Josh game me extra 500$ on top of negotiated deal as military discount and he dropped the vehicle for inspection at Dodge dealer. Vehicle was fully serviced by Dodge and then delivered to Nashville, TN. A+ service.

BUYERS BEWARE, these guys are scam artists. There are a lot of fake reviews about this place. My experience with them? They printed a FAKE report TWICE to try to scam me into a purchase. My story: This place used to be called Florida Cars, now it is USA Cars, and I suspect once the complaints rack up, they will change their name again. Went to purchase a 2016 Dodge Durango Limited with 500 miles that was several thousands of dollars less than advertised anywhere else. I went to test drive, it looked in great shape, odometer checked out, and they printed an "Experian Auto Check" report that showed it crash-free. After examining the report, I noticed the last odometer check didn't match the car I was buying, and closer examination of the VIN showed they printed the wrong Durango report. Fair enough, they immediately printed the correct report and it still showed clean. Fast forward to when I got home and, based on Google Reviews of them printing false reports for other customers, I ran a Carfax report just in case and, guess what, accident reported with airbags deployed. They literally printed me a false report TWICE to scam me into a purchase. Don't do business with people like this, you will lose every time.

I bought a Ford Explorer from George at USA cars. Although the car had high mileage it was in great shape and just as he had described it. He answered all my questions and never pushed me to buy the car. I got a good price for a great car. I will definitely go back.

This company also sold me a wrecked vehicle. They printed a false car fax report and when I took the car to Carmax they informed me it was in a front end collision and the air bags were deployed. I also am having issues with the Airbag service light and was told by a repitable dealership that someone did a hack job on repairing this vehicle and it would cost $2000 to fix it correctly. I don't recommend anyone even giving this place a 2nd thought. "Buyer beware" you know the old saying if it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

I found a car listed on line for a 2016 Buick Enclave by this dealer. The produced a clean CARFAX and assured me the car had not been in an accident. As I live over 1000 miles away, I spent $180 to have it inspected by a third party. The third party inspector found that it had been in a serious front end accident with air bag deployment (through Autocheck) and the inspector found obvious physical signs that the car had been in a accident such as misaligned body panels. I have serious doubts that the dealer was being honest in his assurance that the car had not been in an accident. They wasted my $180 and much of my time.

Picked up 2016 BMW X3 with 14K miles for what 2014 X3 with 30K miles were going for at CARMAX... it was a fleet car (rental or lease). Ran great and was in good shape. Great deal and they have nice quality cars... I think a majority of the vehicles are newer fleet vehicles with factory warranties. No dealer fees and 3-4K under other dealer prices.

USA Cars specializes in purchasing recent late modle cars, trucks and SUV's that have been in fender benders or accidents but have been expertly repaired and run perfectly. I bought a 2017 BMW X3 for a family member in July 2017, and we were pleased with the tranaction, the way we were treated by George and his staff more importantly, we love the car! Shady place, pull out of a deal because something was wrong with the title. They sell mostly wreck cars with false history. Sometimes you will get lucky but 9 times out of 10 you get what you pay for. I would avoid the headache.

After making research about the advertised vehicle and the company we decided to pull the trigger. Vehicle was marked as previous accident vehicle at seller’s web site, but Carfax was clean. We did our homework about previously repaired vehicles and we did inspect the vehicle at franchise Ford dealership prior to the delivery. Ford confirmed the warranty, took care of outstanding recall and what’s more important confirmed that all prior repairs done properly and none of the vehicle systems is compromised. Bottom line is that we saved around 7k comparing to the local vehicle over here. It took couple extra days with Ford dealership and delivery but it worse it.

Beware of these guys at usa cars in clearwater florida. They are running a very shady business. I just purchased a 2015 ford edge from them. I found the vehicle on ebay. I called george and asked several questions on the vehicle and he spoke very highly of it. My main questions that i emphasized was if it the vehicle had been wrecked or had any paintwork. In fact i asked him twice in two seperate phone calls. George assured me that this car had not been wrecked nor had any paintwork on it. So i bought the car and had it shipped to missouri. Upon arrival i immediately noticed the front bumper and hood had been repainted. I was a little upset but looked past it. The first drive the steering went out with a steering loss warning message appearing. Luckily she was in a parking lot not moving very fast. If this would've happened going down the interstate it couldve been very bad. So i had it towed to my local ford dealership and they reported several serious issues with the car that resulted from a front end collision. The steering rack was damaged, the driveshaft was broken and barely hanging on, ac lines and fuel lines were bent, the valve cover was cracked and leaking oil and several panels underneath were damaged. Upon hearing this bad news i called usa cars 2 days in a row and george was never available and the guy i spoke, which stated that he was an employee did not know who his boss was. He did however tell me to read section 6 of the bill of sale that they sent me to have signed before i purchased the vehicle and that the vehicle was sold as is. I emailed george and told him the issues and his reply was to read section 6 of the bill of sale and it was sold as is and there was nothing he would do to help me out. So i am writing this to hopefully warn any future potential customers of usa cars. I wish i had seen all the negative reviews about them before it was to late

Be prepared in advance to find their location off the beaten path and their facilities quite modest (run down), but that is likely why they are able to offer such amazing prices! We bought a 2017 Infiniti luxury model car (in 2017) with only 7k miles and it was 15-20% lower than we found it anywhere else.

Like most people these days on went on the web to search for a car. I saw that USA CARS had some nice cars & some good prices. I gave them a call & talked to John & explained to him that I was coming from out of state. He assured me that he would take care of me & that they have a lot of customers from out of state. Well I caught the train to FL & left with a BMW X3. I even got a later model year than expected and a better deal. They have a great staff, & all of them are courteous and professional. I have told several of my family & friends about the quality of service & I am definitely going back when I am in the market for a high end car again.

Vehicle was misrepresented as possessing a clean title with No accident history. The Autocheck report that was provided as proof showed no damage, only to find out within a month later that the 2014 Dodge Ram with 23k miles had been involved in a major accident where all airbags had deployed and frame damage was sustained. I had continuous drivability issues with the vehicle that surfaced shortly after purchasing. Contacting the owner of USA Cars proved to be of no help. Major financial mistake purchasing from USA Cars.

I still have this car because it turned out to be dependable. BUT.... I did not get an accurate description of the car's condition. This car amiss having a clean carfax and a clear title turned out to be a car that had been totaled and not reported. It was wrecked while being apart of the inventory of a car rental location. I asked on several occasions if the car had been in an accident and when the car was delivered to me, before this vehicle came of the truck I could tell that the trunk, the hood, the bumper in the front, and back were gaped. (As in, not flush or aligned properly on the car). I could see under my hood without the hood being open and into my trunk without it being opened either. The gap wasn't big but I'm not an insurance adjustor and I was able to see it from a distance. The bumper looked to be hanging and not attached in to proper position. It was my first time purchasing a car online. Would I do it again? Yes, but not with them.

Purchased a car from them that had previous accident damage. George assured me the car had not been in an accident and stated that the car was inspected upon purchase and would be inspected again prior to them shipping the vehicle. None of the damage was disclosed. Very dishonest dealership. Most of their reviews are fake. Do yourself a favor and have the vehicle independently inspected prior to purchase, because these guys will not be honest with you. Shameful practices.
