sitting in the sun for 20 minutes without any regard to the circumstances they put me in nor tried to provide absolutely any information to what occurred to my vehicle while in their car for one hour and 45 minutes. I eventually spoke with the service manager Steve Braaten upon arrival whom was highly rude and heartless stating that my car was already damaged prior to me coming for service, refused to to diagnose damages, refused to provide a rental car, and repair damages that occurred while in their possession. While speaking with the manager I noticed oil gushing Profusely from a crack in the muffler onto their floor and out my exhaust pipe! Manager had extremely poor customers service relations skills and told me to take my vehicle and leave. I noticed they had cameras all around the building and including inside the service area where mechanics were actively working cars and requested to see the property security surveillance footage to confirm my car wasn’t in due smoking upon arrival as he falsely claimed. I also requested to see the footage from inside the service center to examine which mechanics serviced my vehicle and what was actually done to end up with this major damage to my muffler, exhaust and dual turbos. Steve immediately stated that this one specific camera is fake, doesn’t work and is only there for looks, but we could review the other camera footage on the outside of the building. After reviewing the cameras with the manager Steve Braaten verbally confirmed that my car was NOT my smoking from the exhaust while pulling onto the property from Washington street nor while pulling into the service center area but was smoking profusely right after being serviced by his employees and parked back on the lot which I have recorded on my phone of his statement. I then requested again for them to simply provide me a rental car while they fix the damages due to their negligence. He still sternly refused both the rental car for me to get home which is 30 minutes from the location and repairing any damages! I even requested they pay for the Uber for me to get to and from my employer, he then in a rude stale voice stated they will not but he will give me a ride home and do a diagnostic on the car so I will know what I will need to fix on my vehicle. I then accepted the ride home since we were not getting anywhere and will pursue legal action against them. The photos tagged are evidence of their cameras, my vehicle inside the service center and the representative whom initially ignored my request for information on the damages to my vehicle. The establishment and its staff has a very bad attitude and failed represent the Ford corporation to the expectations of their company mission statement.

My 2012 F 350 Diesel needed repair while traveling through Indianapolis. This is 100% a work truck, which I depend on to haul loads across country. I contacted Capital Ford Service, Teresa my service writer had the problem evaluated, informed me that the repair required 12 hours, promised the repair would be completed the following day by late afternoon and the Diesel Mechanic preforming the work is a man with 20 years of experience and in her opinion one of the best. Trusting Teresa, I authorized the $2,672.00 repair. My truck was back on the road at the time promised, and the Diesel Mechanic did a good job repairing my truck. I highly recommend Capital Ford Service.

Went to go see a truck this weekend on Sunday. It wasn't anywhere on the lot. Tried to contact them via website chat that was offered. Received message back stating no one could chat outside of business hours. How stupid to offer it with a person's name who is available to help and then it's just a trick since no one can chat. Received a text from someone at the dealership today (Monday): "This is Lora with Capitol City Ford. Unfortunately, the 2011 Ford Ranger was sold on Friday. I appreciate your time and interest. Have a great week!" My reply: "It was still posted this weekend and we drove two hours to come see it yesterday. We live in Cincinnati. What a terrible system you have. You should consider removing listings immediately upon selling vehicles. No amount of sorry or apologies can make up for our wasted time to see something you simply "forgot" or "neglected" to do. In fact, it's still on your site. Shame on your business. For all we know you're lying and it sold weeks ago. So sad if this is a ploy to get people to visit your dealership." In it's still listed right now She never took it off even after texting me! Buyers beware!!!

So I had bought a 2015 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback. And when I brought it in with about 30k miles because of a transmission issue. They tell me oh thats normal for it to shutter like that. It was a bold faced lie. All Ford Focuses with the duel clutch transmission are the worst thing Ford has ever done. They knew that there are serious issues with 2012-2016 Ford Focus transmission. And instead of doing there job and fixing the issue under warranty they lied there assess off and told me its normal. Now that My transmission has completely failed at 95k miles a Ford dealership wants 2k to fix a problem. Stay far away from the Focus and do not buy it. Will thr owner actually respond to my complaint? He can easily verify that I brought the car in for a transmission issue. I will join the massively large class action lawsuit against Ford for the transmission issue. Ford scammed alot of people witn the Ford Focus and doesn't stand behind there products.

Having your vehicle smashed creates high anxiety, and this body shop is sensitive to their customers. Larry even provided insurance information to help in getting a diminished value claim. I had been looking online for something Sporter and faster then my Jeep. I have friends who have fiesta and focus st they had raved about them for good performance and reliability. I had seen this all black one at capital city reached out to them Alex helped me out and hooked me up. I got the car for only a few dollars a month more then what I was paying and it only took around 4 days I think to get everything sorted and finalized. I appericated the speed and good service would buy again from them no doubt.

Went here the other day. Will not return. They try to keep the price where it's at by saying "Ford keeps them from selling it any lower". After speaking with Ford, I found out they have no rules that keep the dealership from putting any price on their cars. So they have liars as salespeople. Terry is the one I spoke with. They also use their vehicles for sale as personal vehicles. The one I was looking at, supposed to be brand new, already had 800, miles on it, someone's dirty boots in the back and dirt/mud splashed all along the side of the vehicle. Do not go here!

We live 2 hours away from Indy and for that reason we had been working a deal via email for more than 2 weeks, the day we were set to show at the dealership my husband noticed it was no longer on the site *carguru*. I called and purposefully spoke to someone new, and guess what?!?! Go head, guess!....Yep, gone! I'm not even sure it was ever really there to begin with. The guy had no idea of the car i asked about, so either it was never there or they dont know their inventory. I had even emailed 2 hrs earlier confirming time, And got a response! But never a mention of the car being gone. Thank goodness my husband caught it, but my last 2 weeks of dealing...wasted! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...

We took our Escape in for an A/C repair. They "fixed" it quickly and charged us around $500. Two days later the air blew hot, so we took it back in. They said the A/C was now covered under their warranty and the 2nd repair would be no charge. They "fixed" it again, but a few days later the A/C stopped working again. We took it in for the third time and they said to fix it, it would be over $1,000. We asked about the previous $500 that we paid for a repair that never repaired anything... could it be refunded? Could it be applied to the $1000 repair? No and no. We are out of luck and left without A/C. Thanks for nothing.

I'm a mechanical engineer, I went to go buy a explorer which was posted as a AWD (was actually a FWD) on Capitol City Ford website. I get there and took the car for a test drive and noticed some noise coming from the driver side front end so tried negotiating a deal where they would fix that and after a while got them to agree but also showed them listings of cars that were cheaper in hopes of lowering the price but was met with "this is an AWD car, which is a $3000 option from the factory but the listings you have are FWD" even tho as I would later find out it is not an AWD car. I bought the car for which seemed like a fair price for a AWD. They told me to bring back the car for the noise issue so I did and got a call couple of days later stating that the car doesn't need breaks like I thought and was "just cupping" on the tires but I was suspicious of that because that would also cause vibration and wouldn't get louder as you applied the brakes but I brought back the car anyways but to my surprise the driver side front brake loacked up on me and nearly drove me into a ditch, I stopped the car and took a look and told my dad to bring his pickup truck to get it unstuck from the side of the road by pulling it from the back and when I went to strap the car from the back, I also noticed that there was no rear differential which should be there if the car was AWD so did a little more research and found out that the car infact was only FWD and not AWD like they said and advertised on their own website which I have a photo of. I went back to them for the brakes and also talked to a manager in sales about the AWD thing but he tells me there is a disclaimer on the website about inaccuracies and such but I told him that even the salesman and the manager I negotiated the price with told me that it was AWD but to my surprise instead of reimbursing me for the price of the option or taking back the car they just told me they will only be able to do me a FAVOR By TRADING IT FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE but I told them I didn't wanna buy anything else from them. They told me that was my only option so I reluctantly told them to show me something and they showed me a car that was over $5000 above my car so I told them I can't do that and they told me they wouldn't work on the price of that car at all because they're "doing me a favor by trading in my car for what I bought it for" even tho again there were so many other cars listed for a lower price. I walked out and will not be buying anything from them ever again and luckily we have a lawyer friend who handles our corporate stuff and he agreed to help me out with this and I'm probably going to sue them. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM CAPITOL CITY FORD if you value your hard earned money and like to get fair deals and all out don't like being lied to. To owner: if you're willing to work with me on my terms considering that a mistake was made by your employees, I will be happy to come back and talk. But if you're just gonna try to push another sale down my throat, I will proceed to post this review on other platforms like cargurus, Autotrader, yelp, etc and you will also be hearing from my lawyer.

To say I was upside down in my trade would be an understatement.... I wasn't very optimistic that this was the right time for me to trade out of my Encore. I got an AMAZING trade in value on my year old car with high mileage AND on top of that an OUTSTANDING finance rate on my beautiful new Ford Edge! I've purchased many cars in my lifetime, but this was the very first time I left a dealership feeling guilty that I got such a good deal! My father traded in his vehicle on a new Ford Ranger the week prior and left feeling the same way. There was no pressure, no haggling back and forth... it was honestly an easy purchase! My salesman was Austin, and he worked to make the deal work for me. The only thing that I would watch out for is a Theft Fee that they try to charge. This is a gotya fee that you should not pay.

Looking at the Captol City website at the Ford Explorers they had in stock, I found the one that I was looking for. Being a repeat customer ( this makes #3), I went in on Friday 5/18, got a really sweet deal on the Explorer, and a nice price for my trade in (2014 Escape). Since it was at their location in Fort Wayne, I had to wait until the following Monday. I was not disappointed at all. The Explorer had many extras not listed. Needless to say, I'm a happy camper. Thanks Capitol City Ford!!!

Service Department is horrible. Service manager Steve? will lie directly to you without hesitation. First deny there is a problem then say its fixed. Anything to avoid warranty work. There is a reason ford stock stays at $10 a share and I truly believe this is part of it. I purchased another truck and its not a ford soley due to this service dept.
