I have no association with Big City Cars, but someone that “works” there somehow managed to get my phone number. They sent me a text stating they were from here, I told them I had no association with this business, it must be the wrong number and there was no need to text me. This person followed up with “ok sorry, I thought you called and asked where we’re located. Anyways, are you in the market for a new car?” I had to inform this person AGAIN that I have no association with this business, I myself work for a car dealership, and drive a brand new vehicle. In my opinion, a completely unprofessional “sales tactic”. I may be petty about this situation, but how they got my phone number AND still proceeded to ask if I was in looking for a new car, even after stating I have no interest in Big City Cars, is beyond me. Hope this isn’t some “genius idea” to sell more cars.

I had a million questions about the car history, background, etc. and Gary was able to give me direct answers and was transparent about everything. Walked in with no intention of purchasing a vehicle. Was approached by a salesman. We talked and laughed for hours. What a great guy. Ended up test driving a truck, really liked how it drove. He brought me inside afterwards and asked how much I could pay for it. I told him, and just like that he accepted the offer. It was $5,000 under sticker price. This dude is a legend.

If I could give negative stars for this company I so would!! They tried to scam me for real! The oldest trick in the damn book and I almost fell for it. I gave them the down payment and signed all of the loan contracts. Then a couple of days later they told me that they needed more money for a down payment because they were not going to make any money off of the deal! What?!? The contract was signed and deal done. I even called the loan company and they said that we did not owe any more money and not to give them anything more. Why did they try something so foul, I'm just a mother try to get by. Don't buy from big city cars they are true scammers and I hope that no one else has fallen for their tricks. FYI I took their ad off the back of my vehicle and have told everyone I know how dirty they are.

I recommend Big City Cars if you are looking to buy a vehicle. They really care about their customers. Brandin was great. He was very friendly and not pushy at all like most car dealerships you go to. I went in wanting a Chrysler 300. Other places I went to before Big City tried talking me into different cars than what I wanted but not Big City, they focused on getting me into what I wanted. I worked with Anthony in finance and he was great also. He did not make me feel rushed as we signed all the paperwork and if I didn’t understand something he took the time to really explain everything to me. Every employee I came in contact with treated me the same with EXCELLANT customer service. Big City Cars really won my loyalty that day. ATTENTION ALL BUYERS stay away from this place all they do is Lie and try to sweet talk you into a car. I tried purchasing a vehicle here a couple weeks back i put 1500 down. Something fell through and i was called into the dealership to sign a another contract i only had the car a week at the most by this time i was tired of all the lies and calls i just wanted to get my money back. All of sudden the deposit is non refundable i even spoke to the owner who really tried to sell me a story. This business is very unprofessional i would recommend no buyer goes here they are very shady dealers this business MUST be shut down in investigated!!!!!

Will never go here again. They rank up there with Superior Auto. Sold my girlfriend a car that shouldn't have been on any car lot. No inspection was done on vehicle before they talked her into buying it. She played for a service plan that didn't cover much of anything. The day after she bought it the check engine light came on. She took it to find out what was wrong with it. Found it needed at least one oxygen sensor changed. On the way back to the car lot her rear breaks started locking up. Big City Cars said that wasn't covered. She she could only afford to get breaks fixed at the time that was September or early October. In February when I got tax return money I took it to get it fixed. The place I took it to be fixed found the engine had been changed, the wiring harness had been cut and sliced to connectors from this vehicle. Nothing had been done properly. Motor mounts were loose. Proof it had never been inspected or if it did they knew it when pushed it off on to my girlfriend. The place I took it fixed everything I asked them to the best they could. So we go to car lot they try and give all kinds of b/s about how great that car was and didn't have any issues. So reluctantly they take to look at it was supposed to be a rush but didn't even touch it till 2 days later. Kept giving all kinds of b/s excuses everytime she talked to the service manager. Then when a decision was made as to what was needed to fix the problem the owner steps in and refuses and says the place I took it are the ones that caused the problem and they were not going to fix it. These "people" shouldn't be able to sell anything. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! By looking at all of their reviews this is an on going problem.

My husband, and I have been dealing with a ton of car dealerships for the past couple of years trying to get ourselves a reliable vehicle. My husband’s credit is beyond horrible, and I have absolutely no credit at all, but we decided to give it one last try! We filled out an application online yesterday, and about 5 minutes later Emily called, and set us up with an appointment to be there 45 minutes later! Wow, can you say super fast! We got there, and was greeted by Pete. We sat down filled out some paper work, and they found us two cars at one of their other locations. Neither car was something we wanted at all. So he checked again on their own lot, and found us the perfect car! Now it is a USED car, so we knew there was bound to be something wrong, but wasn’t about to be picky about it. Yes it needs new brake pads, but we weren’t about to complain about a measly $20 as my husband is a mechanic and do them himself.. lol We are pleased to say after being turned down time and time again, or being offered extremely old cars with loads of miles racked on them, Big City Cars was able to get him financed, for a 2014, with only 80,000 miles, with a reasonable monthly payment! We received a phone call today and was told they had good and bad news! Say what?? Good news, they got our monthly payment even lower! Bad news, more paperwork..But totally worth it!

UPDATE.... THEY SAID ITS ALL ELECTRICAL N IT'S MY PROBLEM! UNLESS I WANT TO PAY 85$ AN HOUR FOR THEM JUST TO FIND IT!!! BS! I went into big city cars to purchase a cash car, told them what I needed and they sold me the mechanics daughters car. Told me it was a great car and then the ignition switch went out very shortly after I bought it. I actually met the guy who sold it to the mechanics daughter and he told me everything that was wrong with it told me it had been wrecked which was never disclosed certain important parts of the car didn't work after a few days. I've done nothing but sink money into this car now I have to replace something else. I will never a don't ever recommend purchasing a cash or or for that matter any car cuz with them you never know what you're getting. I work with the public and will let everybody that sits in my chair know about big city cars and my experience with them. Extremely dissatisfied customer!

Very happy with the purchase of our vehicle. Everything went smooth. Our salesman Brad was upfront about everything. As we put the car seats in our new vehicle, Brad notice a big wear on our passenger side tire. He informed us to make sure we get it fixed immediately and was very dangerous to drive. He showed the people are important and not just the "sale" of the vehicle. I strongly recommend stopping and asking for Brad.

I had messaged back and forth about the promotion they were running promising $4-5K over blue book prices. I drove 1/2 hour to get there and soon as I walked in the door the salesperson demanded my ID. I had not even looked at a vehicle at that point. I told them they had no reason to see my ID when I hadn't even seen a car yet. Most of the autos had no price displayed which lead me to believe they wanted to pull my credit before giving me a price. That person walked away and another person (maybe the manager) walked up and again asked me for my ID. Unless you are test driving an auto or filling out paperwork there is absolutely no reason to hand over your personal information. And if a dealership needs to run a credit report to give you a price, walk away. They also spent about 2 minutes looking at my truck and then told me they had nothing in my price range. To bad because I had 4K cash to put down which I did at another dealership.

To his credit he told us what we good only get approved for which I respect and he was very willing to work with us. The finance mgr. was another story. Told us we had bad credit, talked down to us, made us feel like we were trash and not worthy of our time. Very rude, condescending and disrespectful. Got our finances fixed. Can now bay cash for a car. The only way we will reconsider coming back is a apology from the Finance manager for how he treated us.

They gave him the go around for weeks for even getting a proper appointment. Made him miss work 3 times over everything. Than when they said the problem was fixed and we took the car home the check engine light CAME BACK ON they had not fixed it. They claimed the only said they'd fix the first issue but they actually said they would fix the check engine light not "the first issue" HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE CHARACTERS HORRIBLE CAR LOT. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

When I came into Big City Cars honestly my hope's weren't very high. I had been tirelessly searching for a good vehicle for me and my two children, without any luck. I was immediately greeted by Casey Current, who made me feel very welcome. He stuck by me through the whole process, did his best to find me what I needed and truly made me feel like he cared about me and my situation. By far the nicest & most helpful salesman I have ever met. I never once felt pressured or pushed into anything, they were very all very honest and considerate at Big City Cars, which was very refreshing to me. Work was required on my car, since it was an early buy and still needed to be put through service. The cost of the repairs would end up being a few hundred dollars but Kyle Boyer helped me so much when he said that they would cover the cost of repairs for me. I am so very thankful for everything you guys did for me and my babies. I would definitely recommend Big City Cars to anyone who's looking for good honest help finding their next car. Ask for Casey!

My husband and I test drove a vehicle on Saturday. We liked it, but wanted it checked by a mechanic before purchasing. We worked out a deal and put it on paper as our sales rep wouldn't be in today. He said that he'd stop in Monday morning (today) to put gas in it and have the paperwork ready for me to take it. I showed up this morning and no one knew that I was coming. I eventually got the vehicle and headed to my mechanic. He found approximately $2000 worth of work needing done. I returned back to the dealership and asked to meet with someone about potentially purchasing the vehicle. I was put in one of the cubicles and waited a while until the general manager arrived. He increased the price of the deal (since Saturday) over $2000. I asked how this new price is over the actual listed price and that some work is needed. He said that he's not willing to negotiate and it's staying at the original listed price. I asked again if he'd be willing to negotiate since I was paying cash and didn't want to pay the listed price plus $2000 in repairs. He said the owners won't go lower, they could do the work and increase the asking price, or they could show me other vehicles in my price range. I declined, grabbed my belongings and headed to my car. Then the general manager came outside and said that he talked to the owners. They reportedly said that they'd complete the work needed and accept $600 over the listed price. I declined and left. I do not believe this dealership cares about their customers. They knew where I was traveling today and I almost ran out of gas, they increased the price, and would not consider negotiating. I would not recommend this dealership. *** This is my response to the owner below. I'm disappointed, but not surprised at the response to my review. This adds to the point that there is little respect for customers. The points in the response are inaccurate. Josh knew that I was coming without calling, the price was increased over the listed price when I showed interest in buying, and my mechanic is my uncle.

Plus, was told that the vehicle that I scheduled an appointment to test drive and possibly buy had already been sold after the fact, and no one bothered to call me. When I got the there the first that Bruno said is that he doesn't work for the dealership full time and was only there for this month. Thanks for nothing Bruno but I would have rather of talked to one of the full time sales reps. Did not even ask if I would have been interested in one (1) of the other vehicles on their lot. Jasmine was a nice sales person who was straightforward and answered questions directly. We did end up purchasing a van just inside our budget and was a fairly comfortable negotiating situation. We purchased a warranty and unfortunately had an issue within the first two weeks of buying the van that would not be covered under the warranty. BUT they did make it right since we had not owned or used the car for long at all at no cost to us. Customer service is TOP NOTCH :)

I came here on a suggestion, as I would not typically want to due to their obnoxious, annoying, ear splitting commercial that makes me want to punch my radio out. When I got there a guy approached and asked my budget and asked if I wanted to finance I said no I have cash and he asked me again am I sure I don’t want to finance I said no I have cash thanks I’m in college I don’t want to go into any more debt. He shows us to his “office” takes my license and disappears for 15 minutes when he pulls up with a car and comes in and starts talking about it. When I don’t look interested because he didn’t go over any vehicles they had in inventory and just brought something out we discussed the price and I said I wanted something lower than what it was. This guy starts arguing with me and my boyfriend about what we said our budget was and would not shut up about it. It got to the point where I’m not someone who is usually rude but I said thank you and got up and walked out. Total waste of my time. Would never recommend and will never come back.

Would not recommend to anyone, my family needed a vehicle and stopped in to see what they could do, they made it sound very promising we could get into a vehicle, started looking at vehicles and was then told they could only approve us for one specific vehicle, looked at it and the detailer had told us that while out driving it he ended up wrecking the vehicle, and there is a chance they would fix it, that was a lie, we was told due to the price drop they wouldn't be able to fix it, because we needed a vehicle we was stuck with getting the one their detailer had caused front end damage to, they didn't even want to accept their detailer caused the damage, they actually blew it off and even though there detailer did it they didn't care they just wanted to get rid of the vehicle, luckily we was able to go somewhere else and get rid of that vehicle. I also found out they used to be under a different name which they had a salesman who would lie on the paperwork about the miles to get the loan, I would not recommend this company to any one they will lie to do what they need to sale you a vehicle, even if it means lying about the miles to get you the loan, and depending on the loan company they tell you to lie to them about how many miles was on the vehicle so the lender doesn't deny the loan. I also learned if you do post on facebook about a negative experience they will delete your post so they don't look bad.

The whole company is scammers! I sold them on the eBay Dodge Charger exhaust tip and they opened the dispute and then they got the money back. Then they got this part and did not even deign to pay me again. I have a USPS confirmation with the signature of the recipient. Do not mess with this service. Such people are capable of anything! They haven't returned me not money not the spare part. This service makes money deception. Consider it and don't come across!
