Personal and professional service members, and efficient and timely service! My Honda CRV battery was giving me issues the day before and I called Honda Windward to seek help. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me great advice to help me with my car issue. They made an appointment for me the very next day to get my car fixed. I brought it in for service the next morning and they fixed the problem within a half hour! This experience makes me a lifelong Honda customer! I always loved Honda’s - it was the very first car I bought when I was in college and it was so dependable! LOVE the car’s reliability coupled with the outstanding service! 10-STARS!!! By the way, I called Pacific Honda prior to calling Honda Windward regarding my car battery issue, since I was in town when it happened and it made sense to contact the closer dealership. However, PH transferred my call several times and ultimately led me to an answering machine. Not the kind of service I needed in my time of emergency. I called HW and they gave me real time information. Subsequently, I called several more times and each time (talked to different service members), they were patient, friendly, and answered my questions professionally. While the Service Person did apologize and provided a free future oil change (thank you), the shuttle service should be reasonably efficient or not be offered at all. One driver does not seem to be adequate for the range of coverage.

The service consultant Anne Barba was very helpful in setting up the right service with the right lift for my honda vehicle. She also helped with early drop off and late pick up of my odyssey. Very nice sale people, not pushy. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see. The only reason I didn't hive them 5 stars was because of the wait when we started to sign paperwork. There was a back up with orders with the finance manager .

However, I noticed that they scratched my dash board from changing the recalled airbag. Excellent service, my vehicle went in for the annual safety check the week prior but was denied due to certain discrepancies. After those repairs, I was scheduled to have to have it serviced the following week. The person serving me, Daniel, also mentioned that my vehicle had a recall for the airbags. I agreed to have it serviced as per the recall order along with the safety check. They completed that task in a very timely manner. My compliments to the entire crew that spent the time and expertise to service my vehicle.

Honda Windward does excellent auto body repair. Staff is very friendly and helpful But I would give them an F for failure to cleanup/wash my vehicle. Inside of my suburban some kind of white splatter sprayed inside of my car. Would also be nice if they would give a free car wash so we can see the repair work better.

Victor and Keely did such a wonderful job helping me find out what was best for me. My old car finally died and I needed something that day. I told them what had happened and what I needed and I left that day with my brand new Honda Civic. It fits me perfectly and I couldn’t be happier! They made the process so easy, they answered all my questions and really listened. I went to a few other dealerships prior so by the time I got to them I was tired and ready to give up hope on finding something for me and that I could financially afford. But they did their magic and got me pretty close to what I asked for. Really great service, thank you Honda Windward!

Long story short: Service provided: key cut/programming Good price, friendly staff, long wait (2+ hr) even w/appointment, no updates or explanation. Details: I went in to get 2 keys cut and programmed. The price was much cheaper than the Honolulu Honda. Not sure if the Honolulu Honda associate was confused as to what I was asking but when I asked for the price to get 2 keys I was quoted at $300 per key. Honda Windward quoted me at $300 for 2. The associates were friendly and welcoming. The reason for the 3 stars vs. 5 is that even with an appointment I was told they would have to keep my car for 2 hours. No explanation as to why it would take so long, and no phone call updates even after 2.25 hrs. I had to reach out to them in order to find out that my car was ready for pick up. For a cut and program 2 hours seems ridiculous... It seems even stranger that they didn't reach out to me after that 2 hour mark even though they verified my contact information.

Great customer service and the staff is very knowledgeable of their products. Subtracting two stars because the tire pressure light came on as I was driving my new car home. Guessing they didn’t do a final spot check before handing over the car to me? Checked the tire pressure ourselves and adjusted accordingly, but the light didn’t turn off. Went back the next day to have it checked out. Since it was a Sunday, their service area was closed so we were informed that the lot tech needed to bring the car to a gas station down the street to put air in the tires. We waited 2 hours to get it done. Having to go back the next day was something that should have been avoided.

Honestly one of the most frustrating ordeals my car computer was fine and then when my car when in for service was there for almost 6 hours came back and none of the screens work and all of a sudden it needs a update. Which would have been fine if they had done it while it was there but now I’m being told I need to make an appointment and have my car there for 1-2 hours for the update.... why was it not done while it was there for 6 hours?! Most annoying situation ever.

Just went in to get one tire plugged on 7/17/19. My appointment was at 1pm and I arrived at 1230. It’s first come first served and I was the first one out of four appointments at 1pm. I didn’t receive a call for over two hours, so I walked back from the lounge to check up on them. These guys took over 2 hours to plug 1 tire. I paid $4000 for the 10 year warranty extension. That’s their top warranty package and it takes them over 2 hours to plug 1 tire. The front desk guy didn’t know that I had warranty and had the audacity to try and charge me for that service. Customer service goes out the window once you purchase your car. It doesn’t matter what dealership or how much you pay for your car.

Went in for “Service B” on my HRV at 7:30am today, 8/7/19. Easy check-in and drop off. Was told it should be ready by 11am. Got a call just after 10am informing me that my car was ready. Picked it up around 10:45am. Paid 175 bucks. Drive away and notice the tire pressure warning light is on. Call them back to tell them, and they told me to bring it back to the Express shop and they’ll fix it. Why would the car be returned to me with the tire pressure warning light on? I park my car a mile away to check the PSI on my tires. Front left: 38, front right: 39, rear left 38, rear right: 38. Suggested PSI on my door jamb says 30-32 PSI. Apparently they over filled my tires???? Note: The PSI that was sadly (and nearly illegibly) pencil-whipped on the inspection sheet looked like the front tires were filled to 35(????) PSI, rear tires filled to 38 (????) PSI. Took it back to the shop, they reset the tire pressure light, and took out air in my tires. I know they released some of the air because when I got home and checked it again myself, each tire was 1-2 PSI lower. No apology, no nothing from anyone I had contact with after I first picked up my car.

Service department employees are friendly, efficient and very helpful. My experience today was painless because I asked to not have to deal with the service manager. He is a donkey, in my opinion, very condescending man who I avoid at all cost.


From the moment I called about my issue with my seat, the staff said I could come that day and they would check it out. They were very fast and resolved the problem within a couple of hours. I was so happy not to have to come back another day to get it fixed. Also they charged a very reasonable amount for the work. I really appreciated his good attitude. My one complaint would be that when I finally came into the finance manager Victor Lees office he was very impatient with me. He didn’t seem to want to answer my questions without giving me an attitude and was unwilling to explain certain things without me pushing for an explanation. Went to Honda Windward for an oil leak and safety check. They were apologetic for keeping the car overnight and offered me a loaner. When I declined they offered to cover my safety check. When picking up the car, Justin was very attentive and walked me through the repairs done. Warranty covered the repairs so there was no cost. Car engine was cleaned and looks new

The body repair did a great job on repairing the rust on my car. The only bummer is that they screwed up my tint during the repairs. Though Rose was really good and said they would fix the tint once they get my rain guards come in. Once they complete this repair I’ll update my review.

Ashley was SUPER helpful. My car is only 5 months old & it consistently gave me a hard time each time I started it, and all the lights and alerts would flash but wouldn’t start. I initially thought it was my battery because my car would die. I had called multiple dealerships to get squeezed in for an emergency appointment because it was my only form of transportation and unfortunately no one was able to assist me. Then the multiple Honda dealerships (including the dealership I had leased my car with) & told me that my battery wasn’t covered under warranty and that it may have been my alternator or a technology malfunction and that I would have to pay labor out of pocket. So imagine my surprise when I called Honda Windward & spoke with Ashley who had willingly squeezed me in for an appointment the next business day, then had confirmed that my battery was indeed COVERED under warranty & had replaced it. Not only was it a quick fix but a very easy & smooth experience. I’ll def return to get my maintenance done when I hit 10k miles. Thank you so much Ashley! You were great to work with!

My Honda Pilot needed service, I scheduled ahead of time (like about 2 weeks ago-ish) due to my busy schedule and the type of service my Pilot needed. I arrived at about 10 minutes before 9am appt to make sure my vehicle will be ok. 3 1/2-4 hours later, they called she was all Pau and ready to be picked up. The services are a little long but Honda has a great waiting area to pass the time. Vending machines, tv ,reading materials, play area for children and of course coffee. But if you don't want to wait in the waiting area you have the choice to catch the shuttle to the mall or another location. I give these guys a 5 star. Awesome Service.

I also found that all tires were under-inflated after I noticed warning light on in instrument panel. I have mixed feelings, because the service was upsetting. But the operations manager who called me to listen was very good. So giving 3 stars overall.

I called to schedule an appointment for a possible battery change and I was able to come in as quickly as that afternoon or the next morning. When I went in (the next morning), I last minute asked them to check for a possible leak, which they were able to. I was planning on waiting (about an hr or so) but the shuttle driver took me home. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, they explained everything once more and check out was painless. I highly recommend Honda Windward and their services. This was not the first time I left as a happy, satisfied customer.

I try to stay clear of dealerships and repairs just because I know that they aren't the cheapest. With my car being a hybrid and the part only being available there, I had to bite the bullet. Justin made this as painless as possible and even made me want to keep my car an extra day there just so he could debrief me on the repairs! Don't get me wrong.
