Took our family Sienna to Beck for warranty work. I dropped off the van Sunday night via the overnight key drop and first thing Monday morning, Greg called me to confirm they had possession of the keys, gave me an estimated time of completion of the warranty work and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I requested a brake inspection. Greg called me with options and prices and was very informative. We had new brakes and rotors installed based upon Greg’s recommendation. The price was fair and the work was completed quickly and with quality parts. We will return here for future service and future vehicle purchases. Thanks Greg and Beck’s Toyota.

I went to the service center to schedule an appointment, the assistant service manager was so rude when she asked my information . She never once looked me in the eyes nor smiled once. Very disappointed that they put somebody in the service front desk who has absolutely zero people skill nor interests in making customers happy. I hope they put someone with friendly smile and have some interest in making customers comfortable in the future.

I bought a 2017 Tacoma the salesperson suggested an aftermarket remote start system over a factory, I had an aftermarket remote start installed. Before 3500 miles the phone chargeing base started intermittently working which I took the truck in for repair. The technician refused to diagnose the truck as soon as he found out the truck had an aftermarket remote start installed? He put the truck together leaving the remote start wiring and controller hanging down making it difficult to put my foot on the brake pedal. (Photo available). This wiring was zip tied up and out of the way behind the lower steering column panel. I personally seen it, prior to the technician cutting it loose. The technician said the remote start was causing interference on the CAN bus line. The next day I simply unplugged the remote start system and test drove the truck and amazingly with the remote start system removed from the truck wiring, the truck charging pad still has the very same problem that I had before. I spent less time to troubleshoot the remote start system than it took to drive to the delearship, little on the 2 1/2 hours I wasted at the dealership. The excuse that this was causing interference on the CAN bus line, I believe is totally false when the paperwork even states they did not diagnose the problem, how does this technician know that the remote start system was causing anything wrong? Since a remote start system is connected to the CAN bus line, is that going to be the excuse for the next 97000 miles, when any other factory electronic component has a problem? What good is an extended warranty or any warranty, if they refuse to diagnose the problem.

He made the payments affordable, took a great deal of time to show me around "bumper to bumper" and then gave very detailed explanations of all the amazing features on the vehicle. He said to me "I don't want you to just like it, I want you to absolutely love it." When I picked up the vehicle later in the week, it was Trey's day off. He left great instructions for Harpreet and Mike to help me finish up the process. They too were thorough with making sure I was comfortable with the features before driving off the lot. I will definitely be buying Toyota from now on, and I will without a doubt make Beck my first stop when I look at a new vehicle in the future. The entire process was seamless and efficient.

I bought this car in September of 2015. Even though my warranty was expired, I was sent a good faith check to help with the cost of the repairs.

Mrs. Beck & her Daughter in Law, Alicia went well beyond what one would or could expect. We had passed on the warranty as we felt that we were at our limits for a car pmt. In a timely manner they had Adam order me a motor at no cost to me. We have driven several miles & for 6 months. The next truck I buy will be from Dave simply because of his experience & for the honest, indeed sympathetic, management. This was the most pleasant experience I've had leasing a vehicle. I got the car I wanted at the price I could afford. No haggling needed, so sales pitch, no bait and switch. I came to the the dealership right as they had opened on a Monday morning. I was greeted by Trent at the door and expressed interest in test driving a used 4Runner. We took it around the block all the while having a solid and informative conversation. Trent was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Upon returning I told him I like the car enough to want to show it to my wife. They let me drive the car up north to meet her and show it off. Upon returning we brokered a deal for the car and I couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t pick the car up that day so to finalize the deal Trent came in to the dealership on his day off to hand over the keys and give his final thoughts. Couldn’t recommend this salesperson more.

I have been a random customer at Beck for the past 4 years, until recently. I am the original owner of my 2010 RAV4!! I know the basics and feel confident enough in diagnosing if it is a maintenance or problem which will lead me to a near by shop with a certified mechanic. I had new brakes put on by a different company months ago. The new brakes started to make a rotational squeal soon after the brakes were put on and it got louder. I returned to that company and after failed attempts to fix it, I took it in to Beck. My break pads had a build up of Indy's finest street debris which caused them to have a rotational squeal. Clark, the service manager at Beck Toyota came all the way out to my work site one afternoon to hear it for himsef. He heard it loud and clear. He scheduled a drop off day and a week later I was assured the problem was finally fixed!! What could have been another waste of time and effort, turned out to be a great experience!! Clark, stood behind the Toyota brand and strived to gain my trust and that's not easy!! His service department demonstrated that working as a team can yield positive results and gain customer loyalty! Clark, went above and beyond his call of duty as a Service Manager, respectfully acknowledging my RAV's issues and working diligently with his mechanic Vince, to investigate and find out what the real problem was and making the necessary repairs needed to safely keep me on the road and a happy customer!! Great service team!!!

Best car buying experience - ever! I have dealt with the sales department, service and finance department, and across the board, best customer service I have ever experienced. The entire staff is friendly, and welcoming. I worked with Trent in sales to trade my used '05' Camry for a 2015 Camry and he is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He was there for me through the entire process (not toggling back and forth between two customers). He explained everything thoroughly as he walked me through the purchasing process. He walked me through every single feature on my new/used Camry, which saved me a lot of frustration with trying to figure it out on my own. The finance department worked to find me the best financing deal they could, and even threw in an unexpected extra! I will remain a loyal customer to Beck Toyota, and highly recommend them to anyone. Spoke throughout the day via email to an internet sales manager, got a great price on a 2018 Corolla. I had a trade in, which I knew had negative equity, I walked in knowing that one. I walked in knowing what I needed for my current vehicle and how many months of a term for my new car loan. The manager on duty pretty much said there was no deal because of my negative equity. Didn’t look at numbers.. offer me anything.. or come out to speak with me. Instead of the sales person offering to try one more thing while we were there, she said she would try tomorrow. We drive the extra distance tonight because we were offered such a great deal but it looks like we should have went to Carver Toyota, they try a bit harder to get us in a new vehicle. I’m not new to this whole car buying process, and tonight was an awful experience. We won’t be back.

I go in for a Takata air bag replacement. The lady said she would take me after I was already told to see the guy on the end. Fine right.. She ask me last name which I gave her. She said something else as she is turning...I said did you ask for my first name. She snobby said no I just said your last name and I can take your keys. So I thought to myself not a good way to treat your customers. So no I would never come back here again. I was told it would only take an hour on the phone to replace. She marks it down as two hours. I did not get her name but she reminded me of the Democrat Congress woman that is just mean and nasty in the congressional hearings. Will update if I find out her name and on the actual time I have to wait.

The whole process was suppose to be simple, not an argument about what is needed or not needed. How I understood it was this - I was approved for X amount - for a term of 60 months. That is all I had from Toyota, after speaking with Jessica, she said i was approved and if wanted to go with a 19 instead of 18 we have better deals and interest rates going on. She continued to mention she had 3 different options for term and interest rates - one of them being the 3.9 for 72 months. My car should be worth more than 8800$ in my opinion. So when you combine all the info I was told - it implies several things; 1) I'm approved, 2) I can select my terms/rate promotion. Then it comes down to basic math - value approved for, rate of car, trade in value for upside down value on car - taxes, fees and interest rate - combine all those and you have a monthly figure. Its when the rate is astronomical which makes the equation unrealistic and unobtainable. When I am talking to the finance manager and he claims I need to have a credit report on file and I say I don't want to have my credit run - and he says well we don't know the terms Toyota approved for you - so we need to structure the deal. In reality HE DID know the terms Toyota structured the deal for - I did not. Had he been transparent and said - look Toyota structured your pre-approval with the following - and we feel we can get a better rate / structure if we submit your credit app to our lenders - then I would have been understanding and willing to fill out a credit app for Beck to run it. Instead I felt he was shady, untruthful, talked down to me and didn't care about anything other than a deal. Just as the primary focus with the sales guy tagging along for the test drive etc. His primary focus was my car and I asked him directly so - my appraisal is more important than selling a car? He said yes it is. He knew nothing about the Toyota we test drove other than what his phone said, I knew more than he did because I did my homework about the car I was coming to look at. When I knew he didn't know about the car I intentionally asked complex questions I already knew the answer to. He answered the questions when he read the window decal. I wouldn't have invested my time and or wasted my wife's time had I know this was going to be a normal car dealer vague deal. I chose Beck because Carver in Taylorsville is shady, and their sales guys / managers are silver tongue foxes who think they're smarter than the consumer. I felt undervalued. So, no, I don't need a new car - I'm happy with what I have.

I took my mom car shopping for a Toyota Corolla. We had stopped at different Toyota dealer, but was not satisfied with their selection or service. I Googled and found Beck Toyota, looked at their website and saw a car that was what she was looking for. I immediately called and spoke with Derek in the used cars. He was fantastic! He confirmed the car was available, gave me information on the car and I told him we'd be there shortly. Once we arrived, not one salesperson immediately flocked over to us, which was nice because we wanted to look at the cars, first. Them an older gentleman walked past and asked hope we were doing and if we had any questions. We mentioned we spoke with Derek and he said he would let us know we were there to see him, even though Derek was with another customer. Derek came out to us asap and was so professional, patient and friendly. He was not pushy at all, and was very knowledgeable. We went inside after test driving the car (which Derek let us do without him being with us) and while waiting on him to finish up with another customer, two different sales people came through and greeted us, asked how we were doing, and were just downright friendly and courteous. I am VERY impressed with their selection of cars ( compared to other dealerships) and their staff! Thank you for making this experience worth the hour and a half drive!

Where do I start, first the people who helped me online were great! I told them what I was looking for and they assured me that they could help. When I wanted to come in early, they totally accommodated me. I wasn’t out of my car two steps when Matt came to help me, he walked me in the door and made sure I contacted Patrick, before he became my sales person. The Service Director and Service Manager followed up with us on a Warranty repair that Toyota did a 1x courtesy repair for us on my vehicle. We were not the original owners and had the vehicle not quite a month and had to call Beck Toyota to get it serviced through Toyota. We had bought it at a Chrysler dealership. I would say I think Toyota should have had a quicker response but both gentlemen at Beck Toyota personally made sure I was happy with the repair and answered my questions and looked it over right after I brought it back the same night of the repair to check it over again.

Gave Beck a second chance after a nice conversation with the GM on the phone. He was very apologetic of how we were treated (by not being even acknowledged at all for about 15 minutes while on the showroom floor). Our second experience was much better although this time we walked straight up to the counter rather than waiting on someone to come to us. Once we were talking to a salesman he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and answered all our questions. Felt like the test drive route that he said was their typical route was a bit short and didn't allow a buyer the experience of how the vehicle woul handle at speed. Other than that the only thing that keeps a Toyota off our short list is the lack of android auto which every other vehicle we have checked out has this. This is unfortunate because it would have been in the top three of the 25 or so vehicles we have looked at in the past month. If that one thing changes by the time we make a final decision we will revisit Beck.

Big waste of time,. We agreed on a used vehicle and set price then all of a surprise, they said they had agreed to take the Michelin tires off and put them on another Camry that was already sold. WTF? Who does that? Then I realized the salesman knew the whole time we were dealing on the car that the tires were going to be taken off. I could read his face and realized he had been hiding that little fact during the whole process. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

The experience at Beck Toyota is excellent from sales to service. The one drawback is the layout of the site. The car lot is overly crowded and hard to navigate. Customer parking is not defined or if it is then it's not easily noticeable.

We never felt pressured or like a sales number, and he was honest and open about pricing. I came to Beck Toyota in a bind and Derik helped me get out of my situation with high payments (from a previous dealer who had said there were no options without a sizable dow payment). He was efficient, knowledgeable (and knew where to go with questions), and very personable. I left with a great car (purchased with 0 down), lower payments, and ease of mind that I could reach out with any further issues and be served with integrity and professionalism. The missing star is due to the service department. The vehicle has a scratch and Derik assured me that it would be taken care of. When the vehicle was returned to me, and I was on my own, I was disappointed to see that the scratch was simply covered up. I could have saved the time and used nail polish and gotten the same result. Does someone in management check off cosmetic corrections? If I would have been told this was a scratch that I would just have to deal with I would have been okay with it. But being promised something and not getting it is very frustrating and upsetting.

When I arrived, they were expecting me, knew my name before I even stepped out of the car. Gave me a clear plan for the day. I told them about another concern I have (miles per gallon calculator), they said they will book an appointment on another day to run diagnostics, but when I told them I am usually busy with work, they managed to get it done on the same day (turned out everything was working fine). Showed me the filters, and that they don't need to get changed now. Told me the whole process would take 1 hour for the routine 6-month service and 45 minutes for the extra diagnostic tests I requested, but ended up taking less than an hour overall. Everything was covered in my routine service and warranty; ended up not paying anything. Bathrooms were super clean, which is surprising for a service center. Free coffee, and free WiFi, so I managed to get some work done on my laptop. Clayton, the Service Advisor I met yesterday, was very professional, prompt and polite. Overall, a very positive and smooth experience. I even recommended Beck for a friend for his Toyota service. He is from Chicago and currently working in Indianapolis.

Not sure about their sales department, but their service department is terrible. Plan on calling 2-3 weeks in advance if you want an oil change. They also NEVER answer their phone. You are eventually directed to an answering machine. I am due for a 20k oil change. I tried calling numerous times. I eventually called O’Brien Toyota in Indy, who answered the phone ASAP and scheduled within 48 hours. I don’t mind the extra drive to get good customer service. Beck needs to step up their game or they will continue to lose good customers.

NO.....I would not recommend Beck Toyota. Regardless of the catchy TV commercials with the cheesy, over-the-top smiling referrals. Why? Because "service after the sale" is as important as the sale itself! Especially with re-calls. Toyota is a good company that values its car buyers. Owners should never be forced to reach out to Toyota directly in order to get re-call letters honored. My issue was resolved thanks to Toyota and I would totally recommend their cars. However, I can't recommend Beck in good faith until they are more in line with Toyota's good customer service values.

Took my car here for regular sevice. The service guy left a large black oil shoe print in my car. I couldn't get it up with a damp cloth. Had to take it back to get them to clean it up. The guy had to do several applications to get it up. The manager was apologetic - but not sincere and actially seemed bothered that that I wanted it wiped up. The service was just mediocre before I noticed the shoe print. First and last visit!

I have been ok with a few oversights on how my car has been returned to me, a few oil smudges here and there, failure to reset maintenance light (staff had to YouTube how to reset light as he did not know) etc. However, I recently experienced assistance from Cathy or Kathy who seemed to not appreciate the years I have allowed them to service my car. She did not seem to care about my service request and even denied twice that she ever spoke to me I had to convince her that we spoke about it and finally she relented with no apology. SO,be on guard when dealing with the service team there.

I purchased a used vehicle there in May of 2017 and was extremely satisfied with the service we received however we have since been trying to get the same car refinanced thru them and their finance department has been giving us the run around. We have called on multiple occasions with no return phone call. We have left messages for the finance manager as well and the general manager still with no success. When we bought this car we were told to come in Jan of 2018 to refi.. and Jan they now say March so I called them and we are still to this day waiting to hear back from someone. Worst service I have seen from a dealership.

The staff are friendly, upbeat, and attentive; the site is clean. Parking is a touch packed, but being a dealership, that's to be expected; finding a spot is easy enough as well. The inside of the building is discuss and let well with bulb and natural light. I noticed that they have started the transition to LED lighting as well. They offer complimentary coffee and have a spot to charge your phone a bit while you wait. The above review was written after having vehicle maintenance done, but we purchased the vehicle from here as well.

I am not sure about the Salesman, I had a decent one when we bought our Tundra we had a bump in the road with a F&I employee that was rude, we got beyond that with help from Mr. Beck. Now, we had an appointment Friday @ 2:00 PM to get our truck serviced and the recalls complete. Well I told my wife since i had to be in Cincinnati I would take it up and see if I can drop it off early and maybe they get started on it. Well, I drove in the Service bay, got greeted by a rude female adviser. So, I informed her we had an appointment at 2:00 PM would leaving it now be okay. She said absolutely if we can get it in early we absolutely will. I 100% believe there is no control over service professionally, I have been in there so many times and it is a disorganized tribe. So, you ask why do I go back.... Well the closet Toyota dealership is Andy Mohr in Avon. So, back to the story well I gave them the keys and I went in and sat in the waiting room waiting on my wife to get off and meet me, so I sat down and called my wife and let her know I was in the waiting room. Well, I saw a gentleman walk next to bathroom and out into the work bay, well I walked out there a few steps, and our truck in 15 minutes was already up on the rack with hood up, tires off and draining the oil. So, they did get it in early, well at 3:30 my wife had asked 3 times, and I had drove all the way to Cincinnati, OH for a meeting and I called and they still had not finished. This person answers and was like argumentative about. "Your appointment was at 2:00 so officially it should not be done, and I said what. You started on the truck 15 minutes after I left the keys, I said the female never told me you would not start until 2 and it would not be done until at least 4:00. Now, here is the lie, the gentleman says on the phone. "I know she told you as I was standing there, that is a lie from the very depths of hell" There was nobody around the female and I. So, they got it done about 4 and my wife waited 4 hours, and then they told her that it would take 45 Minutes to complete the paperwork, so she could wait longer or they could email them to her. Now, I believe Toyota corporation needs to know this first hand as there is a lack of leadership throughout, blind leading the blind. I know Toyota corporation will not put up with it, and I have to write to them, I am stuck . Drive 40 minutes or 10 for Toyota service. Rude, lying, argumentative, nasty, uncaring, repulsive employees. I do not want to post to 12,423 Harley Davidson members but I am going to have to got to get the word out. Boycott.
