We all know that when it comes to buying a new car it could be a trying and difficult experience for most. From having to deal with pushy salesman that just want to make a sale or not willing to help you out I’m getting the car that you want it can be a nightmare for anyone trying to get a new car. However my experience at Audi department at The Collection dealership was extremely the opposite. From walking in one Monday afternoon to see what the current lease offers were to then deciding on sat to actually see numbers and offer I had no intention thinking I was going to be walking out of the dealership with a brand new car let alone the one I chose being the showroom floor display model. What made the experience the best in the world was the amazing sales team and specifically the salesperson George Diaz (look him up if your in the market) in working with me to get me the best possible deal and that is how everyone’s experience in but or leasing in my case getting a new car should be.

I had two issues with my Audi (which I leased elsewhere) and both times took it to The Collection and their service was great! They were fast and very helpful! Actually this review is about the second visit I did. Last month (April) I had a battery issue with my Audi Q3 and decided once again to take it to them since the first time I had such a great experience, I was greeted by Jessica (I'm almost 100% sure that was her name) I do remember she was relatively new and very nice! She told me not to worry that my issue was going to be taken care of and to sit and wait in their café (which is very nice I must admit). I went inside and decided since my lease was almost up, to go take a look at the Audis' they had there. Was looking around when a sales man named Allen Sardiñas came and asked me if I needed any help, told him I was just looking but that I was interested so if he made me a fair deal we could work something out. Allen showed me the new A4 and we took it for a ride, the car was great so we decided to talk numbers. Now, I must admit there were times I didn't think we would strike a deal but Allen was very optimistic and had that "hunger" that some salesmen lack when it comes to selling something. He was attentive to my requests, he was patient but above all he stayed and tried to do the work. He didn't just lazy out of the sell, he made the sell and he did a great job at it. If I was a business owner that would be the type of employee I would like to have out there, the hungry type, the type that would do anything to make the sale, regardless of how big or small it is. Well, to make the already long story short, I did drive off with the new A4 (as he has said) and I am VERY happy with it!! Overall The Collection always seemed to me as a place only rich people went, but I am just a regular Joe and I must say that I was wrong because they were great to me! Employees like Jessica in repairs and Allen in sales are the reason why customers come back, because even though its their job to deal with people, they make it down to earth and easy! Will definitely go back for my next car and will recommend to everyone!

I'm giving a three star only because the rest of the car dealers in Miami Dade are so bad. In a town with better service, they would rate two stars. The employees are very polite and the work is of good quality, but the corporate culture is one of overcharging and adding unnecessary work to your service invoice. Wait times tend to be long for both dropping off and picking up your car. I've worked with six service advisors for several different brands I've purchased here and four of them knew the vehicles they were servicing well. Only one of these remains, the rest are gone, to be replaced by polite, good looking bureaucrats that don't know cars very well. In short, I'd rather get good work done at a reasonable price with minimal wait, rather than valet parking and a bottle of water when I arrive.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR for SERVICE here made me wait over 30 mins for a loaner car to soon then find out they charge you $1000 to use their loaner car. Don't ask for management because they will not talk to you and the loaner car manager will tell you if you don't want to pay then you can Uber home or to work. They claim it's just a hold on your credit card, no it's a charge to your card, call your bank and ask it's a charge all they do is credit you back after you return the car and that takes over a week to clear on any credit card. Contact Porsche North America if they claim they have to charge you for a loaner because they ARE NOT SUPPOSE to do that per Porsche North America. I will never buy or service a car again from this place. Also I have been given loaner cars before and was NEVER charged before or asked to run my credit card at the time of picking up my loaner whether it was for Porsche or Audi service in the past being that I own both brands. I highly advise contacting Champion Porsche for your service needs and anything else as they will bring you a loaner at no charge and flat bed your car for service to the dealership and back to your home at zero cost to you. Plus their service costs are much cheaper as well, no wonder they are the #1 dealer in the nation...

If you're going to be doing business with a car dealership, it's important to know what kind of reputation they have. In my 2 something years with The Collection the experience couldn’t be worse. Every time I have to take my car to maintenance I only think what is going to be the new thing that they will try to reap me off. If I would have known that I would have never closed the deal with them. It is not only the way they do things; after the facts nobody is able to explain and nobody answer the phones. I have four people already on my list trying to figure out what was going on with my maintenance and the loaner they gave me. I feel bad about them but I have to post their names because none of them have done anything so far. Giselle and Maria on the call center, Michael Rodriguez the service advisor and Alexandra in the loaner department. When you talk to then it looks like they are reading a script, but don’t expect any solution from them. It is really a shame that this dealership has gone so low. Stay away from them, lease your car from any other dealer, do your maintenance in any other place that you can find and of course, try not take any loaner from them, they will make you pay something from that even when they call it a complementary loaner….what a joke, as everything in this dealership.

Nice showroom ,however the abundance of different brands makes it confusing .The advisor did not even say hello or anything as another kind advisor took charge .I have been trying to contact my advisor a day later to find out when to pick up the vehicle .No response .AS I have appointments & am trying to work out my schedule I would appreciate a heads up so I can schedule my pick up .I believe as nice of a showroom they have the service department is slightly dysfunctional .Perhaps concentrating on one brand would be easier for them .If given a choice I would take your vehicle to the nearest competition for service .

The worst service I have experienced at a dealer. Purchased my Audi at The Collection after they sold me on their top notch red carpet type service ... not so! From the very first time I took the car in for oil change it was terrible. I have had two warranty issues that they have refused to take care of. One of the plastic parts in the trunk cracked after only a year, they told me it was “outside influence” meaning I broke it somehow. When the automatic lift gate door stopped closing they told me again it was outside influence, as in I hit the car against something. This has been a nightmare, don’t know at this point if it is Audi or the Collection, but at this point I will never purchase Audi again, and I will definitely never purchase a car at the Collection!

I’ve had my 2016 Audi A3 in service since Dec 20th 2018, till this day I’ve already made my first payment and still haven’t received my car back and today is 01/23/2019. Mike from Audi at The Collection is awesome and I know it’s not his fault, he’s been nothing but great. And worst part about it is that parts are being switched and they still don’t know what the problem is and only response I get is “ this is what Audi wants us to do.” I brought in the car because it’s under warranty and it was something minor and has turned into this nightmare being School has started and I have to carpool to work with a coworker because I have no car and my insurance doesn’t transfer over to a loaner so a loaner unfortunately is out of the question.

My Porsche Cayenne had multiple warnings going off on Memorial Day. So I called roadside assistance and they arrived in less than 30 min, and towed the car from Hollywood to Coral Gables. Marcos in service found the car first thing in the morning, and had the car serviced, issue fixed and ready by 11:30am.. They even Ubered me to the dealership!! First of all, let me start by saying that the Sales guy Alvaro was great. He was very attentive and helped me out with purchasing my car. The sales manager Jose not so much. I purchased the car at 10 am and when I left the dealer and got home to look at my beautiful car I realized that the car did not have keyless entry. I took the car back a couple of hours later and told them I wanted to change it for a car with keyless entry. A base model Nissan Sentra comes with keyless entry. A 30k Tesla Model 3 drives by Itself and my Porsche I can't even get in without this weird plastic key. So I asked Alvaro if there was anything he could do and he told me I would have to speak to Jose. Jose basically told me in an aggressive tone that I already signed the contract and I have to keep the car. To be honest, after he spoke to me I was actually intimidated and a little afraid to go back in the dealer. I had only put 20 miles on the car and I couldn't return it or exchange it for another Macan with the options I wanted. I just purchased it a couple of hours ago. My first Porsche ever. I finally saved up enough to buy a Porsche and it doesn't even have keyless entry?!? 50k dollar car? I ended up calling Porsche of Broward and they told me not to worry that they would take the car and put me in the car I wanted so I plan on going over there tomorrow and trading it in for a Macan with keyless entry. On my next purchase, I won't be going back to the collection. It's very unfortunate because I heard such good things about this place and I think what happened is not the right way to treat a new customer. At the end of the day it was my fault because I should've doubled checked that it had key less entry before but the last thing on my mind was that this was an option. Knowing the way I was treated after the car was purchased I would rather drive 20 miles to Porsche of Broward and get a car there than have to go back to the collection. I'm usually the last person to leave a bad review because I know how bad it can affect your reputation but I do think people should know what to expect before going. Instead of telling me to eat the car Jose should have at least provided me with some options. I have worked in sales for 10 years and I would never let a new customer go home unhappy. Especially someone that just purchased his first Porsche. By the way the only reason I gave it more than one star was because Alvaro was very cool and tried everything he could to help me but management wasn't having it.
