Vince Smith was our sales professional and we would recommend everyone go see him if they are interested in buying from this place. We hate dealing with high pressure sales people; Vince is quite the opposite. Buying a car has never been our favorite thing to do but this was the best. The new facility is gorgeous and spacious. The dealership itself was very nice and clean. That was about all that was nice. I had Sam as my salesman and George as the manager. Both were horrible at returning phone calls and it seemed since it wasn’t a super simple that didn’t seem to want to be bothered selling me a car. Nadia in the online department was very nice though. It’s sad when a customer has to keep following up with the sales agent. They wanted a lot of money down for very little car. I called in response to their reply over a week ago. The lady who answered the phone for them said she would leave them a message. Still haven’t heard back.

Went to look at cars. They were absolutely phenomenal. My salesman John was great. Also sales manager Phil was great also. Although we couldn't reach an agreement, I will be going back. There was no high pressure sales. And they were honest, which really impressed me. Lokey Nissan could learn a thing or two from these guys!

We were surprised, to say the least that he would take the time for someone who had not made a decision to buy at that time. What an enjoyable conversation the two of us shared with him. They replaced the brake lamp switch as they determined that was the reason why my car would not start. It is working fine now but later that day a switch fell down from behind the dash or it was the old switch that they replaced. It came rolling out and hit me in the foot. Where did that come from?

Absolutely horrible experience. I called to confirm the availability of a vehicle and they confirmed it was at the location and I told them I would be stopping by later that afternoon to view it. When I arrive, they make me wait 15+ mins in the lobby, so I decided to go out and view the vehicle on my own but I didn't find it. I made my way back to the lobby and then they approached me and said that they apologize but that the vehicle is not there because the GM took the vehicle for the day. I told them that I had called before coming to confirm because I was driving there from Orlando but they tried to change my words and say that I told them I was going to call and confirm a time but that was a lie because we scheduled an appointment at 5pm the same day. I understand that people make mistakes; however, I do not understand why they had the audacity to try to blame me for the mix up. They then went on to say they would bring the vehicle closer to where I live the next day because I had driven pretty far to see the vehicle; however, they never bothered to contact me like they said they would. I went on the website the next day to see if they car had been sold but it was still listed. To my surprise, they increased the price by $1,374. I have proof that the price was changed from one day to the next because I took a screenshot of the online posting before driving out the the location. I will not be doing business with these dishonest people.

It has been about three weeks since we purchased our Nissan Rogue Sport and I am still telling people about the great customer service we received from our Purchase Specialist, John Baker. I highly recommend seeking John out if you desire sincere, attentive, haggle-free, and knowledgeable customer service. He provided the pressure-free quality service we always hope for but rarely receive when we visit dealerships. It was also nice for the General Sales Manager, Shaun Jones, to take some time to visit and speak with us. He too made us feel valued and appreciated. I have no doubt, for our next vehicle purchase, we will visit this dealership and can only hope John and Shaun will still be there!

Literally the worst. Definetly a Spot Delivery scam center. Look it up. They say you're approved for financing then week later you're not. Then you're approved, then you're not again. I've taken so many hits on my credit score of course I won't be approved. How is that even possible? Look at the reviews, it's not just me! They're being reported to the BBB for their actions by me and I'm close to just finding a lawyer to deal with this. I've never had such a terrible car buying experience. Honestly the manager is a complete nutjob. Go take your business elsewhere.

This dealership is a joke. You have to jump through hoops and call and call just to get in touch with anyone. I have been trying to get in touch with the finance department for over 3 months they take your name and number but never call you back. Then after 3 months you finally get to talk to someone they email you a form to fill out send back then to never be heard from again. There txt feature is a joke then Nadia will send the same txt over 200 times which is harassment. I urge anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from This company to stay away or be ready for a long drawn out process.

This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. Despite the fact that the facility is still under construction, they went out of their way to make feel comfortable and welcome. The sales staff was incredible! No pressure! I had seen the car I wanted on the Internet and, although they had just a few of the Nissan Rogue Sport models in stock due due to space limitations created by the construction, they were able to get that car within five minutes.

I made the mistake of asking KBB for a price quote on my car. Since then I have been receiving a large amount of calls asking if I would like to discuss purchasing a car. As I said... my mistake. I have informed all callers that I wasn't interested, and to please remove me from their list. Everyone has been great about this, with the exception of Nadia from Fucillo Nissan. She was rude, combative, and argumentative on the phone, and when I asked her for the third time to remove me from her calling list, she replied "Fine, but we will continue to email you." Completely unacceptable behavior. When I do plan to buy a new car, I will not be going here.

I recently had to have my Rogue serviced and deal with a recall, a small warranty repair and a nail in the tire needed attention. Deana Miller the Service Manager handled my booking in and the whole process. One part had to be ordered so I was given a loaner for 3 days until my car was ready. When I went back to pick up my vehicle with my wife Deana saw me walk in and immediately remembered my name and was so professional and friendly that it felt more like family than just an auto dealership. I was an employee in service here for almost a year and was let go after I was "problematic" due to getting my pay cut in half, down below minimum wage at 7.91 an hour to be exact. I was fired by a new GM whos been there two weeks and knows nothing about me or my work ethic. I make the second employee fired on the spot in his 2 week tenure for not acting the way he wanted. I used to think this company actually had integrity and compassion for its employees as well as its customers but this serves as a reminder that just like any other corporation they truly only care about money and not good service. If youre reading this wondering if fuccillo is worthy of your patronage, I implore that for your sake as well as the employees still there making less than minimum wage, DO NOT bring your needs to their doorstep.

Worst dealer that I’ve ever been to. 2 hours to get price of vehicle and trade in valve after having an appointment. Sales people are the worst and the GM is just as bad. I’ll skip the details but after it passed 100 point inspection the oil seal blew and they sent the vehicle back to auction when it was being detailed. Also it takes threats after they lie to get the test drive gift card. DO NOT GO HERE !

Only thing I would complain about is not offering something else in place of the cruise. Tv, kayak or even a toaster. My wife and I aren’t able to cruise because we wouldn’t be able to find a baby sitter for our 18 month old for a week, plus we wouldn’t want to leave her for a week just yet anyways. I called and explained why we weren’t able to go on the cruise and to see if there was a substitute they would offer and basically was told if we don’t use it, we lose it. Sabrina was the best! We love our 2019 Rogue and Fuccillo Nissan worked their magic on getting us the payments we wanted.

Please don’t buy your car from this dealership. It has very shady practices and poor customer service. When it came to the managers- things were the worst they could’ve been. Please don’t patronize your customer/future customers. Do not insult them or their opinions. Do not get in their faces. To everyone reading this review: please buy your certified preowned vehicles from literally anywhere else. Even new cars. Go where you are respected and valued as a customer. The facility make look nice- but I wouldn’t trust it at all. They seem to be only nice toward a certain group of people and I unfortunately was not apart of that group. I wasn’t really treated well during the buying of my car either, but I wanted the car so badly I overlooked it. HUGE mistake. I was patronized over what I wanted, tried to be convinced to “settle”, and overall not heard. I waited days before I could even see the car as they brought it in from elsewhere. I waited 4+ hours and signed the documents in at Max 15 minutes. I was so rushed through the process so they could make this sale and go home that I wasn’t offered all options and put at ease. I was refused a copy of my documents at this initial signing as they made me wait another week for my car to fix “a few things”. I was told I would get documents and I never did. Furthermore, I was going to ignore this but that car was very lightly washed when I received it. There shouldn’t be residue on my screens/dash, wipeable marks on all leather seats, crumbs in the backseat, or dirty windows when I am just receiving my new car. I chalked it up to the person not being great at detailing- to not cause trouble as I can clean myself. But it says something if that’s how much they care after you’ve signed for a car. I regret giving my business to this establishment when I could’ve driven further for amazing customer service. If you get a wrong feeling here- leave. No matter what they tell you or try to convince you- LEAVE. You can and WILL do better. I could say more about this, but I’ll make sure to let people in my life and corporate know the rest. This experience has almost put me off of buying another Nissan vehicle in general. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Once you buy the car, they don’t care about you. It’s a shame.

He was extremely helpful as we went through the car buying phases. He was always checking on us and he did everything he could to meet and exceed our expectations. Felt they do not make deals. They just bring you in and throw numbers at you and I didnt have a great feeling after I left on the deal. So went someplace else and got an amazing deal.on a Nissan Maxima for almost 5 grand cheaper and way less miles and still under warranty. I think trying to sell a 3 grand warranty to me made me have a not so good feeling . Dont know if I would go back to try again in the future

I bought a used Nissan from this dealership. Overall it was a good experience, however they totally messed up getting me the license plate. I called them 3 times to get the plate shipped to me like they said they would. In the end, I had to show up at the dealership to get the plate, only to be told they do not ship the plates. Great way to mislead customers.

I went to Fuccillo Nissan because my car was having troubles and I had no idea what the issue was— if it was a small issue or big. Turns out I was having radiator issues, and of coarse at horrible timing! I was anxious and overwhelmed but the staff at Nissan really helped me in every way possible! They were so understanding and empathetic— they really cared not just about my business but about me! I have never felt so comfortable at a service center! They worked with me to make sure that I could afford the work that was needed and that I wasn’t driving a car that could put me in danger! They truly went above and beyond to help me!!! The best car buying experience I have ever had. Starting with my initial contact with Nadia B. in customer relations who was very helpful but not aggressive or pushy. My sales agent, Troy Wright, was awesome. He listened to what it was that I was looking for and found the exact vehicle at the price point that I wanted to be at. He went above and beyond and was the deciding factor for me to purchase my new Rogue at Fuccillo Nissan. The facility was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly. Would highly recommend.

Fucillo has the car buying scam locked down. Don't expect to walk around the lot and shop for a car. Nope, you're going to walk inside and the first thing they will want to do is get your financial information up front. They want to know exactly how they can work you. They will then ask you what you're looking for and bring up a car for you. By this point they already know how they are going to rope you into a new car. They're going to have you test drive it and get you all excited. They will focus on affordable monthly payments. Forget about negotiating a fair purchase price or what the interest is. Their motive is simply "don't you want to be in this nice new car for this great monthly payment." When I attempted to negotiate the out the door price of the car the salesman immediately got the extremely rude sales manager, Phil. He got loud with me and attempted to use many bullying tactics that these car salesman use. Attempting to get me to agree to a price that I didn't agree with he says "well it seems like I'm just asking you questions that you apparently can't handle." I received a follow-up phone call asking how my experience was, when I said it was negative they said they would handle it.... Laughably nothing happened. By far the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Disgusting.

Beautiful brand new showroom and Billy Jr. Was very nice, greeted me the minute I walked in the door. I spent app.8 hours with the salesman to purchase my new Rogue yet he never showed me anything in the dealership, not even the service dept. After the finance dept , the salesman took me to my new Rogue but never showed me how to use any of options or any of the books that explained anything about the car. I called and sent a text to the dealership about this bad experience and they offered me a free detailing and $50.00.

Fuccillo was my second stop for buying my Nissan Rogue. It’s a super relaxed atmosphere. SaQuan was awesome, he listened to what I wanted prior to even showing me any cars which saved everyone a lot of trouble and he pulled the car I wanted so I didn’t have to go through the trouble of test driving cars I didn’t want. He even went and got the price lowered so I could get the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Bob in finance was excellent as well. He’s got the best personality that I’ve ever worked with, he made us feel right at home and comfortable. Our finance guy, Chris Yates, was THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I just adored him. He worked so hard to get us the right payments for our vehicle, and had an amazing personality, as well. Very down to earth and relatable. I’ve had experiences with finance guys who were just awful and condescending when you have an issue with anything in the contract. I wish I could use him for all of my financing needs. These guys are sharks. I called to confirm that there was a vehicle available that I was interested in and they said it was there. I get there and they take a while to bring the vehicle to me. When the sales guy does get there he says that it was actually sold and that they have a new more expensive one still available. The thing about this is I called about 4 days later to ask about the same vehicle and they again said that it was there. They were just trying to get me to spend more money. I did look and test drive the newer one and liked it. We began to negotiate the price and all of a sudden the price that they quoted me before test driving it went up about $2000. They began to tell me the price I saw was because of this this and this. I wasn’t having it. I told them this is what you told me the price was I want it for that price. The sales guy went and talked to his boss and quickly came back with the original price they quoted me. If I were you and wanting to check this dealership out just make sure you confirm everything they say. Don’t let them sell you something that you are not prepared to buy. They really are dishonest and I would never do business with them again.

Took advantage of the deals on the 2019 Nissan Rogues so we set up an appointment yesterday (Weds 9/18) with Nick Mason. Nick took his time, showed us the inventory, we test drove, and arranged for financing. The whole process lasted almost 5 hours and Nick was with us all the way explaining each step. Customer service was excellent, no high pressure, no rush and Nick went above and beyond, yeah I know it's a cliche', but he really gave my Wife and Myself a lasting impression of Fuccillo Nissan. The entire process from beginning to end was a bit stressful at times in regards to the numbers but in the end i was able to get a little close to my top monthly payment. This was all due to the wonderful, knowledgeable, hardworking, patient and professional staff at Fuccillo Nissan. My salesman Kliti Lani is new to the dealership but his knowledge about cars and the process would make it seem like he's worked there for years. He is very honest and up front which i am entirely grateful for. There is a perceived notion that car salesmen are only there to tell u whatever u want to hear so they can get u into a car and make the most money off of your sale. I'm sure there are people out there who have experienced that as i have myself which made me a little apprehensive at first. I did not get that with Mr. Lani. His professionalism, honesty, knowledge and personable demeanor made the process fun and enjoyable in searching for a safe, affordable car for me and my 2 young boys. I was there from 10am to 5pm and he was there every step of the way to make sure i found what i really needed and at a great price. Miss Hope worked really hard as well in getting me financed and working on the best deal for me with what i could contribute to the purchase. Mr. Rick was professional and made signing the documents fast and thorough while ensuring i understood what i was signing. Nadia, Jazmyn and Andre were super nice and welcoming in the short amount of time i met them. All in all i can honestly say my experience at Fuccillo Nissan was a positive one and i am grateful for the hardworking team that made it possible for a single mom of 2 young boys with fair credit and a very low down payment to get into a great car. The waiting area was clean and updated, and I was able to work via wifi in a comfortable area. Could you please post the wifi password somewhere? I did not see it and had to ask an adviser.
