As someone who knows very little about cars, I hate going to auto shops because I know I could easily get ripped off. But the guys here are amazing. They sat me down and explained what was wrong with my car, what was the most important to fix (my car is old so I pick my battles), called the parts shop on speaker with me, and wrote out their upcharge and labor to get my total price. It was so clear but not in a condescending way. I am very grateful to have found them.

Oh where to start? I'll start with JR, the 1st staff member that I spoke to in my very 1st phone call Ultimate Motor Cars, I was interested in the 2012 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 that I found on USAA website. Although, there was not a pic of the car (it was Coming Soon), the 1st thing I asked him was what color the car was?, He responded with the color I'd been looking for in my search (Black Exterior & Black interior), the next question was "Can you pull the carfacts"? to ensure the car has not been in any major accidents, because my bank will not finance if it has. I came to see the car, test drove it the next day & met with JR, Brad & Patrick who took care of me from beginning to end. I drove out with my dream car. However, my bank financing fell through & I had to return to Ultimate Motor Cars the next day to see if they could finance me & lo & behold, the Owner, Eric happen to be in & he did not stop until he got me financed. Although it was pretty late (long after closing) Cody was also right there with us until the deal was done. I really appreciated the whole staff for their professionalism, hospitality & "can-do" attitude towards me in ensuring that I got the car of my dreams. Yes, they have quality vehicles, charming staff; however...to be continued , contingent on how they rectify and define, good intentions....wait for it, wait for it! As many of my blog followers know, I've traveled the eastern board from Miami to Vermont in the past 5 years with my reviews of everything from best/worst eateries to where the best real estate deals. Based on nothing else but personal experiences. This will be my first review on used car experience. I must first okay my review with the regulators of this industry before I can legally provide the dish, good or bad. Federal compliance is absolute and clear, advising who has the best practices under fed law agreements. However; freedom of speech, as a consumer. I can tell you, Worst car buying experience and best buying experience. Because my fellow Americans NEED TO KNOW!!!

Edit: The sales staff was great 5 stars but after the sale, beware. They took 34 days to get the tag and title and that was only because we called every few days getting promises that weren't fulfilled. They never return phone calls (Brad), they keep telling you in a few days which turned out to be 34. Very unprofessional after the sale, but of course, they got your money. Original post: Absolutly the best car buying experience we ever had. Ty was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and so easy to work with and he's a no pressure salesman. He does his job very well. Waited outside by the car I was interested in for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Test drove it and when I checked the oil after it was milky . Car salesmen had no idea all he said was they service their own . Just be careful . Was hopeful but no thank you. Rate 2 cause I’m being nice .

Buyer Beware! This is the “Ultimate” Rip Off. Purchased a 2011 BMW X5 from these guys with the agreement that they fix the Check Engine Light that came on during the test drive. After bringing the car back to them 5 times within the first 30 days to have this fixed, Eric (GM) refused to pay to fix the problem saying he was losing money on this deal. Sorry, but the agreement was to “Fix” not “Fix if it doesn't cost too much”. I'm now looking at $3,000+ to fix the Check Engine Emissions Light that their Tech diagnosed before I purchased the car and recommended that I write it into the deal that Ultimate will Fix the issue. Don't be fooled by these guys. Interesting response. Unfortunately you didn’t address the issue. I understand I purchased a used car that was as-is, however, we had an agreement that you would “Fix” the check engine light emissions issue. You didn’t. You actually asked me to pay half of the cost. I shouldn’t have to buy an Extended Warranty to fix something your dealership agreed to fix. Also, I don’t believe it’s ethical to have an Extended Warranty company to pay to fix a pre-existing issue. I would have never purchased a car with a check engine light on without an agreement to fix.

Not impressed. More than a 2 hour drive. The price seemed enticing. However after viewing the car it did not match up with the description posted on their website. Online the car was touted as having features such as navigation, back up camera, cooled seats etc. In reality, it was a base car. The rep said that the description online was not correct but it is still there. His manager came out and was told of the discrepancy and said that he had to check it but never returned. The car drove well but the tires were almost bald, and there were a few quirks with the car. The rep did indicate that these were things that could be fixed though. After all the glowing reviews, we were disappointed. When something is too good to be true it probably is.

I purchased a vehicle (5/28/19) with the understanding that it was used. Furthermore we had an agreement that they would fix issues with the car to clear the dashboard of check engine lights. The issues were supposedly fixed during a 4 day period prior to delivery (6/1/19). Long story short, I do not know what they did in order to clear the check engine light, but it was only temporary, the emissions were not right. I verified the codes through two different sources. The estimate was nearly $3k. I went back to them (6/3/19) and all I heard were excuses. They wanted me to leave the vehicle with them, but I no longer felt confident in their service dept.

Bought a used Buick from Shane/Eric near the beginning of October 2019. It desperately needed cleaning, which was done before we picked it up. They promised to get us new floor mats, a second key, a replacement cover for the passenger side visor mirror, a radio knob, and a cover for the cigarette lighter, along with some help with a parking pass. The only thing we received so far is the radio knob. After contacting them, we were told the floor mats are in, but nothing else, at least that we're aware of. We were promised great service after the sale by Eric, but that has not been our experience, at all.

They had an air of professionalism that was mingled with lax playfulness. Which, for me, is a big deal because I don't like to feel forced or overwhelmed to do anything which is the case with most dealerships and salesmen. Ultimately, I had a great experience with them.
