Customer service at Andy mohr in fishers is phenomenal! Lost my family heirloom diamond in my car and could not get to it. The service dept took my drivers seat out and found it for me. No charge. Just because they are great guys and wanted to return a very precious piece of jewelry to me. Means so much to me that there are caring people and companies in the world. Thanks guys!!!!
Always courteous and the service quality is exceptional. We have 7 GM vehicles in our family and wouldn’t trust them to be repaired by any other than Andy Mohr in Fishers.
I prefer the old quick lubes set up. I can't really understand the reason for going through the service department for a quick lube service. It was a lot more congested and confusing which didn't make sense, because the quick lube office is still there not being used.
Luther was great to work with! We were on a time crunch and he was able to get us out in our required time. He was very professional and helpful. I would definitely buy from him again. The financing person was also great to work with!
You are getting 5 stars only because your employees are pleasant efficient and helpful. 1 star for closing the front office to quick lube. I don't want to be in a hot stinky garage to check in and pay for service. A nice clean waiting area close to the service area is expected in a dealership. Although the old office was dirty, it was convenient. I may need to find a new service provider for winter oil change.
Andy Mohr service team and Brian took care of all my needs. Fixed my truck, made sure I had a rental to continue being able to work while it was getting fixed, and promptly gave me up as to the status of my truck. Couldn’t be more pleased with Brian and the service team.
Have always brought my car here for oil changes but this time Josh Grizzel went above and beyond. He checked me in so quickly that my car was taken back right away and then got me checked out so quick I was able to get all my errands completed! Thanks so much!!

Jeremy Wills is the best service technician at Andy Mohr GMC in Fishers. He always gives expert advice and his work speaks for itself! Angie Jones is the most efficient and friendly Quick Lube Manager around. Her customer service skills are bar none and she goes above and beyond for every customer! Both are highly recommended!
I had checked the week prior for any recalls and there weren't any at that time. Brian in service checked at the time of my appt and a recall had popped up. They were able to take care of my issue and the recall in one appt.
This was probably the worst experience buying a car. It was get him in and out as fast as possible. The only reason I stayed and purchased (the reason for the 2nd star) was the cost and type of vehicle was where I wanted. The sales manager seemed to be very arrogant and was making my trade seem unworthy of the price (my truck had very low mileage and had some normal scratches from parking lots and a very small dent.) Its all a game. Apparently, this is what we need to expect from Andy Mohr GMC. Also, the car I purchased had less than a quarter tank of gas and they did not even offer to fill it. Very poor customer service. I never fill these out, but I feel it was such a bad experience that I wanted to share.
As always , I receive great service when I come to have my car serviced . Again Bob Flynn is hands down the nicest and most caring service agent . He always goes the extra mile .
I cannot thank Kevin Powell and Shawn Messenger enough for helping me get out from under the upside down loan I was in and having the comfort of driving a brand new vehicle! From the moment I walked in the door everyone was so courteous and kind. They understood that I was a human and not just another #. Run from it ! I was scammed here. The salesman told me the timing belt of a car I was buying had been changed a few weeks earlier and gave me a wrong document "attesting" it. The document was actually for a different car. I contacted them asking for the correct document. After insisting for a while, It turns out the timing belt was actually changed 7 years ago and I needed to change it again within no more than 5 months. Andy Mohr was not willing to reach any agreement and they literally laughed at me over the phone. Run from it!
My husband and I had a great experience shopping at Andy Mohr Buick GMC. We were assisted by Robert Sprowl, who helped make our experience an enjoyable one. Staff was friendly and efficient. Overall I’m happy with the vehicle we purchased with them. My one complain would be the delivery of the vehicle. This is the first time we’ve purchased with this so I’m not sure if it’s standard practice with them or what. But most places we’ve bought a car with, always ensure that the car has gas and it’s been through the wash. With this car purchase, it wasn’t washed when we left and still had the imprints from the stickers the put on the outside of the vehicle and it was pretty dirty. We also had to immediately put gas in from leaving since the gas light was on.
Darryl Hill took a lot of time to explain all the features of the 2019 Canyon and made sure I could get the vehicle I wanted. Darryl really made me feel comfortable in purchasing the truck. And the trip through the lease agreement was completely demystified by the folks in the finance office.

Went into Andy Mohr today for the first time looking to buy a pick-up truck that was listed at cars.com for 19,100.00 This was my first experience ever looking at a car at this dealership. I did like the car very disappointed at you would not sell it to me for the price that you had it listed on Cars.com. I would also say that the leader is your store that works on publishing the prices at cars.com is not a leader because he would not speak to me directly. I live in Fishers so I try to support the local community. My biggest disappointment was that you mislead me with your advertising and wasted my time thru the selling process. I just want others to read this post because I believe this is a common practice with ANDY MOHR buyer beware

They both were attentive, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to get the purchase completed for my son, who resides out of state. The salesman handed us a business card and walked away while we were there to look at used cars. He didn't bother asking any questions about what we were looking for, price range, etc. very few cars had price stickers and many of them were locked so we couldn't look inside.several of the cars we did lookin did not appear to have been detailed well, and several even smelled horribly of cigarette smoke.we wound up walking away disappointed and frustrated. Needless to say we didn't buy a car.
Tyler Crawford was my salesman. Tyler represented the Andy Mohr dealership and GMC exceptionally well. Although negotiations are a distasteful process, Tyler and his manager John were professional and pleasant throughout, and most accommodating. Once the dealership offer was accepted, Alex covered the final stages of purchase, warranties, extra services such as Ziebarting. Alex was great to work with. My wife and I had a great experience overall and with each individual we encountered. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle (exactly what I wanted), the price of the vehicle (better than I expected), and accommodations from the dealership and staff.

Andy Mohr had a good selection of vehicles...however, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received and the lack of professionalism...according to their salesperson Chip "their prices are firm...and he never gave me the impression the price was negotiable" However, the vehicle I offered to buy was sold a month later for 2400 less than the list...sounds like you had to negotiate after all! Will never visit this location again!!!
If you want a guy who isn’t going to be pushy and go the extra mile. Evan is your guy, he will even find the features you want, down to the color. I am picky, and a basic Karen at times. Evan should have kicked me out of the office, but he was like “You want a different color with a push start. You got it!” I’ll be back, this time with more coffee in my blood and ready to buy my next Acadia.

Bought car morning 4/13/19, had test driven 4/12/19 for test drive. All was fine on test drive. After buying as I was driving home, after about 20 miles, engine developed a noticeable tick. After arriving home I went to check oil and it was almost 2 quarts over filled. I had looked at this day before but car had new oil change and was very hard to see on dipstick. I actually drained and changed oil (that's how I know how much it was over filled). The tick wasn't caused by being overfilled, in fact, it's worse with correct amount of oil. Appears a couple extra quarts were added to hide the noise just long enough to sell the car. I called right as I got home (before checking anything) but the salesman I was referred to wouldn't answer page or cell number listed on his business card. I understand as-is but I expect at least honesty and no tricks. Masking an engine noise with extra oil was a dirty trick. If you deal with Andy Mohr GMC Buick in Fishers, you 'd better be go in with zero trust because if they did it to me, they'll do it to you, too. 4/15 update: Salesman finally returned my call, said service dept. wanted to see car. It there now and they said they would call me on 4/16/19 but no one called. They wanted me to pay for a rental car, of all things. I declined. I thought they wanted the car to fix it and make things right, but now since no one called as they said they would I think this was just another lie / trick. I wish I had never dealt with this dealer. The car is a lemon and has major issues. They should, at this point, unwind the deal so we can go our separate ways. 4/17/19 update: still no contact was me to me by service dept. or anyone else from this dealer. 4/18/19 update After making calls and emails someone finally called back. An angry sounding man said the car only needed lifters replaced and that had nothing to do with oil as I stated in my google review. Well, lifters don't just spontaneously fail, and they are directly related to oil. In the cars lifetime it was either ran for a prolonged time low on oil, or the oil changes were severely neglected, or both. Whatever series of events caused lifters to fail didn't just occur to lifters, but happened to whole engine. Replacing lifters may calm the noise for a while, but without fixing the the cause of their failure will guarantee they will fail again. If they failed to lack of proper maintenance the whole engine has to have been effected. Cam, valves, crank, bearings, the whole engine would have suffered and will have a shortened lifetime because of it. No one with any sense would to pay thousands for a car they know the engine will fail in before it would under normal conditions. Replacing lifters is a temporary fix to make a noise stop. Why they haven't started the process of unwinding the deal yet makes no sense to me. The car, even with replaced lifters, still has engine that had a traumatic past to have caused issue in first place.
Luther Ross is awesome, he came in to the dealership on his day off to meet with my dad and help him find a new vehicle since his lease is ending soon. Dad didn't find anything yet but I did... Totally unexpected but couldn't resist and got a great deal so I'm one happy individual.
Pretty disappointed with the staff at this dealership. I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 in August of 2018 from them. When doing my paperwork I purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle through the finance guy. I believed the warranty was to be a 100,000 mile warranty turns out it was only till the odometer hit 100,000. So I paid 3500 dollars for roughly 22,000 miles of extended warranty. The motor in the truck is blown up. I've tried talking to the people at the dealership, they won't return phone calls or respond to emails. I'll never step foot in this dealership again. Wouldn't recommended them to anyone.

We started looking for a for a new GMC Yukon XL in 2018 about a year ago. Tyler was our salesman that we worked with. He was so fantastic to work with. Due to circumstances we put off buying the car until now. We now live an hour and a half away in Fort Wayne. We are right next to a different GMC dealer. The only reason that we drove back to Indianapolis to purchase this car at Andy Mohr was to work with Tyler. He was so great to work with. He was never pushy, very nice, very professional, and very prompt at replying to our questions. I might get another GMC for myself as this car was for my wife. If I do, I will certainly be calling Tyler. Very nice guy.

I had an oil change appointment at 1pm on Friday, August 2nd. Like many times before I arrived a few minutes prior, checked in and left my keys. My daughter and I waited patiently in the lounge area and in the garage area for my car, after 2 hours I inquired at the desk because it had never taken this long before. I was told that my car was “up next” to which I inquired why it was taking so long? I was told if I had “dropped it off earlier it wouldn’t have”. I explained that I had a 1pm appointment time and I arrived 5 minutes prior, the gentleman then went to grab my keys out of a basket on the desk. I was shocked and extremely frustrated that 2 hours later my car hadn’t even been pulled to the service area. The gentleman then showed me where CWD was written on my service order, apparently that means call when done. He nor anyone else asked me that question upon arrival, so it was assumed I wouldn’t be waiting. Well, I was waiting, as I have every other time before. I was beyond frustrated and I’m still upset that two hours of my day was spent waiting for an oil change that never occurred. I took my keys, found my own car in the side lot and will never return to Andy Mohr GMC Buick.

Searched online for the car we were looking for. Andy Mohr had it under market value and under the mileage we wanted. We live 45 miles away. When we got there Robert Sprowl had it pulled up for us and had us in and out of there faster than we thought. Alex Nguyen from finance was very helpful and personable. Love the car and so happy with the way we were treated with respect and courtesy. Top notch facility!

ANDY.....ANDY......ANDY..... What is going on at this dealership? After 5/6 cars in the last 10-12 years, I have purchased my last from this dealership. When did you get so big that customer service has been lost and greed taken over? I'm not the brightest man around, but I am smart enough to know that a $40000 car should not be a $900 car payment for a person with an 800 credit score. After questioning this and doing some math, it appears there was about $4000-5000 in extra fees added on at a very high interest rate. The sales person said this was done on all deals, but I didn't have to take the extra "HIDDEN" items if I didnt find value. WHAT IF I DIDNT CATCH THE HIDDEN ITEMS ANDY???? WOULD I STILL BE ON THE HOOK FOR THEM? This in unfair business practice. I will be reporting to the BBB. I feel bad for the people who dont catch things like this. I sincerely hope people read this review and take this dealership at BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Make any dealer itemize all charges and know what you are paying for and if you are required to buy it!!!!! Also, after reading other reviews, be careful of the used cars on this lot. Read the Reviews !!!!
Very professional service from our sales person and sales manager. We got the best price right off the bat. No time consuming back and forth as we received from other dealers. I highly recommend this dealer. One of the few I can say that about and the first one out of a few dozen, that I felt like writing a review for.
We purchased a 2017 Ram 2500 from here and was told the Ohio Sales Tax would be paid in full by Andy Mohr Buick, Fishers, In. I live in Ohio and the taxes are not the same as Indiana. The finance officer assured me that they deal with Ohio Sales Tax all the time and I will have no issues! First off that was a lie, they do not know Ohio Sales Tax laws. Gary the finance officer told me I would be able to get sales tax saving on my 2005 Ram 1500 trade in, that was a lie. Ohio only allows trade in tax savings on new vehicle purchases only! Ohio also only allows 5.75% of sales tax from out of state not the 7% sales tax required. I called last night and talked to the GM Eric Wilson and he told me they only have to follow Indiana Sales Tax Laws, which I completely agree with. That was not told to me by Gary the finance officer during the closing process. Once again, I asked Gary does the taxes cover everything for Ohio and was told YES! That does not relieve them from the Ohio Sales Taxes they told my they would pay in full, not partial...Now, the dealership is retracting the statement of paying my Ohio Sales Tax in full, due to I already signed the loan paperwork. I now owe an additional out of pocket $1,117.12 for the taxes the dealership did not pay! This is a breach of the sales deal and they should issue me a check for the shortage on Ohio Sales Tax owed. They told me they do business with Ohio customers on a regular basis and know the Ohio Sales Tax Laws. I trusted they knew what they were talking about and signed the deal, based on this information. They need to pay the full Ohio Sales Tax or give me my trade in back and I'll return the 2017 RAM truck. I would never have signed the deal knowing the Ohio Sales Tax owed was over the amount shown on my loan paperwork. The loan officer should have disclosed the full amount of Ohio Sales Tax owed above what Indiana requires. I would never consider them for another vehicle or refer anyone to them, as they do not operate on an ethical basis! If this has happened to you with this dealership please respond. Please like this, if you agree the dealership is in the wrong!

Vehicle developed a serious electrical problem immediately. It occurs so frequently that I can't believe they didn't know about it. They've not responded to my emails. The issue is terrifying. Dash basically shuts off and key functions such as the speedometer and turn signals don't work.
I am extremely impressed with the efficiency of my service. I placed an online service (oil change and tire rotation) at 2:45 for a 3:00 appointment. They got me right in as scheduled. It was completed by 3:35. Nice work Andy Mohr Buick service department!
We bought our Buick from Andy Mohr and always get it serviced here. The service coordinators are courteous and polite. They usually clearly explain the work the needs to be done and provide you with accurate estimates. We have had our car serviced here several times and have never had surprise charges. The waiting lounge is fairly good size with TV and coffee (maybe water bottles can be added?). They also have a "quiet" zone in the waiting lounge although it is only as quiet as people sitting just outside (maybe a door can separate the quiet zone?). They also have a couple of workstations outside the lounge which again are fine but would probably work better in the quiet zone. On the whole it is a great dealership and we would recommend it.

Went here after searching dozens of lots for a car for our Daughter. We finally found a great car at a great price that was perfect for our Daughter. They went above and beyond to help us out. It was late once we completed our purchase so they had us come back and have the car detailed again since they had forgot to clean the mats that were in the trunk. they completely re-cleaned the whole car for us and even got us a key/fob that was missing when we purchased the car. The sales team and Finance manager were very friendly and easy to work with.
I called one day about a car I seen advertised on Cargue to see if they still had the car before I applied for a loan. The lady that answered the phone said it was still there. I called the next morning when we were on our way to Fisher to make sure the car was still there before making a long drive. She said again it was there. When we got to the car lot, found out they sold the car the night before. I won't do business with them after that!!

I purchased a used Tahoe from Andy Mohr with a clean carfax. A few months later a part was dangling from inside the bumper and it was determined the vehicle had been in a prior accident that was not disclosed to me. They had reattached a sensor with a zip tie. The service manager, Chad Lowe, told me the vehicle "had no safety related issues at the time of inspection." I wish I were joking. A ZIP TIE! It also needed new brakes, rotors and shocks after 4,000 miles. The GM has not responded to my contact and I am considering legal action. So far the repairs have cost approx $7,000. Beware of buying from them! If you are considering definitely take the vehicle to an independent mechanic.

Service department at Andy Mohr meets my expectations for what a dealership service center experience should be. The shop is very clean. The service advisors are courteous and professional. Waiting area is well kept and there is an area for kids, just in case. I usually drop off and use their free shuttle (within 10 miles). Prices are what you would expect for dealership service. I feel confident when I take my vehicle here that they will get it done right.

I came in late on a Friday to get my tire checked out because I had a 10 hour drive early the next morning. They fit me in right away and discovered a nail in the front right tire. They took care of it immediately and ran my car thru the car wash just as the service dept was about to close. I was so thankful and relieved they took care of me! I had peace of mind that my car was now safe to drive. Thank you Andy Mohr for great customer service! I have had nothing but positive experiences since buying my first car with them.
I can't say enough great things about Jake our salesman and Alex in finance. For various reasons car buying has never ranked high on our list of things we love (or even like to do) but dealing with both Jake & Alex was surprisingly enjoyable. Not everyone has the personality to make a person feel comfortable and at ease as well as not being pushed. We did not call ahead for a test drive since we had 3 dealerships we had planned on visiting but from the minute we walked in there was no delay in getting us out for the test drive. Needless to say, we did not go to the other 2 dealerships. Price of the vehicle was fair as well as our trade in. I'm don't normally recommend businesses or services to family or friends unless my experience was a good as it can get. Ask for Jake if you go to this location.

Sales is great but service sucks. Sold a truck with transfer case motor wires chewed on. When contacting service manager he was always in the right and I was always in wrong. Nothing was their fault. They check everything supposedly. I find it hard to believe because I purchased the truck a month ago and the tube covering transfer case motor wires was chewed on and the chewed up wires were oxidized. Not very happy with my service at Andy Mohr.

I was looking for two used cars, and traveled approximately 90mi. to look at your vehicles. Your vehicles had several imperfections that were not disclosed. Your sales person was high pressured and was not too concerned about the poor condition of the vehicles. If I had known about the poor condition, I would'nt have come. I will not be back

I drove an hour to buy a vehicle, upon arriving we found the vehicle on the lot and started to check it out. The vehicle had dents, dings, scratches all over it. The front valance was broken, paint on the wheels were peeling off and the front tires were practically bald, the interior stunk of cigarette smoke and had a burn mark on the dash. Not to mention it was a GMC Acadia and the key fob was to a Chevy car not GMC. When I asked if they would come down on the price because of all the damage they pretty much laughed at me and said it was already priced low. I’m sorry but if I’m going to hand them $27,000 in cash it needs be be in better shape. Not 1 picture online showed any damage at all. So buyer beware inspect every vehicle very close and almost every used vehicle needs tires immediately. Inspect closely people.

Decent experience overall. Our sales associate was new, which was fine. We were handed the keys after our truck was ready for pickup and thanked. As we stood there looking at the truck, we realized that we knew nothing about the gadgets / electronics within the truck, so we asked another sales associate if the dealerships no longer do that.... They quickly found someone to go through things with us. That associate was very thorough.... The newby was there by their side... It was a good learning opportunity.

Everything was great but it took a long time at the Quick Lube and they weren't even busy when I got there. They had to do more than just an oil change but they had had my car for 1 1/2 hours when they called about the additional things that needed done.

Found a used 2004 Yukon on CARS.COM. I work till about 6:30 in the evening by the time i get to the dealer its about 7:30. I wander around the lot looking for it. No sales person asks me if I need help. I finally find it and decide I want to take it for a test drive. I go inside to find someone and am told due to the time most sales people have left but she'll find me someone. A salesman comes up to me and I tell him I'd like to drive the Yukon. He angrily tell me the car is a piece of junk and every light on the dash is on. The dash picture online did not show any lights on and it was running according to the gauges. I know the car was only $3000 but NO customer should be treated that way.
Buyer beware!! If I could give this dealer 0 stars, believe me I would! Bought a used jeep and had nothing but problems since day 1. These people are deceptive for sure! A few days after I brought it home, I noticed that it was leaking oil. I had bought an additional warranty and was told I could use it anywhere (I did not have to bring the vehicle to this dealer to be serviced).I do not live close to the dealership so I took it to another one only to find out that the warranty is not active for 30 days (I was NOT told this when I bought the warranty). So I ended up bringing it back to the dealer. Turns out that several parts were damaged, which was causing the oil to leak. This was NOT disclosed to me before I bought it (even though this was a pre-existing issue). Very deceptive to say the least. And they have the audacity to charge me $1,000 dollars to fix it, when it should have been fixed BEFORE I purchased the vehicle. The explanation I got was that it wasn't fixed before I purchased it because it "wasn't a safety issue", despite the fact that an oil leak will eventually cause a car to not function--- which I guess isn't a safety issue (insert eye roll here). At this point, I had felt cornered (it had to be fixed!) and begrudgingly agreed to pay the $1,000. It took several days to fix and when I picked it up I was glad to have all the problems behind me (so I thought!). I brought it home and less than 2 hours later, I discovered it was leaking oil WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE!!!!!! I immediately took it back to the dealer and told them it was absolutely unacceptable!! They did apologize and agreed to re-do it for no charge (I was going to raise hell if they had tried to charge me again). I had expressed my concerns about not having a vehicle to use (for the second time in about 2 weeks) and the service guy offered me a rental car to use at no charge. I accepted his offer and drove it home. Less than 20 minutes away from the dealer and THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON!!!!! I proceed to pull the vehicle into a parking lot and call the dealer. The service guy asked me if it had stalled or anything. I said "no". He then proceeded to tell me that it was perfectly safe to drive it with the check engine light on. WHAT?!?!? Unacceptable! I took it back to the dealer-- I was not going to drive it for several days with the check engine light on. They agreed to give me a different rental car and I had no issues with it. Several days later I picked up my Jeep (again!). I will say that they did fix the issue this time at no charge (as they should have!!!). Fast forward several weeks-- the temporary license plate the dealer put on the car had 5 days left until it expired. I did not yet have any paperwork to take to the BMV to a permanent plate. I called the dealer to try to track it down-- I had a feeling it would not be good news (I know how this "dealer" operates), especially when the lady asks to call me back while she "checks it out". She calls back about an hour later and tells me she had to issue a duplicate title because something was wrong with the first one. I was not contacted about this. They waited until I called them to disclose this issue (what a surprise considering the other BIG problem they failed to disclose when I bought the vehicle). She assured me that I would have what I needed by the day the plate expired. WRONG!!!! Two days after the plate expires and I still do not have anything I need to go to the BMV. I called the dealer again and the same lady tells me that she left me a voicemail a few days ago letting me know that everything was ready to go. She did not call me-- and I called her out on it when I was on the phone. I never received any call or message from her. I asked her what number she called and she verified the number. This lady LIED about calling me--- which honestly isn't surprising considering the other things they've lied about. Bottom line: DO not purchase a vehicle from Andy Mohr. They lie and are unprofessional. BEWARE!!!

All right long story short, I bought a car here last summer. Finance manager Gary Waldron offered me a low interest rate requiring of an extend warrant for 3 years of total $3995 by the bank. Gary TOLD me that I can cancelled it after a year and only cost a cancellation fee off $100 or less which can save me on interest. So I believed this man word without a doubt. Exactly a year after I cancelled the warranty and cost me $1448. I went back to the dealership several times regarding this issue. Gary told me the warranty must make a mistake, they should not charge me that much. So I called extend warranty service who told me it is right because I need to pay the date I signed the agreement started on 8/11/18. I believe this should not happen to anyone in the future. I will pursue a legal action against Gary contradicting his verbal agreement.

I Just purchased a great vehicle from Andy Mohr Buick GMC in Fishers. I can’t express enough how easy and comfortable Jorge Guaman made the whole process start to finish. I needed to trade in a lease that I was at miles on. I knew exactly what I needed to do and what I wanted, and walked in letting Jorge know that. Not once did he ever veer off from what my plan was, he was not pushy nor did he try to sell me above my budget. He worked with me in trying to figure out which vehicle would fit my budget best. In the negotiation process, the Sales manager Eric Kittner, really really did his best to get my payments and purchase price exactly where I needed to be... down to the penny...He was genuinely trying to help. Jorge found that perfect vehicle for my needs and was awesome to work with. This was one of the easiest and best experiences in purchasing a vehicle I have ever made. I would refer this dealership to anyone in the Indy area.

Helped fix my car that was leaking oil. Found under warranty and gave me a fleet car to get work done during the day while fixing mine. Overall great experience. They had some sort of new laser technology that could tell whether alignment was off when pulling in. It was a bit frustrating that they spent the first few minutes asking me about that (essentially up selling) vs focusing on my bigger issue. Had they taken care of my concerns first and then explained the alignment and offered to get it done prior to end of day with my oil leak, I would have gladly done it out of convenience. It’s really just putting customer needs first, which should be common sense, but sadly isn’t anymore.

Women beware. My husband, son, and I went to look at an used car this Saturday. After trying to negotiate a price with Yogi our salesperson, we asked to talk directly to the sales manager to talk about final offer. I can’t recall his name but he did not even acknowledge me sitting at the table. He shook my husband’s hand and my son’s hand and wouldn’t even look at me. Then when we got ready to leave since they wouldn’t come down one penny on the price of the car, he shock both of their hands and walked away. Little did he know, I was the one that had the money. We definitely will not go back that dealership.

We purchased two vehicles today. First auto was good - really no issues. Price was fair enough, about $1000 below retail. Not to worry. Since we purchased two autos, the dealership got it all back in fees ($498 per auto). The second one, though priced online a couple thousand below the sticker on the window, was still no less than retail. No breaks on that one. They only allowed $500 on the trade-in (white, 2000 Dodge Intrepid ES w/168K miles). The manager only budged a tiny bit on pricing, and did not have the courtesy to come speak to us, personally, after having the sales associate talk with him a couple times. The associate (Courtney?) was very pleasant and not pushy at all - that's one positive element of the experience. Realized later that the second auto did not have even two tires of the same brand. We would not purchase there again nor recommend anyone else. We removed all advertising decals and lic plate covers to avoid advertising. Overall, not real happy.
Key machine was down, not a big deal but neglected to tell me both times I called prior to the 45 minute drive. Came to find out the mileage of the vehicle we were interested in was over 20,000 more than advertised. Not sure if it's dishonesty or laziness but it's absolutely unacceptable.

I had several issues with the Buick I purchased. The first incident was a few weeks after my purchase where the vehicle lunged into a middle of an intersection. I was told by the service department that they could not recreate the condition. After doing my own investigation I found there were numerous complaints regarding this condition. Ultimately, the service department told me it was a software issue and there was no solution. I was advised to continue to drive the vehicle in the current condition. The second issue left me in rush hour commuter traffic where I lost power and the vehicle shut off. Again, the service department told me they could not recreate the condition and therefore could not offer a resolution and to drive the car as is. Both responses were unsatisfactory. The dealership's standard "we cannot duplicate the condition and therefore cannot repair the vehicle" is unacceptable. They are not inclined to further investigate any condition if the solution is not immediately available through prompts or codes even though bulletins or letters have been transmitted. They are lazy. They are not customer oriented and have no desire to satisfy the customer.
Amazing experience. The salesman Robert Sprowl went above and beyond to answer all the questions we had about the vehicle we were looking at. He told us he had been in the business for almost 25 years and it clearly shows with his professional presentation and overall knowledge of vehicles. He had the vehicle pulled up and ready for us to test drive and was spot on with any questions we had about the car. After the test drive and paperwork I thought it wouldn't go any smoother than that, but then we were directed to Gary Waldron in finance. He made sure before we signed that we were well informed of all possible rates and options and really worked his magic to find us the best possible deal. Both gentleman were fast, professional, and very entertaining to do business with. If I need another car or know anyone that needs one, I will definitely recommend them coming here just for the awesome quality of service and great deal we got on our car. Awesome job guys!

Friday, June 28th, i bought a used truck from them with CASH!. I left the lot just in time to get to work. Coming out of work at 11:30 at night, i was informed by a co worker i had no taillights or license plate lights. No parking/running lamps up front either. Turn signals and brake lights all worked. I immediately drove the truck back to the dealership, being followed to keep from being pulled over, and left it till Saturday morning. Saturday morning i made them aware that no lights like that is required by law to have and a legal issue. They said they would look at it and let me know. Today, July 1st, i got a call letting me know the the circuit for those lights is dead, basically saying fuse box is bad. And they can't fix it because it would cost them like $600 , from their own service department?? And asked if it was something i could do and there are used fuse boxes online for like $80. The funniest and most ignorant thing i was told is that its not really a legal issue because you only use lights at night. Lol. If i am correct, license plate lights and running lights are REQUIRED BY LAW, to drive at night. I was handed the keys and told to have a nice day. I have family that has bought over 15 vehicles for the past 3 decades from them. Word of mouth is KARMA. They won't be dealing with them again or anyone I know. Maybe my lawyer too. Its written in the contract i signed. BUYERS BEWARE!! Shop around, take your time. Look other places beside Andy Mohr Buick GMC. Other dealerships will take care of their customers, Andy Mohr doesn't. Lost me and everyone i know as customers. *****Update***** I was contacted by GM of dealership and offered a full refund of vehicle. Smh. So instead of having part fixed for around $300, that you LEGALLY need to have, they were going to lose a cash sale of thousands and relist the vehicle with same problem for someone else to potentially have to deal with. It blows my mind. I am going to have the Power Module rebuilt, at my cost and keep the truck so no else has to deal with the shady service. ****BUYERS BEWARE**** ****Update**** As of July 11th, I still have not heard back from GM. I was told he was going to check with Service Manager and call me back, back on July 1st. Dealerships make alot of their money from financing and warranty work. So if you aren't financing a vehicle with a warranty, they could care less about you. And it shows. ****As of 7/30, $940 plus dollars in all front ball joints needing replaced plus right front wheel bearing. Carfax shows Andy Mohr "completed" maintenance inspection on 5/28/19. Curious as how the technician missed all the visible movement that comes with worn ball joints during an inspection. Hmmm. Again, this problem was not disclosed to me along with the lights issue. Serious issues here. Shady crew over there.

Me and my family had an awesome car shopping experience at the Andy Mohr Buick GMC and all thanks goes to Chris Lucas and Sitota Mulugeta. We were first approached by Chris, who was polite and easy to talk to. He was also quick on his feet in getting the cars pulled around when it came to test driving, helped answer all of my questions and provided me all the documents I needed like service records and car fax reports. He was very professional but also a funny man. He made the shopping experience very enjoyable and made me forget car buying was so hard. Sitota was our Finance manager, she was really nice, professional, caring and very intelligent. I could tell she knew her stuff, answered all of my questions and helped guide me through the car buying process very smoothly. She helped me with the numbers and worked really hard to get me the best deal possible. This is by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and I’ve had many.
This company made a mistake in their online pricing and wouldn't honor the price because it was "human error." It isn't human error, it's lack of leadership verifying accuracy on their website. It is also lack of having honor to own up to the mistake and accept the consequences.
We were pleased from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional without being too overbearing or pushy. There was a small issue with our new vehicle driving it off the lot and they were right on top of it, even coming back after hours to take care of us. Highly recommend!

Very Disappointed. I called and spoke to someone and made an appointment for a time to purchase the vehicle and rather the rep handle the situation professionally and inform me of any pertinent info, they let the vehicle be sold and never informed me. Had I not called I would've driven from Downtown Indy to 131st for nothing. Sad thing is I was a referral whom was told they would do everything they could to take care of the CUSTOMER. Guess Not!!!!! Won''t ever refer or purchase anything period..... Called back to the sales manager after reading reviews and still NO ANSWER...... Customers keep you open and operating not mistakes from employees or oversight issues. SMH

excellent experierience. It is a huge lot, so many cars. A salesman named Robert came out as I was driving around the lot. We drove the car and he answered all questions. He was very courteous and no pressure. He was fun to talk to and appears to really enjoy his work.

Disappointed that the salesman wanted us to turn in the chipped windshield in on our insurance after the purchase.... Insurance FRAUD isn’t something I will be a part of. No transaction was made. Even more frustrated that after I called the referenced number I was informed that the salesman’s language was a barrier. There was NO language barrier. It was quite clear his intention was for us to claim something that was done prior to us test driving the vehicle.
