Jeffrey was absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough. I spoke to over a dozen different dealers from Miami to Pensacola (we are in Naples, FL) looking for an FJ Cruiser for my husband. When I found Jeff, he was a God send. His knowledge about the FJ and the process of obtaining one was unmatched. He made the other dealers I spoke with look sleazy and ignorant. He did not have the FJ we wanted but he found one in another state. It is perfect. Every aspect of the transaction from beginning to end was pleasant and stress free. We drove 3 hours to get the FJ and would have driven further to deal with Jeff. We know where we are getting our next car!

They have a good selection of cars at low prices if you need to get something cheap to last you long enough until you can get something else. The car my fiancé and I bought there recently was the right price up front. However, the cost of repairs easily outweighs the price of the car. The car runs and should last us a year or two but if you are looking for a vehicle to last you any substantial amount of time and not sink 2x the cost of the car on repairs, I strongly recommend getting the car thoroughly inspected first. If we had known all of the issues with the car beforehand, which would cost thousands of dollars to repair, we would have just bought a more expensive car with less issues. Having the CarFax is great, but we have since found out that there are many things that were done to the car and not documented. All in all, I feel like we got what we paid for. We got a car with less than 100,000 miles, with working AC and lights and all for under $4,000 (with transmission problems which cost around $1,000-$3,000, lowered rusted springs that would cost $2,500 to restore, etc.) So we didn't have any issues with the price changing. They were honest about their policies and do not offer any dealership warranties. If you are looking at cars here, just be very thorough in your research and get the car inspected first so you know how much the car is truly worth.

The very interesting and MISLEADING thing is that the two GREAT RATINGS are from his daughter Adriana and his live in girlfriend Dawn neither of which have purchased anything from the lot and are now or at some point since April 2017 (when it opened) been employees at this used car dealership. Have photos to prove. If you need them feel free to contact me. Good luck. BUYER BEWARE . BE VERY AWARE. Google search "mugshot Jeffrey Robitaille". He is a violent offender with a Restraining Order and is currently on active probation. Harrassment and lies are how this man operates. Once again beware. Read the reviews. All the bad reviews are not related to him just hard working people being ripped off and telling the truth about the garbage vehicles he lies and sells to them for more than the average worth.
