I had been watching this particular vehicle for a couple of months and when the price was right, I contacted Hertz. Dale Oe responded with all the information I requested. When I showed up to the dealer, he had the car parked right outside the office, ready for my family and I. My wife was also curious about an SUV, so while we were driving the Impala, Dale had the SUV brought up and ready for us when we got back. This was a great experience, with no pressure and a lot of laughs. From the time we showed up, to the time we left with the car, about 2.5 hours had past. I would highly recommend Hertz, especially Dale Oe, when looking for a used car, truck or SUV. Excellent customer service!!!

Well, I hadn’t intended to purchase a vehicle today, nor did I expect to purchase the vehicle I did. However, I met Bill Buckley and he took the time to show me all the different SUVs in the size range I was looking at. He pointed out the features of each, listened to what I liked or didn’t, and then we converged on a Nissan. I thought I was interested in a Kia as I had owned one previously. The Nissan has more features for the price and lower miles on the odometer than the Kia I came in to look at. Bill ran the numbers for me, and it fit my budget perfectly so I can pay it off early. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I got to test drive the vehicle without someone sitting next to me showing me how loud the stereo is. I tested all the functions; lane assist, backup camera, different drive modes, etc. without someone standing over me. So, I got a new car, with only 12K miles on the odometer, for a much lower price than at a Nissan dealership. And, they helped deliver the car tp my house. I’m quite pleased!

What an amazing experience! Bill "Buck" Buckley made this experience so smooth and easy for my mother-in-law. She had no idea what she was looking for and Buck gently guided her through the process and was so knowledgeable. She ended up with a gorgeous Cayenne Red Nissan Murano and is so happy with her purchase. Buck got her through the paperwork and made it all as painless as it can possibly be.
