I would give them 5 except for the finance guy. When I refused the extra warranty they offered, he said to me, "There's no argument here!" He then took away the sheet and continued the process of me signing paperwork. If you want to get someone upset, say to them, "Why are you mad?" Words matter! Everything else about the deal was fantastic but the finance guy killed the fourth star. Sorry Crown Acura...couldn't honestly give you all 5 stars. The sad thing is he was the last person in the chain of customer service.

My last car was a 1999 Acura 2.3 CL that endured the test of time by lasting twenty years; due to the costs associated with maintenance and front-end work I opted for a used Certified vehicle, a 2016 Acura ILX. I was apprehensive about purchasing a car and having to deal with money driven sales people. Gillian Barnes at Crown Acura was nothing but a pure delight to work with; she’s warm, personable, charming, understanding, and patient. Just what one would expect from a former teacher. Gillian Barnes reminds me of that old James Taylor’s song, “You’ve Got a Friend.”, and the same can be said of her; at Crown Acura, you’ve got a friend in Gillian Barnes.

I had the pleasure of working with John Shaw recently Crown Acura. This was my first time at this dealership. I wanted an oil change and there were a few medium to small issues I needed to correct with my Acura. I am big on customer service. From the time I pulled up I was treated with a smile and walked to John. He was very knowledgeable and recommended only the services I needed at the time. A big thing for me I work remote for my job so I like to work at the dealership while I wait on my car. The dealership has lots of space to do just that!! When I asked John if there was a good place to take a call he took me to an empty office and I was able to work take calls. It was great!! Additional there was an issue with a tire that another place had completed. Instead of just telling me the issue he took me into the garage and showed me on my car. I have been to other Acura dealerships in the area multiple times. They are rude and have very little space to wait on your car or even work. I will definitely be back at this place.

It’s very different positive experience on car buying with Crown Acura. In the beginning I felt like they were trying to hard sell the leasing more than buying, however all worked out well for me to save money on the purchase. I stopped in here to see about leasing an Acura for my business. I am an event coordinator yes I did come in my work van which is still a nice Dodge caravan. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes several sales people walked past me, another person came out of a back office looked at me turned and walked away, and then a salesperson got up from their desk with some people and walked away. I was so disgusted by the customer service I left. But that's okay because I ended up going to Lexus and leasing a car that I feel wonderful in. FYI I was a car sales person a while ago and I never would have acted that way .

John Shaw was extremely busy when I came in he told me there was no way he could get me in that day. I was extremely upset because I live an hour away from this dealership. He messed with my key and took a closer look because I told her the last dealership didn't help much and you could tell how busy he was he continued to try and help me never pushed me out the door because he was extremely busy. after messing with it several times because he saw how upset I was he fixed it. within' minutes despite me being at the other dealership for hours just for them to tell me they couldn't find the problem and John found the issue in minutes. I had been a Lexus owner for years, but the experience I had at Crown Acura with Gillian was better than any experience I ever had at Lexus. I found the vehicle I was interested in online and contacted Crown Acura. Gillian soon responded with a text message.
