I’ve been going here for years & the service & parts departments are AWESOME! Alexandra & Mike have always taken care of me & have never tried taking advantage of me. I’m not here often because our Lexus’s are never broken, it’s usually a recall or oil change. Tyler has helped me a few times in parts actually let me rephrase that Tyler has saved my butt before when I couldn’t find the security lugnut that I misplaced, has saved me money & has even changed my key fob battery! The only issue I ever had here was my wife & I went to purchase an iS350 & they wanted to give us a trade in value from carfax for our trade in (CPO 2011 is250 fsport) but wouldn’t honor that for the sale of their car & just to put that in perspective on NADA/KBB, trade in on the car we were wanting to trade said $17,000, but were offered $11,500. Asked why & they said our trade in needed brake pads & tires. So I said I’ll change them the next day & they still wouldn’t honor the NADA/KBB trade in value. Then they ran my credit through 4 different banks after I told them I currently had a loan through Lexus Financial & came back & told me I needed $10,000 down. I told them that was crazy & we left. Didn’t find out about them running my credit through all the other banks until I got home & I was shocked & even more shocked when I woke up the next day & my old Lexus was still in the garage & my credit score had dropped 50 points!Next day I called the manager Jerome & he basically told me there was nothing he could do so my search continued & it paid off. I ended up finding an ISF (which is what I was originally looking for) in California at Newport Lexus. The ISF costed $20,000 more than the iS350 at Clearwater Lexus & cause they went through Lexus Financial like I told them I only had to put $5,000 down & they probably would’ve let me keep the iS we were gonna trade in lol..... crazy but everything happens for a reason! So in the end my advice is if you plan on purchasing here make sure they understand DO NOT RUN your ssn through multiple banks, especially if you have a loan thru Toyota/Lexus Financial or one at a bank in good standing. Regardless if you buy a Lexus here or not just know the service & parts department are solid. Thanks guys!

First of all we were greeted very friendly by our sales associate Natalia, she listened to what we wanted to look at and proceeded to show us the RX350 . also the NX , we were unsure of the size we wanted... She had us test drive the RX350 and I loved it. She is so very Knowledgeable about the car and answered all our questions. Upon arrival, which was getting close to closing, we were welcomed and made comfortable. Our sales consultant, Peter, was most accommodating. We decided to make a purchase, which went far beyond their closing hour. Nonetheless, after a long day for them, Peter, Eric and Dalia remained friendly, courteous, attentive to our needs and remained professional, as were all the staff with whom we dealt. We were also introduced to the service staff so as to familiarize us for future assistance. We returned the next day to purchase a vehicle for my husband. Peter did go the extra mile for him. Repair took an extended time but since I had a loaner car it did not matter. Suggestion: It is wonderful service you provide including a car wash. Car came home clean but with calcium spots on windows and mirrors that were very noticeable - suggest you take the time to wipe or purchase a filter like I use when washing the boat. It eliminates the issue and the need to wipe.

A step up from the usual dealer service experience, though you'll pay for it. I like that you are assigned a service rep when you make the appointment and they are there to meet you when you arrive. I waited for my car to be serviced and the waiting area is top notch with free breakfast food and drinks, a lounge with TV, and several work stations if you need to jump on your laptop, etc. for work. All nicely appointed. They also do a decent job of washing your car when they're done. I've been elsewhere where they run the car through an automated washing station that barely cleans it, then leaves water spots all over the car when dry. Not at Lexus of Clearwater. My car was dry and free of water spots when I got it back. If I had a negative comment, it would be the cost of service which can get out of hand if you let them add in all the extras that in most cases aren't necessary; however, you can elect which services to have done. Would go back for future service / maintenance.

Every time I take my car to Lexus of Clearwater, which is rare because my car runs like a top, I know I’m in the best possible hands. Russ is simply the best Service Manager around. He helps me with my questions and always tries to find me the most cost effective solution. The technicians are quick and proficient. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we received an email confirmation that a particular car was reserved for is and drove 3 hours, only to be told the car had just been sold. Not sure what reserved means at this location or if vehicle was ever a available at all.

I inquired about a car that I was very serious on purchasing. John Heat informed me that he would send me additional pictures right away (no pictures yet, as it was newly listed). 1 hour later, and I received nothing. I called one of the directors, who said he would check on it. 2 hours later, the director called me to tell me they just sold the car. He apologized profusely and said he would make sure to talk to the manager for the lack of service that prevented me from buying a car. Fast forward to 24 hours later - John gives me a call and tells me the car was sold last night. I informed him that I had received the news already 2 hours after not getting a response from him yesterday from someone else. Instead of apologizing, he cut me off just said goodbye. I don't know what the truth was because I was getting multiple stories, but it took John over 24 hours to even keep me updated. Terrible service.

The worst car buying experience I have ever had! Thank goodness for their 5 day return policy. I walked away with a CPO Lexus and just had a very sour feeling that I could not shake. I felt that I had been cheated with choice, price and interest rate and it turned out that I had. The morning I returned the car I had contacted my credit union to find out that they could offer a rate 3% lower than Lexus had given me. I ended up going to Crown Jaguar and had the best car buying experience. I left with a brand new Jaguar that was the same monthly payment as the second hand Lexus! Shame on you Lexus of Clearwater.

We had an excellent experience at Lexus of Clearwater. I hate when the time rolls around to buy a new vehicle, I hate going near almost any dealership but I actually had a pleasant experience here. They had the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I dealt with Mo in the sales department and he had to be the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Not a bit pushy or trying to pressure me for anything. I felt like he genuinely cared about me and my wife and wanted us to have an amazing experience at their dealership. We drove 3 hours from the east coast of Florida and ended up bringing our full grown Doberman so he didn’t have to sit home all day. The dealership had no problem with us bringing him inside. They even got him a bowl and some water. Preston took care of our financing needs and he was very professional. He also wasn’t pushy at all with warranties either. Yesterday I purchased a new Lexus NX300 F sport from Lexus of Clearwater. Mr Jose Vargas Arzola arranged a test drive for my daughter. Prior to meeting with him. Mr Arzola maintained communication with me via phone calls, email and text messages for a week, up until the time I could come in to look at the different vehicles and available options. I explained to him that I was shopping for the best deal at several different dealerships. He understood and was very patient and professional in handling everything. His last words to me was "We're here to treat you right. We'll make sure your daughter will be happy with her gift!". Ultimately, he was able to get her the exact car with the options she wanted at a great price. Unfortunately, on the day I was able to come in to complete the transaction. He had to take off for an important family function. He arranged to have Mr. Ameh Youssef to help me do a walk thru and looked at the car over to be sure that I am completely satisfied with it prior to sitting down and explaining the paperwork in detail. Once that is completed. I was introduced to Mr. Neil Tenn, who is the finance manager. He took the time to explain all available warranties and service contracts to me. All in all. These three professionals made this a very easy and smooth purchase. Customer service is obviously their number one priority, and it showed. As this is our second Lexus purchased from Lexus of Clearwater. (Our daughter's previous vehicle was a BMW). Thank You...Jose Vargas Arzola, Ameh Youssef , and Neil Tenn! Worked with Peter on purchasing my new vehicle over two days. Test drove two different cars and went to the backlot to look at all of the color options available. He was courteous, patient and very informative of all the features and various options between models. We closed the deal on Christmas Eve which took longer with Finance than I would’ve liked. Through it all, Peter remained even after everyone else had left to start their holiday. He even transformed my belongings from my trade-in to my new car and did a little extra cleaning on my leather interior that was missed by the detailing team. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. My constructive feedback would be to figure out how to expedite the finance piece. Spending more than five hours to purchase a car after agreeing on the price is a bit much. But I love my new car!!

From the loaner, to the repair, the experience was flawless. Kudos to Alex, my service manager, and Carlyn, who put me in a great loaner. I appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone about my considerably less than 10 rated service experience with your facility on Tuesday (5/21). It all started when pulling into the facility and not finding any directional signs pointing to the service department. Fortunately I turned left and spotted the two OHD’s below the service sign on the building. The best part after that was in meeting with my assigned service mgr (rated 10) who was most considerate in reviewing my needs and wants. Total time with him might have been 5 minutes. Next department, and this is where it really went downhill, was the car loaner dept. The lady was very courteous but was overwhelmed at having four of us in line awaiting a loaner car. Worse than buying groceries at Wal-Mart. Time at loaner car was 30 minutes. Fifteen minutes would’ve been pushing it but 30?? Now upon returning the loaner car I did happen to see an entrance sign that was mostly covered by shrubs and on the wrong side of the entrance that says “Entrance and Sales” (No service signs that I was able to locate). I was pleased that turning in the loaner car went considerably faster than getting it and, again, my time with my SM was top notch except too much traffic in his one man office. The man needs an office by himself to reduce traffic and potential errors. All in all I’ve got to ask when are you all going to expand? Both in space and personnel? My total rating for this first experience is a “4”.

Each and every customer service rep treats us with respect and patient in helping us select the perfect vehicle for our family members. (If for some reason they don't have the exact car you wanted, they'll get for you in a day or two) They really do make car buying experience so simple that the hardest decision for our family was to decide which vehicle and what options. Their service dept is also amazing. Our cars only need routine maintenance, as major repairs were never needed as they are Lexus!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Let's begin with the fact that I was there with a business associate, BOTH of us were serious buyers. I decided to allow my colleague to spend his time with one sales rep, upon which I recommended spending my time with another rep for my needs, to consolidate our time. When I made the suggestion to find a rep for me, the rep who was asked declined to help me out. Strike number 1. How does a SALES PERSON decline to help a customer? At LEXUS? Number 2, I will say the individual I dealt with was very helpful and insightful. However, the deal was lost when I waited until 8pm on Monday STILL waiting for my follow up phone call. When I did contact the rep and said "you lost 2 deals," the response was "I didn't lose anything." In fact, you DID. You lost TWO potential customers. I will never return to this dealership. Not only did you lose my business, but also the referrals that could have been yours. Being a high caliber Sales Executive myself, I refuse to be treated the way I was treated. My colleague, who also owns several other companies is also declining to even consider dealing with this dealership.

i was at the service department for my 2005 Lexus ES. Has only 62,000 miles on it. My dashboard directly over the passenger air bag looks like it’s going to explode. I have some concerns for the safety of my family because of the airbag might deploy for no reason. I know there was recalls on the IS model and was hoping they could fix the dashboard. The service people looked at it and said the car was safe but I’m still worried. They said the Florida sun had caused the dashboard to warp. They said the car was safe to drive but I wish they could have fixed it. This is my third Lexus and it seems like the quality of the materials always seem to tear or wear out easily. Never again will Lexus Of Clearwater see me in their facility. My last scheduled service was bad enough with keeping my car over night as they were too busy to honor my appointment. When I went to pick up my car the next day after they called me, I found the work was not even completed. No one ever took responsibility for that and made me wait there even longer. Well, now I used their "we'll buy your car" program. I sold Lexus of Clearwater my used vehicle and after 2 hours of paperwork and the dealership saying they are writing my check several times...NOT what was going on. They handed me a paper receipt and said they will mail me a check. I had to call several times demanding my check and finally the later in the next day they hand delivered the check. If a dealership doesn't know how to write a check then tell the customer ahead of time. I should have and would have used Carvana if I knew what liars work at Lexus Of Clearwater. If you need a dealership, choose a different one.

It is a no secret that a customer can have a silly or ridiculous offer when buying a car. But, a smart dedicated salesperson can really change the outcome of the deal. We have been patiently looking for a car for our 19 year old daughter. We have visited 14 different car dealerships in the Tampa area and Orlando. Our heart was always to buy a Lexus car due to our best experience with owning 2 Lexus vehicles prior. We convinced our daughter to do so and she agreed. She liked the NX300 F sports. Due to our bad experience at some of dealerships, we decided to visit Lexus Of Clearwater. It was an hour drive from Nee Tampa. We got to the parking lot and few minutes later Mr. Steve Miskiewicz approach us and was very welcoming after he introduced himself. That day we thought that we were going to walk in and spend about half hour and leave. My wife was on the phone with Mercedes dealership who we knew the manager there as a friend. Mr. Steve had a unique and genuine attitude toward us and his company and showed transparency in dealing. We quickly turned into negotiations. He showed us all the cars that pertained to us and took a test drive and gave us many options that concerned the car. He answered all our questions and pointed out options that we were not aware off. He was never offended if we asked a ridiculous offer. We got what we wanted. These guys at the shop did a fantastic job polishing and cleaning the car. We met the manager( Mr. Ahmed) who he was very professional welcoming and genuine. Later we to the finance lady Dalia Shaker. She was very courteous, informative and professional. She ended waiting on another bank for better rate. Sure enough we got the best rate and saved us over $700. The team members on the floor were very welcoming and courteous also. I strongly advise to visit this dealership if you driving by and give them a chance to check the deals and professionalism. Ps: I never been in this dealership or have known anyone who worked there. Thank you for an enjoyable unforgettable experience.

But the deal doesn’t goes well because they said I offered too low. So i went home. Next day i called in and ask them to give me a copy of my credit Report, but they didnt give it to me. They blocked my calls, and my text. so i call the front desk, but they transfer me to i dont know what and hang up on me. This is the worse Dealership ever. All they wanted is your money.

Stunningly slow. Lease buyout, should have been 30 minute transaction. Instead it was 3.5 hours. This was despite providing information in advance to shorten the transaction. Additionally they were incessantly trying to upsell warranty we did not want. Never again will I buy a car here.

I pretty much new what vehicle I wanted so he promptly set up an appraisal for my trade in and took us on a test drive in my new car. Eduardo navigated this entire car buying process with the ease of a seasoned professional...with the likes that I had not seen in years. The financial part of the process was aptly put in the hands of Monica who made the arduous paperwork signing process not only a breeze, but pleasant as well. It was so refreshing in this day in age to be treated with kindness, respect and genuine professionalism, especially when buying a new car!

The service department is on top of everything! Someone immediately greets you, they come to you in your car and guide you through the process. Once the paperwork is signed they send you off to the comfy waiting room. There are plenty of refreshments available to keep you comfortable. My only negative was that it took an hour longer than I was told. Which would be fine if I knew in advance. I would have arranged to go home rather than wait. But overall the staff is courteous and professional, everything was completed and I am satisfied.
