I live in SC and was visiting family for the weekend. Saturday, early afternoon, I started my car and it was idling very rough and had a significant vibration while driving. The team at Ferman were able to take me in, after 2pm (again, it was a Saturday), and get my car fixed the same day so that I could travel home on Sunday. They also followed up with a text on Monday to make sure I made it home safely.

This is the worst car dealer I have ever done business with. I bought a BMW from these people and I was told the car had blind spot assist and lane assist. I drove home with this car and it did not have it. I called the next day and the salesman told me I was confusing this car with another one he showed me. Not TRUE, I asked if it had these features and he said yes. I know what he said to me. Also I was given one key for the car and he told me he will get the other even if he has to make a new one, and he would call me tomorrow. Well tomorrow was a week ago still no call. I left a message with the dealer manager to return my call and its been a week still no call. BE CAREFUL WITH FERMAN BMW !!!. Maybe next I'll call Chanel 8 on your side. ( PART TWO ) Now they called me and told me they will fix things, they will give me a great deal on a newer X4. So I go there and the price on the X4 is great but I lost $7000 because I had the first car for two weeks. I'm shocked that they made me take a $7000 loss on a car that did not have the options I was told it had. Well I been calling Bob Murray for two weeks now, I even spoke with his assistant and he has never returned my phone calls. So I guess his response to my review was PHONY. Think twice before you spent your hard earned money at any Ferman Dealership.

Purchased a M2 from Alexis. Nice, easy experience and transaction. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Alexis took care of all the details and made sure we were satisfied. Toby did a good job showing us some of the details of the M2. And financing was even able to beat the interest rate from my credit union. If you haven't visited a BMW dealer before, you may have a certain expectation of the environment that isn't necessarily positive because you haven't been to Ferman. From the moment you set foot on the property, the entire vibe is unlike any other dealership. All of the employees are friendly and treated with respect. A buyer can feel and see that. It can be a deciding factor for many. Instead of feeling like we were being held hostage, it was a fun day out. I realize this is bizarre, but it's accurate. Our Sales Advisor, Gary Mack, was amazing. There were no high pressure sales tactics, just genuine help finding the best vehicle for our needs. He answered all of our crazy questions without skipping a beat. Because of his thoroughness, we narrowed it down to two vehicles to physically look at and only needed to test drive one. As for financing and warranties, things can get scary if you don't know what you are doing or if you have had a bad experience in the past. As soon as we met Scott Douglas, I knew we were in good hands. He ran numbers, listened to our specific needs and helped us find the best solutions. Not only were we able to get the payment we wanted, we actually walked out understanding the warranty and maintenance we purchased for our CPO vehicle. This is our first BMW, but our third car from Ferman. They have more than earned our business for life and we will continue to return when we need anything car related.

Recently purchased an X4 from this dealer. I think the sales person makes the entire experience. Alex Senko and Charlie Fernandes were key to the deal. While I didnt get the smoking deal I wanted, I walked away with a pretty good deal and feel great about the car. At the end of the day buying or leasing a new car is a stressful experience most of the time. Charlie was a no pressure guy and skilled at what hes does. I came back and bought this car because of him honestly. Looking forward to service in the future.

This is my second BMW from Ferman, and working with the same great guys. I called on the way over Friday afternoon, spoke with Kenny and told him what I was looking for. From the moment the sales manager (Alan) greeted me and my wife in the parking lot to the intro to Charlie, our sales person, to the closing out of paperwork it was a pleasant experience. Knowledgeable team, clean, accommodating (I drove several cars and took the m home for the night). Wrapped up the deal quickly the next day. Our car buying experience with Furman BMW was outstanding and Tom Berges, our sales representative, could not have been better. We looked at three different types of BMWs and Tom was objective in presenting the merits of each car. Clearly, he was not pushing us toward any model that maximized dealership margin and was most concerned about satisfying my wife’s needs and concerns. After the sale, he provided sound advice for planning our shipping of the car North to New York. He was just an A plus guy. Three weeks later, he's still communicating with helpful hints to better enjoy our BMW Z4. Our paperwork was handled by Joe Cleaver and he also did great. In addition to the normal paperwork involved in the purchase and shipping, he quickly resolved an out-of-state registration snafu so we could drive the car immediately upon arrival in New York. Based on my experience, they were good people and a good dealer.

Alex Wolf and his finance manager tried to rip me and my wife off in an almost comedic fashion on an X1 Demo with just north of 4k miles on it, offering to cut me a check for $700 to use as my conquest rebate even though it's a $750 rebate to be applied against the cost of the car on a lease and tried to tell me that you can lease an X1 on a 7500 mile lease which BMW does not offer on these vehicles. I ended up going to another dealership further away to pick up a vehicle with a greater initial MSRP at less than half the monthly price without any of the hassle or makeshift back and forth games. Ironically, I'll be servicing my vehicle at Ferman which will give them the opportunity to increase my review from a 1* basis, but the sales tactics here are what I would expect at a used Kia dealer, not BMW.

I bought a Beamer, not only do I love my car but every time I have a problem, the service is outstanding, they took care of me, they did not believe the problem I had was caused by them but they took care of it anyway and treated me like a loyal customer. I have dealt with many dealerships, I’ve owned multiple vehicles. I even wanted to put some M logos on my car and they told me as a friend it would make my car look unlike the original and would make it look less official and I appreciated that. I am happy to report that Chris Vitagliano and the team at Ferman BMW were nothing short of exceptional. I had been searching for some time for an option to trade my Jeep Wrangler in for a pickup and noticed a Silverado on the lot. I explained to Chris that I was there to make a deal and would appreciate an upfront and no-hassles deal and he delivered. No insulting trade-in offers, no overselling their product-- just an upfront and fair offer. In less than three hours, my entire transaction was complete and was on my way with a smile. I live near downtown Tampa, but will be coming back to Ferman BMW when it's time to replace my wife's car.

No one aknowleged us. In fact after looking around outside, we went into the store and the only person in there was asleep at their desk! After going back outside to look for the vehicle I'd come to see, I was able to open the door because it was unlocked. As we were leaving someone finally came over and said to call ahead and they'd have the two cars I was interested ready to test drive and see the next time. This was at the used car center I responded to the GM's reply to my review message, and they never replied. Wish I could give then a zero rating at this point. Stay away!

I visited Ferman BMW to look at a vehicle that matched my criteria. Mario Borbolla was my sales representative and treated me like a friend from beginning to end. When I arrived the vehicle was already pulled up and waiting for me to inspect it. We completed the test drive and upon my decision to purchase, the magic really happened. Paperwork was completely expediently and I was able sign and drive in a relatively short time frame with zero hard up selling or pressure to purchase add ons. I also visited their service department (because of how great the sales department experience was) and had them service another BMW that I own. Hands down the best BMW dealership in a 50 mile radius. She spent enough time with me trying different cars, knew all about each of them. The management was very friendly, no pressure and the customer waiting areas were very clean and comfortable. It's been a constant battle with my vehicle lately with the computer systems failing and needing new ones. I thought I was recieving pretty standard customer service until I brought my car to my normal BMW mechanic a week after getting it back from Ferman who brought me over to look inside of my vehicle to show me I had more major repairs including a coolant tank with a large crack in it. It had enough residue and build up on it that it was obvious it had been there a while. I also was not notified by Ferman of the oil leak I had until I called and even then I was just told that I'll need a new oil pan. No other explanation and no return phone call from my advisor who I left a voicemail for to know what other repairs I was going to need. Awesome. Thanks Ferman for putting me at risk with a cracked coolant tank and no notification on the issue. I spent $3,000 with this dealership in the last month and think this is absolutely atrocious behavior for a "luxury" vehicle brand. I will NEVER return to this dealership.

Unfortunately I wish I had a better experience. The sales team I worked with was very professional and responsive. Based on that I decided to fly from Arkansas to Tampa to purchase a vehicle based on images and statements made about the vehicle. Unfortunately I was sold a warranty that is not serviceable where I live (yes I asked that question before purchasing) and I was overcharged sales tax by double. Not only that but the windshield was badly chipped and the leather dash was damaged and needed to be replaced. I would have expected a better level of service from a reputable BMW dealership.

The prices are a little on the high side, but you get what you pay for... especially when it comes to a BMW dealership. Communication is solid and they offer shuttling to and from the dealership if they need to keep your car for any period of time. If there's a better option in the area I'm not aware of it.

Advisor - Douglas Wilder - Absolutely terrible service, I brought in my BMW 335i for 2 recalls. After receiving my car back i realized that my alignment is completely off and was NOT like this before dropping off my car at BMW. I called Douglas Wilder March 20th 2019 and explained the issue i have with my alignment being off after being serviced. He stated to me to bring my in car the next morning and he will take care of me no problem. Meanwhile i live 45mins away and i drove there the next morning and he told me he cant do anything about my alignment because they didn't cause it. Which is false, I had my alignment done about two months ago before the time of my recall appointment. After going back and forth with Douglas Wilder for about 15mins in front of customers he stated to me it does not matter if i post a bad review or ever contact BBB in regards to the issue they caused because he supposedly has a lot of "good review" and it will out weigh one bad review.... I felt attacked and mislead and harassed by the way Douglas Wilder spoke to me. He is one of the worst service advisors I've ever worked with. I will never come back nor ever recommend someone to come here ever again... I want my alignment fixed in order to take care of what damage they caused...

The service department here is pathetic. My vehicle has been to this location 5 times within 5 months , and this last time they returned my vehicle back to me with a broken hood latch. Small gesture however shows their regard for service and satisfaction. The service manager Brian is incapable of fixing my vehicle. During my first BMW experience I was welcomed kindly by all the team members who greeted me. I had specifically gone to see Robert Chodorowski all the way from Brooksville, based off a friend’s referral from his previous experience with Rob at this location. I was on the search for a new 3 series. Rob was ready and energetic to answer all my questions and ease my concerns. This being my first BMW i was not educated enough on the vehicles but Rob made sure to share all his knowledge and patiently present and describe the cars to me. We spoke, we drove and after many questions answered, we sat to review numbers and financing matters. Rob spent hours of his evening with me making sure all my needs were met and i was happy with the decision i made to lease a 2019 330i Beamer. Rob ran back and forth many times between patiently explaining the many options i was given to come to an agreement and negotiating with the finance guys to get the best deal for me. There was not a time when he seemed flustered or even tired of me not understanding car lingo or some financial matter. He even assured my concerns when Alan came to shake my hand as were coming near closing on the deal after he had worked out the numbers i was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I was on the market searching for a new car for about a month before coming to BMW. I went to other dealerships such as Audi and Lexus. But, i have to admit, Ferman BMW provided me with the pleasant quality of professionalism and caring customer service i have not experienced anywhere else. I am currently in a 2016 BMW 750ix. While I was extremely disappointed in Reeves BMW in Tampa, as well as how BMW of America @bmwamerica handled it, Ferman BMW personnel were fast, polite, and informative. This made me reconsider the immediate selling my car and going with another brand. I will keep the car for the foreseeable future but will most likely move to a Mercedes Benz due to the distance that I must drive in order to receive respectful service. BMW of America, you should reconsider your approach to handling customer service complaints in the future. While I will keep my car for a few years, I most likely will not purchase number 8 due to how things were handled. BMW has absolutely lost a long time customer.

I worked with Alex Wolf and David Theado. Both guys have an impressive amount of knowledge on BMW history and really know BMW. They not only drive BMW but they have a passion for them. I've visited other BMW dealerships and one specifically I use for service and no way do they have anything on Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor. I can't speak for the whole dealership but Alex and David are both excellent. I'll be taking my X5 and 428I in for service very soon and will update my experience with the service department. If you are looking for a new or used BMW please do yourself a favor and check these guys out. You can not go wrong with either one.
