The lot manager is a racist towards African American males and minorities. A very bias work environment . Bad bad bad auctions for minority / black workers. Tried working the first day and employers very hostile and rude. Don't recommend working as a lot driver. Poor poor poor employees -employer relations.

A big auction and people are usually pretty helpful but not at all transporter helpful. Gotta walk to get your vehicles and then look through 16 different isles for them then move 10 vehicles to get your out. Just takes way too long when you got other pick up locations to go too.. NO reason they can't have a retired person to shuttle drivers around other than being to cheap to spend 200.00 a week.. gotta get vehicles out of their lot for more room but don't care how long it takes people to do that. We all need exercise but don't need to spend 4 hours to get 4 vehicles when all your vehicle to get are at the farthest point of the lot.

Highest prices and sell fees in the state ... good place to sell " maybe " , but NOT to buy . After paying top dollar , and paying an exorbitant sale fee they tacked on a $125. " late fee " for not picking the car up within four business days . No warning , just here's a $125 late fee . Great customer service ... NOT .

Really an interesting place to be. It's definitely a fast paced environment with just the right amenities for a person to attend and really make a day of it. Food, online or in-person bidding, readily available wifi, full service EVERYTHING for the vehicles and the buying process, and really a bevy of information and opportunity. My only complaint is that it's limited to dealers only. Not even ADESA employees can participate in the bidding.
