I expressed how I didn't have much time and she got me in and all paperwork done in less than a hour. The service department sent my car to be detailed and by the time I finished the paperwork my car was ready to go. I would highly recommend this Kia dealership and there service department.

I paid to get a oil change, tire rotation and oil filter. When i got my car back i checked my oil and tires and there was no maintenance done to my car. I will no longer go back to Kia Atlanta south, Ga. Anyone that take their car up there should really check on making sure you are getting what you paid for. It is a shame that they have employees that are doing this this and getting away with.
They advertised a price online. I called to verify the price and was told repeatedly that the price is correct. However when I went in they told me that it was a “mistake” and they won’t honor the price. That wasn’t even the worst part. The General Manager was rude and unapologetic. I asked for the owner’s contact information and emailed Mr.Fields TWICE and still have not received a response. This is NOT how a potential customer should be treated. I REFUSE to give my business to a company that does not value the customer.

I was in the middle of a bankruptcy, and I spoke with Delroy there and he took my info just by phone, and called me back in 2 days to tell me I was approved. I got there to pick my car, and found out i not was only approved by 1 bank but 2. I walked out of there with my Kia Soul and Kia Optima with NO MONEY DOWN! I have had both cars for over a year now. This was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. No hassle, no time wasting at all. Trust me, I HATE CAR SALES and this was hands down the best ever experience. Call Delroy he is amazing! I went in and just picked my cars, signed papers, and my husband and I drove out with our Brand new 2015 vehicles.
I bought a 2017 Kia Forta and I was told that I could trade it in a year later for something large now it is time for the trade in to happen and not I have been told that I owe more on the car then the value so now I am stuck with a car I don’t want.. plus my sales lady cannot be ready over the phone and she doesn’t return call .. so becareful and be aware before buying a car from this dealership you will not be giving all the information you need to make a clear decision

My wife and I had a great experience here test-driving and purchasing a pre-owned Kia Sorento. We recommend you ask for "Q" who was our sales guy and very helpful. The negotiation and financing process was also very simple and we went from test drive to a new-to-us car in just over an hour. Overall a positive experience and I would buy a Kia here again.

My dealership was a family owned operation, which is obviously superior to any large conglomerate owned type. The salesperson was extremely personal and helpful, letting me take the Sorento out on the interstate for an extended test drive, since I do a lot of that kind of driving. Plus, they gave me an extra special trade-in for my Murano which had had a total transmission melt-down. AND I got an SUV rated above BMW, Mercedes, Infinity, and many more "Names." Definitely a "10" experience. Too bad I only could give "5" stars.

Recently had brakes done. Service department was amazing and Nichelle went over and beyond with customer service. Susan, the parts manager, however was so rude and disrespectful. I ordered rotors and the technician didn’t need them. The sign says ‘subject’ to a restock fee and I understand that however, when you are too busy talking and not listening, you show you don’t care what I’m even talking about. Subject to means up to your discretion. If I didn’t need them, I wouldn’t have ordered them. Taking the advice of a technician, I’m not understanding how I’m left losing money. She, Susan, didn’t listen, acknowledge the problem, try to solve it, or thank for the service/apologize for Kia South misleading saying I would ‘need’ rotors. Customer service is just that, customer service, not try to over talk the customer and get back to your desk and let your employee handle the customers. She is a huge disappointment to the company. Kim, when cashing me out was even amazing and provided excellent service. This goes to show, it’s not the company that is bad, IT’S SUSAN, the PARTS MANAGER. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from their parts department. But then at another Kia and then let the service department handle the rest. Susan is not a people person. I wish the next client a much better experience.
Not sure if I should go with misleading or dishonest. Originally didn't agree on pricing so we left, no harm, no foul. They sent me a series of texts and we agreed to general terms on a deal. When we returned to the dealership they were not willing to actually honor any of the terms from the messages that were only minutes old. Even admitted that they wanted us to come back so we could negotiate a deal. Even after checking back in several hours later they admitted that nothing about the text deal would be honored. Unfortunate because our sales guy was a really nice guy, we would have loved to buy from him.

When the issue wasn't resolved to their satisfaction they gave me a loaner till the issue was resolved completely. They messed up my steering wheel and called me back saying that they could do the back brakes and the “recall” would fix the steering wheel. I don’t know what all these people messed up in my car but now I have to find out. Damn.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. One of my hubcaps was damaged and they fixed it free of charge. I also got a complimentary wash and vacuum. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They have free WiFi and have snacks and water in the lounge area.

This place is an big fraud I kid you not they already had the car (picked out an everything) I mean went all out and beyond to get me in that car wanted me to file bankruptcy, open up checking accounts, Write bounce checks that they knew was gonna bounce but insist that it would give you your money back I’m so happy I pulled out I would’ve been screwed. Just went to the Service Dept. to get a keyless remote programed. Bought it from their Parts Dept. It took them less than 10 mins. and $55to program it. They were professional and courteous. When I get home I looked at You Tube and saw easy it was to program a keylass remote. I'd try them again if I had real problem.

I was just discharged from Chapter 7 on Sep 4, 2015. My 97 Honda was shot. I needed a reliable car. I got a letter in the mail from Delroy saying that I was pre approved through a program for recently discharged people. Also the letter said no down payment which was great because I did not have one. Went in on 9-11-15 at like 3:45 I left with a 2015 Kia Soul at like 6. I had to come back before closing to actually get my car because I was in my husbands car. I love my car. I was treated with respect and not like a bad person because of my BK. I will be a Kia customer for a long time. Thanks Kia and Delroy for giving me a chance to turn my credit around!!!

The used car, 2013 Nissan Versa, I bought from this place was like a new car. I was hearing some scraping when braking. I talked to the salesman and he said that they would check it for me for free. I had it checked out at Tire Plus, for they are closer to me. It turned out to be just an over adjustment of the brakes. Cost to fix was $0.

I was promised by a former dealer/current finance rep Delroy that if filed bankruptcy ( with a bankruptcy attorney that he personally knew and referred me to) that “I will have no issues getting you in a brand new car”. I went and filed the bankruptcy and waited the two days, like he advised , only to get to the dealership and not be approved at all for some bs random reason that made no logical sense. Now I’m stuck paying 2,000 in legal fees for a bankruptcy I didn’t even need to get a new car. Please, if you’re gonna buy a Kia, stay away from this location. These guys are complete crooks. As an insurance agent, I will definitely be spreading the word at how much of a scam and waste of time this place is. I was able to walk into a Chrysler dodge Jeep dealership and get a brand new 2019 vehicle on my own within 2 and a half hours. If your credit is less than perfect, don’t let this dealership scam you like that got me. And as bad as I wanted a Kia, my new Jeep is EVERYTHING. As a professional myself, STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIA DEALERSHIP!!!
Worst experience I have had with a service department in my life. I arrived at 11:30 for simple routine maintenance, which the workers apparently have no idea what that is. At 1 they come and ask me about my oil change and if it is okay that the do it since the price is $89! Ridiculous! Other Kia dealerships charge $69. I asked them to check my parking sensors, they can’t even do that right telling me that it is my lane departure alert beeping. And they have to take the car back again to check the parking sensors. It is 2pm and here I am still waiting for my car to be finished, absolutely ridiculous to wait for an oil change and tire rotation for 2.5 hours. The workers are nice enough, Miguel was helpful, but there is no way I will ever come back to this Kia dealership, if I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this service department like the plague, they over charge and seem incompetent at their job.
They could not give me an answer as to what was wrong with my car. When I picked it up from the service center there was motor oil foot prints everywhere, along with oil on the doors!

Mostly my experience in the beginning was buying an oil filter to change my oil. Later, I used the service department for a Kia recall, that's when the trouble started, my steering wheel was crooked, that was corrected, but my car never ran right after that. The service department kept putting me off, saying, "If it's not throwing a code, there's nothing to do. Of course, now my warranty has run out. They also market you to death, with robo calls, and mailers, offering "deals," even after they say they'll stop hounding you. I'd not buy from, or do business with them, ever again.
Service Department- Terrible Experience I made an appointment through Kia Atlanta South official website online and received my confirmation email. When I got to the service appointment at 10:00 for said appointment, I was told by Raphael I am not on their schedule, “they don’t do online appointments and there would be a 2 and a half hour wait before anyone would touch my car”. I expressed my frustration to Raphael (no swearing or screaming) and his FEMALE MANAGER interjected and made it a point to reiterate they don’t do online appointments in a nice nasty tone as if she was talking to her child. It came across like “ he already told you that why are you still talking”. I called Kia of Union City and Brandon was very helpful and able to get me an appointment within 45 minutes of original appointment time. As I was preparing to leave my windows were down and she thought it an appropriate time to have an open discussion with her peers (Raphael, Audrey and whomever else happened to be standing by the service desk) about if she was being rude or not. If you even have to ask.... I didn’t appreciate it as I am still in ear shot so I spoke up and she had the audacity to say she wasn’t talking to me and was not going to continue any further. Kia of Morrow South the moral of the story: take the feature off website, show empathy if a customer is duly frustrated and don’t be unprofessional because like me customers will take their business elsewhere!
I had to change my review after another visit here. Came in again for an oil change. I saw they have a new staff in the service department that is great last staff should've been gone long time ago. Well i did receive good service haf a little issue but the new service manger Kim really helped and took care of it. Thanks.. Keep up thay great customer service.

I arrived at kia around 4pm for a simple oil change. While waiting a salesman comes telling me about the 2019 kia sportage. I listened looked and never gave him my ss number but he had it anyway and ran it without my consent. I advised him I knew what he did and he disappeared. Then it took them over 2 hours to do an oil change. People came after me and left before me. I was actually the last person leaving. I've been waiting for the survey of service to come it has not been emailed yet 2 days later. I'm very displeased.

I was vacationing in the Atlanta area, visiting family and I had the pleasure of going into this dealership for parts for my Sedona. I just recently spoke with someone there and being from Texas and I wish that all of the Kia shops was as modern as this one!
I would give them Zero Stars if I could!!! My friend's car, Still Under Warranty!!!, has been at this dealership with a blown engine for 3 weeks now. They first told her it was covered under warranty, then called 4 days later and said it was not. Asked her for service records over a week ago to send to Kia corporate, lost them because they're morons, and had her bring them back a second time. She had her complete service records in compliance with THEIR WARRANTY!!! This was over a week ago. She has called the dealership every hour in the last two days and no one has returned her calls. DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!

Kia Atlanta South took full responsibility for the loose oil drain plug in my daughter's Forte. They promptly replaced the engine. All repairs were done in a little over a week. In the interim they provided her a loner car. Kim the service manager was outstanding.

They promised to free oil changes when I bought a new car they gave me one and denied me the other. I was told the lady I spoke to was no longer there.
I scheduled an appointment for 745am for an oil change i arrived at 730am when they opened and ask could they check the starter as well. at 930 im still waiting then when i go check on the status rafael then advise me that the oil change was complete but i was waiting on a certified technician so. Then he said they just finished the oil change so i asked him what took so long for the oil change and he told me because other cars were ahead of me so what is the purpose on an appt and when was i going to get an update on my vehicle. Then rafael states that "if you have time to wait then my vehicle would NOT be seen today" as if i dropped it off. So now my problem still not fixed and i told them about the same problem on my previous oil change i am not impressed with the services provided on today
I have bought two automobiles from this place. They have the worst service department ever! The wait room consist of some dirty old couches. It takes them consistantly 2hrs plus to do a simple oil change. No one even comes by to even update you on the time. I now go to the dealership by my house that actually has appointments and a place to sit!
We love our sales person he made the buying process very quick and easy. I rated a two stars due to our first service on our vehicle, we had an appointment was there at 11am didn't leave til after six without our car. I had to be forward with management for loaner car, late for work ,and all they can say, we are accommodating you. I don't have to give you loaner. She was nasty her name begins with a K, we came in for a oil change and tire rotation only to have our dash board taken apart and no eta of when it will be fixed. Just really lower my car's resale value. Watch, I already know when we get it back something else will be wrong. Stating facts from a truly disappointed customer. I lost my car and attendance points and money for being late for work. Lesson learned I will go to another Kia dealership for service moving forward. They forgot we are the customer, and customer satisfaction comes first. Without us they wouldn't have a job.
I have unfortunately been very unhappy with the way Kia has recently treated me as a loyal customer. I own a 2012 Kia Forte, with 75000 miles. My engine seized up .25 miles from the dealership as I was taking it in to be serviced. I have 100K mile warranty that the dealership is refusing to honor! I think Kia is practicing bait and switch techniques when it comes to the warranty of the vehicles they are selling. It infuriates me that I am paying for a vehicle that is 4 years old and doesn't work. On top of that, the dealership told me that the car needed an entire new engine, which in my mind says that they sold me a car with a bad engine in the first place! I am at a loss for how to handle this situation. I don't have $5000 do buy a new engine for a car that shouldn't need one! If anyone has any suggestions on steps to take that would shed some light on this problem I would be greatly appreciative!

Best car experience hands down. I walked in, was approved and drove off the lot with a brand new 2019. I chose my car, color etc. they did not hassle me and were up front about everything. I notice that most of the negative reviews steam from the service department. I haven't used them yet but I will this up coming Friday. I’ve had the WORST EXPERIENCE dealing with Kia of Morrow! They only want to make the sell, once that happens, forget everything else.. I will NOT recommend this place to purchase a vehicle.. If you’re looking for a vehicle , go else where or to a Kia Dealership on a different side of town.. They won’t help you resolve issues, even if the issues were SOLEY created BY THEM! They basically have a S.O.L mentality after you purchase your car. I expected more out of this place being that it’s supposed to be a “LEGIT” dealership..I would’ve expected this type of customer service from a BY HERE PAY HERE..

This is my 2nd Kia Optima, bought a 2014 from a dealership I'd rather not disclose, never ever again and decided to upgrade to a 2015 in a August, glad I did, fantastic experience, bought this one in less than 2 hours and less headache!!! Really thinking about the 2016 during rebate time again!!! LOL!! Love y'all. Keep up the good work!!! Oh yeah and the team in the service department are professional and get you out of there and back to taking care of your own business in a timely fashion!!
This dealership has a bunch of Ole G's on staff that are all about getting you in a car. Oret was great! I was approved for a car before I knew it!

Their technician and service diagnostic are horrible. They literally plug your car up to a computer or their GDS system and let the computer software determine what is wrong with your car. That does not work when the ECU software has a glitch. If their technician read the Technical Service Bulletin for both Kia and Hyundai cars, they would have know how to fix the P2562 error code problem without replacing the part associated with it first. Their technician have no idea how to properly diagnose cars at all. They could have at least read the TSB that hyundai and kia send out. Their diagnostic service is not any better than taking an OBD2 device and plugging it to your car. Do not take your car to the dealer unless you know for sure, that your car is under warranty. Even if it is under warranty, You should bring your car to another dealer instead of this one. These people are incompetent!.
They do a mean oil change
My shop guy Tim has been mia for a while now, and no one is talking or being quite about it! That's fine, I get it! However, the other two shop seat warmers, are like zombies! I went there three times asking for Tim, and each time after asking there was no follow up questions as to what problems am I having or anything! The black woman and Asian guy just acted as though is was interrupting their Twitter moment. Tim is a true asset in every way! Those other seat warmers I wouldn't trust with my kid's toy car! Time to pay Union city a visit.

I took my car to Kia because of the recall in November my car was doing great after they did the recall my check engine light came on when I took it ack to Kia Atlanta South they claim they would not know until they did a diestanic test on it and wanted to charge me over a hundred dollars for it I refuse but when I got the car back the light was out the tricks people play and this time people who is on fix income does not have time for games.Never again will I go their because they were not honest to say it was something they did.

My service experience with Kia South has been great. My previous car was a NIssan and their service was always terrible to me. This is one of the reasons I switched cars. I am so glad I did. Kia showed me how car service should be. They were friendly, punctual and even provided refreshments (cold water and snacks) while we waited.
Bought a new car here and wasn't there all day like I have been when I bought new cars elsewhere
I am extremely bitter with this dealership. After waiting 3 hours for a oil change, and hearing the staff talk unnecessarily loud (not work related, just cutting up) all the way in the waiting room. The aggravation was unbearable. Needless to say my first experience was very unpleasant and I will not return. Management needs to refreshin their staff with professionals.

Ok so I go to turn my car back in as I'm told by Kia customer service I can turn the car back into any kia location so they can come pick it back up cool....... so I go to the morrow location where I'm told by the guy at the front desk he's not taking the car back at this location cause I didn't buy it from this location so I have to go back to where I purchased it from them.

Had to have the recall done on my Sorento. The Service department was absolutely amazing! Tim is definitely the man! I had no issues what so ever. Answered all my questions. They went above and beyond. I would prefer this Kia Dealer for my cars! Plus my car came out washed and cleaned!
