My husband went to i-75 to get a 2009 Honda civic and he called me and asked me to come up with him to look at it they wanted to do the paper work before I got there but when I got there they were like oh I got to run your credit and they already told my husband he could have the car they came back and told him they couldn't do it with out a checking account to go get a checking account and come back in 30,,days my husband said he wasent going to do all that and the guy was like I'm sorry but we can't do nothing,,my husband was like u told me I was approved and now I'm not? The guy says sorry ,,and on top of the guy being rude to me and my friend that was with me,,so we left and went to right way auto they were awesome I dident have to have a checking account and we got a 2016 ford focus 7,,years newer than the Honda,,I i-75 auto lies to u to get u there then when you get there they are very rude I will never go to i-75 again......and right way told us that they get a lot of i-75 business because i-75 is rude they lie not a good car buying experience.....so go to right way auto if you want respect and a great car buying experience......

I went there to look around and before we got out of the car the salesman was waiting on us and asking questions as soon as our car doors open we just wanted to walk around and look at what cars they had and he just kept asking what our price range is and what our credit score was and wanted us to start the paperwork before we picked a vehicle out to test drive it if I’m buying a vehicle I will test drive it before any paperwork gets started

Awesome place, I worked with Wrenda Witt, she did everything she could to get me as low of a down payment and monthly payment as she could, and the car I got is the car I never knew I wanted. Sales people wouldn't give me a straight answer on the cost& their prices vary greatly from what they post online. The salesman helping us was pushy& after we said we weren't sure he said he had another car we might like,he went inside and then never came back,it was weird so we just left after waiting 15+minutes. We ended up going to the Toyota dealership Down the street& it was a much better experience.

I need to share my experience so other people are aware. We worked with a salesman on a $25,000 advertised car to get a price we were comfortable with after we were shown pictures of the vehicle and spoke on the phone because we lived 4 hours away. We asked about what we thought was damage seen in the pictures and were told the car was not damaged in writing. We were told the car was worth the upper end of the KBB good or better condition indicating it was in better condition than most similarly offered cars.. After putting a deposit on the car to come and pick it up we arrived to find a totally different condition. The car had two obvious dents, one in the hood (that we asked about in writing and were told was "rain drops" and one in the tailgate. Both dents had cracked paint and rust and there were numerous other paint chips throughout the vehicle. It was missing some plastic trim that we did know about. The running boards were falling off the car and the camera systems did not work. The backup camera was "not working but could be fixed for $200". After explaining that these issues were not "safety" related and they didn't need to fix them they asked us to come up with a workable price for the blemishes. We left very disappointed in the character of this used car lot. With the deception already experienced we were scared other mechanical issues were undisclosed from us that would be expensive but not "safety" related and you should be too if you are buying a car from this company.

Worst experience I've ever had with buying a car and I've bought 32 cars in 11 years for private use or for family members that needed help. I put 9,000 dollars down on a truck that I signed on and had for almost a week and then was told the bank backed out and that I had to bring it back which is total ridiculous. Who tells you that you are approved, has you sign the loan papers, takes your down payment, and then a week later tells you, after you already paid insurance as well, that you need to bring it back. I thought I was closing the deal and then had to take another day off work and pay gas in another vehicle to follow me because they wouldn't wait until the next day or even give me back my money until almost 3 days later so I had to wait to go get another vehicle until then, when it was their error. I would not recommend anyone bring anyone you care for here.

Friendly Service and help me with what I needed to get done. But the only thing hurt my feelings was no gas in the van I purchased , and it startded having a knocking in my AC and the dealership informed me they cant check the van even though I have only had the van a week and havent paid anymore then my down payment. The van is an as is sell but during the test drive twice it was told to me it work great no problems and now they cant do anything .

i used my only day off to go car shopping and after a week of emailing i75 i went in to make my purchase. Upon arriving the guy i had an appointment with was busy so another salesman named Brian introduced himself and said he would be helping me. We got the paperwork started and while waiting on some documents brian had an appointment that walked in. He informed me he would be right back after greeting his appointment . When he came back into his office he informed me he was not able to continue helping me because his appointment was "waiting". Instead of letting someone else speak with me he grabbed open the front door and said, "ill give you a call and we can do this another day i do not have time to finish today". No handshake or thanks for stopping by just rushed me out the front door. I never got a call from brian, he never touched based with me about ANYTHING and obviously my business was not worthy of this car lot. I went the same day to Gainesville and purchased my new vehicle. Be careful of who you speak with at this lot obviously they pick and chose who is important to them and who they'd like to do business with.

**Update stay away from this dealership!! We are paying for a car. That we can't drive because. They haven't filed for our license plate! We have been given the run around. Have been told several lies about where the tag is at! TOM the finance manager even emailed my 20 year old daughter. A fake tag number stating it was processed and in the mail. He even instructed her to drive the car. And she wouldn't be ticketed for having. An expired paper tag. Upon my finding out he ill advised my daughter. I called to speak with him. And explain the fact that. She couldn't legally move the car. And that I'd spoken with a deputy. And was told by the sheriff office. That without a valid plate or paper tag. She can't drive the car. He got angry and told me. Yes he told her that. And would tell her again! He also stated he was done talking. She could drive the car with the email he sent. Or it could sit and he hung up the phone. I will be seeing them in court! And we won't make anymore payments on it. Not even mentioning the car has been in the shop several times already! They are very shady and unprofessional!

I live in Jacksonville Beach and I found a car I liked but it was all the way at I75 Auto. I worked with the manager Tony Taylor and honestly I couldn't believe how great he was. He worked with my every step of the way and even brought the car to me to look at rather than asking me to come all the way to the dealership. I bought a 2012 Honda Pilot. It was gorgeous, it even took a couple extra days because Tony and the crew wanted to make sure I got the best for my money, they fixed minor issues and even included things no other dealership would even think about. I would recommend anybody to check them out before buying a used car. I don't always ad a review on a business unless it really stuck out good or bad.. in this case.. extremely good!! Next car or truck I buy I will be calling them first to see what they have! A+ for sure!

Sales staff are great. There finance manager is rude and unprofessional. Over priced used cars. If you have a trade they will just mark up the price of the car they sale you. They dont negotiate and will try to force you into the car they want you to have. You can get better deals at other car lots. Even if you have bad credit.

If a vehicle is listed on the website for one price make sure you take a picture of it because they will up the price on you on the website (meaning change price on website they will up it way more than they should)before you get there to look at the vehicle you are interested in. Told me that they only ran one credit check but ran 3. Very shady company. They do not stand behind their word!! You have been warned!! They still owe me a part they never got and 2 tanks of gas! Their word is nothing so make sure it is in writing and you for sure check it!!

I75 is the worst place. I bought a vehicle from them in February after a week of having it I started noticing problems with it wanting to run rough I took it right back almost everyday for 2 weeks asking them for help it even had the check engine light come on and they said there was nothing they would do for me it was my problem now. Over the past 3 months it is so bad to where every time I crank it up it shuts down and I have to recrank. And now I’m stuck with trying to find someone that is not over expensive to help me figure it out. Please do not fall for there lies they are crooks and will put you in a not reliable vehicle and then refuse to help you fix it!!!! I will be spreading the word around to all my family and friends

Cheated me and my Daughter out of 800$...Told us they would hold a posted dated check , something they do for some customers, but sent the check in anyway and it cost me dearly...She said she only had 500 down and a trade in and said oh yes we can help u...In person they said one thing and when they drew up the paper work the amount for down payment was 1500$ and they knew she didn't have it but made it sound like it was no problem...They lied. Said they would reimburse me but never did. One Fiance manager said it wasn't his problem and went in his office and shut the door (Mike)...Then the other Fiance manager Donnie sent me on a goose chase for 3 days to the Cheverlote Dealership for a check he knew I wasn't going to get...Stayed out there for an hour and got nothing...they pretty much laughed in my face and gave me the run around...This was my child's first New Car and her worst experience in doing so. They took advantage of my child and me and our trust. I will never buy a car from them or the Chevrolet office or in lake city Florida. I will walk first...They are not Honest at all...Worst experience ever.

They wasted hours of everyone's time by not being forthcoming about their pricing, as well as being misleading to get us to travel a great distance for nothing. Their vehicles were dirty in spite of the fact that they charge a detailing fee and their pricing was vastly different from what they said to get us there. Overall, very upsetting.

Couple of weeks ago, I pulled into I-75 hot, hungry and cranky. Got out of my car and asked the first two gentlemen I saw standing there "Who wants to sell me a car today?" And that's when I first met Brian Stalvey. Brian let me take more test drives than I can count. He was patient. He was attentive. He bought me a coke when I couldn't find change. He was my right hand that day. And just when I got too tired to drive any more and wanted to come back later, suddenly, an F150 appeared out of nowhere. It was perfect. So we thought. The deal was quick and flawless. Jeff Cumbo, Thomas O'Sullivan and Donnie Albritton all played a part in making sure of that, even though I did not finance. But, there turned out to be one little (not so little) hiccup. After I left, I realized the truck was not ready to tow! My #1 requirement! It was a big boo boo so the next day, I went back. Not only did I-75 make the situation right, they did so without hesitation. Without Brian Stalvey's dedication to customer care and loyalty to the reputation of I-75, who knows where I would have gone or what I would be driving today.
