Steve is my service rep and he’s the best! Anytime I had a problem he took care of it right away. Service can take awhile but there shuttle service is great. Jose was my driver and he was very professional. Prices are a little high and they never coupons but the quality of work is good so I don’t mind paying. Was looking for a Hellcat and searched several dealerships as well as the internet. After getting some outrageous quotes from a competing dealership in the area, I talked with Genaro on the phone who told me they would beat any price I was quoted and then some. He was right! This was a smooth transaction that was easy to negotiate a fair deal in literally only a few minutes and get the car ordered for a price well below the local competition. He kept in touch with updates on the time frame and didn’t give me any unrealistic expectations or anything about how long it would take to get the car. The car was built and arrived in the timeframe he gave me and it’s awesome! Exactly to my specifications and detailed well. Sent pics of the car on the trailer as soon as it arrived! There were a couple hiccups about the details for the deal once I got there but they were quickly and professionally fixed exactly to my liking without any problem. While hiccups are always annoying for everyone, it was a great opportunity to see that this dealership is honest and really wants the customer to be happy. I would shop here again in the future in a heartbeat and plan to bring my wife in for a new car soon. Thanks!

If only Google gave you the ability to give 0 stars and warn people....Jason and his service team have no clue what they're doing and simply don't care. My grandmother bought her new journey here and has had nothing but issues. She's put 4 sets of tires on this new car due to a vibration that was all tire and not mechanical, or so they say. Tell them to check driveshafts and motor mounts before she goes home 300 miles north. Car never gets put on a lift and once again they just try and balance another set of brand new tires and pass it off as the tires. Suprise as soon as the car is off the ground at another shop the whole coupler is cracked on the driveshaft. You let my grandmother drive 300 miles north on a busted driveshaft coupler that could of went any minute. How can you let this happen as a mechanic or let alone as a company? Do you just not know how to inspect a car or simply just don't care? I hope people read this review and understand the safety concerns and let alone the common knowledge of what a service team should provide and take their business elsewhere.

Made appointment online, showed up on time only to wait 30 minutes to be told our person we scheduled with is not in therefore go inside and find somebody else! Went inside and nobody wanted to help us because our appointment was with the person who didnt show up that day. It shouldnt take this much work WITH an appointment!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Called dealership this morning about purchasing a vehicle. I was told they don’t work with the bank directly but they can send over a purchase order and we can work the deal that way. After arranging my own financing and getting approved, I was told that they were unsure if they even had a dealer agreement. I was promised multiple calls back & to no avail. My phone calls were not returned and I ended up calling the financing company and telling them I was not interested in working with this HORRIBLE dealership. Take your money elsewhere. Came to this location wasnt happy at all i paid for the diagnostic fee on a 2013 dodge caravan they said they couldnt duplicate the symptoms and no issues were found which i still have the reoccuring issue in same vehicle they basically took my money and dusted me off i reallly wish i had gone to jerry ulm in Tampa waste of time and money

My experience started at looking online at their trucks. I found a 2013 Ram 1500 that ALMOST fit the price range i was looking in, so on my way to work I stopped by to look at the truck. I was approached by John who promptly got my information and started the process to see what my trade in was worth. Knowing I was on my way to work. Over the course of the next few days I was in constant contact with John about the truck and my trade in, he always responded quickly to my text and was very helpful. I went to the dealership and the first time the price was a little too high for my liking, but that didn’t stop John from going out of his way to see what he could do for me. The next day we were able to get to a figure that we agreed upon. This man went out of his way to get me the best deal he could! I know I didn’t make it easy on him at all! I got an Amazing deal, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience! If you are looking for a new vehicle, then make this place the first on your list! John will get you an amazing deal! I gave them a 1 star because the actual car buying experience was not horrible, but now that I have traded my car, (at another dealership), they don't want to have anything to do with me. I went to ask about my gap insurance return (3 times and I live an hour and a half away now) and called several times and emailed the 3 different emails they gave me and not one person has responded to me. I get that they dont want to give money back but customer service is customer service. I feel like they are wanting me to give up and go away but I won't.

I had the most wonderful experience buying this vehicle. From the moment I drove on the lot and got out of my car, I was met by a very friendly gentleman, who would end up assisting me throughout the rest of the process, his name was Kyle Barry. I felt no pressure at any time. I sort of knew the type of model car I wanted and he assisted me and provided lots of information and explained the differences amongst the few that I was interested in. From that point I also met a gentleman named Mark who sat with me at also my husband and helped us work out a trade in value that was great for all of us. He explained all the details and features of the car and answered any questions we had. Finally, we met with Scott who is the financial man and he went through all the paperwork that needed to be done and made sure all the eyes were dotted and T‘s were crossed. Kyle, was sending me texts letting me know the progress of the car as it was being prepped and also anything else I needed to know. This whole car buying experience from Ferman Jeep Dodge was so pleasurable and easy, I would highly recommend it to anyone. Lastly, on the day I picked up my vehicle, Kyle had it in a special bay all by itself and I got to walk in and see it looking so beautiful and shiny just waiting for me to drive off the lot. He explained every step of the way all the apps for the phone and car and helped me get everything all set up. Very satisfied customer. Me and my husband have purchased 2 vehicles from the Dodge dealer in Tampa located on Dale Mabry Jerry Ulm to be exact. Before it sold to the current owner out was pretty good afterwards and to the current it was a horrible transaction. I decided to try Ferman in New Port Richey and I wish I'd purchased them all from this location. Specifically from our salesman Brandon Hicks. He is an all around great guy. I know all salesman make commission but his whole character is about making his customers happy. He doesn't pressure or over try to convince someone to buy. He was very very knowledgeable about EVERY vehicle I questioned. Super kind to my 6 year old and even held my 9 month old so my arms can get a break for a minute. I really felt comfortable with him. I am so happy with my vehicle too. The car Mary's were missing and I went back the next day and Brandon wasn't the and the gentleman I spoke with have me a set of keys that didn't fit my van and we a completely different color. I was not happy but not upset because the van was used with 7k miles and I was told this were the only ones they could find. Well the next day Brandon called me and told me to come in and pick up my new (brand new) mats. I did and he was still happy to see me and my daughter jumped out of the van and greeted him. This is the kind of person that would be training all of the salesman. He's a great man before a salesman and that is what makes him so special. Thanks Brandon Hicks you deserve a raise my friend. My Orange Jeep Renegade 2015 got towed to Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of New Port Richey. I was told that inside the shifter was broken and they replaced and fixed the whole entire shifter mechanism. Then I was told that a restriction was put on my 6 year warranty. What? Why was a restriction put on my 6 year warranty and why wasn't I notified before? Apparently, from the previous tow to Suncoast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Seminole, John (the service manager) was the person who put the restriction on it. To make a long story short. John is sabotaging me!! He said " the damage was due to negligence and that I was commiting warranty fraud!!!". I spoke with Chrysler Jeep's Corporate office, service managers, service directors, and the general manager Wayne at Suncoast. This is not right and noone is standing by their product. I drive for work and haven't been able to since my car is sitting in the shop for over a week. I have no family out here and bills piling up. I also was in a car accident earlier this year. I can't afford $1400 Ferman Chrysler Jeep is asking for, when the shifter mechanism repair is covered over warranty due to a mechanical issue. I even had an inspection done on the car by a professional and they say it's not damaged due to negligence. I'm being sabotaged and that's not right!

No idea how this place has 4.4 stars. I wish I could give 0 because when it comes to the service department that is what they deserve. It’s very disappointing to see how they treat their customers. They try and get one over on you and tell you they can’t find anything wrong with your car but clearly there is. It’s pretty scary to think that they’re supposed to be fixing the problem but in reality they just put a little grease on it and send you on your way. Pretty sad when they think you’re stupid enough to believe their lies. Bottom line they just don’t want to admit they sold a lemon. The customer service is an absolute joke, you have to pretty much harass them to even get a call back. Truly pitiful if you ask me. I’ve dealt with many car dealerships and this one has to be the lowest of the lows. Stay away if you know what’s good for you.

I had a car I needed to get rid of so I tried this place, since it was close to home. I didn't need another car, but they were willing to buy mine outright. They gave me an offer for $3k less than what I owed. I didn't have that kind of money so I got the offer in writing and they told me I had something like 3 days or 150 miles for that deal. After stressing and stretching things out, I was able to save the money I needed to make up the difference. A little over a week I went back and decided I would take the deal, if they would honor the agreement, even though I was slightly over the mileage and days. I walked in, the original salesman didn't even remember me. I explained what the deal was and gave another salesperson my info and asked if they would honor the deal even though I was slightly passed. She came back and told me they would, started the paperwork, then 30 minutes went by and she came back and said the entire place computers were down. I was to leave,come back the next day with a check and the deal would be done. Sometime the next day, I was told, via text, that they were not going to honor it, even though I was told they would. I was told that they were not guaranteed to make any money if they sent it to auction. Then why price the car and tell me that they would honor the deal. Just another place full of liars!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never recommend them nor will I ever buy a car from liars. They are the reason that car lots get the bad name they have, yet deserve it. I took away from this experience that they are not willing to work with you if they are not going to make butt load of money from you.

Overall pleasant experience. Knowledgeable staff and the finance team worked to get me the vehicle and trim level I wanted at the price I was comfortable paying. Process was a bit lengthy but that seems to be the norm everywhere. Was not a high pressure situation which was most welcome. Three weeks in and I'm loving my new Cherokee!

We got a great car! You had the car we wanted, nobody else had it in their inventory. After I researched to find out what car we wanted and search all dealers in the Tampa Bay Area, I found the car in your inventory. Tracy Buczkowski was very nice when Candy (my wife) called and asked about the car. Tracy E-mailed us pictures of the interior so we could make sure it was what we wanted. Our first meeting with Tracy was also very nice and professional. She showed us the car and demonstrated many of the futures. We were very impressed by the car. After discussing the best price with Tracy, we talked to Finance Manager Jonathan Widing. He was a very nice and professional too. We did not plan to buy the car that day so we were not prepared to bring the down payment. We decided to be back some days later, with Candy's sister as company and the down payment, Wednesday May 22, to finish up and get the car. We did not get any paper with us telling us the numbers of the deal. So after talking with our economic adviser (for another reason) he told us sometimes car loans can be so you have to pay all the interest in the beginning. We planned to pay off the loan after four Months, so that together with that we didn't exactly remember the deal (numbers), Candy worried that we got into something bad. We called Jonathan and he assured us it was a loan with straight interest and it would cost us around $160 if we paid it off in four months. The way the "Ferman Buyer's Order for Motor Vehicle" is set up, is very confusing and even if the final price is right, it is hard to understand all the numbers to get there. More explanations of what the numbers stand for would be good. I called Jonathan to find out about some of the numbers. Jonathan also promised me to E-mail us the extended warranty papers. We waited 10 days but nothing came so I sent Tracy an E-mail, thinking the E-mail was lost, but no answers for a week. Then I called Tracy, and she said the warranty papers will come in the mail after 6-8 weeks. We are waiting. It would have been much better if we got an answer right away instead of having us "hanging". It feels like after the sale of the car is done, the interest to serve is not so big anymore. Not once we're we greeted by a single person when entering the Service Advisor area. Nobody seemed to enjoy there job or even wanted to be there. The diagnoses on my Jeep was shady. I don't believe the major component that was replaced was the root cause of the problem. Not happy or confident with this group.

We trade our vehicles in about every 2-3 years so we buy a lot of new vehicles. This is the biggest scam dealership I've ever encountered. Absolutely tried to stick it to us and made no secret of the fact they wouldn't honor their advertised price. Don't waste your time...these guys are terrible.

We went in for service on our 3500. Recall for the water pump. After the repair was done, while driving home our light came on for the water temp. My wife called the service center from the road and was told to bring it right back. She did and a leaky hose was found. They had the hose replaced and us back on the road in no time. I purchased this Jeep Renegade from this dealership in December of 2017. 6 months after owning it it began jolting when switching gears. I brought it back to the dealership and dealt with Becky who is one of the worst people to talk to. I explained my issues and they dismissed them saying the could not duplicate the problem. Their approach is and always has been very condescending as they try and make you feel like you are stupid and don't know what your are talking about. They could absolutely care less about fixing your issues on a 6 month old vehicle. I then began taking the car to the Fitzgerald dealership in Clearwater that is better but not by much. All they would do is software upgrades but at least acknowledged the problems rather than dismissing them like these terrible employees. May of 2019 I was actually left stranded in a parking lot in Port Richey FL. The car turned on but the trunk wouldn't open, the car would not go in gear, the windshield wipers did not work, the windows, locks, radio all did not work. The car would not even turn off. It actually had to be flat bed towed while it was still running. I had it towed (see picture) to the Ferman dealership because it was it was nearest and was where I bought the car. Service advisor Becky and her awful condescending nature showed no sympathy for the situation and told me (at 3pm) that it was "too close" to 5pm so they wouldn't look at it today. She told me to leave and that I was responsible for finding my own way home. When I asked for a loaner car they told me no, they don't do that for customers. I asked for the manager and got an even bigger jerk Mike Hughes who again said he doesn't give loaners out. I guess the $30,000 i spent on this renegade wasn't enough. Becky called the next day and said the shifter came unplugged. I told her they were full of it as that would not cause all of those issues to happen but again told me I didn't know what I was talking about and the car was fine. Well it wasn't. It was worse and I took it to Fitzgerald where they said in 5 minutes they determined a shift module was going bad causing the transmission to fail. I explained what Ferman did/said and they told me they just unplugged the shifter to clear the codes and plugged it back in. Bill, the service advisor at Fitzgerald states he deals with customers coming in all the time that Ferman blows off. This dealership should be shut down. They willingly handed me the keys to a car they knew was broken. They have absolutely no integrity at all. Friends in the Port Richey and surrounding area I beg you to stay away from this dealership at all costs. Your loyalty means nothing to them, your hard earned money you spend on brand new vehicles means nothing to them. Mike, Becky and everyone at that dealership should not have a job and should never be in the customer service industry. The financial stress they have put on me and my family by not taking care of their customers and sending them away with a broken car they knew was broken and made the conscious choice not to fix has led us to purchase another brand of vehicle. FCA, LLC / Mike Manley, you need to shut these people down as soon as possible before their negligence kills a family.

I couldn't reach Pete, but did reach his supervisor, Mark Molenda who said to bring it right in. I am super happy with the price I paid for my 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn. It was advertised for $34000 and I paid just over $36000 out the door. The rub comes in after the sale. I was at the dealer for over 7 hours. The detail shop had over 4 hours to clean the truck, top off the fluids and touch up any small defect. Upon going out with my salesman to inspect the truck and go over some of it's technical details, I discovered that they had not repaired a bad scratch on the front bumper. There were several "spots" on the hood and fenders as well and the fuel tank had not been topped off. Due to the fact that it was almost 4 P.M., I was forced to leave the truck for them to correct the deficiencies. My salesman said he would let me know the next morning when I could return for my truck. At 11 a.m. the next morning I had not heard anything so I called and was told the truck was next in line to be detailed. Two hours later, I was told it would probably be the next day. After complaining that I would have difficulty getting to the dealership then, my salesman stated he would deliver. At 2:15 p.m. the next day, my truck arrived. The scratch had been repaired and the spots were gone. I took a cursory look inside, shook his hand and thanked him for staying on top of the situation. After he left I took a closer look and discovered that the fuel tank was not topped off and the "Diesel Exhaust Fluid" level was under 50%. So, after a 25 mile round trip and $43.50, I filled the DEF and the fuel tank. CONCLUSION: My son, who was with me during this purchase, has a corporate relationship with the Ferman Group. We were told that we had VIP STATUS. In fact, a central office representative joined us during the negotiations. One of the managers instructed my salesman to give us the RED CARPET treatment, WHATEVER THEY WANT. i don't feel I received VIP treatment. Again, let me say I am super happy with my purchase. However, I had to point out defects and wait 2 days for my truck which I had given them a check for. Additionally, $34000 was the internet price and any customer off the street could get that deal. I did realize a small savings with the fees but I definitely don't feel like a VIP. Perception is reality and I perceive that after they had received my check they lost interest in making me happy. Their 'AFTER THE SALE" performance needs work.

The vehicle , a Ram 1500 Longhorn MSRP $68,000. was leased 1/19. Have had various clanking noises from the bottom of the vehicle. Had taken vehicle in approximately 6 to 7 times of those the vehicle was left 3 possibly 4 times. Only once the vehicle was quieted temporarily. However I made well over 20 calls in an attempt to leave vehicle for repair. Far more messages were left for a service call. I Still haven't been able to schedule 5k service on the vehicle. latest result was the teenagers whom answer the service calls began laughing when I complained about not getting calls back. Come to find out that Mike the service advisor tolerates this sort of behavior. I'm sure that I wasn't the first to experience this! The end result is that I cant schedule my Dodge scheduled maintenance. Due to no call backs and children of other employees answering and playing on the phones.

Honestly had the worst experience ever. I went in to test drive a 2019 Dodge Ram Big Horn.I explained I wanted to test drive Chevy,Ford,Chrysler trucks etc just not to short change myself. It's been 11 days and still no gift card even after I emailed/texted/called to follow up. When I spoke to Jonathon Widing he offered no apology, simply wanted to know when I wanted to come in to drive the vehicle????? Said he would handle the gift card and this was yesterday afternoon (still no gift card)Never in my life have I ever experienced such poor service!!! This is not about free $50 just if they can't follow through with a lousy gift card then how will they handle customer service if there are issues with my vehicle or even just basic maintenance??

How did they take it off the lot to test the brakes as stated in their invoice when it has 0 miles from the time I brought it in there to the time I picked it up exact same mileage on the invoice Tell me how his family are veterans. They should be ashamed of him. Becky unknown last name they sent her out first tell me that there's no appointments set. Tell me that I demanded an email.it's on their recording I didn't demand that I said that I have throat cancer and I don't want to talk. They don't understand verbal communication.
