I have purchased two cars from this dealer so far. First I bought an Audi Q7 and just recently I purchased a GMC Yukon from this Jaguar dealer. Dan Loose was my sales rep and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The process went so fast and smooth. Then I brought the truck back to their service department a few days later to have the wheels powdercoated. Matt and Tony were so helpful. They showed me all the different colors and finishes I could choose and offered their recommendation since they do this all they time and I wasn't sure which would look best. I went with their recommendation and couldn't be happier. The best part is I had my car back the next day and they even cleaned it inside and out. I'll be back again once I'm ready for my next car.

I will never take my car back here to get repaired. State Farm recommended this place and everything seemed fine when I picked my car up. I then noticed that it sounded like my window was cracked when I was driving on the expressway the next day. I took my car back and was told nothing was wrong and they hadn't touched the window during the repair job (which they did). They said the sound must have been there before and I should check with Chevy on a warranty! I was furious. They also accused me of trying to get a pre-existing issue fixed! I ended up taking my car to the Chevy dealer I bought it from and they easily indentified and fixed the issue which was a seal that Jaguar forgot to put in. I will never go back.

Absolutely the most ridiculous and worst service experience I have ever had and I've owned a lot of cars in the 30+ years I've been driving. I have had Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Hummer, Audi, Cadillac and VW just to name a few along with ONE Jaguar. The service department of this dealership has completely soured me on the Jaguar brand. I wish I could post pictures on Google reviews, but a description will have to suffice. Naperville Jaguar/Land Rover is a certified body shop. My BMW was rear ended less than a year ago. The damage was not terrible, but it was dented, scraped and scratched enough to warrant a near $1,200 repair bill. The other driver's insurance happened to be with State Farm. They recommended this location although I had a preferred German body shop I had worked with in the past. I care for my cars a bit more extensively than most would, and my paint is near perfect - no swirls, scratches, chips or dents. Upon arriving I politely asked the body shop manager twice not to wash the car after the work was done because they use an automatic wash that can scratch the paint and strip off all the wax. The work was completed in two days. The first time the manager called me, he explained to me that they would need to re-paint the bumper once again since his technician hadn't mixed the color properly the first time. This was fine with me since I had another vehicle to use. Upon picking my car up, I had to walk around the dealership to find somebody to help me. Their receptionist was polite and kind enough to find my keys herself. Unfortunately, the car was pulled up still dripping wet, glass streaked up and water spots everywhere. Remember, I politely asked twice not to have the car washed. I was told the manager was "too busy" to get ahold of, so I checked the bumper and left. Since paint looks different as it "gasses out" over a 90-day period, the bumper seemed to match well with the rest of the car. Though lo and behold, about 2 months later, one of my friends noticed that the bumper looked lighter than the car in the sun by a fair margin. The bumper also developed orange peel (a sort of "wavy" texture in the clear coat) that significantly contrasted with the rest of the Mineral Gray paint. Orange peel is a result of poor painting practices. Furthermore, they had neglected to remove the tow-hitch cover and actually permanently painted it into the rest of the bumper. Somebody rushed through this paint job, and it shows. The quality is so poor, it's amateur-level. When I called to have this corrected, I was given a run-around and BS reasons that they can't cover their unprofessional work under warranty. I'll have this re-painted by a body shop with competent staff and properly trained technicians. AVOID this body shop at all costs. Not sure about the rest of their dealership's service, but if it's anything like what I experienced, I would avoid the dealership in totality.

The best people there are Manager John Karoumi and Austin. My salesperson Kevin is also OK. The people who works with Service I am not impress with them. As single professional woman I know about cars. When I asked them when I need to do my service for first time he said in one year. I told them that time it is not main rule for schedule a service is miles. Someone can have car garage for a whole year with 100 miles vs person who commute daily 50 miles each way. So miles is the key to do maintenance. The person in service told me I will print something he did not do. I am used that men believe that women only to know to put gas to car no in case. I have had 4 cars already and I am know how take of my money and my personal investment Land Rover Discovery. Also be carefully with Finance you need to be sharp with loan. I am glad that I work as Finance Application Manager.

Worst customer service ever! Before you buy the car, their sales people all over you calling and emailing. Once you buy, they do not respond at all. For a week I have been trying to reach some one about the title of the car i bought last month to no avail. More than 10 voice messages and emails. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Never again I am adding this; you get "response from Owner" which is likely software generated. The response asked me to email customer service; well I already did with all the details requested and still never heard back. I also emailed the sales manager Mr. Loose to no avail. It is disturbing to give lame excuses; not sure how many people in your system has last name Mardini? One? me? At any rate; since emailing customer service and manager was of no use, my name is Samuel Mardini and I bought a Jaguar I-Pace and the sales person who greatly disappointed me by his lack of response is Nick Seccotelli

I purchased my vehicle on 11th September but till date I have not received the title for the registration. I have sent dozen of emails and made multiple phone calls but did not receive any response. I escalated the matter to higher authorities too but no luck. It looks like staff at the dealership just ignores you once the purchase is made. Other than this I have faced other support issue once the purchase was made. Does anyone else has the similar experience or I am just the odd one out? I thought Jaguar is a reputed brand and they would care for their customers. Please share your feedback friends.

Took my 2016 XJL to the body shop for repairs because I wanted the repair to be completed at a certified Jaguar shop. Location was 1 hour from my home. Dropped the car off and went out of town for 8 days. Was told car should be completed when I returned. Needless to say car took much longer than expected. When car was completed I picked it up only to find the car vibrated when going 50 miles an hour or faster. Returned the car to the shop again. This time they said they found a bent rim not part of my insurance claim. I asked them to repair the rim as well as the others that had curb rash. This time took 10 days because they forgot to repair the other rims. They dropped the car off for me this time at my home because of the delay. Clearly the people that dropped it off didn't notice the same problem. By this point I was beyond frustrated and was not bringing it back another 2 hour round trip. Brought car to a local tire shop to see about the vibration. Was told by the shop I have a bent rim and that 2 of my tires had steel belts showing. Also said the Jaguar dealership should have told be about this and how dangerous it was too even be driving it. I ask you how in the heck could they miss this unless they didn't even put the car on the lift, let alone repair the rim. Needless to say I won't be going back to the dealership and not even sure if I'll ever buy another Jaguar even though this is my second XJL.

I bought a 2013 ford sho from here in April of 2017. The selling price was good they decent amount on trade in. I bought an extended warranty which was a huge mistake the sho has factory twin turbos and after 14 months they blew my warranty would only cover one turbo huh?? Patrick would not help me what so ever not even call continental insurance to help a customer.. my daughter mentioned she wanted a car from them I quickly talked her out of it..

Normally everyone is responsive and helpful there however the last time I took my RR in for maintenance - they had it there for 2 weeks when I was called that it was finished, went and picked it up and the LIGHT WAS STILL ON. Took it back right away, they "fixed it", went home, a few days later when I drove my car again, the light was on again. Went back they had it for another week, and they "found" out what was wrong it was another $900+ to get whatever fixed, when I picked it up it now has a large scratch on the front bumper. After emailing countless times to multiple associates at RR, not one person has gotten back to me about the scratch the put on my RR. VERY displeased with the service and lack of response!

My wife and I have to drive quite a ways to get our vehicle serviced in Naperville. Jaguar of Naperville makes the trip enjoyable by giving us rides to where we want to have lunch and then picking us up afterwards. Their showroom always has television, magazines, and coffee to make the time waiting more pleasant. Service on our vehicle is always done well and they give us alerts on servicing that might be required in the near future. They remind us of appointments, and treat us as friends. We are very pleased with Jaguar of Naperville and their service staff.

I called and scheduled an appointment to have a duplicate spare key made for my 2002 Jaguar X-Type. I got an estimate over the phone from the parts and the service department for $285. When I came in to drop the car off at 5:05 PM. The lady at the front desk told me the service and parts department were closed and to come back tomorrow, she could not take my car in for service. After arguing with her for 10 minutes and telling her that their website says they have a vehicle drop off service, and for this reason I had driven 2 cars to drop this one off, she obliged and let me drop the car off. I got a phone call from Matt the service writer at Patrick Jaguar the next day stating that my duplicate key was done. However, my car had a "worn ignition" and the new key starts the car but, "sometimes" gets stuck. The estimate for a new ignition was over $450. I said no thanks as it was a spare key anyways and came to pick up the car. When I came, the original estimate of $285 became over $400. After I asked to speak to Matt he came out, and rudely told me that there was nothing he could do, because the invoice had already been entered into the system. After I told the dealership to take the duplicate key back because I wasn't paying the $400+ dollars. The invoice was miraculously adjusted. But WAIT! There's More! When I got home and tried to take the "NEW" $400 key out of the ignition it was stuck. I decided to not take the car back to Patrick Jaguar knuckle heads, and took it to my mechanic instead. After he spent over an hour removing the ignition with the stuck key. He showed me my original key and the "NEW copy." The key was cut slightly different causing it to get stuck! My mechanic had to sand down the new key to get it to fit the ignition properly, this cost me another $150. The service writers at Patrick Jaguar are lying scum buckets, and the parts department couldn't cut a simple key. DO NOT GO TO THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER! They will lie to you, they will cheat you out of your money, and they will smile in your face while doing it! BUYER BEWARE!

I bought my wife a brand new 2019 Jaguar e-Pace in April 2019 and here we are in June and she still isn't driving it. It really sucks when you spend over $50K to buy your wife her 'dream car' and a month later she says she doesn't want it any more because the experience with the new car has been so bad. Multiple issues and nobody seems to care or respond. I wrote a letter to the general manager and the executive in charge of Sales operations and never even got a response. This is my 5th car from the Patrick Group - but probably my last unless something drastically changes and changes fast .

The service is very bad. I bought a new Range Rover 6 months back. In dev 2017, I saw that the tyre pressure was shown low and Was popping warning on my dashboard. I went to this place to check my tyres at 5.30pm and they did not have any service men. They asked me to keep driving the same car under same conditions. They did nothing to help or provide safety. They were least bothered about my concerns and refused to acknowledge. The receptionist knew nothing and manager also did not help. Totally they sent me back in the same car. After buying the most expensive car they did not have the courtesy to offer a loaner car and ensure my safety. I suggest not to work with this dealer.

Earlier this year I bought a Jeep at this Patrick dealership and had a great experience. At other dealerships I felt very rushed through the test drive, but at Patrick they let me take my time and drive until I knew this was the right car for me. The negotiation process and overall purchase process was very smooth. I kept waiting for some sort of "gotcha!" or sales pitch on an add-on I didn't really need, but it never happened. They stood by everything they said and were very honest and straightforward throughout the entire process. I have taken my car in a few times for oil changes and standard maintenance since I bought the vehicle and everyone is always very friendly. I'm usually in a hurry because I'm in the middle of dropping a child off or picking one up and the mechanics always do their best to get me in & out so I'm not late. So I have to start by saying my first experience here was with the body shop who was fantastic. After my in person conversation with them I was taken to the front sales area to look for a possible replacement vehicle. Met the salesperson and the general manager. Test drove a car and spoke about the accident a d insurance replacement. All was good that day. Tried calling for updates several times either to get no answer or no return phone call. Went back and test drove the car we believed would be the replacement. Nice car. But that's where it's ends. No movement on the vehicles price at all. No return calls from the dealership after about 5-6 calls. When I did get a hold of them they were very interested in talking to me but they did not move off the price at all. So based on the extremely poor business practice I decided to NOT do business there. I started looking at other vehicles and ended up buy a new Mercedes. The Mercedes dealership without a doubt was just the opposite experience. What a great store and possibly one theo best buying experience I've half. I can to and will not recommend this Jaguar dealership to anyone. Buyer beware!!!
