My wife and I went to purchase a used Lexus that day and she was very excited. Our salesman was very kind however, after we drove the vehicle and proceeded on the numbers, another salesman approached us and asked for the keys to the Lexus. He stated, as I was arriving back to our table with coffee, that "if they aren't going to buy it, I have someone who will". This was so very disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude!!! I've purchased from Tony Waipio 3 times and walked away with 3 brand new vehicles. I don't think we will ever have business with Tony Waipio after this incident and to top it off, Mr. Diaz, employee of the month, the rude salesman sold my wife's dream car.

We have been customers at Tony Honda Waipahu since moving here in 2009. We have never had a bad experience! Sean Kikuchi is our current service provider and he takes care of us like family! Based on our experience we purchased another Honda Odyssey van from them in 2016. We have also worked with Wade and he is excellent as well. Just yesterday my 2016 keyless van had trouble starting. Sean said to bring it right in. They changed the battery and did the routine maintenance without an appointment! That’s great service! Sean also has provided loaner cars when needed! We appreciate the excellent and friendly service at Tony Honda!

Do not shop here if you're military. They will not give you a good deal. They will overcharge you 3000 dollars, claiming that it is cost of living in Hawaii. For three grand you can literally buy a plane ticket to California, purchase a vehicle well below MSRP, stay a couple nights in a decent hotel, ship your vehicle to Hawaii, and it still be cheaper. I went to another dealership on the island where they made a believer out of me. ;)

Called Services, spoke to Danny. Stated that I have a slow-leak flat tire. He suggested to come to the afternoon where it is slower, no wait. It turns out that they could patched the tire. While I was there, they notified me that my vehicle had a recall on the Airbag and fix that while I was there. Total time spent there was only an hour and they didn't charge me for the patch on my tire. Thank you!!! Also was a nice touch was that I still had the complimentary car wash from last month's oil change service that expired. I told them that several times I would go there & try to get the car wash but they always had a ridiculous long line. They replaced that with a valid voucher and another one for the following month for this time's service. Definitely happy with their excellent customer service this visit!

This was the most pleasant car purchasing experience I have had in 40 years. He was friendly, polite and professional. Although I was ready for the sit and wait routine (stewing the customer) the wait to be serviced was over 30 minutes. The sales portion was professional and friendly. I also waited for credit clearance which was to my benefit. However the final financial paperwork took longer than anticipated. Overall, it still was a god and pleasant experience.

FINAL AND LAST POST - July 6, 2018 This is a long thread BUT MAY BE WORTH YOUR TIME IF THINKING OF BUYING A NEW CAR FROM TONY HONDA — Issue in first post resolved and my wife and I are satisfied customers!! Given the fact that some issues are not anyone’s fault (dent in passenger door) and that we did not want to have a PDR or ‘bondo and paint’ job on our door, Owner/ GM (a fair and honest man) was able to give us a compensation package that my wife and I are happy with... THUS... Customer service - 5 stars Price of vehicle - 3 stars Satisfaction with car and total package - 4 stars OVERALL RATING — 4 STARS ————————————————- UPDATED 2nd POST - June 28, 2018 - moving rating from zero stars to 3 stars due to the integrity, communication, and respect the owner has shown my wife and l. Issue has not been resolved yet (see below if interested) but Mr Moody has shown that he INDEED does care about his customers!! When we asked if they could give us tinting, or mud flaps along with floor mats we were told NO only floor mats. Looked up floor mat prices on line - that’s about a $300 value. So heads up when purchasing a new car from Tony Honda... look car over well... IF not you will get either a ‘bondo’ job on new car body OR free floor mats.... hahah what a joke!!!! Will NEVER buy a car from them again AND will tell anyone who asks about buying a car to go to a different dealership or location!!!!

Bait and Switch is Alive and WELL at TONY HONDA. Today my wife and I made an appointment to meet with a salesman from Tony Honda. We had advised him beforehand that our Honda Odyssey had under 8800 miles, had only 5 months left on the lease and, that we wanted to purchase a Honda CR-V which was being advertised as being able to be leased for under $200 a month. We wanted a smaller car and wanted to lay less than our current $360/mo. lease. He advised us that as a long-time customer of Tony Honda, he would take special care and get us what we wanted - no problem! After two hours of promises to find what we wanted and at the price we wanted, he brought in a quote for over $500 a month and which would have valued our $24,000++ Honda Odyssey (Edmunds) for less than $16,000!. BAIT AND SWITCH ... or just plain lying...pick one that you like best. After 3 leases at Tony Honda, we are treated like dirt and insulted with this sales technique which I thought went out years ago...apparently not! If you want to get taken to the cleaners and want to have someone ignore completely what you want, then TONY HONDA is the place to go! If I have the opportunity I will make sure that no one on the NORTH SHORE purchases anything from TONY HONDA, ever! My wife who is usually quite calm and serene was appalled by the salesman's complete disregard for our wishes and our requests! GR

I had a great experience here! We worked with Jared and he made us feel comfortable during the process, ensured we got what we were looking for not what he was wanting to sell, and got us the deal we wanted! We are military and didn't want to pay the $3000 Hawaii "adjusted market value" since we would be leaving the island in 6 months and could just wait and buy a car in the states without having to pay it. He made that happen. We got the exact 2016 Honda HRV we wanted and I am so happy with my purchase! When it came time to accessories, Val walked us through all of the details and was upfront and honest with us and made sure we didn't waste money on useless products. And gave us extra discounts on tinting. (and the friends and family discount on everything else) For financing options, Marco walked us through what deals Honda could offer us and was able to answer all of our questions. And helped us decide what would give us the best deal and what worked best for us. Overall I would recommend doing business with Tony Honda!

From the moment I first inquired about the car I was interested in, which was the new 2015 Honda Fit in White, my Sales Associate Tracie Komori provided exceptional service. She addressed the concern I had about the look of the interior by showing me the sample material and again after the vehicle arrived. She never was aggressive with the sale and only wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Every time I contacted Tracie via email or text she quickly responded. The entire process of buying my new car went so smoothly and effortlessly and I felt so comfortable with her the entire time. She never hesitated in her answers, and if there was a question that she did not have an answer to that was outside her job description, such as financing, she made sure to go to the appropriate source for an answer and reported back to me. Even after the sale and pick-up of vehicle Tracie followed up with me to see if I was satisfied and if there were any questions or concerns. I was more than happy with the turnout and will not hesitate to do business with Tracie at Tony Honda again in the future. I also would definitely recommend interested buyers to stop by and consult with the sales team there. Especially, Tracie Komori!

I will not do anymore business with Tony Honda Waipio or encourage my classmates, co-workers, friends and family members as well. My dad’s 2007 Honda Civic went in for an oil change and 14 point inspection coz my dad had a fender bender several years ago with it and did not repair the damaged right front end. Anyways, I did an oil change on the car recently coz the maintenance light came on. What I found what the service personnel or mechanic done to the car made me incensed. First, I discovered that the oil drain plug was over tighten with an impact gun. You know why I know coz I’ve experienced it in the past when trying to help another soldier’s oil change. Second, the oil filter was dogged down tight that I’ve almost punctured the oil filter housing just trying to get it off the engine block. And lastly, the oil filler cap in the engine compartment was screwed on tight as well. I thought I had to use a pair of pliers to unscrew it. Also, someone or some mechanic if you want to that a mechanic removed the fuse that’s supporting the a/c blower from the fuse compartment when I’ve decided to start trouble shooting the car’s a/c system yesterday. I know why they did that coz they’re lazy to go to the parts dept. to get a new fuse for another customer’s car that they’re working on the a/c system. Since my dad’s car has low miles and haven’t seen the road much and to top it off the a/c system wasn’t being used by dad, they decided to cannablize the part from my dad’s car and not inform us of the removal of the fuse at all. They a/c blower was working fine except it did not cool the interior of the car until it came back from the maintenance dept. On top of it, they charged us $259. for the oil change and the bumper to bumper inspection that I could have done properly.

This is the worse Honda Dealer that one can ever visit. I went to Tony and wasted 3 hours of my life. After negotiation I finally got the price that I want to pay on the Honda CR-V. Then it came time for them to make an offer on my trade in. Let me mention that my trade in private seller price in KBB was $12,500 on the low side. The manager complained that my trade in CARFAX had a reported rear collision and offered me $5,500 for my car. I just left the dealer and next date got $9,000 at Pacific Honda for the same car. People before buying cars from Tony Honda take time and go visit Pacific. This way you will have an idea on where to start negotiations.

I read a lot of other reviews, and it seems my friends and I had very similar experiences. If you search up the year, make and model, same specs etc of the car my friend purchased, she could've gotten it $5K cheaper, but "because they just got it in, it was so much more expensive". They also did a credit check, would not tell us what the credit score or the APR was (which we knew what her credit score was) until after she signed the paper. Turns out they just chose the lowest credit score, and lied and said that's the particular company they use (Experian); however, another friend of mine said they used Equifax for his (since that was the lowest score he had). I understand a business has gotta make money, but they really seem to be in the mindset of screwing over younger people just to make some more money. I'd also like to point out that having a credit score of 760 got my friend an APR of 5.5% lol that's ridiculously high. Highly recommend either going somewhere else, or getting a loan from somewhere else. Considering how many reviews there are about this kind of situation, it's clear Tony Honda isn't interested in fixing their financial department's money issue, and rather are just trying to sway people from posting any more negative reviews. (so no, I don't wanna contact you, just read the reviews and fix it lol)

No one came to help us at first... the sales people were sitting in the car under the tent at the entrance. Then someone named Steven finally came out and walked us into the showroom.. after we walked out to look at cars outside he disappeared after saying he was gonna help us look around. We later saw him with another customer & then finally someone else saw us & came to help. His name was Pono, we asked if the credit check would be hard & he insisted that it wasnt.... later on we checked our credit report and it showed as a hard credit check. Overall experience was very unsatisfactory and unprofessional... Would never come back and definitely don't recommend going here to buy a car, they stated they mark up the prices.. and that you can find cars without the crazy mark ups. Management was not friendly either, overall a mess and bad vibes.

Our 2005 Odyssey required a number of repairs which were covered by the extended warranty we had purchased when we bought the van (used). The problem was the inspector for the warranty company was off island and wouldn't authorize the repairs until he could get back to Oahu which would have been several days later. The Service Consultant helping us was Andrew Jameson. He was very helpful explaining the situation to us and in getting the repairs authorized. He had his supervisor press the warranty company into authorizing the repairs by sending them photos and such. Andrew was very helpful and understanding of our frustration and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. In fact it this experience with Andrew and Tony Honda that convinced us to buy a new Odyssey from them. We've owned 2 Odyssey's before, both purchased used from private owners and have loved them both. The 2014 model has some features we liked so we decided to buy one from a dealer. We'd had very good experiences with the Tony Honda Service Dept with our used Odysseys so decided to talk to a salesman there. We don't like to feel pressured by salespeople so we were pleasantly surprised when we met Matt Chong. He was very pleasant and understanding of what we were looking for and was a great help to us in making our decision to buy a new car from them. It was a good experience all in all.

I came in looking for a used car. Elmo listened to my vehicle needs and directed me toward a new Honda Civic. He shared the benefits of the new civic, but I was still set on buying a used car. Jokingly, I pointed at a car at a distance and said "whose car is that, I would consider that one".... Elmo said "that's for sale". He went to grab the key, but came back and apologized that someone way already buying it. My fiance and I were literally in our car driving off as Elmo came rushing out of the office making a key turning motion. He explained that the buyer didn't qualify and if I would like to take a test drive and take a better look at the car. Which I did and now am the owner of a 2010 Honda Civic. What was nice about Elmo is even though I did say I was looking for a used car... He wasn't pushy to show me the new one. The way he asks you to consider it and shares the benefits which match my needs was really nice. I still didn't buy the new but I felt comfortable to consider it and would be happy to refer others to him.

Hit or miss customer service on the sales side. Keoki is amazing; highly recommend. Front desk staff are sweet and do everything they can to handle the high front door traffic. Some problems with lost or misfiled paperwork w/cars in the past, but ironed out in the end. No current opinion on service department; they've been very nice in the past. 4 stars are solely for them. Negative 2 stars for most recent experience: avoid some other salespeople and floor managers; they use high pressure sales tactics, block the doorways of offices, imply your personal information is at risk, and insult your intelligence and common sense, all to keep you from leaving without buying something. 1st time terrible recent experience with a "floor manager." Calls to dealership's management to discuss abusive treatment and requests to remove personal information from their database ignored. This review is after waiting several weeks for management or even the salesperson to return calls. Will NEVER return or recommend. Rude, sexist, and unnecessarily aggressive behavior I could have excused as one rogue idiot scrambling to meet his "floor manager" quota, but management's refusal to correct or even address this says it isn't just one bad guy or one bad night at Tony Honda nowadays. Avoid. *bought 2019 vehicle at Windward Honda a few weeks later, BTW. Treatment much better.

Every time I come for an oil change, never fails..they try and get you to spend more money you don't necessarily have to spend. Came in for and oil change, when dropping off the car, all of a sudden another light came on after the tech pressed a few buttons trying to get me to consider a 30,000 mile tuneup (car only has 27K miles). Told the receptionist when making the reservation that I was going to leave the car two days..tech tells me that there's a storage fee and that the receptionist doesn't know those kinds of things. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! They waived that ridiculous fee though..otherwise I would have went somewhere else. I dropped off the car at 26,877 miles, for the record.

Ended up buying my car here but not the best customer service. They were very slow with the paperwork and my car battery died 1 month after purchasing the vehicle. They even said they did a full inspection. I asked if they would reimburse me because i have this extra insurance they recommended I buy but they said I didn’t qualify for a reimbursement. Meh, glad I found my car here but for any other servicing, I’d rather go to another Honda dealership and recommend you do too.

My battery on my 2016 Acura ILX I bought brand new in March 2015 died on me yesterday, got jump started, called Tony Honda and told me to come in by 0630. Luckily my car started while at home going to work today. Drove here and staff is very professional and took me in right away without any hassle. Price for an 8 year warranted battery?! Awesome and reasonable. Glad they can service Acura vehicles since Honda is the parent company. I live in Mililani and will do business here again. I can rely on these guys for urgent repairs/replacement of parts and service. Now I’m tempted to buy Honda SUV vs Acura SUV but I’ll leave that up to my wife. We got a Hyundai SUV from this complex and our experience was great too. Thanks Tony Honda!

They offered me all kinds of discounts because I am a veteran, after I paid I asked where the discounts went and they said I'd see a check in the mail. I came back a month later explaining that I never got my rebates, they explained that I'd only have gotten them if I financed through Tony Honda (something that was Never mentioned before). I had to argue with them for hours and threaten to hire an attorney before they finally gave me back the 500 they owed me. The sad part is the car salesman admitted he lied to me, but the manager didn't want to budge.

Everyone who helped me were very patient and generous. It’s just the new renovation of the place that sets me off. Although, it is a good start— placing couches and seats in the center of the dealership rather than where the cashier was at. But it has gotten a lot smaller. No physical models of parts to order (other than wheels) was seen and different brochures about the cars are nowhere to be found. Since I was getting an oil change, I thought of scavenging the place for the new models’ brochure. Only to find books about Tony Group. For a person who’d rather stay in a dealership and wait patiently for their car would either have to find a seat to watch television, or grab a coffee and sit/ walk around. I bought a new Civic and the salespeople were nice. The low tire pressure light came on not even a month after I bought the car so I took it in to have it fixed. A week and a half later, the light came on again and I took it in again to have it fixed. About a week and a half later, the light came on AGAIN, for the third time, and I still have the paper license plates on the car! I'm highly dissatisfied with Tony Honda right now. I live in town and to drive to Waipio so often is a waste of my gas and time. Not sure if the service department is doing a poor job or if I have a lemon.

My First Tony Honda Service Experience... On June 14, 2014/ Saturday, I had my first service appointment at Tony Honda for a basic oil and filter change and multi-point inspection at 8:15 am. When I got there I did not know where to go or what to do, so I walked into the service department and waited my turn to be helped. Andrew Jameson was my service consultant who helped me get service for my 2013 Honda Accord EX coupe. He explained what type of service will be done, estimated how long it will take and showed me where the waiting room was located and that refreshments will be provided. Andrew also said that there was an express service special that I should take advantage of. As this is "my first experience" at Tony Honda, I felt assured and happy to know that my car is being given the best service and care by my service consultant Andrew Jameson and the team at Tony Honda. Before you know it, my car came back in less time than anticipated. Andrew reviewed the results of service done on my car with me and brought up any concerns that I should know about in the future. This eased my mind to know that he is knowledgeable and thorough in the service of my car and made me consider about the importance of investing in after-service care for my Honda, being that I did not think about it when I first purchased my car. As I was finishing my session with Andrew, I had noticed other customers whom he was also helping before and after I had gotten there for my service appointment - he acknowledged his customers on a "first name basis" and had given them the same great service and showed a "genuine" concern for the care of their car being serviced. It seemed that some were new customers like myself, whereby others seemed like repeat customers whom he treated like "family". Even though this is "my first Tony Honda service experience", I am grateful that Tony Honda has people like Andrew Jameson. When I first arrived on island, I had all our cars care done here. We brought two honda's from mainland. I needed my AC repaired last Oct and they were quick and inexpensive to fix it. 30 days later my check engine soon light came on in my 2012 honda. This surprised me as they had performed that work and a full five point inspection saying the car was fine 30 days prior. When I took it in they said I had cracked my head gasket and broken something else as well and charged me over $800 to get it fixed. These things don't just happen 30 days exactly after your car was serviced and my husband has driven his honda for 12 years without any major work needing to be done. I did not get an appropriate answer from an employee to my suggesting that they broke my vehicle and will not be taking it or any other car there for service again.

Overall, this was an awesome experience. The salesman I worked with (Mike Demello) was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, I never felt pressured into anything, and ended up getting a car that I am extremely happy with, at a price that I am satisfied with. Also, the finance manager Marco Gonzales did a great job of walking through the financials with me, and explaining what each charge and percentage stood for, as well as helping me to feel assured that I was signing up for something that I completely understood and could afford. We bought tires here. It took over 3 hours just to get them installed. It was supposed to take only 1.5 - 2 hours. After over an hour, my wife was told that our paperwork was put in the wrong place. It took another hour and a half to actually get our car back, and they left the hood only partially latched. I called to speak to the manager that day, no call back, they called me the next day for some kind of survey and I told them what happened, no call back, I emailed, and no email back. This place doesn't seem to care about customer feedback or their poor performance. I've had bad experiences at Honda dealers before, but I have never been ignored.

Honestly, I've been there 2 times, and neither were good experiences. I came back because the location is easier to get to for me. The salesman was helpful the first time, however he never called us back as promised. We came back about 6 months later, and the second salesman was short with us, insisted he knew what we wanted (though we did not want what he offered) and simply suggested we try another dealership, as this one couldn't help us. We were in the market to purchase a Honda Accord, and we wanted to see what our payments would be. We had a figure in mind, which we mentioned to the salesman, that's when he suggested he could not assist us. $350 a month doesn't seem unreasonable to me, especially with a lease and excellent credit! He wouldn't even appraise my current vehicle to see if its value would help in the pricing. While we may not have been able to keep our pricing where we had originally intended, it would have been nice to actually have had the opportunity to discuss it with the dealership. He was insistent that unless we were willing to pay more, we should simply shop elsewhere. We went to Pacific Honda instead. Much nicer people!

Never had such horrible customer service with Honda before having owned multiple Honda vehicles. Arrived at Tony Honda on a Saturday afternoon after viewing 2 used 2015 Honda Pilots they had on their website. I Parked right in the front of the building where 2 sales associates were standing, got out and began to look around. After 10 minutes of browsing on my own I was never approached by any of the salesman. Finally I approached the 2 gentleman standing out front and asked about the 2 vehicles i was interested in that I saw online. Without even checking they told me "Oh those sold yesterday, yea they sell quick sorry" I wasnt surprised but still wasnt convinced from how dismissive their attitudes were. I went back to my vehicle and called the dealership to ask about the vehicles, and the sales associate i spoke with after checking the system told me yes they had 2 2015 Honda Pilots in stock and he would be right with me out front to show me. I sat out front for about 15 minutes and no one ever showed up and the 2 sales guys i initially spoke with were both still just relaxing in the shade. I was for sure I was going to be purchasing a vehicle that day but I guess Tony Honda is so successful they aren't too worried about new customers. After about 45 mins of no assistance my family and I just left.

I went in for a Safety Check. I had forgotten the paperwork, Joshua told me exactly what I needed and it was taken care of immediately! In this particular visit I mentioned to Joshua that my IMA light had come on. He told me he had someone who could take a look at it. When I returned Joshua had ordered my new part, told me it was covered under warranty and he would call me later on in the week to come in. He called on a Thursday afternoon, car was taken in on Friday morning and returned to me Friday afternoon, GOOD AS NEW! This was hands down the best dealership we have ever worked with. First, the sales associate "car salesman" was not pushy at all. In fact he listened to what we liked, wanted and needed, and showed us our options. Having multiple children means we need a big car, with certain amenities, but in a certain price range. We found a great car, but it seemed like we would not be able to afford it. He worked with the finance team to get us a price that was at the very high end of our budget, but we thought, at least we did it. Then the finance manager worked his tail off and got our payments down to below what we had anticipated. This was a huge, but amazingly good surprise. We were not looking to buy, but did because of the great rate. We were not forced into anything unlike some places. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is staying on the island. We were able to go, get all the paperwork done and leave in the car in under an hour and a half. Great service and great prices that equaled the best experience at a dealership ever. Great place for Military After dealing with other dealerships in Hawaii, I couldn't be more happy with how our experience went with the team at Tony Honda. My husband and I took one of his soldiers in there to find a decent used car to last her while she is in Hawaii. We had the privilege to also work closely with Tae, who was very straight forward and didn't need to sugar coat anything to get you a good price. He takes in mind that, Yes the dealership needs to make money, but the customer also needs to be happy and that's one major reason why I was happy with the purchase the soldier made. She wasn't breaking her bank to buy a car, she was more than comfortable with her payments and loves her car beyond words. When it comes to finance, you can't go wrong with Michael, I don't think the finance managers get enough credit. He was quick, made sure everything was laid out for her to see in detail so she could better understand the numbers when it comes to purchasing a car. He didn't hide anything from us and if we had a question or concern, he addressed it immediately and in terms that was easy to understand. I wanted to write this review because I've worked in dealerships and most of my family is in the dealership business. I'm protective of Military when it comes to stuff like this and I don't write good reviews unless I'm really impressed. To me, Jacob, Tae and Michael went above and beyond to make this happen. Being a woman, I'm always skeptical of handling car repairs myself- being afraid I'll be taken advantage of. However, I was so relieved and happy to find the opposite experience at Tony Honda! I had to bring in our 3 year old mini-van for warranty work on our alternator and battery. Because the warranty was purchased with the vehicle back in Georgia, it was not easy to get ahold of them for the warranty payment- but Andrew Jameson made everything happen and more for an awesome experience. I have 3 young children, and Andrew ensured the repairs happened as quickly as possible, with the least amount of waiting time. Best Cars Salesman Ever! Woody was the best cars salesperson I have ever worked with. He worked with us to negotiate a good price for the vehicle we wanted, which was much lower than listed. He was not pushy or manipulative at all. After test driving the vehicle, he felt that the condition of the shocks of the vehicle were not up to standard so he had the service department replace the shocks. Not only did he have them do that, but he had them replace the timing belt (vehicle had 76K and would be up for timing belt soon) and tension belt in the engine. None of the price of this extra work was passed on to us. We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased and especially the experience we had with Woody at Tony Honda. All of the service employees are friendly and helpful-- from the phone agent to the service specialist, I always feel that my needs are being taken care of. My most recent experience was an unscheduled one when my battery check light came on. I called to see if they could the me that day, but their earliest appointment was the next morning; however, they took my car that day and helped me with a car rental so I could run the errands I needed to finish. Because I had the rental I waited until the next morning to pick up and the car was ready by 7am. Kudos to Wade for orchestrating everything!

Is it normal to charge $90 to just install one car license plate??? When I called them to ask if they install it for me, they said yes and it’s fee to put it on, and when I got there they ended up charging me $90. This is ridiculous!!! This place is the worse honda dealer ship ever!!!

My mom spent over 5 hours there yesterday to fix her 1999 Honda which had a recall. And then they tell my mom they have to make another key. Then another hour later they tell her she's gonna have to play with the key and shifter to get the key out. My mom never had problems with this car until they told her bring it in. She's asks them to please put her car back how it was and then they tell her they arnt going to give her a new car. They were unprofessional and I was astounded that they were just trying to accuse her that she just wanted a new car and want her to pay for the diagnostic. Then they tell her her car has high miles anyways and tried blaming it on her key saying it was old and chipped when she never even had a problem with it

Elmo was a very good salesman. He is very friendly and took the time to answer our questions honestly. We test drove several different Honda models and he took the time to explain all the features of each vehicle. He worked hard to give us good deal on our purchase and was always aware we had a tight budget.
