In general, Rohrman Toyota has been very good. Today's scheduled service visit was an exception. I was early to my appointment and the basic 15K service still took 3 hours. They were polite and apologetic, but that's just poor planning on their part. Avoid scheduling a service appointment right before lunch.

Not completely sure whether mechanically you resolved the issue or not (I’ll know in time), the low rating was due to very poor communications from (David) your Service Advisor. In my opinion, texting should “never” be your primary medium to communicate with your customer! It is a useful tool and it has its time & place, and I can accept a text as a notification tool, but shouldn't be replacing picking up the phone to call the customer and explain the technicians findings, discuss costs, gain approval for the work and notify me the work is complete. David never called me once, not even to tell me the car wasn’t going to be done and have to be completed the next day!! He texted me!!!! It was a very impersonal experience. If that’s what you’re shooting for, Congrats, you’re on target. Personally, I’m not, so I wouldn’t take a Rohrman car as a gift let alone buy one or have one serviced there again if this is the way you handle your customers. I’m sure David is a good young man, he just needs lots of coaching!!!

Courtesy shuttle is a very nice accommodation for us out-of-towners. Loretta ( the driver) was so nice, personable, and helpful. Our recall work was done in good time and the complete ordeal was painless. One complaint: our front seat heaters did not work after the completion of the recall. I suspect a blown fuse or a missed wiring harness connection, but I haven’t had a chance to look yet.

Small independent shop drove it immediately after and easily heard the problem. Service reps at counter all young. Appear disorganized. Service techs and manager do not seem to be trying very hard to solve problems.

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for something they stated would take an hour. When I called at 4pm they had no idea I had dropped the vehicle off and it wasn’t scheduled for some reason? I came in for a faulty-shrapnel shooting airbag recall. After inquiring about purchasing a new tire, I was informed he'd get me a price, and to wait in the waiting room. After a half an hour, I had to go find him. When I did get my car, the parking brake had been stretched vertical, and the trim on my door pulled down so that you had to slam the door to shut it. Piss poor.

Stopped by to get a service report for a car today. The guy at the service section said: .. I may not be able to print all the reports for you, how many pages are we talking about here..?? I said, probably 2 or 3 cause the car is new and maybe we are looking at some oil changes or annual services. I think, the staff should know better that they charge their customers more than other 3rd parties in the town to give them a better service! It doesn't matter how many pages we are talking about here, pal! Do what your customer wants, rather than behaving like he is your labor!

Friendly check in, smooth process. Work completed as requested. Only downer, a 120.00 diagnostic charge force rubber seal on the sunroof?? Seems a bit expensive so I choose to wait! Wasn’t updated on how long it would take to even tell me what was wrong with it. People who were arrived there after me were done before me. Overall, the experience was positive. The staff responded promptly to my inquiry about a vehicle and were courteous and prompt with all subsequent exchanges. My only dissatisfaction were two: 1) the Internet price was a discount from the sale price, but that did not become clear until well into the purchase discussion. They were unwilling to discount further, which was understandable but it was not clear that it was already discounted. 2) After paying cash and signing the initial purchase papers, I had to wait at least 45 minutes for a finance officer for the title papers, even though there was no loan involved.

The building was impressive! Very nice atmosphere. The employees were friendly, courteous and attentive. The car looked brand-new, well worth the price of the interior and exterior detailing. The only thing that I did not understand is why I was not told about a couple of issues that the report stated as requiring immediate attention. The people that we dealt with at this Toyota dealership listen to the concerns of their customers. We visited multiple dealerships and felt that the salesman/sales manager relationship was key to either causing us to walk out the door or ultimately make a deal. Our sales associate (Mitchell) was great, and when it came time to negotiating a price, the sales manager sat down with us and our sales associate, reducing the feeling of dealing with a complete unknown quantity. Sales staff were great, car is great and for being 7 years old and 60k miles has no more issues that you would expect. However, the interest rate i was told does not match the amount on my contract, with a difference of 1.61%, additionally with extra fee's and stuff they add on my financed amount was $1200 more than what i negotiated down to. Experience was good, just be aware when reading documents.

The salesman Stone was very wonderful. The truck we were looking at was nice, but I feel just because it was only 4 years old they were asking way too much money cause it had 106,000 miles on it. If they would have been more reasonable on the price we would have bought it. Just cause a truck looks good doesn't mean the engine is with that many miles. I would have given $14,000 for it but no more.

Called a week in advance to make an appointment for my 30k service on June 25th @ 11:30 to coincide with a lunch meeting I had next door. Also asked if the recall notice for a programming issue could be taken care of at the same time. Was told that the only person that does the programming had a slot at 11:00, and could I come then to get both accomplished. I agreed. Arrived at the dealership at 11:00 and waited in line a few minutes until Loretta took my information. it took her more than 10 minutes to complete check in as she was either distracted or interrupted by others behind the counter during the process. She called me an hour later and told me the service was complete but the programming would not be done for another couple of hours. I could not wait so I picked up the car without programming update. Called back in the following day and talked to Clay who told me if I was in by 2:30 the programming could be done by end of day. Told him I would pick up next morning. When I called at noon on Thursday (today) nobody could tell me if the work was complete but someone would call back. I received a text that said-, it's Loretta@RohrmanToyota. If you need anything during your service visit, just text me here. Reply STOP if you do not wish to receive text messages. To which I replied- Is my car ready? I received nothing back I called an hour later to be sure the car was done and told it was in the bay and would be done in 2.5 hours to which I replied that the notice I received told me that it would only take 45 minutes. I want to the dealership and waited for it to be completed and then left. Two trips to the dealership (I live 20 miles away) and leaving the car for 24 hours to complete a 45 min operation all of which I had made appointments is unacceptable. The likelihood of me returning to this dealership is highly unlikely.

For the past 15 years, from the day I purchased my Toyota here until now, I have been a loyal customer. Unlike other dealerships, Rohrman Toyota has taken care of all the maintenance on my car at reasonable prices without the unnecessary up-sale. I can trust that if a service is recommended that is because it is necessary and I don’t leave feeling fleeced. The stereotype of the overpriced dealership does not fit this one. My experience has been solidly positive as my car is still running well without any expensive repairs and without any excessive cost. I suspect that my next car will be a Toyota because I know I’ve got a reliable car, but I am certain my next purchase will be from Rohrman auto group because of my positive experiences with the people in the service department at Toyota.

I scheduled an appointment for a recall on my airbags. When I went in to schedule the maintenance they told me I would have to wait until the airbags came in. It took 3 months before I finally got a call telling me the airbags had been there for months. Granted, I could have called to check, but I figured they would call me the moment they received the necessary parts so I held off on calling them. Once I did finally get an appointment made the service was great and very timely and getting a rental car for a day was a simple process. My only complaint is that I had to wait so long to finally hear back from them.

Charged $120/hr shop rate for brake and rotor work. Mechanics noted the day of work that they heard noise on a test drive, yet let the car go. The problem was not fixed and the car had to go back next day. Wife was told she could wait and it would be fixed immediately. She has now been waiting for over an hour while she should be at work. Bottom line-if your warranty doesnt cover the work, why in the world would someone choose to come back for service?!?

i was angry about being charged 50.00 for service on my 2017 sienna with 24000 miles . when i bought this veh. i was told service was taken care of till 25000 mi . being retired now i did not reach the mi. in 2yrs. this is a penalty for being retired. i will not let this happen again .i will no longer purchase a toyota like i have every 3-4 years for the past 5 seinnas.

Made an appointment for 15000 mile service and recall issue. Got to dealership to drop off vehicle and they had only scheduled service nothing about the recall issue being looked at. Got that straightened out left vehicle till next day. Returned to pickup said vehicle only to be told the recall issue was resolved but the service was not done. This place is a JOKE!!! So sorry I bought from them will never happen again. I guess I will be looking out of town for warranty work.

Be cautious when the service reps use the phrase "Toyota Recommended." Be extra cautious when the service reps cannot provide documentation for what they perceive as "Toyota Recommended." The owner's manual exists for a reason - don't let them try to convince you otherwise.

Overall it was a pleasant buying experience. We found a great deal online, contacted the dealership, and interacted with Branden. He was friendly and helpful. We drove from out-of-state to make the purchase. Branden was ready for us with the Sienna and a test drive. He answered all of our questions. The only thing that could have been improved was the wait time to complete the paperwork. Even though there was no financing involved, it seemed like a very long time to wait to start the paperwork after our test drive. Overall, we're happy with the purchase and would recommend this dealership.

Salesman did fine job. My husband was talking to back and forth before we went to see this sports car. Got there to see car, my husband tests drove. We brought our Corvette to see what trade could be, so while he was tests driving there car they were looking at our car. Long story short they came higher up guy. Pressure than began.... first our Corvette I've never noticed any 1st shift problems when my husband drives. I think I would be able to notice . The other car 30,000 no warranty. That probably was the kicker for me. Wont go back, never bought there not planning in future

I bought a used 2012 Toyota Prius. For the mental health of the crew I will not say how much discount I got but it was more than any other places could offer. The crews were amazingly friendly and helpful at all moments. Personal advice for future buyers: You don't have to pull a dramatic discount and act all bossy. Just tell them your budget and they will do their best to match it.

Not the best way to deal with customers who are out of town. This is just reflective or dealing with one sales person, might have been different with another.

Worst auto customer care communication service I’ve experienced in a long time. Left car 8am on Wednesday for a recall inspection. Heard nothing so I called at 5:30. I was told they ordered a part. Heard nothing Thursday. Called Friday told vehicle was done but not released someone would return my call. Did not happen had plans to use over the weekend. Finally called back Monday to pick up. I was there to drop my father in law off to get his car. In my opinion they were rude. I did not go in with him but they parked his car clear around back. It was raining a little and my father in law walkes with a bad limp and cain. Nobody offered to help him, just gave him the keys and told him where his car was.
