Start off by saying that I called ahead to make sure a truck was still available, told them I was on my way to look at it. I drove over 80 miles and hour and a half to get there. Talked to a salesman they had me wait 20 min before they came to me to tell me that the truck will not start. I went and looked at it and I was ready to buy it. He told me that they would get it fixed and said as soon as it is fixed they would call me. I waited several days and no calls.... I called them and they tell me it was sold and not even have the courtesy to tell me it was gone. On top of it I had quit truck searching because that was the truck I was looking for. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

Justin was transparent and up-front from the beginning, and Curt was amenable and helpful when Justin had the day off! These guys care about their customers just as much as (if not more than) their paychecks. They’ll help you find something if you’re not sure what you’re looking for, and if you know what you want, they’ll guide you in the right direction and help you consider your options, but not pressure you into anything by any means. The BEST vehicle buying experience. No pressure and no salesmen games! We test drove a truck on a Thursday night right before they closed and decided to go home and look at website and make a list of all we wanted to test drive (they had over 175 trucks on the lot) - went back on Saturday and test drove them all on our list. Decided the Chevrolet Crew Cab had everything we wanted and purchased it. Gave us a fair trade on our SUV and made sure new tires were on the truck before we left lot. We started by working with Robert, he pulled up a truck we found on Auto Trader and introduced their no pressure atmosphere to us, which is absolutely awesome. We did lots of online looking before going in and knew kind of what we wanted and which features were important to us. Then we worked with Mike, he found us something similar to compare the 1st truck to. ***EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER*** I drove through the isles of cars at Auto Express and saw quite a few vehicles that I liked. I went into the dealership and was greeted immediately by most of the staff, and as I waited I noticed there was a very nice lounge area for customers (and a kid friendly space too!) Very shortly after arriving, James Downey came out to greet me with a handshake and a smile. We went to his office and he told me that I could drive any car I wanted and come back in when I had decided what I liked. After driving several vehicles and not being completely decisive, I went back into the office and told him certain aspects of what I really wanted in a vehicle. (He jokingly told me I should get a minivan with all the features I was asking about) He wasted no time showing me a very nice SUV that had everything I wanted, and it was perfect! I decided to check around to other dealerships to make sure I wasn’t missing anything and ended up returning a few days later to see James again. I went to the Auto Express website to check out any cars that I might have missed and found something that was cheaper in price but not in quality! I told James I decided on the cheaper vehicle and he was totally on board to help me get financed with the one I chose. I almost expected him as a salesman to try and convince me to get the more expensive vehicle, but he was on my team the whole time, happy to help me with whatever I decided on. James was excellent to work with and he really made me feel comfortable. Once I was approved by the bank, James went through all the paper work with me and made sure I understood every detail. I will recommend Auto Express to all my friends and family. James went above and beyond to help me and that’s what good customer service is about!

This. Place. Is. Amazing. I was so nervous, it was my first time buying a car. I wasn't sure what i was supposed to do. I shopped around at different places, but i found a couple cars at auto express that i liked, so i gave it a shot. I called them and i had the honor of being put in touch with Justin. Justin was such an amazing help! He taught me everything i needed to take care of before buying a car, in the process, and after. Even when i had questions referring to the bank loan, Justin did the best he could to answer them. He fought to get me everything he could included with the vehicle, even to the point of ensuring i had all the correct spare tire tools to match the car! Auto Express was incredible to work with. They even made sure all parts that wear down (i.e. break pads, rotors, tires, etc) were replaced when worn past 75%. When i drove the car off the lot, it had a full tank of gas, completely detailed, and all other liquids were filled! I am so glad that i got to work with Auto Express and i would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all for everything!:)

Horrible experience, no clue AT ALL what they’re doing on the service end. Paid over $32K for a truck with bad lower ball joints, they took my truck and brought me a car with plates that had been expired FOR A YEAR. They totally didn’t communicate correctly to the shop about what was wrong with it. The shop owner had to call me personally to find out what needed fixed....after they had it for 2 days. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this train wreck of a dealership. I’m sorry I gave them my business. The ball joints were so loose that when the truck was up in the air the tires were easily moving up and down. To quote the gentleman who I met when I picked up the truck, “it’s definitely something we should have caught.” This issue was only discovered when I drove the truck off the lot and it was not even close to being aligned. I don’t know much about vehicles but I do know if you put diff wheels and tires on a vehicle that it needs to be aligned. Seems to be common sense to me. Now after 2 weeks of purchasing I have a tire pressure sensor gone bad and Nissan won’t replace because they say it’s an aftermarket sensor that you guys put in. I’ve been trying to get you guys to take care of it, been having to trade emails for the last 5 days trying to get it taken care of. Im really not trying to be difficult, I believe anyone who spends $33K on a truck would have the problem I have going through the couple of issues I’ve gone through IMMEDIATELY after purchasing this truck. I believe you when you say this isn’t the norm, your outstanding reviews were one of the reasons I decided to purchase from you. But don’t tell me you fixed anything in a “timely manner.” You had my truck for 5 days, took you 5 days to just tighten the ball joints. That’s not a timely manner for something so simple. And now I have another issue, one that I’ve already been to a Nissan dealership for twice.

I will never buy a car from anywhere else. The night before I discovered auto express I was communicating with another dealership almost 2 hours away, I called before I drove there to look at a truck so I didn't drive all the way there for nothing, they told me to come on out. After I arrived they told me they had sold the truck earlier that day and then had the audacity to try and sell me another truck for more money. I turned and walked out, extremely frustrated with the process. The next morning I had a co worker recommend auto express. I looked at their inventory online and I called in and spoke with Jeremy, he said that although they had just gotten the truck that I was interested in and were still doing their inspection of it, he would try and get it to the lot for me to look at. I got there a few hours later and the truck was sitting right in front, I walked in spoke with Jeremy briefly and he handed me the keys and told me to be back with the truck by 7. I went and drove around for 15 minutes, came back and 2 hours later I was leaving with the truck. At no point was Jeremy pushing me to purchase the truck, he asked me for my budget, I told him and he got the payment exactly where I was comfortable with, not only this but he managed to beat my banks APR by almost 3%. Jeremy was absolutely fantastic to work with and I recommend anyone going to auto express to speak with him. He was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable unlike what I had experienced at other dealerships. Car buying sucks, but it was actually enjoyable at auto express. I never write reviews, but here it's necessary.

Had an awesome buying experience from this dealer! The vibe here is unlike any other dealership I've been to. Extremely positive/friendly, low pressure, and by low I mean NO pressure, but a willingness to help when you need it. For a VERY busy Saturday afternoon, this was quite impressive. My online searches had indicated there were 9(!) trucks here that matched what I was wanting. We showed up and found that EVERY truck on the lot had the keys in the ignition ready to start up and listen to the engine. If you wanted to test drive, no problem, just show your license at the main window and they'll hand you a magnetic license plate. Now you just head out and start test driving! Pick whatever you want and go for a spin. Don't like it, just move the magnetic plate to the next one. Find one you like? Hold on to those keys so you don't lose it to the next guy doing the same! Robert Abrams was a great help, extremely positive, very helpful in going through several financing options at my disposal. They were able to move some my way on my trade-in to get me a bit more to where I needed the deal to be. Don't expect negotiation on price, their prices are very competitive! That seems to be the way it goes these days with internet pricing. Since my credit union was closed for the day I was able to put a deposit down to hold the truck until I could return later in the week to finalize the deal. Absolutely no shenanigans with this process. Robert could not be present at the time I was able to make it back but he handed off the paperwork to another rep and the process of finalizing the deal was extremely smooth. Additionally, I had noticed that the truck needed a front end alignment and a few other minor issues. They were able to take care of nearly every one of my requests at no additional charge. My truck was washed and ready to roll after completing the final paperwork in about 20 minutes. I can't say enough good things about this place. Will definitely consider buying from here again if the inventory matches my needs. I would only expect this place to grow from here if they can keep up the great service. This is the way every used car buying experience SHOULD work! Bravo, Auto Express!

I knew which car I wanted, called before coming in and Justin had it ready to go for me to test drive. I had to go back to work after the test drive. I got a practically brand new truck that I love at auto express. I was a little thrown back by the “no hassle pricing”. I came in prepared to negotiate, but they stayed true to that model. Ultimately, what they wanted for the vehicle was fair and like I said, I loved the truck. If I had really wanted to stick to my budget, though, they had a huge inventory of similar trucks to choose from. Justin was definitely not a salesman. He basically facilitated the deal. He answered my questions, told me my options, and took care of the paperwork. He was certainly not pushy. I purchased a vehicle from here and it was a low pressure environment and I felt relaxed the entire time. They also gave me a very fair trade-in for my previous car. The lot is much bigger than what you see in front as you're driving by. There is an entire back lot filled with vehicles. Vehicles have a Carfax report as well so that helps calm your nerves about purchasing used. Overall, when I am in the market for another used vehicle, I definitely will make Auto Express my first place to visit.

My experience with Auto Express was Fantastic!!! I first saw a pic of my soon to be truck on there website. The price of the truck was perfect and I knew it wouldn’t be there for long. Called James about the truck. He gave me some options to make sure I wouldn’t lose the truck. I live a hour away and I wouldn’t be able to come until a week to the day I spoke to James. James was the true professional as he gave me all info on the truck as well as made sure the truck didn’t get sold in that time frame. Well upon my arrival I loved the truck at first sight. But there was a few problems. The blower motor had some issues and the back seat latch needed to be replaced. They have a great selection of low mileage vehicles that are listed at KBB prices. The truck I purchased was only $26 off the Kelly Blue Book price. The test drive experience was great, absolutely no pressure, very accommodating. My only complaint was the financing, my inexperience was not assisted by their experience. With good credit you should approach them with your own financing ready so your credit is not dinged and you don't overpay. Your bank or credit union can help if you're patient and it won't cost you 30 points off your credit score.
