I went to Kia North not totally sure of what car I would be interested in. After test driving the Kia Soul And seeing how it handles on the road I was very impressed. The salesman spent a lot of time with me explaining everything the car had to offer including the safety features. I left there with a head full of information and did a little bit of research online. The following day I gave them a call and let them know I was interested in the Soul. I went back and spoke to the salesman who is extremely knowledgeable and he worked out a really good deal for me. They had the color I wanted right on the lot so I signed on the dotted line. A really nice perk was that my insurance actually went “down” due to the 5 star safety rating. I would recommend this dealership. I am very happy with my new Kia Soul.

Husband had recalls on his car and took it in for this and they told him he needed brakes. There was a white board with brakes advertised at $299. It did not say for front only or back only. When we went to pick the car up and pay it was $555 to our surprise. When questioned they said that it was $299 for front and $299 for back. When we said the sign doesn’t say that they responded it is for each. As I was leaving the service manager was outside with a service agent and I said you need to be specific in your wording. As I was trying to take a picture of the sign the service manager pushed in front of me with a marker to change the sign so I couldn’t get the picture. They were very rude and only after a fast buck to take advantage of a customer. We will never return there.

Worst customer service and sale. Was sole a Kia Sorrento Certified with the window lock that dosnt work the car tag area with a hole so it dont hold your tag. I was sold a warranty and not given any paperwork for it. I had to hound them for an week to get paperwork I should of had when I left. I also just found out they still have no paid my trade in off yet and it's been weeks. I call and no one answers no one returns your call and the manager David Andrew's is useless never returns call or messages. Worse service I have ever received purchasing a vehicle. Stay away!

I will avoid this dealership in the future. My husband ordered a tow plug for the bumper of my new Sportage and the dealership insisted he prepay in-person and said they would call him when it arrived at the service department. Two weeks later, they still hadn't called so my husband called them; oh yes, the plug was there. Strike one. In 2015 I got a recall letter for undercoating on my Soul. I called Kia North and was told they couldn't service that recall because undercoating is only done in northern states. Imagine my surprise to see the undercoating recall service was performed with the catalytic converter recall. Caught Kia North telling another lie. Strike two. When I picked up the Soul I was told batteries only have a 2 year life. I called the man out on this blatant lie as my Soul was purchased new and the battery was 6 years old. Then he said in Florida they only last two years. I called him out on that lie as well since I'd moved from Ohio to Florida over 4 years ago.

Perhaps the best car buying experience of a lifetime! I wanted a KIA but early in my visit at the dealership, I said I was open to considering many models, anything but a Soul. I test drove several different models. After working with me, my preferences, etc., the salesperson said he had something that he thought might be perfect for me, but didn't say right away that it was a Soul. On the way across the lot, I began to suspect it was and agreed to sit inside it. I was wonderfully surprised. Solid, well built, innovative, stylish, had lots of room, I could see well out the windows, and the sound system was simply stunning. It quickly grew on me. I'm thrilled with it. Awesome little car. Feels like a truck, little higher off the ground but acts a bit like a sports car too. I could not be happier with it. (I'm 6ft 1in, 200 lbs)... best decision I've ever made in a car purchase. The finance manager created a win- win for me and the dealership: honest, very kind, had my well- being in mind. Not only was it an exceptionally good deal, it was forward looking, thoughtful, and more than fair. I could not recommend a dealership or group of committed individuals more highly.

Avoid this dealership at all cost. Spent an entire evening at this dealership looking at a Outlander. Was promised a particular payment and interest rate and even signed the paper stating so. Was told to take the car home and we can finish up the paperwork the next day. Called the next day and was told the finance department was working on a new deal for me to lower the interest rate. Continue driving the car because, worse case, we can keep the originally agreed upon interest and monthly payment. Called again on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Was told the same details each time I called. However, on Friday, ONE WEEK after driving off the lot, I finally received a phone call from the finance department. I was told the payment would increase by $200 a month because the interest rate skyrocketed "overnight". I stated I couldn't afford such a high payment and that I needed my trade-in car back and I will drop off the car I drove away with the previous Friday. That's when I was told my car was sold the day prior and there was nothing they could do to help me. This shady dealership sold my car, from under my nose, and stuck me with a vehicle I can barely afford. All to make a quick dollar from a hard working man that supports his family. I will never, EVER, step foot on this dealership property again. This entire organization should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat people.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This place has got to be the shadiest dealership in the entire Orlando/Longwood area. Last week I went in to look at the 2016 Sonata they had for sale and I was going to trade in my current vehicle for the deal. After about an hour of negotiating the price of my trade in and the "new" vehicle, we came to an agreement that my total financed amount would be roughly $15,400. It was late, so I was asked to come back the next day to finish signing the rest of my documents. I had signed enough documents that allowed me to actually drive home with the new Sonata. The very next day when I came back, ALL OF A SUDDEN, my total finance price increased from $15,400 to $16,900! They did NOT advise me of the increase in price until I read the documents and called them out on why it increased. They had lied on my initial paperwork to make their numbers look better in order to sell me on the car. Then made excuses to why it was increased without telling me. Bottom line, I should have walked out due to their lies and shady business tactics.

This was the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I was greeted when I walked in however the sales representative that was going to "help" me left a lot to be desired. After I explained what I was pre-qualified for, what I was looking for, and what I saw online, he then took me and my family to a brand new car which was priced at more than double what I wanted to spend. He refused to answer direct questions and when he was told to back off because he was pressuring me, he then proceeds to say, "You want to feel pressure. I will show you pressure. Do you want to buy the car? Right now. Yes or no?" At that point I walked away and left the dealership. On the plus side, I went to another Kia dealership, City Kia, and had the most wonderful car buying experience and purchased a car. While there I learned that 3 other couples had a similar experience at Greenway Kia North and all purchased cars at City Kia. I would not recommended Greenway Kia North to my worst enemy. Awful experience and will never return.

Live in Jacksonville and had emailed this dealership to inquire about a Telluride - LX (base model) in White. They emailed me twice, both times confirming that these exact vehicles were on the lot. I drive the 2 hours from Jax and of course, they did not have either of these vehicles. Said no problem, they can get one, let’s work some numbers. Came back with $40k MSRP for the LX (usually around $32ish), which was only $1k less than I was quoted for the EX (fully loaded) up here in Jax. This is now the fifth really negative experience I’ve had with Kia sales, three times online and twice in person. Overall shadiness, false advertising (no dealer got anywhere close to what they advertise online and on TV), and complete lack of desire to do right by the customer. Felt more like the DMV than a car dealership. I’ll never set foot in another Kia dealership after my two experiences both here and in Jacksonville. Anyways, stopped by the Hyundai dealership on my way out of town. Got a great (and fair!) deal on a Palisade. Save yourself the time, headache, and gas, trying to buy a Kia. Avoid this place like the plague.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for Monday May 20 at 10:30 AM. I arrived on time and no one came out to assist me. I went inside where 20 minutes passed before I finally found out where my car was. They told me an issue I was having with my car was "fine", and proceeded to go ahead with the oil change. By then it was 12. I was wearing my 4-month-old and trying to entertain my 4-year-old. I hadn't heard any information. At 12:30 someone came out to say my car was "almost done". At 1 inquired again, they said my car was in detail being washed. I asked again at 1:30 and finally asked for the service manager. Their service is terrible. While I was waiting, a woman came in and was upset because she had an appointment to see a car. She drove an hour and they sold the car. They were totally unapologetic or sympathetic, just to give you an idea of the service. The manager later said they were fixing a recall, which I knew nothing about and didn't ask for. After 1:30, they told me my car was waiting to be washed (again?). By this time my 4-year-old is hungry and impatient. Understandably. Their fix for this? Nothing. We have oil changes included for a year and I would rather pay for them somewhere else than come here again. This is my third bad experience with this location and I won't be back.

Once I purchased the car, Cesar (the young man who assist me) did a Safety Check on site. My car was delivered on time and with a smile. I brought my Kia Niro in on a Thursday for a routine oil change and tire rotation and it took THREE hours... They stated that they were training a new mechanic or whatever, so it's fine BUT when I brought the car in to service, I previously had a nick in the passenger rear tire, and when I brought the car home (I didn't have time to check before I left after waiting three hours) the same wheel with the nick was on the same axle.... I may not know everything about cars, but I know how a tire rotation works and you don't just take the tire off the axle, rotate it, and put the tire back on that same axle. SO, I brought the car in the next morning and told them that they didn't complete the service that I paid for. So they fixed it in another TWO HOURS.... A TOTAL OF FIVE HOURS AT THE FREAKING PLACE FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND A TIRE ROTATION. I could've done this service myself at home for that amount of time. Damn. Not a single employee or manager came by to ask what happened, how they can help, or to offer compensation. I am a 24 year old, and I've worked in the customer service industry since I was 16 and even I have the capability to know that is terrible customer service. DO NOT bring your car here for service unless you're a mechanic yourself and can check that they've done what they said they've done. If not for the nick in my rim, I would have never known. I have to check my oil now to make sure they even changed that....

Maintenance program is poor. Looked at a used Kia Soul. Oil was dark brown and the sticker on the window said the oil was 1000 miles overdue for an oil change (they insisted they just forgot to change the oil sticker and did change the oil, but it was definitely NOT new oil). You can tell they checked the air filter because the air filter cover wasn't even installed correctly! Plus, there was some minor front-end damage that they didn't tell us about (hood was replaced, right headlight was replaced, front bumper was freshly painted). Would not recommend them due to their below-average maintenance.

The whole process took too long but my main concern is that within one week of purchasing a used car the oil light came on. I understand the vehicle was "as-is" but I was assured it had gone through an inspection to determine if it was worthy for sale. When we took the car for service there was no oil in it! That should just have been a basic maintenance item. It needed 2 tires, too, but the focus was on washing the car instead of just making sure there were adequate fluids.

About a month ago I took my nephew to purchase his first car at Greenway Kia North. We purchased a KIA Fotre that same Saturday evening, which we had to return the following day. We then purchased another vehicle on Sunday. So why did they get two stars and not less. On the positive side because of the floor manager Christian. Christian assisted us very professionally with both purchases and the return. Christian I'm sure will be working with a better managed dealer soon as his treatment of the customer warrants it. On the negative side, we were given misleading information on the vehicles warranty by the first "sales" person that assisted us hence why we had to return the first car. Please note that going to the dealership took an hour and a half round trip. The second and most amazing reason I gave them only two stars is because of the finance staff. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and from many dealerships but I've never been told to take the vehicle and come back to sign the paperwork the next day, hence why I was allowed to return the first vehicle because nothing was signed. When we went back on Sunday we were told the same thing, and others were also told to come back because it was too late and the banks did not operate. Mind you on Tuesday when we finally signed the paperwork it was at 10PM. Basically they did not want to stay on the weekend and they also wanted to include additional charges and warranties on my nephew's car. Please also note that I called the GM to give him an opportunity to discuss this and he never returned my call.

I am very happy with the vehicle we bought and Nabil was very nice. The problem was waiting to take home our vehicle. We got to the dealership at 6 o’clock, knew what we wanted, made a down payment, already had a tag in hand, already had insurance, and already had payment voucher. 3 1/2 hours later my husband was still not in the office to finalize the registration. According to others in the room they had been waiting for hours as well. If you are going to sell that many vehicles, you have got to staff better. We live an hour away and my husband is probably not going to get home till about 11 PM at this rate. That makes the buying experience so much worse. The other thing I have to say... the dealership fees, document fees, Kia fees and whatever else fees are CRAZY! They are the highest we had seen all day from any dealership.

Cesar Pedraza and David Andrew (sales mgr) went out of their way to make things right with the little random issues I had purchasing my new car. Such as the screw in the tire before I ever left the lot and an issue with the headliner (which will require it to be replaced). After explaining to them over the phone that we wanted a specific car at another kia dealership and drove over a hour and a half to get it just to have it not be on the lot. We told them that we didn’t want to come out to look at another car for it not to be there. They reassured us this new car would be here when we got there. We drove another hour and half just to find out they sold the car we said we were getting to someone else. They lied to us just to get us down to look at other cars. I’d avoid dealing with these people. If they lie about this it makes me think they will do anything to sell a car even if it’s a lemon.

I believe they are scamming me out of warranty repair. An estimate of 2-3 hours took 7 hours. After 3 and a half hours I was told that the delay was because the first part they attempted to use to make the repair did not work and they were looking for the right one. 2 and a half hours after that update they called me to recommend unrelated things be done which my mechanic will handle. I agreed to one $15 charge that they for some reason actually charged $27 for. After paying I looked at the paperwork and saw the primary problem was not even mentioned. That little repair which they did not even start till I agreed to it 6 hours after drop off is all that they did. I then got a manager to witness the problem which he acknowledged was a problem and said he would get someone to diagnose the reason it was happening. After waiting around longer I was told there is no problem, and they will not fix anything. I am almost at the end of my warranty. My dad thinks that the throttle needs replaced and they don't want to pay for it. Their printout receipt that they gave me won't even prove that I tried to get it fixed while I was there. I am borrowing my mom's car to avoid adding miles to mine and taking it to our mechanic as soon as possible. The car can coast up fairly steep hills and will accelerate to 20 mph without touching the gas pedal.

I went in to purchase a car not lease. I test drove a 2018 Kia which I loved except for the interior color. The salesman informs me he spoke with the sales manager and they have a vehicle that has excellent manufacturer rebates that is in my budget to purchase the car not lease. I test drove it and wanted to purchase it. He speaks to his mgr again and the price is now different than what was originally offered. The lease was $ 350.00 per month which puts my loan at approx. $563.00 which was $238.00 more per month than we agreed to. I was also told that I would get a call back in one hour and nobody has contacted me.

Strange set up. Waited about 25 minutes just to check in my car. The valet (for lack of better word) told me I should just wait on my car with the AC running. Why do I want to be on time for my appointment to burn my gas sitting in line to check in? Especially when there's an air conditioned waiting room. Very strange. Then waited 3 hours for my oil change to be finished. Finally had to tell them to take my car out of the line to be washed (as it had in line 20 minutes). The people working there were kind enough, but very inconsiderate of your time. They shouldn't book so many overlapping appointments.

STAY AWAY! This dealership is dishonest and unethical in its actions, They will take advantage of you and have no form of accountability. They do NOT have the customers best interest in mind. Completely ruined my experience of being a first time car buyer, I should feel safe going to this dealer but it was the total opposite. The finance manager Sahbi, did a virtually unlawful tie in deal with me and the general sales manager denied it. He noted that it was too much of a hassle to redo paperwork and that it was final, which yes it was but there was room to redo paperwork. Even after noting everything that was done to us the Gen. sales manager pushed the blame on us and showed that he did not have our best interests in mind. Not only that, but I was made to feel like I was wasting Sahbi's time. He said that he could have done 2 customers in the time it took to finance my car and was constantly mentioning how we should have already figured everything out before we entered the finance office. When I came to cancel the gap he even had the nerve to mention he had lots of customers waiting and it was busy, there was no apology. He insinuated that I should be happy I had such a 'deal' on a car. A car that was supposed to have a clean history but had a claim that was NOT disclosed to me. A warranty is not required for a lower APR! I was told I had to have it alongside a gap (which I know is optional) to be able to lower my APR. Yes its optional but why did you force me to tie it in alongside a warranty to be able to have a lower APR? I contacted the credit-union and they noted no additional warranties were required for a lower APR. I repeatedly tried to cancel financing since I could pay the car off in full, I was told there was no incentive and that it was too much of a hassle to do so. There was also no proof of a warranty being required for a lower APR even when requested. I have called multiple times for a copy of my cancellation papers and have yet to receive a call back or email with the papers. They also lied and said the funding for the car was already done and that funds had to be sent out in two days, yet my credit union has no information on it. I contacted my insurer who is livid and appalled at the unethical service this company conducts. My insurer was even able to lower my APR and term in half while I was told the APR offered at the dealership was the lowest possible. My length of my employment and employer was also inputted incorrectly. Those I was in contact with were dishonest, unethical, lazy and very aggressive in sales. Calling them will get you nowhere unless you want to waste your time. Consumer Reports will be noted on this ridiculous issue.

Really poor service. I drove off the lot in a used Kia which left me stranded because 12hrs later I had to purchase a new battery for the used Kia. It took them a week to schedule a finance appointment and in the end told me that they couldn’t get me financed. I already went into Kia approved from capital one so like ok... . They kept pushing me to get a new Kia which I didn’t want. I end up returning the vehicle and ask for my down payment to be return plus the money I put in to get a new battery because the one that came with the vehicle was bad. I spoke directly with the general manager and he assured me that he’ll have a check for me within 2 business days for the down payment and the battery. It took them 2 weeks to get back to me after I called them everyday asking why it was taking to long. So I finally get my check and it’s only for the down payment not the battery. I was livid and in shock. This business sells unreliable cars and they are a bunch of scammers. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with these people they lie and deceive just to make a sale.

Orlando Kia North basically did not listen to a thing I said, tried to stick me in a car that was not within my parameters. Also, when I told them I just wanted to come look a car and then be on my way. NOT get my trade in appraised until we were 100% on a car. Be very aware. I never have felt so dupped in my life. Let me clear in the end it was my mistake in that I should have read what I signed better. I saw a used car online and went to the dealer. First the list price included discounts that weren't available to me. Then I asked for a price per month for 66 months They came back higher. I then said for 72 months at the same price I would take the car. I signed a quote. I then got approved and paid my deposit. It was late and I had to come back the next day to sign final finance paperwork While there I was told $16 more for the extended warranty I clarified again it was only $16 a month more as the numbers didn't add up. I was too excited and on the paperwork saw the correct number signed and was on my way. Excited for the new car. I then get my notice for first payment and notice it is payment one of 84 not 72. I went back and looked at my paperwork I signed and it also said 84 months So it was only $16 because they added an extra 12 months to the contract making the car not worth it. For an extra $30 per month I could have bought a new car. Be very careful what you sign and buy from this dealer

Been attempting to get in contact with them about trading my current vehicle in. They stated everything was good, and they had me sign papers. They brought the new car upfront, and then said we were waiting on full approval. Why did you have me sign papers for the new car????? They were supposed to call me on 5/15, and I am still waiting. So, I contacted them, but Kathryn Torres does not respond unless it is convenient for her. Be prepared to spend a minimum of 4 hours here each time. Ricardo is great to work with. He walks you through each step. Also, had an awesome experience with Al. Anyone else forget it.

He couldn’t answer none of the questions that my dad asked him, it was like he was just trying to throw me in the car that was available to me.
