My wife and I purchased a 2016 Ford F-250 last week from Rick Folmer. WOW, are we happy. I found the truck online. I noticed that Murray's prices were lower than other dealers on comparable vehicles. Rick made it worth the drive to Starke. He did everything that he said he would do. No games. Rick is a straight shooter. Rick was courteous and professional, listened carefully to what our needs are, and worked hard to make the deal happen. We went in at 3:30 PM, and drove our beautiful green F-250 home that same night. Rick called the next day to check on us and how the truck was performing. When I called later in the week with a question, he called me back and got me the information that I requested. When we replace my wife's car, we will see Rick. The green Bullit Mustang matches our green F-250 :) .

Thanks to mighty god he saved us and thankfully there were no cars behind us which helped us to slowdown our car to curbside. front desk person was very polite no issues with that..

I inquired about a used Chevy Tahoe with Brian "GT" McWhite. Mr. McWhite was sarcastic and dismissive to me. Attached are screenshots from the text conversation between him and I. If you're going to be a car salesman, you should not be offended by any offer and refrain from sarcasm and condescension. I will never patronize this store and am currently on my way to buy a Tahoe from another dealership. With so many great dealerships in the greater Jax area to choose from, you should NOT shop here. Also, I emailed the conversation to the general manager and he never even responded to me. So it seems this is acceptable behavior at Murray Ford.

I traded my truck down, a 2016 F150 for a 2013 F150. Drive it off the lot and within days I have to get the backup camera replaced, backup sensors don’t work, and the wipers are skipping and the mechanism sounds broken and I have a check engine light. They have the vehicle 4-5 days to fix the issues and drove down on the weekend (45 mins away) when they said it would be ready and never looked at the wipers. Left it there another few days and ask for updates. They had the truck for 4 days and finally told me the wipers were good to go after I had to explain how could looking at wipers take more than 1 day let alone 4. Drive it home at this point and realize the whole rear bumper is not put together from the backup sensors being worked on. I leave on a military deployment for a month and before I leave I called to speak with a manager. The lady at the desk took down my name and number and said he would call. He had 2 days to reach me before I left. I’ve now owned this truck for almost 2 months, the wipers are still messed up and my bumper is still temporarily held on by 3m body adhesive. Purchase experience fine, however the service department has done me no favors and it has been a horrible experience! The worst vehicle experience of my life by far, should have kept my 2016 f150.

I’m only giving them 1 star because google wouldn’t allow me to give them negative stars. We agreed on a price on a car, ran credit, agreed on terms and agreed I would be over the next day to sign and pick up car. They never asked me for a deposit or mentioned anything about possibly selling the car to someone else. After I drove from Jacksonville, they informed me they had sold the car to someone else. No apologies. Nothing at all other than factually stating what they had done. I’m never ever ever doing business with this entity as long as I’m alive.

The service at Murray Fords quick lane is great. Now I am not satisfied with the maintenance plan that I was told covered everything except light bulbs and tires. It seems that they have limits when it comes to the maintenance of ones vehicle, such as they think an air filter is good for 20,000 miles, and when a part fails that has to keep other parts from failing it isn't covered by the plan or Ford, and if you are close to a required maintenance say 1,000,00 mile from it and you are getting an oil change and won't be back for 7,500 miles they say they can't do it. Some trucks are in harsher environments and need servicing more frequent and their parts should be replaced.

Saw a car listed online that my wife and I were really interested in so we took a ride to Murray Ford this afternoon. When we got there we were greeted by Cris (Salesman) and Kaden Taylor (Commerce Director) both of whom were very friendly. They informed me that the car we were interested in was sold just the night before. I was disappointed but they offered to show me a few other vehicles and I'm glad I agreed to it. We ended up buying a very nice SUV that we hadn't even considered on the trip to there. Neither one was pushy (Hate Pushy Salesmen) and both answered all my questions and when they didn't have the answer, they went and got it. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone, was the best I have ever been treated at any dealership and we even had some fun with them. Ask for Cris, he's new but he was great. I'm happy to say we were his first sale.

What an excellent experience! I've never been to any of my local dealers and went to this one on a recommendation. The salesperson (Brian) was friendly and efficient. He didn't try to put me in something wrong for me. He listened to my situation and got me into what I wanted. And Rick in finance did a fantastic job getting me an excellent rate plus free maintenance! The best part of the whole experience was how quick and easy it was. I arrived after 1:00 PM and was driving off with my new Ford Escape at 3:30 that afternoon. This was truly the best car buying experience I have had in a very long time. I have purchased 4 vehicles in the past 6 years and have sent countless referrals to this location. After my experience this week I will never be back. My 2107 F150 Super-crew has only 29k miles on it. There has been error messages popping up on my dash since the purchase. I call the dealer and they tell me to turn off the vehicle and restart it. When I do everything resets, the problem is I have to do it daily. The problems I apparently was having was ABS issues. Finally after doing this for so long it wears out my rear brakes and rotors. I call the dealer service department, and ask if they have a rental because I can't drive my truck like this and have an urgent meeting but need it looked at. The guy says I will call you right back. Two hours go by I call him back and he says we have no loaners. At this time I'm irritated because he didn't do what he said he was going to do. I drive all the way to Starke to the dealership and tell the guy who I am and thanked him for calling me back as he promised (sarcastically). Within five minutes he has me in a loaner vehicle (which they didn't have). So after all that I now have a vehicle to drive to get to my meetings. While I am there they tell me that your model vehicle has several recalls (ABS issues) and do I want them to take care of them while they have the truck. HMM, let me think....of course fix them. After a few days they call me back and say your rear brakes and rotors are destroyed. I say ok make sure to fix them under the warranty because this ABS issue has been a problem from day one. He says the service manager said they wouldn't cover it. We go back and forth, I understand brakes and rotors are not normally covered by the (extended) warranty I have but it was a result of the recall issues...it was ABS. My truck when the brake is applied will constantly pump and jerk pulsating the brakes very hard. He said its all he can do. The service guy decides to tell me that certain years from 2015 to current this is a common problem. Well guess what this is my third truck same exact model and I've never even had to replace the brakes much less have the rotors go bad too. Nice try! Me thinking that after all these years and lots of money spent it appears that my old salesperson has been promoted to Sales Manger at the store (Richard Griner). I figured he would say a good word for me or at least talk to me about the situation that was happening so I decided to call him to discuss the problem. I left him a message through the receptionist and to this day he hasn't even returned my call. All in all I am extremely disappointed in what happened and I will not be back there, not even for an oil change. Funny how there advertisements claim they are all about you. I didn't even get a call back from the person I had a relationship with for many years. Over $400 for them to tell me this is a common problem. My advise is to stay away. I can go anywhere and be treated like a nobody, I'm interested in doing business with people that value me as a return customer.

I found out about this dealership when my local dealership identified the truck I ended up buying as being in the Murray Ford inventory. Instead of being on the hook for any transfer costs I decided to contact Murray Ford directly and see what kind of deal they would give me. I was pleasantly surprised. I dealt with Russell who was straightforward and gave me every possible rebate and discount he could. No games. He was very patient with me as I tried to skim every last dime off of the price until we met that sweet spot. These guys are in the business of selling trucks, not playing games. Once we agreed on the price I took the nearly three-hour drive to the dealership. They had everything ready to go. I anticipated that they might try to add some costs or spring some surprise on me but they didn't. The deal was just like they said it would be. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. I must admit that I was still skeptical as I drove off in my new truck. Still, no problems. I don't typically praise car dealerships but I felt obliged to let everyone else know my experience with Murray Ford. Damon was great and so were Rick and Amir. You just can't beat the experience.

To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. We had been having terrible luck with our local dealer, granted they don't have the best reputation. We had purchased our dodge from Murray and had a great experience. On top of that, my cousin had taken his truck to\ Murray ford and said they were great so we decided to give them a shot. Even though they are 40+ miles away, we had spent a lot of money on this truck and we wanted to get the truck taken care of correctly. We decided to make the drive and give Murray a chance, as I spoke with the service manager briefly when we had the initial issue and he seemed super helpful. We called to schedule our appointment and explained the issues, and repairs we needed. And I also emailed this over to her. 1) Broken instrument cluster 2) Moonroof needs replaced 3) Oil Change I spoke with Carol, she said 1-2 days no big deal. So we brought it in on Tuesday, they determined this was a Tuscany issue, which is a package company partnered with ford. And from the minute we dropped it off we got a bad feeling, cause she said, "I don't get why people think this is a ford company they are not"... Which made me worried so I called the service manager to make sure he knew what was going on, as she was giving us the feeling of not wanting to deal with this. He assured me all would be okay. Then began the week of torture, I felt like I had to reach out to her if I wanted an update. I didn't need updated every 2hrs, every 2 days would of been nice. Especially considering the repair that took them a week and a half literally was 2 hrs of labor. And when I did speak with her, she would just complain about how frustrating this was.I get that this was a unique case, dealing with a third party. But how is that my problem, last I checked we bought a ford truck and this was a ford dealer. and to top it all after they had the truck for a week she told me they were going to keep it for another 2 weeks due to payment which was covered by warranty. WHAT!? That is when I called the service manager because its just ridiculous that a $112 repair warrants you to keep our truck for 2 weeks. thankfully he agreed to let us bring it home. They had our vehicle for over a week and when we found out they never even submitted the info needed to repair the moon roof we just went and picked it up. Moral of the story is, if you have anything other then a simple service, I would not recommend you go to murray ford, the service manager is a nice guy but still had an overall terrible expert experience. Maybe it was just an off week for Carol, I don't know, but I do know we will not be coming back for service or repairs or honestly new purchases, the entire experience left a very bitter taste. We have found another dealer to take care of the moonroof, they did the insurance claim in 1 day, and the repair in 1 day as well.

This was my second (first brand new) purchase from Murry Ford in Starke and I'm glad I chose them again. I got to the dealership at 8am not realizing that the salesmen don't arrive until 9am. Had a somewhat negative experience purchasing a car from them but it was ultimately resolved towards the end so 4 stars there. However, I recently took it to their service department for the first time to do tires and oil cause they had a special that was cheaper than doing it on my own. Time was decent but when I get home I realized they spilled oil in several areas which looked like no funnel was used. Was a little annoyed at that. Few days later vehicle quit starting and I check the battery. Keep in mind I paid for them to check all fluids, brakes, battery and oil change along with tires rotated. The battery was caked with acid on the terminals so I assume they never checked it along with a few other things they say were checked but were not which wasn't an issue. Just a little annoyed about the mess from a simple oil change and saying they checked battery which was very corroded which left me needing a jump a few times.

Always treated well at Murray Ford. Brought my 2015 f150 in for brake job and was met by a courteous service rep who quickly got my truck into the shop for the brake job. My truck's brakes were quickly changed and rotors turned in a timely manner. We saw on auto trader and the Murray Ford website a 2019 Ford F-250 Lariat, after discounts for 49K. The price was a really good and doubled check with the chat person from their website that it was onsite. We drove 3 hours to purchase the truck. When we got there the salesgirl was very nice and couldn’t believe the price and said she would be back and get the keys. She then proceeded to get her sales manager, Cayden. He stated he was sorry but their 3rd party messed up. I said it’s both on Auto Trader and your website and now your telling me the truck was now 68,000k with discounts He said for your troubles he would offer us an additional $500.00. It felt shady whether it was a mistake, bait & switch or marketing ploy it was insulting. That specific truck was priced at 49k and now it’s a just a too bad for your trouble here is $500.00 and the truck is $68,000. Needless to say I was not pleased and upset and left.

Update to previous review: I took my car in for a maintenance visit (oil change, inspection, etc) and was very pleased. I was in and out in record time. The staff I came into contact with was all friendly. I live in Jacksonville, but will definitely make the drive again for my regular maintenance visits. From start to finish this was a pleasant experience. I first connected by viewing a car I found on the internet that interested me. I filled out the online contact form at night and was contacted very early the next day by Brian. He took my information and we were set to go in today to look at the car. This ended up taking a humorous turn and it came about that the car we were interested in was not available after all. However another similar car was. Effort was made to get this car details procrssed by Frank and it all worked out. Everyone was friendly from Brian to Frank to Joey as well as other members of staff in passing. While I had to drive a little over an hour each way from Jacksonville I'm glad I did.
