Very disappointed with their service department. This is my first time ever leasing a car and went today to service my car for the 2nd time. I called twice to schedule the appointment and was told by the receptionist on both occasions that the service department was on the phone and they would call me back. Never received a call back. I made the appointment online and saw that there was a charge but figured I would deal with it when I arrived to the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I spoke with the gentleman at service named Joe. I had my 7 month old daughter with me in her car seat and was told I had to wait 1 1/2 for the service. For those who have small children, you know that sitting and waiting is not a pleasant situation. When I asked for a loaner, I was told very curtly that this needed to be arranged weeks in advance. I know that this is not so because when I went for my first service, 5 months pregnant, I was offered a car for the remainder of the day. In fact, I came back earlier and my car was still being serviced. That first service was definitely not an hour and half job. I was quickly dismissed by the service tech with no regard of the inconvenience of having to load my daughter in her car seat around. I also expressed that my key was not working and the tire pressure was low. His response was "Deal with it when you return to service your car" and walked away to deal with another customer who happened to have a more expensive Volvo. As I left, I called the general sales manager named Guillermo and expressed my concerns. He said he'd research the situation and call me back. I'm still waiting for that phone call. I am honestly upset at the disregard the sales "professionals "had for someone who made an appointment and could not be taken care of. When one leases, these perks are expected. Unfortunately, I did not receive this and recommend that you go to another Volvo dealership for assistance. Fantastic product, but the service department shows no customer service.

As usual, the service manager Luis Gonzales is exceptional and one of the main reasons I have been with Weston Volvo for more than 10 years. Luis has been the service manager since my first XC90 back in 2006. You do not buy the car just because is good, you also look at the post-sale experience (customer service) and Volvo has the best customer service experience compare with its competitors. I have also to express my respect to Luis' manager (Joe Mariner) who is exceptional. I am glad that Volvo keep having the best combination of exceptional cars and exceptional post-sales customer service.

I usually don't write reviews and negative ones at that but I am so incredibly disappointed in the service department at Volvo. First off, the issue that I am describing is not due to my car but my mother's. To simplify the situation, in the span of one month my mother's car had the same issue with the tire pressure in her front left tire. Out of the 3 times the car was taken in to be looked at, I myself took it twice. One of the service advisors, Alan, is completely dismissive and rude. The way he speaks and his body language just shows he doesn't care to solve the problem that the car has been having. The first time I took it in I explained the situation and he just said that the car was never calibrated by the service crew the first time it was taken in. FIne, but then the car shows the same message a few days later so I take it in the next week and he decides to tell someone else to "look into it". I don't remember the other gentlemen's name but he was extremely nice, he listened to my problem, and he actually looked into the issue. Turns out there was a screw in the tire the entire time and apparently he was the only one that found it? I know it's not Alan's job to work on the issue since technically he is just the messenger but I don't understand the complete lack of human decency and respect. My family comes to Volvo because they love the car and the service that they HAD. I don't recommend Alan to anyone and I hope that the treatment towards their customers improves.

Well I dont usually post reviews but I think I should post this one.....buyer beware!!!.......if you need to have a warranty covered repair by Volvo..... and you did not service your car there.....ok....guess how many times......THREE(3) times.!!!......you wont get a loaner car......so lets say....your super safe Volvo broke down under warranty, .....you are going to be taking Ubers for ALL the days that it will take them to repair your car....no kidding!!!.....

At Christmas time we all think of those elusive 'miracles' that we've heard about. Those exceptional events that stand out and make us realize that great things are possible. Well for me, Mylene Russell was that miracle. On December 21st my vehicle was deemed a total loss. I had been admiring the new line of Volvo's for quite some time, so decided to stop by Weston Volvo dealership to see if I could get a deal on a 2017 used vehicle. It took Mylene less than an hour to get me approved for a BRAND NEW 2018 car, with every imaginable extra!!! Now I am not one to jump on line and write reviews about every little thing that happens to me, in fact I do my utmost to avoid having to use a computer. But in this instance I feel compelled to let any prospective buyer know about this exceptional individual. Mylene obviously loves her work, in fact the only thing I think she loves more are her clients. If you are looking for total honesty, transparency throughout your buying process, and a laugh here and there too, ask for Mylene. After being a customer of many prestigious brands I can say, hands down, this has been my best experience to date. I intend to be a lifelong customer of not only Volvo, but Mylene too! The worst experience I ever had buying a car. I was buying a new car for my wife she retireds this October. I put a deposit on the new xc40 in the beginning of April and said I will get the car the end of April. My payment was $600 with insurance. In July they change my payment to $660 and know one noes why. I called them up at the end of April now Josh the salesman said the end of may. I didn’t here from them. At the beginning of June I got a email from Volvo the I will not get the car until sometime in July. Every time I call the Josh the salesman he said he didn’t know anything. I asked him to put manager on the phone he alway said he was not around. Then I called Volvo direct and got no answers. Dealer blaming Volvo and Volvo blaming the dealer. They made me pay four months of payment on her old car. Still to this day I never got a called from Weston Volvo saying sorry for the the inconvenience. I finally went to warren Henry Land Rover and got a better deal and better car for the money. Anyone that buys a car at Weston Volvo is crazy they are storie tellers lairs. When I have the time I am going to stand in the street in front of Weston dealership with a sign letting people know what kind of dealership they are. If you did your research like you said you did you would have found out I gave my $500 deposit to Josh your salesman and a nother salesman helped him because Josh worked with Nissan. The managers and salesman at this dealership lair so much they believe there own storys. That’s same message you leave everybody.

I ordered my Volvo through military sales, overseas. Vinnie, from Weston Volvo was my point of contact in the states. He took me for a test drive so I would know what my car would feel like once it came in. He kept in contact with me for the two months leading up to delivery of my vehicle, and checked daily on the cars’ location during transport. Naturally, I made myself a visitor. I was in search for a family SUV and made myself familiar with Mercedes and BMW 2019 models which I truly was impressed with. Volvo was my last stop as XC90 recently re-introduced itself to the market with a fresh look and intriguing characteristics. I was greeted at the lobby and shown a waiting area. Danny showed up within a few minutes. He happened to be a patient gentleman with keen attention to details and my wife's and my preferences. He asked what was our goal and how many kids we had, our driving patterns, habits and colour preferences for both interior and exterior. Well, from that point on he basically walked us through, found the model which suited our taste and introduced us to it in a calm and professional manner one shall expect from a knowledgeable sales agent. We took a few coffee breaks without excessive interest or overexcitement. Danny did not lose interest despite my constant business-related phone calls and breaks. The test drive was rather impressive. I will not get into the mechanical review, however, XC90 has exceeded my expectations from all aspects of it. Danny carried himself well enough for us to shake hands and set another meeting the day after. We showed up as agreed. He remembered our hard to pronounce European names (including my daughter's) and greeted us with some preliminary numbers to review. From that point on with a few coffee breaks, we walked out with the keys happy and completely satisfied. Danny took his time to sit with me in the cockpit, run a step by step programming and introduce the systems at the end of the day despite the late hour. Our experience with him was rather excellent. If you find yourself in Weston Volvo and would like to be introduced to the model you like or consider by mature, not overexcited, pushing or overpowering agent, ask for Danny. When the first time I went to this dealership looking for a used SUV for family use, salesman Rod was very friendly and helpful. I test-drove two XC60 (2017 and 2016) and liked both of them. However, before we reached the deal on the 2017 XC60 I had to leave since I had other plans. Rod called and emailed me several times afterwards to ask me to go there to complete the deal but I have to work during the weekdays. Just before the weekend he told me the 2017 XC60 had been sold. Therefore, I went there for the 2016 XC60 with my check ready and my family on Saturday and was told Rod was not there and will be back next Wednesday. Another salesman Eduardo took care of us which was the beginning of a HORRIBLE experience. I test-drove the 2016 XC60 and another 2 new cars to help myself to make the final decision. During the test-drove, Edwardo just simply and impatiently answered "yes", "no", "I don't know" to all my questions even though I politely called him "sir", "please", and "thank you very much". Moreover, later on when we went to the table to deal with the final price on the 2016 XC60, this guy firstly showed us an incorrect price which is $1000 more than the actual price, then I corrected him the number and asked him if he can offer us a better price. Suddenly he told me extremely impatiently and angrily "this is not a game, be realistic", "it won't be like last time you did it back and forth with Rod" (I never deal with Rod on this car). I told him I just wanted a better price, if you do not agree we can bargain and this is the business. Then he took the paperwork and went to the office to talk to his manager and told me "OK, if you want, let's play the game". I was really shocked at that moment and left right away without saying anything. I work in the service and business industry for many years and know what quality service is and how business should proceed. I do not know how this dealership train their staffs and how come this guy can work here with his unprofessionalism, he did not know how to respect others especially they are the potential customers. I guess probably he did not want to share commission with Rod or did not want to do a favor for his co-worker. And the funny thing was he called me couple days later and asked me "are you still interested in the car?" I told him I only want to speak to Rod or someone else. Now he wants to play the game? Stop kidding me. So my suggestion is that stay away from this dealership because they have salesman who is good at repelling customer.

Very disappointed with their service department. After waiting for about 2 months for a Filler Pipe that was in back order, I got a call to make an appointment to replace the part. I asked how long it will take to replace this part and the person who confirmed my appointment told me that this is quick. I came to my appointment at 8:00 and the service advisor Luis Gonzalez told me that the service will take about 3 hours. I went home and after 5 (five-cinco) hours I decided to call to know the status of my car. My phone call was transferred several times to the Service Department but nobody answered my call. The operator took my number to call me back but this did not happen either. Finally somebody answered the phone and the person told me that my car is ready. When I asked why nobody call me to let me know they told me that they are “very busy”. I liked the answer, I am busy too.

Long story short they took me in right away, they were very helpful and great service. I've never had a problem with this dealer or the people. They're always honest with their prices. The complementary coffee & snack bar is a nice touch too. The waiting area is comfortable, and always have HGTV playing, i would strongly recommend them! Every time i've come in for service or for something to be checked out, they never disappoint. Everyone is attentive and understanding. Upon arriving at the Nissan Dealership I was approached and assisted quickly. I was kept informed of the status of my car repair, throughout my visit. The service personnel appeared to make all the effort possible to resolve my car issue and they did resolve it. The Kia Dealership was unable to figure out what was wrong with my car's tire just the day before. However, at the Nissan Dealership I was relieved with the repair and fully satisfied with the service I received. I did not have to wait long for the repair. I am EXTREMELY upset at the moment. First, the wrong VIN was given to me - I was driving a car that did not belong to me. Had to go BACK to the dealership to get the problem fixed after driving the car for a few days. God forbid something had happened to the car, it would had been the WORNG car and insurance would've not covered it. Then, I was charged for wear and tear without given the opportunity to fix the problems myself like tires that I could have easily replaced for a fraction of the cost. Also, charged for a key that, YES, I did place tape on because the plastic was broken, but dealer claim the whole memory of the key was damaged and that is NOT TRUE! I spoke to Guillermo Alarco, manager, and he did very little to help me as he said wear and tear is owners responsibility, however, NOTHING WAS SAID TO ME WHEN I PURCHASED THE NEW CAR by the salesman Greg Billini! At the end of the day, a sale is all they want at whatever means necessary - I get it, but it would had been nice to let me know, "hey before you do another lease agreement with us give us an opportunity to inspect your old car." Instead, I made yet another deal for another 36 months and got a nice bill in the mail for ridiculous things such as a dent the was clearly not even 1.5" and a key that WAS NEVER BROKEN just cracked. Please, before purchasing a car ask many, many questions and get things in writing as I do not trust this dealership nor the salesman that said and I quote, "do not worry about any wear and tear with trade ins". This was the second CX90 purchased from him within a month. We have purchased a total of 3 XC90 and it will be our last!!!!!!!!

Went in with an offer from another dealer, sales manager said they didn't have exact same car but he will find a similar one and match the offer. The offer I had from another dealer was for a car with MSRP of 56k and the car which sales manager found was MSRP of 54K, but he offered the same monthly payment. I refused and walked away for that nosense offer. If he would lower the monthly payment because of the lower MSRP, I might consider it.

The waiting area is comfortable and complimentary coffee is available. I live in CT and spend a couple of months in the area and have used WV for the last several years. I have never been disappointed with WV service and always try to schedule service with Luis Gonzalez who has always been a favorite service adviser. This not to say that the other advisers are not as preferred, but Luis is particularly pleasant and welcoming. If you are looking for good Volvo service look no further than WV.

I made an appointment on line to test drive a Volvo S60 with Weston Volvo. I had been searching for this particular car through several websites. After inputting my information into the computer on their site, I was immediately contacted by a friendly, upbeat car sales rep by the name of Mylene. We set up a time and when I arrived at the dealership she already had the car ready to go. Mind you, it was pouring down rain. She conveniently had the car inside the garage so we did not have to get wet. After the test drive, Mylene made it a very easy and streamlined, no stress or pressure event. I loved the car and showed her the homework I had done on pricing of the car. She quickly met me on the right price and the car was mine!! Mylene talked to Harold in the finance department and they not only met me on the interest rate I was quoted on from my bank but they beat it by .05%. Every little penny counts! My old car plates and registration was easily transferred to my new car with their help. Once I sold my old car, I called Mylene and literally in 5 minutes she had contacted Harold and I received an email with my new vehicle registration. This saved me the hassle of the crazy DMV lines!! Mylene also sent me the hard copy in the mail. Bottom line, I am so happy with my new car and the additional maintenance coverage I purchased at closing. Mylene is the utmost professional and outstanding car sales rep I have ever dealt with. Weston Volvo is very lucky to have such a warm and friendly person, such as Mylene, working for them. I took my car car in for service this morning. Was greeted very pleasantly by the service advisor. Everything was going fine until I said I needed a loaner. I was told they only give loaners to "their" customers. I said aren't I a customer? They said no. In order to get a loaner you need to have bought your car from them or bring in your car for service at least 3 times. I asked why would I bring in my car for service 3 times if I can't get a loaner when I can take it somewhere else and get a loaner. This is when things went from bad to worse. The service manager started yelling at me from his office that I wasn't a customer and I got a good deal at Gunther Volvo and now I am bringing my car here for service because I live near them and not Gunther. I asked him what he was talking about I lived in Coral Springs. He said I see your car out there with the Gunther plates. I told him that wasn't my car and I didn't understand why he aggressively interjected himself in the conversation I was having when he didn't know what he was talking about. I was shocked by how rude and aggressive he was. He insisted I wasn't a customer and I would just bounce around to any dealer. I left and will take my care elsewhere. His behaviour was incredibly short sighted. I lease my cars so I am am getting two new ones every 3 years and this guaranteed I will never step foot in that dealership again. There are so many good options in the area, go somewhere that won't treat you like this.
