9/25/2019 I recently went down to dealership to test drive a pre owned Chevy Malibu. Just for coming down Dimmit Cadillac advertised a $25 visa gift card just for coming down and test driving a vehicle which I did. I even made an offer to purchase the vehicle Its been 10 days and management has yet to active my card. I met all of there criteria and then some. No one is returning my calls and the activation code they gave me doesn't work with the marketing company My experience in one word " Deceitful" Buyers stay away!

I have to say, my dealings with the service desk, from the time I called and asked to get my headlights replaced, was fantastic. I would like to mention that KEN is an awesome service agent. He is born to do his work. Very hospitable, fair, and listened extremely well. I had a custom front grill and he took every measure to ensure it was removed properly. Not only was my battery bad but there were some other issues that had to be taken care of. The lounge for customers was very comfortable and I could not ask for more. I read such great reviews and decided to make the drive but I was completely disappointed. Sometimes I feel that since I’m a woman I’m not being taken serious at all . I do not recommend this place at all. I’ve purchased in Mercedes and Lexus and never had an issue with any dealer . I’m still trying to get my issue fixed and so far no luck . I don’t recommend them at all .

If you're a woman, as well as a senior citizen, and you're visiting from out of town beware of this dealership. I will say up front that Ryan Davis was nice and helpful, however, I feel he was mislead by the mechanic that looked at my car. The check engine light came on the day after I arrived in Clearwater so since I was out of town I naturally took it to a Cadillac dealership. That was my first mistake. They gave me a list of things that "had to be fixed" in order for me to make it home safely. $3500!! So stupid me I believed them. They had my car for a week (they did provide a rental car for me to use). The day I took it I didn't make it ten miles til the check engine light came back on!! They told me to bring it back which I did. After setting there for two hours the service manager said there was more wrong with my car. I said "will it cost me more"? He said yes......$3100!!! The catalytic converters were bad. Now why on earth didn't they find that while they had it for a week? I asked if it would make it home and was assured it would (1200 miles). I took my car and left. I was very dissatisfied and feel they mislead me which ended up costing me money on vacation I was not prepared for. By the way I had the catalytic converters fixed when I got home....$1200. Far cry from $3100. So beware!! Very disappointed and unhappy customer.

I Love my new Cadillac! The sales personnel are outstanding. Jimmy Pullen was professional, caring and worked had to get the deal I wanted on the car I waited years to get. At the location it is very comfortable and elegant. I'm thinking this is my last car, however if not, I will only go back to Dimmitt Cadillac for it.

While on Vacation in Clearwater Florida the air conditioning on my 2016 SRX went out. I took it to Dimmitt Cadillac for service. Ryan Davis was the service advisor who handled my service request. I’ve been to many dealers for service during my lifetime but felt Ryan went above and beyond the call to take care of my problem. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism which Ryan handled my issue. The car was repaired in one day. I wish Dimmitt Cadillac was located in Chicago. I would give them all my auto business.

My husband and I went to Dimmit Cadillac a few days ago to look at their new line of vehicles.We were approached by a sales representative by the name of Paul Dowman. We told him we were only looking because we had spent weeks looking at vehicles on the internet and were not quite sure what we were really interested in owning. Paul took us for a test drive and showed us several vehicles. We really had no intention of buying a car that day because we were going to test drive at other dealerships. Paul did not in anyway pressure us after the test drive. He explained in detail all of the advantages of the 2019 xt5 that we were looking at. Paul set up an amazing deal for us payment wise. Therefore within a really short period of time, we drove off in our beautiful new car. If anyone out there is looking for a new Cadillac, be sure to visit Dimmit In Clearwater and ask For Paul Dowman. You will NOT regret it. The whole experience was totally professional from beginning to end.

I cannot express how thoroughly impressed I am with this dealership! Not only do they have really nice cars but they have top-notch customer service! It all started with me finding my dream car online. I was contacted immediately and told someone would be in touch with me and that's when I came across Neil Gerbe. This is the place for service. I call here a couple days before I brought my car in, the receptionist says ok I'll let you speak with Ryan. It's one thing I like when your dealing with customers, that is customer service. So I explained to him what I wanted to do, without any further explanation he said ok Mr. Robinson I'll make you a Monday morning appointment, asked me are you going to need a car. Monday came wifey drop car off. Long story short when I pick up my car I meet Ryan he never seen me before he greeted me as Mr Robinson soon as he heard my voice, one of the nicest guy's you can meet. He gave me the breakdown, and said your all ready. This guy get way over a 10 ranking he made sure I was very satisfied. When I pull out on the service road to leave I wish I could have took a selfie because I was smiling so hard it was crazy. I could tell the difference as soon as I hit it. They did a great job with my Tesla. U had a bunch replaced too there days but was awesome. They gave me two used headlights and only made me pay for labor. I had been waiting weeks to get those fixed because Tesla service centers are backed up. They saved the day and me about $300. I'll take it!!!

Brought my SRX into service for a potential stalling issue. I assumed my vehicle was under warranty, but was advised that I was under mileage, but past the warranty period. I decided to keep my appointment anyway since the stalling issue was intermittent. Right from the start, Bill was extremely professional and was upfront about the diagnostic charges. I was given a ride to work (they were extremely busy and did not have any loaner vehicles available). Later that afternoon, I received a call stating that they could not duplicate the issue, but I could speak to one of their lead technicians. I picked up my car towards the end of the day and the technician advised that I could have had water in my gas tank and to fill up at a tier one station. I was expecting at least a diagnostic charge, but they were kind enough send me on my way without any charges. My car has not stalled since and I will definitely be back for service in the future!

This location is far superior to other Cadillac and Dimmitt outlets. The staff is not only nice and accommodating, but there are understanding and helpful as well. I was told by another Cadillac dealer that service on my SRX would cost me well over $1000 to repair a transmission issue i was having. Deciding to take my car to Dimmitt Cadillac of Clearwater was one of the best decisions i made. They took care of me for no cost and assured me that my issues WERE in fact covered under my warranty- where i was told otherwise by another location. Ryan Davis is awesome! Such a nice guy. (Truly what customer service is all about!! I only had my beautiful Cadillac ATS for a month, so I was super bummed it needed work already. Ryan let me know that I was still under my factory warranty! They fixed everything so fast and Ryan was great keeping me informed. (Called me within an hour to let me know what was wrong) When I dropped the car off I apologized for the car being so messy, and when I picked it up from Dimmitt,IT WAS CLEAN! They don't care about you at all at this location. I own 3 Cadillacs and have been an extreme loyal customer. They can only do oil changes for ELRs at this location. Tried to schedule an oil change and got switched over to service and then they switched me to a salesmen that never called me back and I waited at other Cadillac dealership for two hours waiting on phone call from this clearwater location. Other Cadi dealer can't do oil changes for ELRs but they can do oil changes for all other Cadillacs, Rolls Royce and Lotus....yes...go figure.

Have you ever wanted to travel back in time to the 1950’s? If so visit this dealership! Do you enjoy rubbing your husbands feet when he gets home from work? Endlessly slaving away at home? Or leaving all the decisions up to your man so you don’t hurt your pretty little head thinking? Then this dealerships for you! Ladies, do enjoy sitting in the passenger seat of YOUR brand new Cadillac, because let’s face it-women can’t really drive- Then Dimmitt Cadillac is for you! But seriously, The first time I went to pick up my new vehicle with my husband, the salesman completely ignored me, as in didn’t acknowledge my existence- until my husband pointed out that it was actually my car, not his. The lady at the loaner car desk took my drivers license and insurance for me to drive the loaner while my vehicle was being repaired. She then proceeded to walk my husband and I outside, handed my husband the keys and was kind enough to open the passenger side door for me- even though my husband wasn’t even listed as a driver. The only person who actually listened when I asked to be contacted regarding my vehicle was our service tech Bill- his service and communication has been wonderful and is the only reason I gave 3 stars. Literally, ALL THREE STARS ARE FOR HIM. Otherwise I’d give a 5 star rating in time travel, and a 1 star rating for being completely unable to understand equality and respect for women in 2019.
