Tom Cammarata in the service department was terrific! I brought in my baby, 1989 560sl, and they took great care of her, keeping me informed all the way. I highly recommend them. They fixed the problem my mechanic spent 2 weeks trying to resolve and couldn't. And they fixed it in 2 hours. Professional all the way, great customer lounge. Not the least expensive option but definitely the best.
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with both Bill and Megan for our car buying experience. They were both extremely genuine, helpful, professional and at the end of the day it seemed like we were meeting with old friends not taking on the daunting task of buying a car. The dealership was state of the art, clean, with fine lines and every employee that walked by greeted you as a friend and offered their assistance. We have purchased many, many cars and this was by far the best experience, and the only one that didn't seem like we were dealing with typical "car salesman". I will add that we shop around before purchasing and spoke to every Land Rover dealer around. Dealership has potential by pricing car aggressively and sales representatives are very friendly and customer service focused. Problem I have are with managers playing their old school games to trying and maximize their profit by NOT being upfront and honest with trade in values. Come on guys get with times, today's consumer has the access to same information you guys do. So don't insult people by low balling their trades, perhaps some people don't care, or know, but in this day and age old school dinosaurs like that should go! BTW my sales rep MOE was great.
This is the third time I’ve taken my 2014 ML-350 for service. Ryan Yeomans is a great rep and always explains what needs to be done in a clear non salesman-like manner. I did have something that needed looking at (air vent) that didn’t get taken care of but it had nothing to do with my initial service and I forgot to ask about it again after I picked up my car. They are always quick to give out a “loaner” if you cannot wait for your car. I will always bring my car to Crown. Thank you!

Then will expeditiously as what is the potential issue and assign you a service advisor -- if you don't have one. While you wait you can have -- free -- refreshments, homemade cookies, soda, water, candy, chips... As well as enjoy the news, buy new accessories or just peruse the latest Benz. Chandler "Crown EuroCars Illegal Business Practices" I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. On 9/28/2019 I gave a One Thousand Money Order to Financial Services Manager Rob Wilson to hold a vehicle until the following Monday - 9/30/2019. The deal fell through and I did not purchase the vehicle. From 9/30/2019 until this writing, I have been denied a refund of my $1,000 due to a stated policy of holding "checks" until they cleared the businesses bank (10 business days) - even though I gave them a Money Order (bear instrument) that records show was cashed on 10/3/2019. I was never informed beforehand, of this "policy" of holding cash/bearer instruments for 10 business days, especially in light of the fact that the funds have been cashed and received. By holding thousands of dollars of customers' money, this business is unlawfully enriching itself. Crown EuroCar employees Rob Wilson, Account Manager Jessica Scarboro, and Business Manager Marc Isreal were extremely and unnecessarily rude and un-accommodating.
Originally found a car on there lot, called and spoke with Neville. He was honestly great. He called me back immediately to let me know if the vehicle was still available which it happened to not be( sold that day). After speaking with Neville via phone I told my wife we need to go down and talk with Neville. He was one of the best car salesmen we have encountered. We had an appointment scheduled. We drove almost 3 hours one way to see the car we were interested in. When we came there someone else was looking at the car and bought it. Where was communication ??? We waisted time and money for gas. Extremely unprofessional !
I do not usually do reviews, however my experience with Crown Euro deserves attention . On August 30th I purchased my first Mercedes Benz, I was so excited and looking forward to enjoying my new car unfortunately it didn’t last. Bianca Presti was helpful, nice and patient with me during the entire process of the sale. Two days later my son also bought another Mercedes Benz from Bianca. After those sales she no longer showed any interest to help. The day of my purchase, I was not able to bring my car home with me because there were a couple things that needed to be repaired. Due to that, Bianca told me that she would bring the car to my house. When she brought my car back, we went to check that everything was done and fixed as I was promised. I was very upset for the following reasons when I finally received my vehicle. The headliner of the car still had many stains, the passenger seat and the backseat both had holes and you could still smell animal scents from the previous owner. When I asked Bianca why was my vehicle brought to me in that condition after all those faults were noted previously when purchased, her response was that she didn’t notice those faults and that she would needed to check with her boss about having all of those faults fixed. After several texts and emails, she eventually scheduled repairs for the headliner and the seats. After the repairs, she offered to have the car washed. Upon receiving my vehicle back, it was in worst condition in which I turned it in. There were water marks all over the body of the car and there were scratches and the paint was chipped on the driver´s door which previously did not exist. I called the service department and requested to speak to the Manager Frank Caporicci left several messages over a week ago and I still have not been contacted by him. Additional issues I have had since I purchased the vehicle, there is a mechanical issue with the trunk, my plates were supposed to be transferred, which they have not been, so my vehicle currently has temporary tags that will expire in 10 days. Due to the customer service and treatment I have received from this dealership, I took my car to the Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel service department. Marc Scotch, their Assistant Service Manager, told me that the Hatch Alarm needed to be replaced. Being that this is a Certified Pre-Owned, everything is supposed to be inspected and certified in working condition and detailed for sale, however that is not the product or service I received. Today I called back to Crown Euro to speak with the General Manager Dan Morris. I left a message with his assistant’s voicemail and I have not received any contact back. Despite the great reviews listed, my experience was the complete opposite of 5 stars. I do not understand why I was treated in this way and because of this experience my excitement of buying my first Mercedes was taken away and I will definitely not be recommending anyone or any future customers to this dealership.

My recent service appointment at Crown Mercedes-Benz was shockingly amazing. I have been to Mercedes 5 times in the last year to get my emissions repaired properly on my GLK250 and each time service either tried to get out of honoring my warranty or did a fast repair that would only last a short time. I am now out of warranty on my 2015 GLK250 but had an engine light come on again while traveling and a local European Car repair shop took a look at my car and it was my emissions AGAIN and worse it was my NOx Sensor AGAIN that has been fixed 3 times now. He said 1 NOx sensor will cost me $650 installed and there are 2 of them. I asked if he could just get me home and I would call the dealership on my return and he agreed. I called Thomas Cammarata at service and told him I am out of warranty but could he take a look and he said bring it right in. Tom had my car looked at and informed me he would cover the repair under warranty even though my car was out of warranty. AMAZING! I was expecting the usual SERVICE TECH SPEEL of how they could not cover the repair. Tom was in 100% communication, he took it to his best Tech and got it back to me washed in just 3 days for NO CHARGE to me. WOW!!!! Now that is what I expect from Mercedes Benz that they actually appreciate their loyal customers and take care of them. THANK TOM FOR BEING A STAND-UP SERVICE REP!!!!
To be honest I was super disappointed. I took my 2016 C300 in for the speakers making a crackling noise. The tech used Spotify and it didn’t seem to make the noise however it still did on both my phone, my partners phone and my sisters phone. That’s fine though I get it it could be my phone, however I then went to another dealer in Tampa which informed me of recalls. Crown didn’t even bother to check for recalls while I was there.... Tampa also diagnosed the speaker issue and has began the process to fix it. Next time I’ll make the extra trip over the bay to MB of Tampa. Pretty poor.....
Zoltan and his crew excelled in helping me find the perfect car that fit all of my needs. I compared to a lot of different brands (Porsche, BMW, Audi Etc.) and when I got to speak with Zoltan, he achieved everything I needed to achieve and I ended up taking home a 2019 C63 AMG. Very pleased with the service received from Crown. They quickly and professionally provided us with a front end alignment and two new tires. We could not wait for the work to be completed so they provided us with a loaner and we picked up our car the next morning.
Hope you all are sitting down for this one but be warned this dealership is super shady and deceitful!! I attempted to trade in a 2009 Mercedes SL550 on a used 2014 Aston Martin. After being told the car went through a 102 inspection with oil and filter change. The engine blew up after only putting 200 miles on the car. The car had less than 12k miles on it. They did nothing and said sorry about your luck. I filed lawsuit. After investigating, we found that they did no inspection but put wrong oil in car causing it to blow up. After notifying them of this, they responded through their lawyer, "oh, we lied we didn't actually ever change the oil" I have that in writing. Had they actually done inspection, they would have found about 10k in repairs needed to engine prior to resale. We have sworn affidavit from Aston Martin Master Tech stating all the above. Theres way more incriminating evidence that I have to support this claim. Meanwhile I have been paying on the car for almost 2 years at a rate of $1500 a month as I await lawsuit to conclude. I have been approached by local tv stations to run the story, but will wait to I have won lawsuit at that point it will posted on every media outlet if for no other reason, to make sure this doesnt happen to you!

Rick is the most professional service technician I have EVER dealt with. I missed my appointment and phoned in to reschedule. I expected that I would need to wait a day or two. I was pleasantly surprised that Rick offered to call me as soon as another loaner would be available. That was very nice. But not only that, he called within a couple of hours and said I could come in that afternoon. I was amazed. During the service appointment, he took me to my car and showed me the cause of my issues. Then he gave me tips on how to get the most out my car's performance and extend its longevity. Outstanding! He was very professional in setting my expectations on the repair duration and the cost. There were no surprises when I returned to pick up my car. Now that's what I call trustworthy! Thank you Rick ! You made my service appointment a positive experience!
My husband and I just purchased a vehicle from Shelly Frye at Crown Eurocars. Shelly, along with everyone we encountered at this dealership was beyond amazing. This is my 2nd review of Crown Eurocars, service and attention are the reasons I thought a 2nd review was warranted. Some of the nicest and most accommodating people I've met!!!! Tom Cammarata is my service writer and is so helpful and always provides communication throughout the process to keep me updated. If I need a loaner car for the service visit, Christopher Grey has been so helpful, respecting my time, he always gets me in and out quickly. These two gentlemen, through their actions helped me decide which car brand to get for a second car, another Mercedes! As a business owner, I tell my shop people the important role they play in sales....any sales person can make the first sale, the people behind the scenes make the next sales with service, delivery and quality! Tom and Christopher did that in this case.
Charlie Apple is the best service adviser at Crown Benz. He made extra ordinary efforts to obtain part through extended warranty coverage. Ultimately getting it shipped from Germany. His follow through and diligence is praiseworthy. It shows that he really cares for customers that he serves. I have been doing business with Crown Benz for over 10 years and Charlie has been my service adviser for last 4+ years. I would not change either of them.

I’ve always had some pretty hectic and poor experiences buying cars. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this dealership and even luckier to be taken care of by Omar Rodriguez and Richard. Everything was smooth, easy, to the point and forward. I’ve never had car salesman be so upfront and honest with me before and I would say that this is LITERALLY the best experience buying a car out of the 5 I’ve had.
If I could give them no stars i would. I am a fleet manager for a large company who has spent over $200,00.00 at this dealership.I takes 10 or 12 calls to get a service advisor to call us back, messages to the service manager go unanswered completely. They have lost our business and I would caution anyone thinking of doing business with them to think long and hard on that be for giving your hard earned money to a dealership they could not care less about existing customer service and is only interested in the next sale.

We worked with Bill Martin, Mike Donovan and Bud Hawkins and they provided excellent customer service. Bud went above and beyond trying to find the car we wanted and got it to us in record time. Bill is very knowledgeable and Knows a lot about Jaguar cars....you can ask him anything. Mike is really personable and great to work with and communicated in a timely manner with us. The XE-S is an absolute joy to drive and loads of FUN! I had my first experience with Crown Eurocars after purchasing a Mercedes and what a great experience it was. EVERY team member that I encountered was "over the top" with their friendliness and professionalism. Andrew Mrasz was very helpful and kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle. The lounge area was very comfortable and conducive to conducting business while waiting. Finally, before returning my car they had it washed and vacuumed. They are truly a business to model after. The worst Mercedes Benz Dealer out there, lost my panoramic sunroof while driving on the highway, dropped the car off for an estimate, some smart guy decided to washed the car knowing that there was a missing part on the sunroof. Now my sunroof is not functioning but according to then running it thru the car wash didn’t damage my car. I was told by the service manager / director to take my car keys and go somewhere else. Steelerships always win and they definitely did on this case but now they lost my family and friends business. My suggestion is check your car before dropping the car off and before taking the keys back. So upset at the moment that brings tears to my eyes.
Tom Cammarata has done it again; provided quick, excellent, friendly service. I was missing a small panel on my E350 Wagon front bumper (tow hook cover.) Because Tom knew my car, he ordered the part, had it painted to match my car, and when I showed up he quickly installed it himself, saving me the time of running it through the shop. He even threw in a car wash so "the new clean part would not look different than the slightly dirty car." Great service.

This dealership is over 100 miles from my home. All the negotiating was by phone and emails.I was assisted by Joe Mack a salesman. He was helpful, pleasant, and assured me that everything was as decided. He personally delivered the Highlander we agreed on. The vehicle, a 2011 model, was in brand new condition. This dealership is first rate at every level. I suspect that there are few dealerships that exhibit the high degree of professionalism as this Jaguar dealership.

Zoltan Zempaszky was amazing! He worked so hard to find us the perfect car and the perfect deal for our budget. His goal was to beat all competitors and he did it by a landslide.
