Checkered Flags From start to finish Westmont Porsche is a winner. I scanned the web for certified vehicles with very specific features and only 3 came up in my price range. Two of them were at Westmont. Over the phone I engaged a very professional sales staff who educated me first and didn’t rush my ultimate decision. They carefully inspected the vehicle to make sure the pictures on the internet fairly represented the product. I confidently drove 5 hours to complete the purchase and the dealership was ready for a very efficient transaction. GREAT LONG DISTANCE PURCHASE! I bought a low mileage used Mercedes SUV from Napleton Westmont Porsche in November, 18. It is a beautiful SUV that I got at a great price. They price to move! Although I was hundreds of miles away and not able to see it in person I trusted them that it was in excellent shape. They shipped it to me and it is beautiful! I ended up having a cosmetic issue and a automatic seat issue but Westmont was able to address the problems to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend Westmont to anyone in the market for a vehicle. It was great working with Dominique, who sold me the car. She kept me updated throughout the process. And when I had a couple of unexpected issues the Preowned Manager, Peter, was able to take care of them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks again Dominique and Peter!

I dealt with Eric Kozuh, both via email and phone calls to finalize the deal, and then in person when I went to pickup the vehicle. I would definitely recommend both Eric and Napleton Porsche. He provided me with a video of the vehicle, showing me the specific items I was curious about. I had a lot of questions and he was always quick to respond to my emails. When it came time to pickup the car, he was very thorough in showing me all of the finer details, explaining how everything worked and ensuring I was comfortable before driving away. He even gave us some great restaurant recommendations while we finalized the paperwork. I would buy another car here in the future.

Beware of this place!!! personal belonging get stolen in this place from car... I am a regular customer of this place for last 3 years and just did a 5.5k service of my panemera turbo and got my Ray-Ban glasses stolen. Despite I called immediately upon noticing it and called 3 more time this week no response/ no calls are returned by these guys. We go to this dealership paying twice the cast instead of Petformancewerks/other places for a reason. No accountability, credibility and customer service. Customer service is Very disappointing and I wish i can give zero stars....

I had a great experience from start to finish. Connor was eager to help but definitely not your typical pushy car salesman. He answered all of my questions, as I was a first time Porsche buyer, and took the time to explain and demonstrate all of the vehicle's features. Connor was very knowledgeable about the product and did not pressure me at any point to make a sale. He made the process easy which was a big factor in deciding to buy. Additionally, a shout out to Dora, who made the financial aspect of the deal quick and easy to understand. She also took the time to explain everything and took away all of the headaches usually associated with buying a car. I visited the Westmont Porsche dealer to purchase a 2019 Porsche Cayenne. I originally was working with another sales representative who happened to be transferred to a different location during my purchasing process. As a result, I was given Baker as my new sales representative to assist me, and I’m very thankful It worked out that way. First, I don’t like dealing with pushy, aggressive salesman, and Baker was far from that. I never felt pressured and he was very genuine when providing information. The transaction was painless, and no surprises popped up at the end. Baker went above and beyond to make sure I received the car I wanted, it happened to be a vehicle that another customer wanted because it happened to be a busy purchasing day, but he made sure and assured me it would be mine. Friday Feb 22nd 2019 So David Scott “Napleton Lawyer” just called me beating around the bush trying to tell me even though they ignored us yesterday, had napleton Hyundai hang up phone on us again and gave us his word ED Napleton did that yesterday first thing he would work on our situation of exchanging car yesterday and he didn’t he just ignored us all day that Mr Napleton has taken back his offer because we continue to post our reviews so he took back his offer like a 2 year old would do because he is upset that he didn’t keep his word ? He is upset that his employees harassed u hung up phone on us made my fiancé cry? He is upset? Lol that’s cute Mr Napleton your in the wrong here not Us and we will be glad to waste your money in court because of all these issues and I assure you won’t win. Attorney general complaints people file them they matter and they help when dealerships like this take advantage of customers this is what happens when people have stupid money and think they can get away with anything they like. Horrible dealership “Napleton Hyundai of Carmel” and Napleton as a whole. The reviews speak for themselves I’m pretty sure this dealership pays people to write good reviews because they are just disrespectful, hanging up phones on me and my fiancé, getting aggressive over the phone, David Cox there lawyer isn’t help and has been rude in the process blocking our emails, AL General manager with his slander and marking my fiancé cry is not okay. Danielle Lee in corporate is very u professional and rude her and there lawyer blocking our emails and trying to take down our negative comments so there not called out on what they did. If you want a dealership that tricks you into signing and doesn’t go over paperwork or explain what’s on paperwork just say here is your payment sign here here and here while he really put $6500 worth of extras to raise your payments after you already put down $5k then go here but I don’t like being taken advantage of and won’t stop until this is resolved I want people aware so there don’t get hurt by this like we have.

They really made this a stress free purchase. Had to go back to take docs Blake even helped with some settings on the vehicle . I would highly recommend this dealer to make your purchase. Great service. Update 8-1-18 , Not so responsive once the docs are signed. Need a full overview of the car it’s features and how they work. Tomorrow will be my third time back for repairs. Yes they are covered but I feel like the service dept. is not being honest and they try to talk you in circles. I am not pleased. 8-3-18 Better..... todays service visit I waited, wasn't so long Blake did assist and Matt took care of my car so I hope everything is in WORKING order now. I recently had my 2019 GT3RS in for service at Napleton Westmont Porsche. All the people there know what they’re doing, greatly you promptly and take care if your car as if it were their own. Not only that but you can see down into the service bay from the customer lounge. It’s clean, well lit and you can see what their doing, how many other types of dealers are literally that transparent about the work they are performing? Great place to buy a car from. Jeff, GM, and Paul Sidorski my sales guy are amazing and they take care of their customers like nobody else. I had issues with 911 Turbo S I bought from this dealer recently and he straightened everything out and made me order brand new 911 Turbo S from them. It’s only thanks to those two guys that I came back. The initial contact was made with Eric Hargrove, their GSM, and his approach was terrible. He wouldn’t listen to my concerns or complaints. I’m very easy going and offered him ordering another car but he wouldn’t listen and was very offensive. If it wasn’t for Paul S. and Jeff I would definitely quit on them. Stay away from Mr Hargrove. Paul & his team were extremely knowledgeable on my car specs (as well as all the other Porsches on the lot). Quick story, my wife washed and dried my 911 key , the key was in pieces! I called Napleton Porsche in Westmont and spoke to parts specialist Scott Shilkaitis, he told me to bring in proof of purchase and drivers license and i figured i'm out 700 bucks for a new key and my week is officially trashed! Scott proceeds to look at the pieces of the key and goes in the office and gets a new battery and puts the key back together and low and behold it works like new!!! To the GM and the owner take note of this guy, because this is a perfect example of how customer service works and why people will go back to a place where a employee went out of his way for a customer! I"ll purchase one more 911 in my lifetime and because of Scott and his customer service it will be from Napleton Porsche in Westmont! Once again, Thank You Scott!

They put summer tires on my car while they had confirmed and even put in writing that they would provide all season tires for the new car I bought from them. They also made me drive an hour another time to get to their dealer on another occasion just to say it was a mistake as they hadn’t read the program they called me for thoroughly before calling me!! They risked my safety in the winter time and they’re just lucky I don’t plan on going after them since I have their signed document on the tire issue.

Excellent Maintenance Service. I have been taking my Porsche to Napelton Westmont Porsche for maintenance since 2014. The maintenance service has always been excellent. Today the excellent and personalized service continues in 2017. The car showed low engine coolant over the weekend. With my busy schedule on Monday, I called The service department hoping I can bring the car in today without an appointment and have them top off the coolant. The service department agreed and told me to come in today. I pulled up to the service center later that morning. Service Advisor Matthew Richardson had the engine topped off with coolant within 3 minutes of my arrival and than I was on my way to my busy day. Thank you to the service department and Matthew for taking care of my car and treating me as a valued customer. It is greatly appreciated! Great service experience. Matt Richards is excellent. Good communication and explains things well. Dealer provided a loaner vehicle which was key as the repair was complex. Car was fixed, but unfortunately first part was faulty. They figured this out during a test and notified me that the repair will take longer as they had to redo the job. Since they offer a warranty, the second part was covered under it. They also had a 10% discount and that was applied to the repair. Back on the road now and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
