The check engine came on last week while I was detailing the vehicle. Porsche of Orlando service was able to get me a quick appointment & serviced the vehicle in in less time than it took me to drive there & back from home. Great, kind & courteous service. Fortunately only the PCM needed to be reset because I let the vehicle sit too long without driving it. I recommend getting a battery tender if you don't drive your Porsche frequently enough to keep the battery charged up.

Buying my new vehicle at Porsche of Orlando was actually a pleasurable experience. The team there was professional and knowledgeable and respected my time and my budget. I worked with Colin. He was excellent. He worked a deal with me without all that endless haggling that comes with a new car purchase, all the while being very response to my text messages when I was reaching out to him with any and all questions. He really went above and beyond and helped me cpmplete most of the process before I even arrived at the dealership to ensure the purchase process went as quickly as possible. He also gave me a lengthy tutorial about the car after purchase so I knew how to operate it properly and after leaving the dealership he responded to multiple questions I had via text over the next few days. He even helped me again with more tutorials when I brought the car in for a cleaning and had a few additional queestions about some detailed technology that was beyond my scope. The dealership is clean and calm and has a well equipped waiting area as well. I also love that they will hand clean your car once a week for you on a first come first serve basis if you bring your vehicle to them. They are just as passionate as never bringing my beautiful Porsche through a carwash as I am! I would definitely recommend Porsche of Orlando! Ask for Colin..you wont be disappointed!

When I arrived for the appointment, someone immediately met me at the car, collected my information, and directed me to the waiting room. The waiting room is clean; and it is provisioned with snacks, beverages, and good Wi-Fi service. Tomas, my advisor, returned in about 20 minutes with an estimate, which seemed fair considering the amount of work required. The work was completed on schedule. Several additional parts needed to be ordered, but they arrived within days. This was possibly my best overall experience with automobile service.

We ordered a MY19 Cayenne Turbo from this dealership recently. We originally contacted and dealt with Dan by phone and then met with him to place the factory order. He was helpful and went over everything we needed to know. The vehicle arrived a little sooner than expected which was OK. Dan's replacement was Colin who communicated with us professionally and did the handover. He too was helpful and took the time necessary to explain the essentials and then a courtesy follow up afterwards. Overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with Porsche Orlando (part of the AutoNation family) and the no hard sell approach makes buyers feel more comfortable. Getting a good deal also helps! This was the complete opposite of what you envision a car buying experience to be like, in a great way. Typically it is painful to walk into a dealership and negotiate a sale, but here it was truly painless. I had an idea of what I wanted, but my salesman Andreas really helped define which Cayman is best for me and help pick the options. He actually knew everything about the car, which in itself is a miracle at a dealership these days. He let me drive whatever I needed to really understand what Porsche is about and experience where the heritage lies with the cars. It was a fun and relaxing experience to order the car. After that it was time to wait as the car was produced, shipped, trucked, and finally ready. Andreas kept me up to date and answered my hundreds of questions without hesitation ever. When the car arrived I had strict instructions on what to do and not do, and everything was done exactly as I had asked. He spent a good deal of time explaining every feature and was not rushed at all. Andreas as super efficient by obtaining tag, license, insurance, and all other details before I arrived to pick up the car. At the finance office everything was ready to go and all paperwork was correct when I arrived and it was not high pressure to purchase the extras which I appreciated. At the end of the day now that I get to drive the car, Andreas was right about the options selected and it puts a smile on my face every single time I drive my Cayman. My experience at Porsche of Orlando was honestly perfect and I could not ask for anything else. Great job, you have won a customer for life!

My wife and I really loved the excellent of the sales staff at Porsche of Orlando. We were greeted professionally and not judged based on your appearance, not pretentious thankfully (I don't feel it necessary to overdress to impress a salesman just to buy a car). Our salesman is Emilio Cortes who is probably the best sales person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Emilio made us feel welcome and spent all the time with us that we needed. He acted as if there wasn't anything more important than taking care of us. Heck, we sat for a while talking about our families and even watches (he's a watch geek too). The dealer had an excellent selection of new and used vehicles. And Emilio has excellent knowledge of all the products there and in the Porsche lineup, told us about driving these vehicles at the Porsche track in Atlanta. He is also able to tell you how competitive vehicles compare from side-by-side testing he's participated in. William the finance manager demonstrated the same care and focus on us as he walked us through all the financing as well as aftercare options. Thank you all!

I had the worst experience buying my Macan ever at any dealership. I was willing to wait for new car to be built in Germany for almost six months. When it finally arrived I got hit with paying $3,578 sales tax instead of $864 since I traded in my Benz AMG. Sales Manager David Stone and Internet Sales Manager Justice Milsom told me they did not realize in order to keep full benefits of sales tax, trade-in and new vehicle sale had to be a single transaction and not two transactions deal as it was in my case. So much for guidance and advice from sales team! Also during this six months ordeal whenever I needed any type of an assistance via an email or phone call I got just ignorance in return. Customer service was next to zero!

MARGE NEVIN I have a 2000 Boxster S that I bought new from this dealership. Every service has been done at this dealership and although sometimes more expensive than average I have been satisfied. Over the Christmas Holiday my husband bought and installed a new battery in my car. After that my car wouldn't start. I read that it had to do with the alarm system. I tried the sequence to turn off the system but it didn't work. So I called the service department and asked if someone could walk me through the process to make sure I was doing it correctly. I was told that it would have to be brought to the shop and the minimum cost would be $170.00. I said I would have to have it towed and again was told it had to come to the shop to be recalibrated. The cost to have the car towed was going to be $120.00 which now would make my cost almost $300.00. I had no recourse. Then my husband watched a YouTube and followed the instructions and my car started right up. After 20 years of dedication to this dealership I was very sad that no one would even try to help me.

I have no complaints other than I wish Porsches were cheaper to service, but I guess you get what you pay for. Modern cars are so complex and computerized that I don't think it is wise to risk servicing a Porsche at a bog standard third party garage.

Great parts department, Chris is really down to earth. Made my visit enjoyable despite paying 1k for parts for my 996. They are a bit higher than Pelican Parts on some things but I think its well worth it to have a local Porsche specialist that you can have a discussion with face to face that knows about all things Porsche. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need which is very rare these days.

Our first Porsche purchase! We couldn't be happier. We visited Porsche of Orlando several weeks ago once. We mainly talked to Mr. John Price. He was extremely pleasant, took time to show us various vehicles. Even though it was closing time on our first visit, he still took time to answer our questions, help us as much as he could. We went back and decided to purchase a Cayenne S. Mr. Price was again very courteous, extremely helpful. We have purchased cars at other dealerships before and there is always a stereotypical pressure. At no point in time I felt such pressure from anyone at this Porsche. I have to also point out couple more things. We did consider Mercedes ML350 which is a great vehicle. However, Porsche design especially luxurious interior is far superior to Mercedes design. When I visited one particular Mercedes Dealership, there was a very artificial manner in which people helped us. Mr. John Price at Porsche and other sales people as well were extremely friendly, easy to talk to and ask questions. They will truly go extra mile to make you comfortable, help you decide and you won't feel any pressure. Overall, we had a great experience at this Porsche dealership and particularly our dealing with Mr. John Price. I would go back there myself and recommend anyone to check this dealership out and definitely consider Porsche.

I paid a very fair price. I love the car. The dealership employees, to the person, have all been excellent. I have had my car in for required service and each experience was great. I bought the tire warranty program when I bought the car and have actually had to use it 5 times. Recently had my first service appointment, and was disappointed in the level of customer care. I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and to have some recalls taken care of. At the time of the call, I was told that if I wanted a loaner car they were 2-3 weeks out, and that the service would take approximately 2 hours. In the interest of getting the service taken care of sooner than later, I opted to make the appointment without a loaner and would have a friend meet me for lunch nearby. Upon my arrival I was told that they would need to keep the car well into the following day in order to complete the service. Since this was new information, I asked again if there was any way they could supply a loaner, as I was now 30 minutes from home, with no way home and no way to get back the next day. No loaner available and no other solution provided. So I had to pay for an Uber ride home from the dealership. The next day they called to tell me the car was ready, and would be done being washed in about 30 minutes. I arrived three hours later after arranging for transportation, only to wait another 15 minutes while they hurriedly washed the vehicle. The vehicle I owned prior to this was a Hyundai and I can honestly say that I received better care at the Hyundai dealership for years, than I did at this location. The gentleman that I dealt with was kind and professional, but this was not a very impressive first experience, especially considering the cost of having your vehicle serviced here.

I live in Orlando but bought the car in Jacksonville however PCM was not connected at the time of sale. Porsche USA sent me a prepaid service card for Porsche Orlando who then emailed me and suggested I bring the car in at my convenience to not only connect PCM but also to fix a minor recall. Chad the service tech was above and beyond any tech I have ever dealt with. The whole organization is friendly and accommodating. This is the only dealer that doesn't make routine maintenance on your Porsche seem like an unnecessary evil. Plus the waiting room has all kinds of free goodies. Like it or not they have a new customer for life.

Our sales ambassador, John, was easy and very personable to talk to over the phone, held the car for us for 5 days (with a small deposit) until our funds were available with no pressure. Do not do business with this company. I traveled 3 hours to see a 911 porsche by appointment. When I arrived the manager I was to meet was not there. The vehicle was out of gas, was filthy and had a damaged top. We were however able to reach a deal.On the morning of delivery I received an e- mail from the sales manager stating that he made a mistake and that he needed an additional $ 100.00 PER MONTH TO MAKE THE DEAL HAPPEN . A classic bait and switch. I cancelled the deal and demanded my deposit back. The car was a gift to my wife on our 36th anniversary.I gave one star because google does not allow for less .

Customer service was horrible. I called and set an appt to have my battery changed. They told me they would call and let me know when the car was received. Never did. I called them next day, they said they would call me back after they took it to the back. Never did. It literally took a whole week and a half for a battery and oil change. One time they even called me to confirm I wanted a battery change about 4 days later. It was the whole reason I brought it in and I had let TOMAS know that. Dave was nice and Chad was nice but I really am disappointed with the service I received. They also didn’t tell me about what other issues my car had. It wasn’t until driving home the air wasn’t blowing cool. Then noticed it was written on inspection paper later. If they had let me know that before I picked it up or left, I would’ve had them add Freon or whatever they use. Most dealers would add it or windshield wiper fluid complimentary while making sure all fluids are filled. I hate that this is the only Porsche dealership close to me. If anyone knows where I can take my car for regular maintenance please let me know.

I contacted this company over the phone from Germany. Alan Trepanier received the call and became my salesperson. He was very professional, honest, proactive and extremely helpful. He even gave me his personal cell number so I could contact him anytime concerning the vehicle. The entire transaction was handled via FaceTime and email. Prior to delivery out of state, Mr Trepanier made sure to fill up the gas tank and have it detailed. It was awesome to arrive at my new house in Alabama and having my new car in the garage waiting on me after retiring from the military. He helped relieve some of the stress from transitioning. I have had the car for 4 months now and have not had any problems with it. I am still madly in love with it as I was the first time I saw it. I could not have asked for a better salesman or dealership. They have truly set the bar high when dealing with other car sale businesses.

Buying a car is the least enjoyable purchase that I can make. I spent quite a bit of time researching the car I wanted and the dealership. Made contact with Justice and he couldn't have been more helpful. Much of the negotiation was completed before I even saw the car. Although the dealer is some distance from me, I decided that this would be a worthwhile trip and it was. When I got there the car was parked in front of the door and Justice was inside to greet me. Long story cut short I did a stupid thing overfilled radiator on my 911. Concerned after seeing leaks I stopped by “no appointment” just to have them check and as usual great reception, took my car in had it back in less than 45 min drained my mistake. Service depart was great last year. However, most of staff has moved on and the new team is very very poor- we'll see how long they last. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for service. There are a couple of good independents in town. Otherwise, you'll need to look outside of Orlando for honest Porsche Service related work. We had travelled from 2 hours away to get the car and they made the process seamless. all the paperwork was as we had discussed over the phone and had been put in place before we arrived. They had the car ready for a test drive and within an hour we were done with all the formalities. They even advised on a few cost saving measures regarding DMV etc. After the sale we got follow up calls and when I had some problem with one of the set ups, the sales person made a video and texted the instructions to me. Initially I was thrilled with the service provided at this dealership. I have since changed my mind, after purchasing my vehicle I cane to find out that the vehicle has been in a rear end collision. I mentioned this to the dealership and received no response. I took this vehicle in for taillight repair at Audi Of Tampa and they stated that there was body work done and that’s why the tail lights were not working. Audi Of Tampa charged me $180 to repair and I still have not been reimbursed. I’m sad to say that my initial 5 star review would be a -5 if I had the option.

I've lived in Orlando for over 12 years, and been fortunate enough to own a similar number of Porsches. Unfortunately for me (on this occasion) I am a big supporter of local businesses and i've made 3 mistakes dealing with this group in my 12 years in the area. Most recently I pre traded a car early to them with the agreement of trading against a future modal. They trade price was agreed upon factoring in the tax credit from one car to the next. After about 10 days I still had not received my equity check for my traded car so after a number of attempts to chase them the conversation took a turn for the worse when I was told that they had too, in fact hold my full equity in house. To my face I was told that all I had to do was sign paperwork for the future vehicle showing an inbound car and that my tax credit would be valid and that I would receive my equity check. To my disgust I was then told I had to keep my (6 figure sum $) in the dealers account until the new car arrived (in December/Jan). I was completely blindsided. And I WOULD NOT have pre traded my car in at that price otherwise. This is now strike 3 for this dealer and they will not see me again. You give all other AutoNation stores a bad taste for me. This deal lost me approx. $12,000.
