I purchased a used vehicle. Salesperson was laid back and no pressure, but not much knowledge or input either. Sales manager worked overtime to procure decent financing. I requested some repairs be performed as part of the negotiations. The good part: the work was completed as promised. The not so good: There was a lack of communication between sales and service, which resulted in two appointments never being recorded, and a wait time of 5 hours between arrival and butt in the seat of the promised loaner. Never got a call back from Parts Dept. Also, there was some noticeable damage to: 1. Leather seats from removal and storage of car seats. 2. Grease spots on cargo carpet and driver window button, ding to the back bumper. I am giving 4 stars as everyone's attitudes were polite and helpful, the work was performed as promised in a timely manner, (maybe a little too quick) and it was the week following the holiday so everyone was over-loaded. Bottom line: Sales can help Service with better communication. Mechanics were rushed and not careful about handling the car, possibly because it was pre-owned. I would still recommend the dealership as a whole. Polite, helpful and no-pressure, probably all the glitches were due to the holiday situation.

We brought our amg gtc in for a tire change and to replace the amg reflective lite in the mirror. Apt at 9:30 and also they were to check why the driver seat would not adjust lumbar and sides of seat. They finally got the tire changed and lens put on by 5:30. Had to order part for seat. Seems every time we come in we need to return because they dont have part or wheel. Melissa was very courteous and helpful. Loaner SUV was quite nicely upgraded.

Our family's experience at Mercedes Benz of Fort Pierce was excellent! If you ever visit this dealership don't even talk to anybody else except for Mark Humphrey. He's been at this dealership for over 20 years which says a lot about his level of customer service and willingness to get stuff done. We had told him about a recent bad experience that we had at another dealership in getting my sister a car which he truly took this into mind and made sure that this deal was a very pleasurable experience and that we did not experience what we did at the last dealership we visited. My parents credit is not the best due to a failed business in the past. Mark Humphrey informed us that he was getting interest rates from lenders as high as 25 percent, this was ridiculous. However, he and the finance manager kept working and working on getting us a good interest rate and ended up securing us an interest rate of 10.5 percent on the loan! This was the absolute lowest interest rate we have ever heard. The lender would only fund $16,500 which the car was $17,900, so they lowered the cars price by $1,400 in order to make the deal happen, we didn't even ask them to do this which just shows how above and beyond Mark Humphrey and the finance manager went in order to take care of us. We truly felt like we were being taken care of when dealing with Mark Humphrey which I cannot say I have ever felt this way at any other car dealership We've been to. You will begin to like Mark as an individual rather than just a good car salesman, he might even give you a good laugh as he's got a good sense of humor and likes to joke around with you. He also works very closely with the finance manager which made the paper work process extremely fast as in 30 minutes fast which is a lot better than the 4 hours or more we have spent at other dealerships. Mark also spent 30 minutes with us going over the entire car making sure we understood each and every feature the car had to offer which nobody else has ever done before. So if you're looking for a super fast, very pleasurable car buying experience, look to no other besides Mark Humphrey at Mercedes Benz of Fort Pierce, he will take care of you! I had the Best Experience Ever on yesterday 6/30/19; from the General Manager Brian, to the Sales Advisor Megan, to the Finance Manager David. My E300 was washed and ready to go when we arrived! The total time to purchase took a mere 1.5 hour (it would have been 1 hour, but we had to wait for my insurance to answer on a Sunday, lol). If there were an award for “customer satisfaction,” surely the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Ft. Pierce would win it. From the moment we entered the showroom, we noticed the difference. There was no “pouncing” by an eager salesperson. My husband and I approached the salesperson with our requirements. We were looking for a vehicle with sterling safety features, comfort and performance. An extensive amount of research led us to the GLC 300, but it was the personnel at the Coggin dealership which equally impressed us. Megan Mullins’ knowledge of every aspect of the vehicle was indeed impressive, but the" no sales pitch" approach startled us. As manager, Brian Sattar should get an award. He approached us with answers not pressure. Even the exit interview with the finance manager, David Doan, was like nothing we had ever experienced. The frosting on the cake was when Darin Randall, the delivery specialist, accompanied us to our home, guiding us through some sophisticated instrumentation. Have you ever known a dealership to sync a garage door opener- neither had we. For service extraordinaire I would highly recommend a Coggin dealership. I called Thursday to schedule my E400 for a tire rotation and balancing. I spoke to Melissa at MB of Ft Pierce and she scheduled my visit for the next day, Friday morning at 10AM. I went to the dealership at 10 AM, Melissa took my car and I was asked to wait in the service waiting room for an estimated 45 minutes. At 10:45 Melissa came to get me to tell me they could not do my car that day as they are too backlogged. At this point I squandered most of my morning. When I asked why she scheduled me for Friday if they were so backlogged and she could not answer. Going forward I'll limit my visits to this dealership to warranty related issues. When buying this car last year I struggled to decide between the 2018 E400 or the Tesla Model S. I bought the Mercedes as I was concerned the nearest Tesla service center was in Miami. A big mistake. If I could do it over I'd buy the Tesla and have the wheels rotated at Tires Plus in ST Lucie West which is where I'll have them done next week. This is one screwed up, poorly managed dealership.

My SL class was in for “service B” along with two other items. 1) the transmission, when accelerating lightly from a stop, @ 10 mph feels as though it were shifting i.e. a slight jerk , but without shifting. 2) occasionally the car does not recognize the key, then the push to start button has to be removed, and the key inserted to initiate the start. After service, both problems still exist.

We went for a test ride and got to know each other a bit. I left with no pressure to buy today which I was not going to do. I looked at the competition (cars/dealers) and came back to Michael. My Mercedes would not start in my garage, and I called Mercedes of Ft Pierce and described the symptoms. The service advisor said it sounded like I needed a new battery and connected to Mercedes Roadside Assistance. They had someone out to my house within the hour, and Eric called from Mercedes Ft Pierce saying he would be there. He was there promptly within the hour and quickly determined that it was the battery, installed a replacement and made sure my car’s prompts were reinstalled as they disappear with a dead battery. I was very pleased with the service, especially knowing if it wasn’t the battery, Eric would have been able to identify the problem. Great job Mercedes!

After meeting and speaking with one of your sales representative I wasn’t met with the car of my dreams, however I came to a medium and decided to make a small payment towards a car. We are third time repeat customers, and we couldn’t be happier. Todd Seth is the general manager, and he sets the tone for the entire dealership. He has been with us throughout our three experiences, and he always makes us feel special and valued. He is friendly, kind, and down-to-earth, and he makes time to sit and talk with us. The team who worked with us on our newest car included Brian Sattar, the sales manager, and Michelle Goff, sales consultant. He is smart, efficient, and never lost his patience, no matter how many different keys he had to get to open different models. He helped us to quickly negotiate a fair price for us and the dealership. None of the haggling and run-around as many dealers subject their customers. Then Michelle Goff stepped in and took over. To say she is an angel is an understatement. She went over the million questions we had about the new technology and features, anticipating things along the way. Without a doubt, she is the most attentive sales consultant we have ever had. The day after we brought the new car home, she followed through with several minor questions that we had. It seemed like she couldn’t do enough to help us out with anything at all. When we went to the finance officer, Tony, we were surprised that he already had much of the paperwork done for us. He made things easy for us. No high pressure tactics about the varied additional policies available for purchase. We were in and out of his office in no time flat instead of languishing for an hour or more in other dealerships. We recently bought a Highlander at Toyota in Stuart so we are well aware of how extraordinary Mercedes of Ft Pierce is compared to other dealerships. At Mercedes, we have dealt with Jeremy Manchester, the service manager, many times over the years. He is a wealth of information, and he is always pleasant when he returns our calls, no matter how busy he is. The dealership offers delivery of a loaner car to my front door in Palm City as my own car is whisked away for service in Ft. Pierce. And then returned to my house when the service is complete. How much easier and more convenient can it be? The drivers are timely, courteous, and they call before they show up at my house. All of this is indicative of the general personality and disposition of the dealership, starting with Todd at the helm. This dealership is living proof that buying a new car can be a pleasant experience!

Bought a car there 6 months ago, according to their carfax the car had not been in a car accident (this was a supposed certified vehicle). As we inspected the car we noticed the door improperly aligned and looked like it was recently painted. They kept us telling the car was never involved in a car accident. After lots of back and forth they finally contacted the previous owner. The previous owner shared that the door was hit by a shopping cart and he replaced it. We let it go because it was fairly good price. However, the car seats were pretty dirty and we asked that they align the door and clean the car. They did align the door but the cleaning was terrible. We cleaned the car ourselves, we sent pictures of the dirt coming off the seats to the salesman. Imagine dirty water wiped from the seats. I can tell they didn’t even do a good job at vacuuming because the previous owner left a broken appliance under the seat!!! I, of course, found it while I vacuumed. Afterwards there was a “miscommunication” regarding the navigation. Apparently the car was set up for navigation but needed the SD card, this was not made very clear. After I complained about the car cleaning and money spent on detailing we made an agreement that they would pay for the SD card for the trouble. I’m finally writing this review because it’s been several months and emails. Still no refund after emails and texts.
