So I called on the phone and talked with a lady named tiffany. She said I could come in that day and she would help me. I get there and ask for her. She was took busy that she never even came and spoke to me the whole 3 hrs I was there. When she was well aware of the time I got there.. I was there about 4 hrs and all they did was run my credit. Then say well we don't got the car u want we will call u when it gets in. I asked for a rough estimate of what my payments would b when the car came in. They said they could not give me any #s not even the price of the car or the value of my trade in. They basically kicked me out at 6 when they closed even tho my questions were not answered and said they were closing. Never have I ever been treated this way at a car dealership. They were unprofessional and rude. Not intended to make a sell or insure customer service at all...o also asked about the internet deals that were going on on the website. They told me I can't believe what I see on the internet even tho it was there website. They had there car marked up 7000 from there internet price and would not come down. Long story short, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went and took my business to bev Smith Kia in ft.pierce who got me the deal I wanted the car I wanted and the payments I asked for. They also made me feel like family so nice and everyone there worked hard for me.. I guess Kia of vero didnt want my 5000 down.. if u want good service bev Smith Kia in ft.pierce is the place to go
We went to Kia just looking for a new car and left with one out sales guy Freddie was awesome and made us feel comfortable as well as Lou. Thank you both for making our new car purchase so easy.
Customer service is exceptional. Kevin helped me and my wife when looking for a car and went out of his way to find the very best deal possible. It’s nice to work with a family man that wants to help your family instead of a salesman. I won’t go anywhere else when searching for a new or used vehicle.

Worst Service Dept. and last Kia I will ever buy. They have had my car 3 weeks, 1 of which they could not figure out the problem with my ticking engine. 2nd week they ordered the wrong parts. Now they are trying to say that spark plugs were changed and the wrong ones used (by someone else) and the tips blew off into the engine. Very funny story. My husband believes it's the rocker arm that caused the tick. At this point the engine needs to be replaced and I am under warranty and they are doing everything in their power not to cover this. Horrible experience all around and sad that I had to call them again today since I have not heard from them in over a week.

I purchased my cadenza out of state, when I got back to vero I noticed that one of the shift paddles was missing. The out of state dealer said it would be covered under warranty. I went to Kia of vero beach and was told that someone broke of the paddle and that they needed the missing paddle for warranty work. I called the out of state dealer who again said that it should be covered under warranty but if the local dealer would not honor it that they would pay for the repair. Because of the reaction and attitude of the VB Kia dealer I went out of my way to different dealer. I got a completely different response with the repair covered under warranty and excellent attitude and service.

Be careful! I scheduled an appointment with a sales representative to get the pay off on my lease vehicle. I was VERY clear in my communication with him that this is what I wanted so I could explore my options regarding a buy out or leasing another vehicle. I was there for over 2 hours and all he wanted to do was put me in another Kia, he did not have the information I clearly requested. After over 2 hours of my time he finally realized I was not taking a new vehicle home that day, I was told he would call with the buy out I requested, that was Thursday, today is Monday and I still have not heard from him. I called Kia to retrieve the buy out myself and was told, in FL only dealerships can be given the amount. When I explained the issue I had, I was then told I could go to ANY Kia dealership to receive the amount. Good Bye Kia of Vero Beach!

False advertising. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU $5,000 More than your car is worth! If your on a budget or looking for something specific stay away from this dealer. The salesman claim they are there to serve you but the harsh reality is they are there for the commission. This corporation will do whatever it takes to stick you with a deal you cannot afford or a car you do not want to drive!
I have been going to Vero Beach Kia for 12 years. It is always a pleasant experience. Matt the service guy is the best in the business. Always on top of every situation and very profesional. The entire staff from Salesman Joe Perry to the phone girls are why I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. I always recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I purchased 2 Kia Souls over the phone from Chicago for family in Sebastian Florida. Rondell Bentin must be a saint, because he held my elderly mothers hand through it all. He even drove the car to her home and walked her through all the features of her car. (All she could talk about were the buttons that she could push and her garage would open, or she could call for road side assistance, or answer her phone). Anyone who can deal with her........... whoooooooooo. Many thanks, Rondell!!!!! Someone give him a raise quick. William Yulfo gets some stars as well! He handled all the paperwork, financing, Fed Ex ing the documents to me in Chicago. This was not an easy transaction as there were some bumps in the road. Thankfully, due to prompt communications back and forth and everyone's hard work, we got it done. I'm pleased.
We have a 2013 Kia Sorento. We took it to Vero Beach Kia to get a new battery, but have had to go back every 4 months since. They've charged us thousands of dollars and every time we ask them why our new(er) kia is having so many problems they act like it's not their problem. We'll never use them again....
I have bought my last two cars from Kia of Vero Beach and just went with my spouse to purchase one for her. We always have a great experience and are greeted with smiles! The sales staff and managers there are the best! Rick Johnson is the man to see!

The communication of the employees is so poor at this dealership. I dread going to this place time after time when I need work done on my car. I would go as far as to not own a Kia again if it means I don’t have to go to this dealership anymore. The reason it has the rating it does on google is because they buy positive reviews, no other rational explanation.

Oh the vehicle buying process...am I right? It doesn't have to be that way. We were iffy on buying a new vehicle for our family of 5. We had gone through other local dealerships and it always seemed to be a nightmare for us. We would inquire or walk into a car dealership and had constant people breathing down our neck and we felt pressured (which we despise), so we were reluctant to try one more time, but so happy that we did. We saw a vehicle that we were interested in on Kia of Vero Beach's website. We submitted an internet price quote (I highly recommend doing that for the best price!), which led us to Lindsey Dickerson (Internet Manager), and our experience was nothing short of smooth, amazing, and easy. We scheduled an appointment to come in and look at a vehicle through Lindsey. We got there, and met Joe Perry (our sales consultant) drove it (Toyota Sienna- aka The Swaggin' Wagon), and ended up buying it. We were in and out in 2.5 hours with a trade-in thanks to Lindsey, Joe, and Rick Johnson. Rick (finance manager) got us the best interest rate for our vehicle! We will always be current/future customers of Kia of Vero Beach. They made buying a new car so easy for our family! There was absolutely no pressure and everything was smooth sailing. These people made me waste my day on a 7 hour roundtrip all because they were dishonest and had poor attitudes. I inquired about a used vehicle that I saw online and worked out a deal over the phone since I live about 3 hours away. My salesperson Kevin assured me that it was in great condition and also that it was previously a non smoker vehicle and had no funny smells. The plan was to get there, take a look at the car to confirm everything he said, make sure everything was running right and get the deal done as quickly and painlessly as possible. As soon as the car door opened, the stench came pouring out. The thing wreaked of stale cigarettes, and the interior was not in the great condition he claimed. I understand that wear and tear comes with a pre owned vehicle but this guy assured me that the previous owner babied it and "cried when he had to give it up"... OK... My fiance and I were pissed to say the least and on the fence about what to do and honestly could have looked past the issues we had with the vehicle, but the salesperson was definetly the determining factor as to why we did not give them our business today. He looked like he couldn't be bothered and carried on with his conversation with another employee while we just stood there in front of the car. He was patronizing my fiance and trying to disvalidate the concerns she had with the vehicle. He was a total scum bag and did absolutely nothing to try to get our business, on the contrary he argued with her and said she was the only person that could smell the cigarette smoke. This dealership offers awful customer service and I have never had a worse experience trying to buy a vehicle. By the way, I am a disabled veteran and they repeatedly insulted my intelligence and disrespected me. Don't bring your business here.
I bought my first Kia Soul there 2 years ago and while not enthralled with the dealership (hit and miss service dept) I really liked my car so when I got a special invitation offering me 11, 333 on trade in, zero % interest, zero down, reduce my payment AND a $2000 credit for customer loyalty. I figured why not, I would buy another new car from them. The thing was, none of it was true. They offered me 8K for trade, 5.75% interest (my fico is nearly 800), and wanted $1500 down and my monthly payments would increase nearly $75 a month. I picked up my keys and said forget it and they wouldn't even tell me where my car was. Liars, scoundrels and thieves! I found it on my own That will be the last time I ever set foot in Vero Beach Kia. There are plenty of reputable car dealerships in Vero . Don't go to Kia. You have been warned!

The dealership may be one thing, but do NOT use their service department. They quote you one price, bully you into another price, then try to add on a bunch of things you didn't request. When you point out you only need one item replaced, and it repairs the problem, the response was "Oh, I guess it was just the belt'. Additionally, they claimed the repair would take 30 minutes, then it became one hour, and five hours later, they still hadn't even started it. Not a good experience
Freddy at Kia of Vero Beach was great to work with in trading in our 2011 Soul and purchasing our 2019 Soul. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and showed us all the new features of this model. I would like to give a huge thanks to the best sales associate of any Kia dealer. I came into Kia of Vero Beach on 5/31/14 and was greeted by Mr. Joe Crowley. I explained to him my situation and how I would like to see myself inside of a new 2014 Soul, BUT staying at my current satisfied monthly payment. I came in thinking there was no possible way that I as a young individual with a 2012 Soul would be able to do a trade-in on which I still owe more than what the car is worth. Joe Crowley assured me the best deal in which I was comfortable in and for that I am forever grateful. We went out on a fun test drive in the 2014 model that I was interested in. Mr. Crowley has a very likable personality and I did not feel uncomfortable during my whole visit to the dealer. It was definitely the opposite of what one thinks whenever they think of car salesmen and dealership stereotypes. I had the feeling that anything was possible to occur in that cubicle in which we discussed numbers, value, down payment, APR's, etc. Let's just say I left the dealership with a big smile on my face. Be VERY careful and make sure you read over your agreement completely! They charged me for an additional warranty AFTER I already told them I didn't want an extra warranty. I guess it's my fault I got screwed over because I wasn't careful before I signed, but that just goes to show what kind of people are working in the finance department. Their "document" fee is a whopping $799.
I've had positive experiences with Kia for over a year. Unfortunately, this Saturday changed that. I made an oil change appointment with them two weeks prior and gave three confirmations about that same appointment. Yet, when I get there, I am told I have to wait an hour for the filter to come in. The part is located at the Fords dealership which is 2 minutes away. Yes, I have a Ford SUV. I take my suv to Kia because I purchased it from Kia and been satisfied with the services for over a year. I was told by the attendant that I can leave and he will call me once the part comes in. I left very unhappy. I drove the two minutes to Ford and got my oil changed without an appointment. Kia, please advise your employees on different ways of meeting customer satisfaction. Especially, since there were several employees standing around.

I just bought a brand new Optima at Kia of Vero Beach. I normally don’t take The time to write reviews but in this case I made an exception because the experience was so unbelievable. My salesman Ron Weiss was over the top helpful knowledgeable and friendly I will buy another car from him. Additionally instead of going back-and-forth playing games the sales manager Trevor Fox brought me right back to his office looked me right In my eyes and shot me straight. I appreciate that. I will come back and buy another car soon.
I give Kia of Vero Beach 5 stars! Brad Dechent was a great sales rep to deal with from start to finish. We told Brad we knew what we wanted, had done the research and were ready to buy but somehow he could tell that there was a drop of uncertainty on what trim or if we should go the next model up. He slowed us down, took us back outside to show us all our options again to make sure we really understood all the differences. When we finally decided on the exact car the process of reviewing the agreement and financing options was really easy. It was a great decision to buy from Brad at Kia of Vero Beach and we love the car! Best warranty in the business too!
Bought a 2015 Sorento in August 2017. Its March 2018, the Sorrento is dead in the driveway. Neighbor jumped it, took it down to Bev Smith, where we bought it in Fort Pierce. We've had the vehicle for 7 months. Of course, we bought the extended warranty and the battery is not covered. So, the service guy said it would be $169.00 for a new battery. We told them to go F themselves. Told them to put the battery back in and we left. Another thing, we went there at 11:30 in the morning. They no longer serve free sandwiches or free soda...you have to buy soda from the machine. I do not drink coffee. I was starving seeing how we were there for 4 hours. We left At 3 pm and bought a brand new battery at Wal-Mart for $64.00.
This dealership went the extra mile to make sure their commitments were met. Our salesman, Kevin, was the best beginning to end. Thanks to all!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have never had a bad experience here. They are always extraordinarily friendly efficiant knowledgeable experienced honest and helpful. They go above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciated it each and every time . I wasn't lying when I told them that I would never go to anybody else because I'm so satisfied. My advice is that you avoid Kia of Vero Beach at all costs. We leased a vehicle from them last September only to find that they had transferred the tag from my husband's Toyota to the Kia... we did not trade my husband's Toyota in nor was the Toyota even on the premises when the transaction was conducted? Two months later we realize that his car insurance had been canceled and two months after that we realized that he did not have a valid tag or registration for his vehicle any longer... it took another month and issue a refund to us for the valid registration on my Kia. In addition, somebody from Kia or Toyota was using my temporary tag to run the tolls on the turnpike since the tag was issued to me and never canceled the bills were coming to us but nobody at Kia or Toyota knew how that happened?? The tax collectors office said never let them take your temporary always turn the temporary in yourself to the tax collector to get that registration canceled. The manager of KIA Mr. Marko never even had the decency to call and apologize for any of this he sent me a text message saying they would issue a check refunding us and that took a month it was never mailed I picked it up today myself. The way they have conducted business in this one transaction is disgraceful and no one could explain how any of this happened?? There are hundreds of car dealership choices along the Treasure Coast I recommend you choose one other than KIA or Toyota of Vero Beach.

I took my car to Kia of Vero Beach. I have been there before and all was fine. Service people were very rude. Mathew was his name and some other guy. It is hard to trust they did a good job on my car with such poor bed side manners. I will not ever go back. Do not take your car to Kia Service find a local mechanic.

Never ever, I mean ever buy a car from the dealership. My wife (girlfriend at the time) bought a car from them. She was a first time buyer and they completely took advantage of her. They ended up selling her a car for 13K and after a year and a half of payments guess what we still owe 13K. After extensive add ons she ever asked for they apparently charged her 17K for a car and set her up on 72 montly payments bringing the total cost of the car to 24K. We actually bought a 2016 this year and our payment is 25 dollar cheaper per month and a years less of payments. She went in to get a new car and told her this was a better deal. They pressed and even made her cry. These guys are scumbags. Her credit score was well high enough to qualify for 0% interest on a new car. Dont every buy from these guys. she bought a 2011 kia soul last year. She pay 285 per month for 72 months We bought a new kia soul 7 months ago. which we bought under her name for 260 per month for 66 months with no interest. Yes, you can buy a new car for cheaper than what they charge for a used one. Scumbags, enough said

This was the most pleasant car-buying experience we have had in years. Questions were answered, no pressure was used. We even left and came back, something I have felt pressured not to do in the past. Also, we were surprised with an add-on we thought we had to come back for being done when we picked up the car. My husband and I had a terrible experience with Kia of Vero Beach this week. Here is the breakdown: 2/20/2019: We called from out of state to inquire about a specific Kia Optima and were told it was available. We made a verbal agreement to purchase the vehicle and gave our credit card information to make a $1,000 deposit. The man we spoke with said he had taken the keys off of the wall (or what have you), so we thought that meant the vehicle would not be shown to anyone else. The $1,000 posted to our account as a pending charge. 2/21/2019: Kia of Vero Beach emailed a document that included an itemized receipt of our deposit. Over the phone, the man we had spoken to the night before said the manager wanted us to pay the balance and take possession of the car by the end of the month. My husband said he would do so on 2/27/2019. After the call, he booked a one-way flight for that date. 2/22/2019: My husband called the dealership and was informed that the car had sold to another party. He asked how could that be since we made a deposit, and the (aforementioned) man said a deposit is unusual; it’s more common that someone pays the full amount to secure the car. He said we would need to speak to the manager for further explanation. My husband spent the rest of the day trying to reach the manager – calling every two hours, making a total of four calls. The receptionist said multiple times that the manager was indeed there. Bottom line: The manager never took my husband’s calls or returned them, so we never received an explanation about what happened. Our best guess is that Kia of Vero Beach got a better offer and sold the car out from under us. They DID reverse the deposit charge, so that went off of our account, but any legitimate business would do so. Needless to say, we will never do business with Kia of Vero Beach again.
I love Toyota's and would've always been that way if it wasn't for the customer service. I've had issues in the past with other toyota dealers and I was told and promised this would be different. They only painted a picture. Had originally purchased 2013 toyota which was defective so traded it for 2014 which all plans did not transfer and they said I had them on sign up. Then when I got oil change they said oh you don't have plan, looked into it showed them and they said oh it was under another screen. Now they said I don't have tire coverage when I know I had asked to apply. Now that I need it they said "well now you need it and don't have it you shoulda purchased it" I told them I did! $200 for 2 yr plan is well worth it! I will not be buying Toyota's anymore but it's not the car that pushed me away...

They explain in details terms that I could understand everything. If I could give them more stars I would. I would recommend Kia ofVero Beach to all.

Just stop there because one of the splash guards at the front of my car came off on i-95 on my way to Miami. Bud and matt were great took a few minutes to reattach and I'm back on the road. I saw visions of big dollar signs on the way there once I heard the noise....... Didn't cost much at all to fix great place
They have a big selection of all kind of cars, I got there almost at closing time they were nice.

Lupe & Freddy were the best. HOWEVER, the Manager Chris was the worse. They LIED & said they would NOT run my credit and he did. Lupe & Freddy disappeared & never returned. Both of their customer service was great! The honesty, moral fiber & ethic is lacking because of them running a credit application WITHOUT my permission. I would NEVER return or recommend this establishment!!

This 6000$ over KBB deal they are offering is 100% BS. They are not able to nor are they offering 6000$ over Kelly blue book value. They are not even offering 3000$ over Kelly blue book value. This is just a scam to get people in the doors while they are renovating the dealership. They wasted my time and my entire afternoon. Screw this place. That’s not how you do business, and you should be ashamed of yourself. I could buy a few of your trucks outright cash, and some more on credit. But that’s not what the deal was offering. I could have gone to any dealer to buy a truck. The only reason I went to yours is because you were offering this deal. They knew this was the case the moment I got there, and I kept asking them what they would give me for my car and after they wasted my time taking me for a test ride and going over the trucks they have, they tell me they can’t give me any money for my car. DO BETTER. It’s sad that this is how you have to do business to try and get business. Terrible. False advertising at its finest. I took my 2008 mint condition low mileage gt500 in there and all they did was waste my time.

I was there lastnight just wanting to test drive a vehicle and there were only a manager and a salesman and i just wanted to test drive a used vehicle that they had on the lot. I had some rude lady that worked in there that didn't even want me to test drive it because i was just looking.
Leased 2 vehicles. First experience with service was a flat tire. Car towed in on Sunday. After numerous phone calls Monday and 7 hours later I finally get the car back. It doesn't take that long fix a flat tire. When I complained all I get is excuses and sarcasm. Never offered a loaner car which is part of the service we pay for. When asked why the car wasn't cleaned was told they didn't have time. Ridiculous. Next day I get in my car to go to Doctor and now another flat tire. Beyond words at this point.
