Altough they weren't the first place I stopped, they had the best deals on a used car and the best group of sales people that I have ever worked with. I went in looking for a used car, a new car was suggested, but i didn't want to have another 5 years of payments looming over my head, so they showed me some of the used ones on their lot that were in my price range and i walked out with a better deal than sticker price.
My visits to Cutter Ford's service department have been pleasant and positive from checking in to the check out process. I will recommend that dealership for service and repair needs for your Ford vehicles.

The tech rep was very courteous and efficient. He explained every item on the work order and what items were being billed and why. He made recommendations that were very helpful and I had every confidence that I was was getting the best service possible. On pickup, he explained what services were completed and the cost per repair. Through a checklist , he pointed out the mechanical status of my vehicle. All in all, I was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff was very helpful and courteous and I look forward to my next scheduled maintenance at Cutter Ford.
I am a Ford owner and loyal customer of Cutter Ford. I always receive first rate service from the service department. Liz took excellent care of me and I barely finished my coffee before my 2014 Transit Connect (a vehicle that I cannot say enough good things about) was ready. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Cutter Ford’s service department. Every member of the service department whom I have dealt with has been outstanding. Special mentions to Kellie and Dino.
WARNING: DO NOT ENTER!!! Because of the REPETITIVE POOR SERVICE from Cutter Ford Aiea’s Service Department over the past 12 years, I am getting rid of my 2017 Ford Explorer and NEVER purchasing a Ford vehicle again! I have purchased 4 Ford SUV’s from this dealership and loved every single one, mostly the expedition. But because of the severe lack of customer service skills at Aiea’s service department, I am traumatized. I have made NUMEROUS trips back and forth from the West Side to Cutter Ford Aiea’s Service Department for recalls and warranty repairs only to end up in DISAPPOINTMENT! This is the first time I’m writing a review of any sort, but I felt it necessary in order to save others the heartache. I will no longer drive a Ford. I AM DONE!

I am very upset about my last visit. Here's what happened: Made an appointment for 8am on Monday morning so I dropped off my car the evening before, however I received a call at 9am to authorize doing a diagnostic test, which means my car was already sitting for an hour with no results. In addition, I was told my car would be ready by the end of day, Monday. Hadn't heard since, so I called for a status report at 220p, was told I'd get a call back, but didn't. Getting anxious, I called again before closing at 520p and was told the diagnostic test wasn't done because the battery was too weak. If this was the case, I should have been notified much earlier, maybe 10a or 11a, because that was such a simple fix. But instead, I was told the car would be held another day because it was past 5p and someone else had a vehicle emergency. I understand that there are situations that cannot be predicted or prevented but I should have received a "courtesy" call, especially since I asked for one, especially since it was such an easy fix. I finally received a call on Tuesday at 420p to say that my car was ready to be picked up, battery replaced, diagnostic test clear. Why did it take 18 hours to get this done? This experience was very upsetting because on top of losing two days of work without my work vehicle, I was not in the communication circle. Why leave my contact information, if they're not going to use it? I was pushed to the bottom of list because someone else's car was more important. Why did I schedule an appointment, if they're going to make their own schedule anyway? Bottomed line: Satisfied with work completed Very dissatisfied with customer service Dissatisfied with time frame work was completed
Our experience at Cutter Ford was absolutely superb! My husband and I were in and out in about 1 and a half hours and that’s thanks to the very professional employees, especially our salesman Dakota who helped us with purchasing my 2016 Ford Escape. Dakota is so friendly, knowledgable and helpful and we will be recommending him to all of our friends and family! We have been servicing our fleet vehicles (F-150's, F-550's) at Cutter because they are the closest Ford option on the West Side but we will not be returning to (any) Cutter location. Their service is brutal, communication is poor and you are still paying top dollar for "Ford Service".
My husband and I have heard stories of dealerships on Oahu from military pages or by word of mouth from from people on base. where not to go and horror stories dealing with service departments here in oahu. I'm sooo happy that we went with "Cutter Ford" in Aiea. if you ever get a chance and need service ask for Will. He is an excellent example of "Customer service and an employee that goes above and beyond" he never left us in the dark about status updates on our vehicle. He Used all 4 forms of communication to reach us. He gave us a phone call, sent emails, texted, and left messages on voice mail. If there was anything, we appreciate about him is his constant updates, reminders, and his mannerism when greeting us(when ever we're at the dealership), always smiling and just his excellent personality. Its astonishing to know he has been doing this job for many years and has not become complacent and still has compassion in assisting customers such as ourselves.
Super shady in all of our dealings with them. And wonders of wonders, there is NEVER a manager in the whole dealership. It goes in for one issue, comes out with 5 new ones. They don't tighten things back down, won't fix it when you go back "It left the lot, so you must have done something to it". A million excuses, no permanent fixes, and nobody to talk to beyond those at the desk, Noel and Dino. It has previously gone in for warranty work... still not fixed, but "It's not a concern" and they refuse to try to fix it anymore. Appointments are seemingly mere suggestions, rather than something to actually adhere to. Am actively looking for an honest mechanic!

Bought a 2008 Ford Edge from a private seller and noticed that the transmission shifted hard when going into 4th gear. Called several transmission shops and basically was told that a full transmission rebuild was their recommendation at a cost of $3,500. Wife told me to call Cutter Ford to see what they say. Made appointment for an evaluation and received an estimate that was one-third of a full rebuild. Service staff was great and I feel that they are a trustworthy business and would highly recommend them for service and repairs.

I had my reservations about getting my car serviced in Hawaii after receiving such great service in the mainland. Now, I grew up here and I have memories of being given the run around and having to wait a long time. However, when my car couldn't be shifted into any gear all because of a small plastic bushing, I realized that I will probably need to wait for 3 weeks. I even contemplated doing some jimmy-riggin' just to get it to work. My car was towed in to Cutter Ford Aiea and I was told the next appointment was going to be about 2 weeks, which was about to ruin my holiday plans with my family coming in from the mainland. I thought my luck had run out but I spoke to Kellie W. and she became my hero and saved Thanksgiving. I don't know what she and her team did but they made it happen. She called me and had me pick up my car in a couple of days. I am extremely grateful for their extra work to get me back on the road. They didn't have to go the extra mile but they did and my faith is restored in customer service in the car industry after being burned so many times before. Now I know where I am going to buy my Ford Ranger from when it is released! Thanks again Kellie.

We just bought a new 2018 Outlander on the 23rd. New salesperson was as helpful as he could be. However, when we came back from dinner to pick up our car, the tires weren't inflated to correct pressure (saw this on test drive) but we waited and they fixed it. Few days later it rained and 1/2 the car beaded off meaning I'm not sure what kind of 1/2 job they did on the wash/detail prior to delivery AND thank God for GEICO telling me there were 2 unaddressed recalls on my car 2 days later which they didn't fix the whole year it was sitting on their lot. Great new though, today (1 week of car ownership) the service department addressed our recalls and we found Al's Auto Detail who turned my car into the new car I should have seen when we drove it home. Now to wait for the appointment from sales to make sure a loose piece we saw is secured firmly.

Saturday, June 8, 2019, I dropped off my car. When I returned, there was some miscommunication. When I complained to the manager, she apologized and compensated me for the miscommunication and the wait time. This is excellent service.

Even though I was a little late for my appointment, my truck's defective airbags were replaced quickly! Liz also recommended a couple of fluid flushes, which were also completed quickly - very good service all around.

Rating for the timeliness of this place. HAD AN APPOINTMENT for two and a half weeks @ 10:15 AM today. For oil change and rear brakes. Well here it is 3:45 no call or update on it, so I called them and just finished cleaning the rotors.. 5.5 hrs later... haven’t even touched my breaks yet. have to come back tomorrow!! So all day, it took them for my 2 services. Still not finished. And when the truck was dropped off.. they said I could rent a rental car since they wouldn’t know when it would be done ON MY OWN DIME. Will not come here for services again, will make the drive to Honolulu. Unacceptable. Edit: they called back at 4:15, saying the truck would be done around 4:30 or 5:30. We saw the truck driving back into the dealership from the test run. There’s not good communication with the technician and the person giving updates. Because when they called said the truck just left for a test run.. when it had gotten back.. we were still in the area, So we stayed... got the truck at 5:30 PM. 7 hours later, I have my truck and all is well. But still will not come back here.

This was my first time going to and having my vehicle serviced at Cutter Ford Aiea. It is also the first domestic vehicle that I’ve owned. I am used to the routine that Tony Honda has when I have my car serviced. That being said my initial encounter was very pleasant with Will Soong. I will say that I was surprised that I was warned that my car may be kept overnight before there was a diagnosis to what the problem was. I thought that was quite unusual. Will Soong continued my check in process and was quite thorough in his explanations. My concerns about my service was the time it took to complete the diagnosis and resolve the issue. My appointment was first thing in the morning. I arrived a little early at around 7:15 in the morning. Once again I was warned that my vehicle may have to stay overnight to resolve whatever the issue. I didn’t receive a call till approximately 2 in the afternoon the next day to tell me the work had been completed. It was found that the problem was a hose had become unattached and just needed to be reattached. I don’t know the diagnosis process, but the fix to the problem seemed rather lengthy for just a hose to be reattached. If I had to make a suggestion it would be this... maybe have an app or online way of making appointments for service. Tony Honda has that option and it makes it convenient for their customers. Other than that I am satisfied the the service I received from Cutter Ford Aiea.

Took in my 2009 expedition three times, returned with the same transmission problems again and again. Payed the $100 warranty fee each time (warranty sold to me by them) and my car still as the same problem; Criminal. Switch to Toyota.

Shelby and Micah in the truck center are fast and efficient. I usually wait in the showroom lounge up front, so I can have coffee and watch TV. Our vans are brought up to the front when done in a reasonable amount of time for scheduled maintenance.
I took my Ford F-150 truck in for an illuminated battery indicator light. Staff was great and kept us informed on the status of my vehicle. Also, the customer waiting area was clean and fully stocked with complimentary water and coffee. I would’ve have given 5 stars but I was very disappointed that they didn’t have any record of my truck’s previous oil change. I took my truck in about 3 months ago for a routine oil change and maintenance check. Overall, the mechanic didn’t find anything wrong even though the battery indicator light intermittently goes on and off.
We worked with Will in the service department and I have to say that he was the best advisor we’ve ever dealt with! He called me with several different updates and made sure I was always in the loop. Their shuttle service is very accommodating as well. Excellent experience all the way around!
Loved working with Gawnie, he was very professional and very willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have the best deal. I spent the entire day at the dealership, but every second involved the staff and manager going back and forth with their finance and the bank to qualify me for the best deal. I walked into the dealership with a specific vehicle in mind, at a specific price. They took this information and did everything possible to make it possible, I even got a lower monthly payment that what I wanted. It's sad to say I'll be leaving the island, because it's hard to come across genuine car salesmen.
We purchased a large delivery van (Ford Transit Cargo 2016) from Cutter Ford we found online . I live on Maui and flew in to meet with Kevin Newcomb who took me out on a quick test drive, signed all the paperwork, finance, and had me back on a plane 3 hours later. He even drove to and from the airport with me. I highly recommend this dealership and particularly Kevin if you can work with him! #askforKEVIN

I bought my first 2 cars ever from here and have never had any problems. Funny enough, neither of the cars were a ford. My overall experience with them was pretty good. I'm not sure if I plan on going back there but that's mainly because I fell inlove with Dodge.

After taking my Escape to another dealer over 10 times with no resolution with my issues, I took my car to Cutter Ford Aiea - the drive was longer but completely worth it. I worked with Service Advisor Will Soong and my car was repaired correctly and in a timely fashion! They even have a Hertz Car Rental located right in their waiting room!

They got it right. After a new batter in electric car it would only go 38 to 45 miles to complete empty. After they correctly set electronics it now reads 75 to 85 mile range. I drove 45 miles and still had a half charge 8 out of 16 bars. Great Job !!!

Especially helpful was her advice regarding when would be the best time to bring our 2017 Ford Escape in, based on Cutter Ford's work volume. They must have worked on our car immediately since my wife and I had just started eating lunch after dropping off our vehicle when Liz called to let us know the Escape was ready for us to pick up. The service was spectacular. Took my vehicle in for a recall and to have my tires rotated and balanced. No extra pressure to buy other plans after an initial offer. Had a free shuttle service available to anywhere on island and then back again (even through rush hour traffic). The cost was around 50 dollars with no extra sales pitches after the technicians looked at the vehicle, either. Just did the job that I asked for.

Our 2006 Ford transmission was no longer available and instead of giving us a large bill, they immediately helped our family trade in and up to get a reliable vehicle for us. The personal support was helpful during this stressful transition.

Update* My situation has been resolved, however they still lose 2 stars because of the massive inconvenience at the end. However, they sale of the vehicle I purchased was destined to happen and in the end, I was throughly satisfied with my purchase. Including the 5 star warranty. That was probably the best investment I made.

My service writer was nice and helpful but I had to bring my car in several times before they could find the problem. I ended up with junk rentals, one was so dusty I was sneezing every time I had to drive it. Yes, I was thankful to have a vehicle but if they partner with a rental agency they should make sure the agency has standards. The third rental almost died out on me. Check in/out was fast. Just make sure to ask for an experienced driver to bring your car to the bay...my new rim was scratched

I ordered a new custom F-350 in February 2018 and put down a deposit. i knew it would be a few months for a custom vehicle as i have done this before. Turns out February is too late for a 2018 and had to wait for the 2019's to come out which were backlogged. Sometime in 2018 the chassis went to Knapheide for a bed. it got lost and no one could tell me when it would come in. I traded in my existing flatbed in October 2018 in anticipation of the new truck arrival in time for a 2018 tax write off. Well June 20, 2019 took delivery. I love the truck as it is what I ordered, but lost $2,000.00 on my trade as it devalued waiting for the deal to be complete. I have purchased nine new Ford vehicles over the years in Hawaii at all three dealers on Oahu and one on Maui. this experience hurt the most as i was left to rent a flat bed as needed of for my jobs My sales person tried to help but he wasn't well informed most of the time.
I tried to fix my 2007 ford mustang , Ive been told they can't order the part " battery cables" (even from the mainland). They charged $102 just for the check. Which is fine. But I tow my car to the local auto repair, they said "car cables for my car, don't need to be for a specific model" and they fixed in 1 hour, and for a fair price. I did my car safety inspection at Cutter once, I thought They were good. Buy this time makes me very disappointed. They are very rude on the phone also. I think they feel my car is not expensive, so they don't want to charge me a fair price (with hard to fix and take long time too). I don't think I will visit to cutter Ford again.

Cutter Ford Aiea gave us great service when our 2013 C-Max plug-in stopped charging. Due to difficulty obtaining parts for this type of car, repairs took longer than expected. Our extended warranty covered all repairs; however, it provided only 10 days of car rental. Cutter’s service rep Noelle, suggested we call Mainland Ford for a rental extension. We were told by that rep that we were not authorized to ask for an extension. The Aiea Cutter Ford manager then called the Mainland herself, and we were contacted by Alexandria Leonard who extended our rental for another ten days. We feel that the Aiea Cutter team went out of their way to provide us with the best possible service. Noelle and Alexandria were helpful and courteous at all times. We also feel that the manager of the Cutter Ford Aiea service department does a terrific job.

Bad dealership. They will prey on military from the mainland looking for to get a car for transportation. They add 3k to the MSRP and say it's because Hawaii is more expensive. Buyer beware. There are dealerships island who do not do this. They also use intimidation and pressure for you to buy a vehicle, saying things like this is a one time offer only. They try and say that the offer is only for today and basically pressure you to buy now. When you don't buy, they'll "talk" to the manager who maybe will cut off some money from the vehicle and also pressure you to buy
I would just like to THANK the whole service department. I brought my Explorer in for a recall your team did a complete safety inspection and made me aware of items that needed to be repaired. They completed the recall work and Oil change in the time frame given to me and communication was FANTASTIC! Went in to get a new pump for my windshield wipers. 6 hours later, I receive my car. Check the wipers before I left the lot and the back wiper control worked the front and vice versa. Brought it to their attention and they hastily fixed it. Left the lot, in the middle of traffic, and wanted to check myself in my visor mirror. As soon as I took my visor down, the mirror flap falls into my lap! The shock and disappointment that overcame me was incredible! They had one job, didnt do it right and caused damage to my vehicle!!

Purchased a vehicle a couple months ago and was told the vehicle would be done on a specific day. This was not true several days later. I recently just received the registration after a couple months for the vehicle and still yet to this date to receive the safety two months later. Very disappointed with the overall experience and service and organization of a manager to lead employees and not be able to carry out single factors of expectations for customers.
Really impressed by our new Ford Escape. We have owned 2 previous Ford vehicles which were reliable and long lasting. This new Escape is easy driving with a smooth ride with many new features to assist with safety in traffic. Many thanks to our Sales Consulant Bachan Khosa for His patience with explaining the benefits and features in this new vehicle. Also, for a nice test drive and vehicle delivery. I had a very pleasant experience with Cutter Ford’s Service department. Dino, who was my service advisor, was very personable and promptly followed up with me once my vehicle was ready to be picked up. They provided a shuttle from my house back to the dealership which was a very convenient service. Thank you, Cutter Ford, for creating such a welcoming atmosphere.
I noticed a nail in my tire and drove in to Cutter Ford to see if they could take care of it. I had no appointment but the service writer said they would fit me in. I waited in the lounge for about an hour 20 minutes. I was very happy with the service.
Will my service manager was great! However, this is the 3rd time I have brought the vehicle in over the last year and every time it takes 2 to 3 times longer than they tell me to complete the work. The last time I waited an hour for the shuttle to take me where I needed to go. After repeatedly asking if it was ready I was told it will be soon. Over an hour went by and there was no shuttle. I finally gave up and just waited in the lobby another hour and a half until the oil change for my car was done(It was only supposed to take an hour but they were apparently "busy and short staffed"). This time there was at least an explanation due to an issue they were having reprogramming the new key I needed. Unfortunately the technicians were unable to find a solution or a reason as to why it was not working. I was supposed to be there for a 1 hour routine maintenance but after 3 hours of waiting I needed to leave to pick up the kids from school. I now have to come back another time to leave the car so they can try and figure out why the new electronic key is not working(It's a 2016 vehicle). It was also amazing to learn that my electronic key cost over $400 including a $90 fee to reprogram it. It must have some real expensive technology but it sure seems someone is gouging on the cost to replace a key.

We bought our Dodge Dart from them late September and was told upon purchase that if anything happened in a reasonable amount of time they got us covered. Well within A WEEK the air conditioning started blowing warm air and the clutch was acting up. We called to make an appointment cause "they got us covered" to get the AC fixed. Turns out we had to fight to get them to look at it let alone we dropped it off in the early morning and left. All day goes by with no call for an update on when it will be done. By 530 that afternoon I'm getting frusterated and call for a status update to be told "tomorrow" someone will call me with an update! I've never had a simple AC check take more then 3 hours and they are telling me all day plus tomorrow? Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
Great service department! Dino & Liz have been great to work with and they're always open and honest about recommended repairs. The turnaround time is very quick and they always do timely follow up calls. I'll gladly continue taking my vehicle to them!
Will Soong provided excellent service on my recent visit. I did not have an appointment but my battery needed immediate attention and he was able to make sure I had a working car by the end of the day. Nice friendly staff. Had routine work, waited in customer lounge. Comfortable and clean, had cool coffee machine with lots of selections. Took about little over a hour for the routine maintenance, So was enjoyable while waiting for our car.
The worst service experience ever. Do not go here. I came in because I had a door latch issue with my car and the drivers door wouldn’t lock. It turned out to be a recall so they fixed it. I picked up the car, the latch was fixed and I noticed it locked from the inside... they claimed it was all fixed. Then that night I tried unlocking my car and it was not fixed. I was locked out of my car because they did not actually fix the drivers door lock and it would not unlock by key. I had to call a locksmith because of their problems. I brought the car back to them so they could fix their issues. When I arrived, the lady I contacted told me they would have a look at it. That's ALL she said to me when I let them look at my car again. Next thing I know, after waiting for 3.5 hours, she found me to tell me what they found. This is when she told me I owed them $70 for diagnosing it. This was absurd because it was NEVER mentioned that I would have to pay for them to see where they messed up. Again I brought this car in to get the lock fixed and they claimed to have fixed it but I brought it back because it was not fixed. I already paid for them to diagnose it the last time. I brought it back because they never actually fixed the lock. Then she gave me a $300 estimate to fix the lock. They never even checked if it worked before I left after claiming it was fine which caused me to get locked out the same night, and they charged me for checking what they missed. I don't understand how they could have missed the fact that the car won't unlock from the outside before telling me it was done. It's comical how bad of a job they did.

2 1/2 hours for oil change and safety. I had an appointment scheduled. Does my appointment time mean anything or did I just drop it to sit for an hour and a half. Till they could get to it. I'm so glad my deal with them has ended now I can take it somewhere without garbage service times

Two weeks ago, this review would have been 5 Stars. Kai and Mike did a great job getting me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted. However, the car had just been traded the previous day and needed to be detailed and have some paint touch up. They told me to give them until the end of the week. They called Wednesday to say it would be ready Friday. I told them I was going to the mainland and would pick it up the following Saturday. Now two weeks after the purchase, they call to say it is still in the body shop so I can pick it up Monday. My guess is that will change too because it hasn’t been detailed yet. They told me it was out of their control because the body shop messed up; Even gave me the name of the body shop. My view is I am not a customer of the body shop. I am a customer of Cutter Ford and feeling a little less important to them now that the deal is done. I will update this review when I get my car. It better be looking really good for all the time they have had it! Goes to show the value of service after the sell!

I dropped off my card at the service center at 8:30 a.m. because they told me in order to charge the A/C they would have to inspect the system which would cost me $80 diagnostic fee. Ok that made sense. So I was serviced by Ashley. Right now its 4:45 pm & I have not had a call all day in regards to what is wrong or not? I then called the sales number4:11 p.m. & Mitzi who is in charge of scheduling said that Ashley is servicing a customer & she would call me right back, its 4:47 pm. I called again & Mitzi answered the phone & I asked her? what happened to Ashley calling me right back after finishing with the customer? She said what would I like to do because there is no one I can talk to. I said no worries, I will come down to the dealership.... Poor poor customer service

We've had to take our car in for the same issue twice (Ford Parts problem) and the service people are friendly and the work was done in an acceptable amount of time. My issues have been not receiving a call back about a part they were supposed to replace and the prices for their diagnostic check which I've paid for twice even though it was their faulty part that was the problem both times.
I purchased my most recent car, a 2012 Ford Escape, at Cutter Ford. It was a CPO with low mileage and excellent price. Over the course of my ownership I've used Cutter Ford as my main source of service even though a neighborhood service center is only a few miles away. I've always found the representatives to be friendly and helpful on each visit for service. Their recommendations were always received well and they listened to my own concerns and rationale for expanding beyond the suggested service. I purchased an extended warranty and even though my service needs were typically proactive the one failure that required extended service was easily paid for by having the extended warranty. Having a clear understanding, by the service group, of what the extended warranty included was important to me to answer any question I ever raised. I will continue to use this dealer in the future when it is time to replace my existing car.
Was not greeted by any of the numerous staff around the outside of the dealership and had to go inside to the front desk to be helped. Their website advertised discounts and a 0% APR promotion that I was interested in, but they explained it was the discount OR 0% APR, not both. The paperwork and closing were relatively quick and easy. However, the brand new car I purchased came with broken components, so I had to work with the service department to get those fixed. The parts were covered under warranty, so there was no charge, but it took three separate service appointments, and the turnaround time for seemingly simple replacement work was longer than it should have been. The car also came with A/C seats, and the seat backs weren't blowing air all the time, so I asked the service department to take a look, and they told me there is no fan in the seat backs, only in the seat bottoms. This is not true because there is clearly fan noise coming from the seat back but no air blowing. A quick google search will show that the A/C seat issue is a somewhat common issue to multiple models of fords. I would rather be told that it cannot be fixed rather than being lied to and being told that the seat backs don't have fans in them. One issue to note is that each time I have received the car back from the service department, the exterior was filthy. Most recently, the car was in service for less than a day, and it looked like they drove it through a dust storm. There is another ford dealer closer to where I live, and I only went to this one because they had the car I wanted in stock. I will most likely be going to another dealer from now on.
The service department did not put my truck back together correctly and it turned into weeks of work to fix since they did not know how to fix the parts to my factory alarm system. The initial service had nothing to do with my alarm system, they just somehow managed to break it.
Liz was my service advisor, I have had her serval times in the past. Liz is great, she listened to my concerns and wrote it down , the work was performed to my satisfaction in a very short time while waiting in the customer lounge. Liz is very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I just like her. Thank you Liz, this is why I keep coming back to Cutter Ford.
took in my vehicle for transmission problems, ended up having to have it replaced completely. my extended warranty contract ended up paying the majority of the costs, still had to pay almost $600. Will Soong was my PoC at Cutter, and he was amazing. kept me in the loop with every decision being made and updates on every stage of the vehicle repairs and handled contact with the warranty company. only reason im not giving it full 5 stars, is because my vehicle started slipping in first gear again, and my audio system is not working properly as when I turned it in. Will followed up with me and asked me to keep him in the loop with things. so client communication, definitely a 5 star review. service/making sure everything is working the way its supposed to, 4/5. will be contacting them again shortly for follow up repairs if needed.
Usual car dealership, very high prices that get marked down to average sale prices to make it seem like you’re getting a deal. However, the reason for 2 stars is because I specifically asked them not to run my credit several times because I was financing through my own bank .Through the uneseccary rush they forced upon me, I signed a document saying they could even though they said they wouldn’t. When I went to the manager he showed me the document. They did nothing wrong on paper but it just goes to show car dealerships aren’t there to help you. Especially Cutter Ford
Cutter Ford charged my native & deaf father x2 what they normally do for $40 but for $110 for an oil change. Come to think of it, that's $10 away from being 3x as price gougy.
Got myself a 2019 Ford Fiesta ST. The service was good and the dealership was willing to work with me over pricing.
