DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! Dealing with Blossom Chevrolet has to be one of my worst experiences EVER in life. The first person who was assigned to my car ended up getting fired a day or two after I had my car towed there. It took them a week to let me know. It then took them another week and a half to finally let me know what the issue was. They stated I needed a new starter after I just purchased a brand new one not even a year before I took it to them. They said I needed to put down a deposit and it took me another week to give them $500 out of $1,300 service. After I gave them the deposit, I didn't hear anything for about 4 days so I called to check up with them just for them to tell me that they had it marked on my account that I didn't want the service. So after finally being fed up and telling them that their service wasn't worth $1,300, they then told me well why don't you take your $500 back and go somewhere else. I then had my car towed to Penske Chevrolet (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and the day after they received my car they told me the actual issue is my battery and that they could fix it that day and it would be half the cost!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BLOSSOM CHEVROLET. GO TO PENSKE INSTEAD! It's almost scary the difference in service.

My daughter brought my vehicle in for an oil change, that was suppose to cost $49. She ended up paying over $60. The dealership also recommended her to purchase new brake pads and rotors. I just purchased brand new brake pads and rotors. I went back to Midas just to make sure there was nothing wrong with my brakes, Midas removed all tires and inspected the brakes right in front of me. The brakes were perfectly fine by any certified mechanic's standards. This visit was a total rip-off!

I initially when to blossom because my parents had purchased a car from them years ago. My first interaction with the online sales team was great. They worked out the financing for the car I wanted before I even stepped on the lot. It was down hill from the moment I signed the finance paperwork. Never before have I purchased a car used or otherwise that the people/dealership selling it wouldn't stand behind the vehicles on their lot. Especially a dealership that has not only a full service center but also a body shop. When I the next week after. I purchased the car I noticed the radio/navigation wasn't working properly. I informed them on a Mondayor Tuesday dropped it off on Thursday they had my car for nearly three weeks. I have had my car less than three months and less than 3000 miles. Last night it rained really hard and when I got in my car to go home the headliner poured water out of the map lights. I call today the lady in service was kind of rude when I called this morning. I spoke with the used sales manager and basically got a sorry that's not apart of the warranty. I will never ever encourage anyone to go to blossom for any reason. I meet people everyday in my job who need to by a new car. I will definitely steer them clear of blossom.

I'd give negative 5 stars if it were possible. Sent a brochure to me in the mail saying they can help finance a vehicle if you're in bankruptcy. I received no call back's after numerous attempts at trying to find out what was going on. Hadn't missed a payment on a vehicle since 2014, made well enough money to have a $350 a month payment on a vehicle. I worked in the finance industry for over 10 years. I've written loans with worse credit, bankruptcies, and with little money down. Glad I didn't waste my time going to the lot, I refused until I knew I'd get financed for a certain amount and have a few vehicles to choose from. Got tired of their incompetent b.s. and bought a truck for cash. If a dealership wants to help you or get your business, they will find a way. Blossom doesn't do that for people in bankruptcy. Needless to say I'll never purchase anything from them, ever!!!

I picked up a fleet vehicle today. I was a little late due to road closures and heavy traffic. This has been my far worst ever experience witb customer service, communication and behavior. I was cussed out, when i had questions the answer was i don’t know read your manual. He threw at me in the car. Then called me names your mother should never hear! Then came back and said i don’t know how this car works and he picked up the instruction books and put in glove box. I refused to sign until i looked vehicle over and he then used many more superlatives. I was mortified! Asked to speak to his mAnager and he said he was the boss over at used cars. He told me to read the manual if i had questions. I have never in my life been treated so offensively, rude and shown angry behavior. I’m thankful i was not alone. This is not acceptable behavior.

On Friday, we paid cash for a 2006 Jeep Cherokee. The customer service that day was excellent. We drive home (15 minutes away) and the check engine light came on. We called and a left message for John Moss, our salesman. He never returned our call. On Saturday, we sent John Moss and Miranda an email about the car’s issue and never received a response. On Monday, we went in to get our money back and were told they would fix it. Phil provided good customer service and took it back for maintenance. We got the car back the same day and the check engine light was off. Two days later, the check engine light popped back on. We are extremely dissatisfied customers at this point. We were told we should expect this from an “As is” vehicle that is sold. This is unacceptable to us. They have offered to fix it, yet again. We will see. We do not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from Blossom Chevrolet.

My service experience was terrible. The people are nice over the phone, but once they have your car to get serviced are horrible at communicating and/or letting you know about your vehicle status. Seems like they milk away your time in order for you to pay more at pick up. I’ve been to a few Chevy dealerships & have never had as many problems until coming to this particular one. I won’t be coming back.
