25 days ago I got a transmission oil change service for my car which was in a good situation. After the service my car transmission becomes affected and finally it becomes completely out of service with in one month.

Walked in service department, not one employee in sight, then when I found one at the 2nd counter, he was looking down at his cell phone. I got his attention, asked for the parts department. He gave directions. Went to a counter no one was there, rung the bell, waited, rung the bell again. A sleepy looking guy comes out with no greeting and says, can I help you?

My last experience was 3 hours for an oil change and I was unimpressed but this last service appointment was amazing! Not only was my service performed quickly but the service attendant (a new person) went above and beyond for me to get parts ordered and she was a middle man for a body shop and me. My husband and I have been calling the service department for 3 days to inquire about a repair. No answer. No return call to the 10 messages left over 2 days. Even speaking with someone verbally leaving a message of our upset with how this being handled yielded no results. I am stuck with a car that has the me ed of a repair under warranty which will expire in 6,000 miles. They must be waiting for that to happen. Shame on you Nalley Kia!

I had a terrible experience!!! It was to be a day of simply taken both of my 2016 Kia Optima and 2014 Cadenza to get an oil change and tire rotation. I made the appointments via the app; however, they only had my Optima. I showed the Kia rep the confirmation number but she told me she do not see the Cadenza appointment. She then ask me to search for the oil promotion that I selected so she can make the appointment. That interaction was not pleasant. I asked how long was the wait. She said 2 hours. I decided to cancel the Optima appointment because of the long wait. Almost 2 and half later Kia rep called me advising that I need to review a text that was sent to approve additional recommendations. I noticed that they said that my right side headlights was out! Before I dropped my Cadenza off the headlights were working! The rep then preceded to say do you want us to fix it. That was going to be $74 charge for something that was an issue prior to being worked on! I asked the rep what did you do! She directed me to her manager and he stated they did not do anything wrong and would like them to fix it for cost. I became irate and requested this boss. He proceeded to tell me to lower my voice and I told him that this was ridiculous! I paid for the oil change and tire rotation. I declined their offer to fix my headlight for $74. I will no longer frequent this Kia service center and will recommend others to do so as well. ****Update**** When I tried to share this post on Google via Nalley Kia app, the post would not go through. Go figure.

I bought my car from Nalley Toyota, I came in for my first oil change. Over the phone I was told that that sadly Toyota couldn’t complete the oil change but Nalley Kia would not only complete the oil change but honor the free complimentary service that would be given by Toyota. I didn’t find out until after the service was complete that that was not the case. Afterwards the service rep helped by giving me a coupon from the website to curb pricing. I understand that it’s not her fault. I just don’t like being misinformed.

I would NEVER buy another car from this Kia dealership! My daughter bought a 2019 Optima with 10 miles on it. On Day 5, the car wouldn’t crank or go into gear. The dealership refused to give her a loaner car or try to alleviate her fears of driving a car that was unreliable. When we asked for a meeting with the General Manager, we found out he was out of town so as soon as he returned we requested a meeting with him. The meeting was set up for 5:45, but he had decided to go home & didn’t even show up for our meeting! So now, we have an unreliable car sitting in our driveway & have dealt with a bunch of Money hungry car salesman from Kia Stonecrest.

I bought a car last year in August the air went out after 3 weeks, it was fixed the same car the motor blower went out July 2910, it was fix, however the motor blower went out again within 2 weeks, upgraded to t new Kia haven't had the car 4 weeks the air isn't working. The people work at this location is great and very helpful, the cars they have sold me are no good. Not a happy customer.

I bought two 2019 Kia Optima’s and there was a large hole under one of my headrest. Service manager Bill would not replace the headrest. I have bought 7 different cars through the years from Nalley Kia at Stonecrest and I will never purchase another vehicle as long as Bill is the service manager. However Cassandra and Clive are great and I recommend speaking to one of them when visiting Nalley Kia for good and honest service.

Car broke down roadside Sunday , insurance had it tow to Nelley Kia. Check the car in over the phone . Now it's wesday and no one seen ,no one look for it , I had to call the police to make sure it was there . WAIT!!!! !! my wife spot it in front of the kia service center . Now she's check it in again . O yea, I called the service manager Bill somebody 40days and 40nights still waiting on that call back .

I received excellent customer service at this location. I made my appointment online via their website. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and checked in. I was offered a shuttle to get back home while my vehicle was serviced. I was offered drinks and popcorn as I waited. My customer service rep. Cassandra was attentive and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle service. I enjoyed the attentive staff and convenience of the location. And I am planning to go back again when next my car needs service.

If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would. I was "helped" by Stan Williams, who did a poor job at communicating and at least acting like he wanted to be there (let alone make the sale). First, Stan did not know the internet prices of the vehicles my family and I were looking at. As I tried to express the price(s) with pictures of the vehicles (VIN's included), Stan would literally skip over what I said and state another price. This happened at least five times. Next is the part that topped everything off. His communication was terrible, along with his body language, and tone. Communication wise, we had to ask him questions on top of questions in order to get anything out of him. When Stan asked for my information, he did not state why. I had to ask. When he wanted to run my credit, he did not state so. I had to ask. When he received the appraisal for my possible trade-in, he did not tell us. We had to ask three times. His body language and tone seemed like he had checked out for the day. Even if this was the case, it seems unfair for us to receive that energy as potential customers. Lastly, as I gave my range for payments, Stan came back with a payment that was only 10 dollars more. I asked to get it down to my payment price again, just to see if he would fight. I literally told him if I got that price, I'm sold. Stan unfortunately did not seem interested whatsoever. So, it was a wrap for me. The very, very last thing that topped it off for me was my family member asked him for a price sheet for a different vehicle. When he returned for the last time, my family member asked again. Stan replied, "he don't want that, so it ain't no point." Regardless if I did or did not, I wanted the sheet and so did my family member. At that point, I told my family member let's go. My family has been shopping with and going to Nalley since the mid 2000s. We are very familiar with this branch. I thought it would be nice to go back "home" to a (what I thought would be) secure, welcoming environment. I was wrong, and I hope you do not make the same mistakes I did. By the way, no test drive was offered either. All-in-all, go somewhere else where you will be valued regardless of the time of day, making a sale, etc. But because you are a human being who is a customer.

I walked (literally) from my house to Nalley Kia with a weak hope of being able to drive off the lot. For months I've had to deal with missed MARTA buses, late trains and weather. Antonio greeted me and immediately sat me down and worked with my limited means and I mean LIMITED. He and the staff including the manager were super patient and I drove off with a brand new Kia Forte with super affordable monthly payments. If you are looking for a vehicle I highly recommend Nalley Kia, even if you don't think you can drive off the lot with one, try anyway. They will try there absolute hardest to work with what you have.

I have mixed feelings about this dealership. The advisors and service guys are nice, but their communication and attention to detail isn’t that great. I took my car to get it’s normal maintenance done last weekend and got a few of the recommended services done as well. I was literally there for 5 hours and was disappointed that no one offered to take me to the mall or anything while I was waiting this long. To top that off, my keys had suddenly been misplaced and I had to wait an extra 20 min. for them to find them. Of course the manager apologized, but I feel like I should have been offered a complimentary service for the inconvenience/long wait. Fast forward to today.....I come back to Kia because I was told last week that they didn’t have a certain part for my car and that it would be ordered. So I said that’s fine and came back thinking that I would get this service done. Come to find out that they actually found the part last week and went ahead and put the part on my car, however, they failed to communicate that to me. If I would have known that, I would have never scheduled an appointment!

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! If I could give anything less than one star I would. Everyone I worked with at this dealership was horrible and untrustworthy !!!! The salesperson wasn’t knowledgeable about anything he was acting very nervous which made me feel nervous about getting the car. Although I didn’t feel comfortable with the salesman I still wanted the car even though the finance managers didn’t give me the best deal however once I signed all of the paperwork and got insurance on the the car and was ready to pay the finance manager he began to talk to me in a very condescending way. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day but I felt as if he took his frustrations out on me which made the deal fall through. Days afterwards when I’m trying to get the vehicle took off my insurance the managers at the dealership will not give me anything stating that I never left the lot with the car so I can be refunded the money from my insurance company. I don’t recommend you call me here to buy a car they will try to take advantage of you and give you a hard a time. I’m a first time buyer and my experience was horrific thanks to the staff at Kia Nalley of Stonecrest! DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!! This is from the heart I would hate for someone to experience this type of bad customer service!!!

Told me they would call me back then ran my credit 3 times today back to back. I had to call them back on my own and ask why I was getting so many notifications to find out what they were doing. Now I have 3 hard inquiries on my credit and a lowered score just to be told I have no options and ask me what my score was. Luckily, I was called by another dealership that was able to provide options, estimates, and actually invite me to come finish the process. Wouldn’t recommend Nalley’s for the fact of what they did with my information and not walking me through the process and at least having me on the phone when running my credit with different banks. Not happy with service due to lack of communication and then basically saying there was nothing they could do other than offer one down payment offer when others had options. They did exactly what I didn’t want them to do. It was upsetting because I let the sales manager know what I had been through before dealing with cars and dealerships.

Dont waste you time its bad its a hustle ther you take your auto for one thing and the hustlers try to get you for other stuff took my 2017 for a battery check .That took half of the day and the hustler telling me what i needed which was nothing trying to boost his commission however it did not work for me i no better i am half of a hundred that was my last and final time i took my car back to were i use to go when i had my 2007 kia sportage Atlanta Kia south the senior machnic left for 2 year but he is back he is excellent yall he will not let a auto leave with out inspection teaching the young blood how to that place is the best i have a lot to compare it to do not think about the distance its worth i had my 2017 taken there it was running hot. Their FB ad came up with a 39.95 four wheel alignment so I clicked through and read all the available fine print and booked my appt. When I called on Monday to confirm, I was told I would have to bring a screenshot to get that price. Nowhere in the ad did it state this. Then, I found a similar coupon on their actual website but that one said Kia vehicles only, not the one on FB did not state this. So I called to explain this, only to be told that it is for Kia vehicles only. I asked to speak to a manager and was on hold top long so I hung up. The manager called and left me a message stating it is for Kia vehicles only. I guess I'll be taking my Hyundai AND Kia elsewhere for service since they can't figure out how to properly advertise. If their service department is this bad, I'll guess their sales department can't be much better.

Cassandra in the service dept is Awesome!!! Thanks Nalley Kia. I have a 2014 optima that broke down and I was devastated because its my livelyhood as I drive for Uber/Lyft/DoorDash/Uber Eats. She took care of me like I was family. Her professionalism and attitude were first rate and I didnt even have to sit at the dealership all day. She hooked me up with a rental, and I didnt miss a beat. She totally changed my perceptions about Nalley Kia. Why? Well my mechanic ordered a small inexpensive tire for my kia Sorrento and my daughter in law drove me all the way from Monticello to Panola Road to pick it up bc they said it would be there on the 5th of July, needless to say the part want be there until tuesday the 8th but it wasn't the fault of Nally Kia dealership. My mechanic should have called ahead to see if it was there. The kia personnel was absolutely wonderful people, a delight to be around and very helpful there.

They illegally changed my information on file, and the service manager marlon accused me of multiple things, when I had documents to prove what I was saying. I should’ve went somewhere else to buy my car. The buying part is always great until you drive off the lot then nobody cares. My check engine lot came on about a month of having the car and after I made an appointment to get the car looked at my bf was told that I had a Chevy and that I needed to take it to Chevy without so much as looking at it. I get a call a few days later talking about how I missed my appointment with them and if I wanted to reschedule. Could’ve sworn I was told that since purchasing the service plan I needed to take the car to them for maintenance. Not only that but nothing they said about the lender I got was true, I wouldn’t enter a contract for a car note I that has no grace period whatsoever like ish doesn’t happen. I also found out through Chevy they sold me a car with uncut keys so if my fob dies unsuspectingly I'm screwed. I’m gonna have to pay $250 to request a code from Chevy to have the key cut. I couldn’t reach anybody there when I had questions. I regret wholeheartedly buying my car from here.

This is the second time I have had a bad experience with this dealership. They always take way longer than expected to do repairs and the service coordinator doesn’t respond to email voice mail and or other people that work for the dealership. Plus on top of lack of communication and no one being able to tell me if my vehicle was ready , you guessed it the service manager was unavailable also . I do not recommend this dealership.

They apparently aren’t answering any phone since the main number went to voice mail. I left a message but at this point I have NO CONFIDENCE in getting a call back from them. Great price, but not best follow up and delivery. You pay for a new tag, then you get to use your old one. Everything is in the details, and they fail badly. Car was delivered wash, but not clean, lots of dirt and mud in all corners. The inside was exactly, like you would expect for a car that has been 10 months in the lot extremely Dusty.

I took my car to Nalley Kia of Stonecrest for an oil change. The recommended services for my car included an air cabin filter replacement for $69. This is odd because I changed my air cabin filter right before I took it in for service that day. Guys, be good to your customer to keep them coming back. I’ve had my car for about 4 years now.. bought the car from this place and come get service at the same place. I come here at least twice a year for service and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have an issue! At this point I’m over it and will take my business else where. I booked an appointment for my car to be serviced and also had a coupon. “Which by the way is on their actual website” Once I explained I had a coupon the service advisor whole attitude changed. And asked the other service advisor if he knew of any coupon- he says “No” - remind you it’s on their website.. so I politely pulled up my car and my appointment that I booked directly from their website just to prove to her. She then begin to try to figure out where it said “oil change “ and tire rotation “ and I politely again pressed the button to show her details.. she then said she still can’t see anything! I politely expanded the text for her! - In all her attitude is disgusting and her professionalism needs a lot of work! They are here to service and provide good service. I can see if I came in with an attitude or was rude to her, I had an appointment at 9am and didn’t get checked in until 9:15.. I politely waited until it was my turn! I should be the one with an attitude. I am so sick of going to business and the people that work at establishments such as this one are rude and unkind. It’s sad I had to go through all of that just to show her a coupon. And then she has a nasty attitude like I am the customer there should be some respect given at this point. Just know I’m never coming back.

I called a few weeks in advance to purchase a key fob with key included and programmed. I was quoted that they had exactly what I wanted. But when I got there I was a quoted a completely different price and the key fob I wanted was no longer available. Then they added environmental fees that I was not told about. It's always something.....!!!???? .Appt was scheduled for 3pm. I show up at 2.51p. I fell asleep and woke up. They said it would take ab hour. It took 2 1/2 hours. I work retail in management and I hate to complain. But they never do what they say. I got ready to test my new $330 key and it doesn't work. I was so upset. Then they said their key machine didn't work so they have to go to their sister store but this time they would test it before they come back. What in the hell.... I will not be back to this kia if I have to drive to Smyrna. .....I will go to pep boys to get my oil change from now on.. so disappointed.

I was greeted by Antonio Stevenson, an AWESOME, salesman, I came in with the intentions on just seeing if I qualify, and not 20 minutes later I was signing my paperwork and given my keys. Antonio answered all my questions, made sure I was COMPLETELY satisfied with my purchase. The man (I forgot his name) that processes the paperwork (office in the corner) for the loan and the warranty, was running late to get home, but STILL took his time to explain EVERYTHING and make sure I knew everything I was signing. I called the Lithonia location numerous times and was told on numerous occasions that an associate (I requested Marlon, the Service Advisor) would follow up with me to answer a question-which services were recommended- so that I could schedule a service appointment. NO ONE DID and when I did continue to call to ask this same question I kept receiving the same answers. I asked to speak with a Manager and was told that none were available. I left voicemail messages for Marlon and he never followed-up with me and the services were never scheduled and consequently, my vehicle shut off on me the day before Thanksgiving as I was travelling to see my family. I continued to call the Scheduling Department and asked for Corporate and was given the incorrect number to submit a complaint. Finally, I did reach Corporate but that's because I'm tenacious-not because they gave me the correct information the first time. Corporate did follow-up with me but the answer that they gave me for recommended services does not match the original list that Marlon the Service Advisor gave to me after an oil change, etc. Consequently, I don't think anyone at Kia has any idea what they are doing, how to follow-up, how to answer a question, and I pity their customers. Please do not shop here because if you have a question or concern, God in Heaven only knows who will answer it. Thank you and God Bless. I JUST WANTED TO POST ANOTHER NOTE ON MY REVIEW AND STATE THAT IN RESPONSE TO THE MANAGERS REPLY, I HAVE CALLED KIA BACK MORE THAN ONCE AND LEFT MESSAGES TO BE RELAYED TO THE MANAGER AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK. My first service appointment took 3+hours on top if the additional time wasted for the half missed car wash. The second service appointment took over 4 hours. Now neither time was spent on anything other than a standard recommended service. TODAY! TODAY! There were 18 cars placed ahead of my 7:30AM APPOINTMENT! My husband was told 'I don't care' countless times by the manager. HUBBY was told his appointment did not matter, that being short staffed (BECAUSE THE MGR CAN'T GET EMPLOYEES TO PASS DRUG TESTS) MEANS ALL THE OTHER CARS WOULD BE SERVICED BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENT!!! THEY WERE NOSE TO NOSE. THERE'S A LOT MORE TO THIS STORY. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH BEING INTIMIDATED, OR FIGHTING OR WAITING FOR HOURS FOR WHAT OTHER PLACES CAN DO IN 30 MIN ... But if you are OK with drugged mechanics working on your brakes..... By All means go ahead. Ps I've read reviews dating back saying the same thing. I know the GM is going to say he's disappointed in our experiences and ask us to call him . But sounds like nothing has changed.

First and LAST service here! I was told it would be 1 hour for an oil change. I get here and they say 1 1/2 hours. It turns into 2 hours. They asked if I wanted the complimentary car wash which I was told comes with servicing when I bought my car anyway... well it wasn't done. I get inside my car and my phone holder is broken! Why are you even touching it to do an oil change?! Oh and the manager gone to the doctor so nobody can help me! They better pray nothing else missing in my car!

All I can say is Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Customer Service is on a Level 10, from the Service Department to the Sales Staff. Went in for a diagnostic and left out with a brand new car. I was a tad bit difficult and picky, with a somewhat mediocre credit score, but my sales professional, Marcus Booker was very patient with me. He was knowledgeable about the products he sells and he goes the extra mile, showed me how to work every little aspect of my vehicle. Marcus and Blake (The GM) helped me to get the payments I needed and the vehicle I wanted! I highly recommend going to Nalley Kia! Feels like family there!!!

I have a Kia and a Hyundai so Kia sends me coupons on services. I went Friday morning to get my Hyundai service for a oil change using the coupon. After they serviced the car Cassandra then tells me that I couldn’t use the coupon and that it’s only for Kia cars. Ok whatever I paid regular price for the oil change. Saturday the car shook briefly but I didn’t think nothing of it. Sunday morning driving to church the car shook the whole 20 minuet drive and my engine like kept coming on to the point at lights I put it in neutral because I was afraid it’ll cut off at a complete stop. Today I go to Kia explain to Vershaun the issue he tells me it’ll be a few hours because they’ll have to check some stuff out. He comes back a few minutes later saying they wasn’t going to charge me to look at the car and that I’ll have to possibly go to Hyundai to get a full diagnosis on the car because it could be a recall on it. Now mind you I had no problems with my car prior to them touching my car. He comes back 10 minuets later saying they couldn’t find anything wrong. I asked for corporate number and he disregard it and kept talking. I left to go to work and been calling and no was available except for JOHN manager of sales who couldn’t do anything but pass a message, called again and the scheduler girl couldn’t do anything but pass a message. And no one has called me from the services department. I googled corporate and left a message with the automatic line and whatever number John gave me and no one has responded. Just leaving work and my car is shaking again. So now I’m back on my way to the dealership. Don’t get your car service with them and if me having another car instead of a kia is a issue explain that to me before servicing the car and taking my money. again DONT GET YOUR CAR SERVICE HERE!!!!!

Customer service is extremely poor. It took a month of back and forth messages, drop-ins, and phone calls where you could only leave messages for me to realize that my daughter's Kia parts would never arrive. On one occasion, I was told it would be ready that day, only to find out the wrong rack & pinion system had been installed. The two service advisors (Cassandra and Tyler) seemed to be more interested in their cell phones than greeting customers. In fact, they either had attitudes or ignored us each time we showed up at the counter. Marshun was better, but misinformed us several times. One positive note; I do have the upsell sheet with over $4,400 of recommended repairs, so with that I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Went to Kia to get new tire after picking up a nail in the road from construction. Service for me is rated fair, good, better & best. This day it was "Good." But began as "fair." Marlon didn't seem like he was too enthusiastic about working. Kinda dry talking, but helpful once he gets going. Once he wrote up the job order, he was more pleasant/ helpful and walked me to my car opening the door as courtesy. BUT, the very 1st time I visited Kia was to get my 15,000 mile service a few weeks ago. When I tell you this person goes ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty and my expectation...she did! Cassandra, Service Writer exudes OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! She acknowledged me right away, shares what all is included in my 15,000 mile service, tells me where waiting room is. She offered popcorn, coffee, water, tells me where restrooms are, etc. Offering courtesy car wash before car return to me. CASSANDRA is the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE! She made me feel as if she wanted my business at Kia in Lithonia/Near Stonecrest Mall! When my car was ready, she even gave me the BEST HUG and thanked me for my business; inviting me to come again to Kia for car service! Cassandra gets a 10!

Beware! Went to get a 100k check up and new tires. Turns out they sold me two tires that were four years old. Within six months the tread started coming off. I took the car back and told them to replace the tires at no cost to me, which they did. However, it took four days to get my car back because they didn't have them in stock and then someone forgot to put them on the truck. I was given a 2018 Silverado as a loaner. Unfortunately, the mechanism to raise the seat was broken, which no one offered to fix. I went to another Enterprise office to see if they had something else I could drive...no luck. I am a 72 year old woman and I not short, but I had to drive looking through the steering wheel until I could get home to get some pillows. Kia' s lack of concern for my predicament really pissed me off, and the fact that they sold me old tires. I love my car, but the dealership sucks. Will now have to drive 50+ miles to use another one.

Even though I was there before my appointment @7:00am. People that were there before me, that had appointments after mine, were seen! Which pushed back my wait time to be seen. Why make appointments then?! It should be first come first serve then. Then there has been times were I was the 1st one to show up and still have been seen after someone who was late for their appointment. There should be some consistency. I hate coming to Nalley!

For the past 2 years I have been going to Nalley Kia at Stonecrest. I have always had a fantastic experience until today. I went in by appointment for my regular oil change, inspection, etc. I was told the service would take about an hour. An hour and a half later I was called and informed of extra maintenance "needs" on my car. This is normal and has happened before. I have always trusted the team to recommend what's needed for my car. I told the rep to go ahead with the add on services since they were needed, I was then told I needed even more (some add on services I had just received recently on my last visit) and I was confused. My car had given me no trouble so why is Kia trying to rack up over $1000 in repairs? I declined half of the services and waited for my call to pick up my car. After 4.5 hours I was told my car was ready, I asked if there were damages on the parts replaced. For the part I spent $300 replacing, no damage. For the part I spent the other $200 replacing, yes. Why am I paying for things that don't need to be replaced? Why am I being recommended for things I just replaced if the time elapsed nor mileage indicate that it is time for it? I probably will not be back. It really sucks that a team I've grown to trust really pulled a $500 fast one on me. (And it could've been $1000)

The only positive experience I've ever had with this dealership is the initial buying process. Even on that same day I had a service center associate ignore me when I asked a simple question while they carried on a personal phone call. The absolute worst thing about the place is the lack of organization. I always schedule my oil changes days in advance and without fail have to wait a minimum of an hour and 30 minutes to get serviced for just an oil change. The staff doesn't acknowledge you. Appointments mean absolutely nothing and don't even bother calling for information unless you want to play phone tag with 5 different associates. If you value your time, customer service, and being appreciated for your business SAVE YOURSELF AND GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP.

So I’m not one to complain, but they’ve honestly pissed me off. I won’t be returning here again. They are constantly taking hours to complete a simple oil change and then provide a free “car wash” to compensate for the additional hours. The car wash is subpar and definitely doesn’t constitute the time wasted. What did it for me was today, I was quoted the wrong price not once but three times in one visit!! They replaced my undercarriage and quoted it at $100 when it was time to pay they advised there was a system error and it is now over $300 and asked would I like to keep it on my car?!? Number two they sent a coupon with their address to the house (the main reason I came) and then denied the coupon saying their location doesn’t participate in it even though it has their location listed on it. Lastly, they offered the engine fluid free of charge due to the issues and then when it was time to pay they then told me the manager couldn’t authorize it. Well why are your reps stating things, putting them in people’s car and then charging me them an entirely different price??? So now on top of waiting for the initial job to be done which too way too long, they have to go take all of this “free” stuff totaling over $400 off. I used to like this place but this past year has been steadily declining with today being the absolute last straw and I plan on taking the complaint to corporate. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of several hours for an oil change!!

I expressed both to the salesperson and finance Mgr (Tarrence) that I travel a lot and take road trips frequently. They still added it and now that my car needs over $2700 worth of service I’m being told I can’t use my warranty or get a refund, I wasn’t even offered a discount on my repairs!! Bad business
